Hello Friends - I created a formula to return the Week # an Item Sold, it was working great until this past week. In the screenshot below the second item in the list sold on August 10, 2019, at 9:01 pm. But the formula in the Week Sold field is returning that the item sold in Week 33 when it is actually Week 32. Here is the formula I’m using for the Week Sold field: DATETIME_FORMAT({Start Date},‘w’) Need your help, I think this is due to the fact that I have hours in my Date Sold field, but I’m not certain how to proceed with correcting the formula. Hi All, I am using the “Prefilled forms” App in order to prefill a form. It works quite well so far for single select prefilled values and triggers great URLs automatically. However, if I have multiple values corresponding that correspond and need to be pre-filled, it only shows the first one. Is it possible at all to have it show all values corresponding to the field? i.e., make it possible to create a drop-down / multi-select question in forms based on the prefilled-form. I believe this would be a logical add-on to the prefilled forms as many questions are multi-select. If there is another way to get there, I am open to creative hacks! Thank you! Diane

Hi, Have tried going through the other topics to find what i need but doesnt seem there is an answer or a way to do what i need but will try ask with specifics or what i need and go from there. I have a base that imports entries from an airtable form of tool movements aka date, plant no, original location and new location. This could mean multiple tools so i made a linked plant no column to another table with our inventory. For the information to pull through to the inventory i have made look up columns to pull the information through for one tool vs them in a group but with the look up field i would like it only to show the most recent information or at least fill them in most recent to oldest for easier viewing. Is that possible? I have also tried an automation to update each listing but with no luck at separating the bulk entries into separate tool listings. Thanks in advance

Hey folks. First post here. I was watching a video on YouTube about creating a GTD System. It was using a similar product called Notions. Its seems to be very much the same except for one thing I cant figure out. At one point he creates a “Dashboard” that contains multiple embedded and filtered views across the database. I can set up individual views this way but haven’t been able to figure out a way to create the Dashboard. Am I missing something? Is this even possible? We are looking to import a large Excel dataset into AirTable, ~500 multi-sheet xlsx files, as individual Bases. The Add a Base > Import data > Excel file selector has a limit for 1 file. Is there a means of creating multiple Bases off of a bulk upload process?

Hi All, Here is what I would like to achieve: • I have a table that list our Items with many specifications fields and also prices fields. • I want some of my staff to see all fields. • I want to hide prices fields to some other specific staff. • I want all staff to be able to edit the values. Note that I try to stay very open in the description, I don’t mind to adapt the way to laydown the info in order to fit the optimal solution. Hi all, First, I want to thank you for your help with various issues. Some of these issues got resolved by only reading, others resolved by opening new threads like this one. I wasn’t sure if this issue related to the Automation forum, or the Formula forum - so I thought it would be best to use a general forum. Feel free to change its location as you wish! I need your help with choosing the best method to design a new field based on other fields. This process needs to be done on more than one view in the same table, for different clients. On each table, I want to create a new column that contains data from 2 different columns and convert data for the third one. Meaning: Let’s say I have a column named ‘Fup’ and contains multiple tags (fup1, fup1b, fup3, fup32, fup21c, etc.) I have another column named “User” and another column named “Receiver Name”. I want to create a new column, let’s call it “Fup text” with a long text based on the above columns. Example: Fup column: fup2 User column

Hello, I am using a form embed in a Webflow website to gather data from a logged in user. However, if you begin to enter any data and then navigate away from that page you get a browser alert pop-up that says “Leave Site? Changes that you made may not be saved.” This makes sense if you’re halfway through entering a form, but it will still pop up after the form is submitted. Is there any way to disable this alert, at least after a form is submitted?

Is anyone else experiencing this? I use an NFC tag system to open URLs quickly to specific records relating to each job I have in my workshop. This has been reliable since June last year, and just broke last week. Now it only opens the airtable app on the home screen and doesn’t go any “deeper”. I have tested this in the desktop browser version and it works fine, it’s just the Android App im having trouble with. The URLS are listed in my airtable, so I have also tested clicking from within the app (to rule out problems with other apps on my phone) and the same thing happens. Like I say the URL’s are solid, and its nothing to do with the NFC end of things. This started happening around 7th Feb '21. I am on Samsung SM-N960F running Android 10 Kernel 4.9.118-19869079

Hello, Hopefully, someone can help shed some light on this issue I am having pulling text from a ServiceNow form. I don’t know if the issue I am running into is because the input type is “hidden” or if it’s just the input field that I am not understanding how to pull. I found this article but don’t know if Airtable will take the same syntax. I have tried and it did not work for me. Help! Hi, I’m guessing the “charts” app would be the way to do this, but I could be wrong… How do I create a chart/graph that tracks my current finances (i.e. bank balance) towards a goal (monthly and/or yearly)? For example… I input expenses/income every day into respective views on AT and those numbers feed into a “totals” view… From this totals view, I’d like to have goals set up (and the chart) so I can see if I’m on track to reach a set goal for that month… Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I selected a hundred records and used the delete button on my keyboard to remove the content from them. I need to restore that content. When I expand each record I see the removed content of that particular record. See screenshot: Is there a way to restore the content of all the records? I’m new to Airbase and had not done a snapshot. Thank you!

I am using python to run sum calculations and data summaries at various sub-groupings. This is being done using python pandas and the data format is a dataframe. I have to convert this dataframe to a list according to the airtable python wrapper documentation, which I have used before, just not the dataframe part. Hi, Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere. I’ve got a table with 3 fields: Customer (Single Line Text) Interests (Multiple Select Field) VTS (Formula Field) and I’m trying to get the VTS field to populate with the Customer Code if “VTS” has been selected in the Interests field. I used the formula IF({Interests} = “VTS”, {Customer}) Screenshot 2021-02-13 231010|700x490 and it returned a result when “VTS” was the only item selected in the Interests field, but not when more than one option had been selected. I’m assuming it’s the equals sign that needs editing, but I’m not sure what I need to replace it with. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Community, I’m very new to AirTable and still trying to figure things out, but am having issues syncing ONE of my iCal calendars to AirTable. I see all kinds of descriptions of how to sync an Airtable calendar with iCal, but that’s the opposite direction of how I would like to sync. I signed up with Zaphier in the hopes that that would help, but I just get continuous error messages. I am currently working with my producer and we have a shared iCal calendar, so I need to be able to integrate it into AirTable so we can see all of our upcomings events. Thanks for the help, Christi
