I have 236$ in referral credits applied to my working space but I got an email “Payment Failure” How I can solve this issue?

How should I set up the share/copy so I get referral credits when a new account is created? Note: I simply shared a copy with someone who opened a new account and I did not receive a referral credit - so there must be an additional step. Thank you.

Hi all, I’m struggling to get the correct data into Airtable. As a start a module gets data from an external website that goes through an Iterator. In the example below an Array has 6 Collections with each another Collection. I’m trying to get the 6 different values from “ns9:href” into 1 “Linked To” Column in 1 Record, but I’m not succeeding. I tried different solutions like using the “ns17:ZakelijkRechtRef” array and applying FLATTEN, JOIN, etc. formulas to it, using the same formulas on _attributes, but all give different errors like: "DataError Failed to map ‘0’: Function ‘flatten’ finished with error! ‘[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],1’ is not a valid array. " Or only 1 collection’s output is entered into Airtable, see example below. Can someone help me to solve the problem?

Hi all, Each day we do a CSV import to update our list of new jobs which works great via the CSV Import App but I am finding that since we are also working on the same database that we are importing to, when the following day’s import is done it will revert any changes made to the records that have been altered. We will usually do works, then click a checkbox to mark the record as completed and ready to go. I was wondering if there’s a way to do the CSV Import but have the function ignore any records where a checkbox/flag is present? So it’ll import any new records and update any records without the flag but if the record has been worked on and the checkbox has been checked it will skip over this record for importing?

The attachments that have been uploaded as pdf files have been available for months. today when I looked at the file many are missing. I know this happened before and I am wondering if there is an update as to when this will be fixed.

Hello!! I got a quick question. I recently created a form for HR purposes. It’s called an Employee Information Form where a new employee fills out needed information as well as uploads necessary documents. In addition to that, the new employee is requested to fill in contact information like LinkedIn links, email, and phone number. My questions is: If an employee fills this form and submits it, then in 2 months for example that same employee has bought a new phone number and would like to adjust this form, is that employee obliged to fill out a whole new form or is there a way to make it updatable for the person who initially fills this form? I have smaller teams within a larger department and would like to notify the whole team when an update to an entry is made. I have been tagging each collaborator in the comments but am wondering if I make a collaborator table and then attach all of those people to a team if I can then notify the entire team somehow? Any solutions would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, I am trying to create a gantt chart however having a small issue with the grouping. I want 6 stages to each roadmap feature I have and I have about 50 features. In the table I have a lookup field, where I select the feature and it will pull the ‘theme’ field through, so the table has all the information I need in it. When I use the gantt app and try to group on the theme field, it is only grouping up on the theme where the feature is the same. Thanks for your time! I’m building a service-booking solution. If I had just one service, this would be easy. But in my case, I have hundreds. The solution so far: There are three tables: Services, Time slots, and Bookings Services is related to both the time slots and bookings The booking table includes a form When I share the link to this form with users from my website, I am using URL parameters to pre-fill the name or ID of the Service. Thus, when the user submits the form, they create a new booking record, pre-linked to the service. Question In the booking form, how can I filter and display only the time slots related to each Service? Many thanks, Dean

Hi everyone, I’m stumped right now after several days of trying to figure this out. Posting to see if anyone has advice. I’m trying to figure out the best way that my project table can automatically create records in my contract table. Our project table lists out our projects, and one field is “awarded vendor”. Each project could have anywhere from 1 - 10 vendors, and we have to track the contract lifecycle of these. Once someone from our team types in an “awarded vendor”, I’d like a new record to be created in our contract table so that we can initiate work with finance and legal teams. I’ve tried this with automations and linked records & lookup fields, but haven’t exactly gotten the most simple or automatic results. Has anyone had to create something similar before? Any advice is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I have a table with a list of employees.I have another table of projects and roles that the employee may be assigned to, for example in the project table we have a column for PM, Co-PM, Lead Analyst, Analyst 1, Analyst 2. I want to count the number of times each employee is assigned a role in the projects table. In Excel and Google it is a simple =COUNTIF(‘Project’!$P$2:$V$87,A1), where column A is the employee column in the employee table, but there is no COUNTIF function in Airtable… I have also noticed that for every link I have made to the employee table I get a column in the employee table called “Project” or “Project 2” or “Project 3” and each cell has the Project ID from the Project Table. I have tried to make a formula column called “Workload” and use the formula COUNT({Project},{Project 2},{Project 3},{Project 4},{Project 5},{Project 6},{Project 7}) However this returns 0, because the links are not numeric references they are text references.Using COUNTA just counts the num

I send out company surveys via airtable forms, and want a way to track completion amongst everyone at the company. For example, one of the fields on the form will be “Name”. I will have another table with everyone’s name listed out, and I would like to create a Checkbox field called “Completed?” that will automatically get checked when a form submission with that name is completed.

I am making a base for my fantasy hockey league. I have 2 tables Players & Schedule. Each game in the schedule has a game ID as well as date and teams playing. Inside the players table has the team they are on and all relevant stats. Is there a way to Link each drafted player to a game ID and then map out which days my players are playing on?

I’ve seen versions of this post, but not this specific issue, and I can’t ever get Airtable support to answer my help requests so putting it out there to see if anyone has a fix! In the “Next Renewal Date Calc” field, I want to add 90 days to the adjacent date in the “Current Period Start Date” field, but only if there is data in that record. Otherwise, I’d like the “Next Renewal Date Calc” field to be blank. However - it appears I’ve got one of two options. Don’t do an if / then statement, just do a date add formula in Next Renewal Date Calc, and then it shows an error in the records that don’t have an adjacent Current Period Start. However, it shows the date formatted for human eyeballs. Write an if / then statement, which returns data as expected, leaving dates only in the fields with an adjacent Current Period Start date. However, it changes the date to a very unfriendly format, and does not allow me to change the format (“Your result type is not a number or a date. Formatting

I have a big table (Main Table) with lots of linked records to various other tables, lookups etc. The Primary field of Main Table is Calculated. I made a new Table, added a secondary field, and tried to link it automatically by pasting in the 100 primary fields from Main Table. But only some records will link up, w lots of fields staying blank. Exact same result when I paste in as single line text, and then convert it to a linked field. I CAN however, link each field manually to the ones that wouldn’t automatically link. I tried looking for certain circumstances in the Main Table that were unique to those that wont link up automatically, and cannot find any trends. I have the highest permissions, and fields are not locked that I know of. Maybe some sub-field is locked that is causing the issue? A little unnerving because I am going to rely on some big linking operations to get each of my annual work cycle’s started. Thanks!!

I have a base that has about 50 fields that are connected and are used to calculate things. I would be super helpful to have something like a tree that shows the relationships between these cells. For now, I’m just trying to order them correctly from left to right, but every time I need to make a change that has an impact on multiple calculations, it takes a while, Anyone knows what I mean?

I am trying to ingest records that include formatted text from another database into Airtable. I have tried converting the formatted text to markdown and packaging it in XML so I could use the XML import app to add it to my base, but when I try to map the element containing the rich text to a column with rich text enabled, that column is not available in the picker. I hope that the API allows for creation of records with rich text, but - before I spend time writing the code to try to do this, I wanted to confirm 1) that I did not make some kind of error in the XML import app or in configuring the relevant column in my base that precluded that method from working and 2) that the API should allow for this functionality. I tried searching the documentation in the help center, but found nothing describing any limitations to or methods for importing rich text.

I am a newbie to Airtable. I want to generate a report from a base. The Page Designer app will only allow me to report one record at a time. How can I get multiple, filtered records to show on the report?

Hello guys, I’ve been using Airtable for 6 days now and my boss ask me to arrange the raw data that he gathered into Airtable(in grid view? The ones that is looks similar to excel) and there’re a whole bunch of columns that I have to scroll left and right in order to fill things up and it’s kinda slow me down. so, I’m not sure that the Airtable can zoom in-out in grid view? I want to see those columns as much as possible .thank you

I have created a Base on my iPhone. It appears the same on my MacBook Pro. I created a second base in the same workspace on my Mac. It only appears there not on my iPhone. How can I get it to appear on both devices?
