I’m trying to create HTML code for each record based on a common HTML with placeholders between [ brackets ] that will then be replaced with record data from the corresponding fields, so I have in a long text field something like this: < h2 style=“text-align: center;”>[ESTADO]< /h2> < p> < /p> < table style=“width: 100%; border-collapse: collapse; border-style: none; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;” border=“0”> < tbody> < tr> < td style=“width: 25%;”> < h4>Cliente: < /td> < td style=“width: 25%;”> < p>[NCLIENTE] And then in a formula field I have SUBSTITUTE(HTML,"[NCLIENTE]",NCLIENTE) (that last one is the field name) Works fine with the [ESTADO] placeholder, but then when I use the [NCLIENTE], either by itself or as a second nested substitute formula I get #ERROR! message. Hi, I’ve just started with thunkable and airtable, I’ve created my first table and instead of write on the suppose first row, it means 1, my 3 firsts submit were writed on row 4, 5 and 6. Why could this be? Thanks a lot.

Is there a way to share a form so that the thumbnail is a logo or the title of the form instead of the generic Airtable logo? We are trying to post the link to our form on social media, but the thumbnail is just the Airtable logo (tried to post a picture but kept getting an error message (you can’t put pictures in a post).

Hi- I’m trying to embed a password-protected Base in my website. It works when I do it in my ‘home’ browser (Chrome). But if I try to look at the page and enter the password in Chrome Incognito, on my phone, or in Safari, the password doesn’t open the Base. The password dialog box pops up, I enter the password, the password dialog box disappears… and the base isn’t open. Am I missing something? Is it only working in my ‘home’ browser because my Airtable account has access to the base in question? thanks

Said formula: AND({FORMULA1}!="", {FORMULA 2}!="", {FORMULA 3}!="") no matter what combination of those 3 fields are empty or populated it always returns 1. i only want it to return 1 once all those fields have returned a value. conditional automations using ‘and’ also return true even if not all of the options are true when using formula fields. are we seriously not able to check if several formulas did or didnt populate? am i missing something? seems to me that AND() is behaving more like OR() but i have no idea what im talking about

Hello! I searched for this, but I could only find similar results – but not the result I need. I have a Purchase Order table and a PO_ITEMS table where I create one line for each item I’m buying. I need to control serial numbers of these items, so each record is later linked to a sale. What I need is to create the PO, add the PO_ITEMS and in the end, have a pretty Purchase Order (Page Designer form) with the total quantity I need for each model. This is the form which will be sent to the manufacturer. The examples I found show the Purchase Order with every line from the PO_ITEMS table, not a summarized table. Can anyone help me? I’m attaching an image to help understanding.

We have many views which group items and create summary data at the bottom of the view. FOr example, all of the sales for a day of the week, with summary totals after each day. These appear find in the views, but DO NOT appear when exporting to CSV. It appears to only export the hard data. When printing and saving to PDF, these summary rows DO appear (but this is not helpful). This is supposed to be for salespeople to simply export and see all the totals. They will not be able to manually add the functions to Excel on each column to sum them manually. Is there another tool we can link to that will do this?

Hello, I have two coworkers who have recently left the organization. Since we pay by user I will be deleting their accounts. Will their activity history and entries into shared workspaces and bases still be viewable by other paid users/collaborators in our organization? Thanks! Lisa

Is there a way I can add an attachment that coordinates to the entire table and not just a particular record or field in that table. For instance, instructions on how to complete the table and the rationale behind it. I did include field descriptions for each field but I need to explain WHY we need the data that goes into each field and record.

I need help with emailing selected records. i understand that you can select records and send them and this works great. I need this same function but able to have the app user / end user enter their contact information and send the records to a hard coded email address. The user also needs to be able to add comments in a field such as notes. The end result is the email should contain a copy of the selected records , a form for the user to add their contact information with the send to address already filled out a button to send and a confirmation email back to the user stating requests submitted. Hi, I am currently on the free version of Airtable and working out how it can be used at my company. I want to email one record in a table to 14 recipients, I have attempted this both with the comma between addresses and the comma and space between and still no luck, the email is never received by any of the email addresses- these email addresses are not collaborators; however, I didn’t think that would be an issue? Can anyone help me with this problem please?

Hi there, I am wanting to see if anyone can help me with this. I have done a search but (probably by my own lack of knowledge) can’t find a reasonable answer. I work with students. When I enter a new record, I want one of my fields to auto-populate with a new email address assigned to that student. So for example, I have an email of student+112@nameofcompany.com. What I am wanting is for the next record I enter, which would be a new student, to result in a new email assigned that reads student+113@nameofcompay.com. Is that even possible? I have done a formula of (99+{name of autonumber field}) for their student ID which results in on going new IDs for each student, now i need the email to have the same result. Thank you in advance, I’m new here.

Mabye this is an easy one for you Airtable gurus. I am currently creating a more or less complex ToDo list and want to create a field which calculates the difference between Estimate and ACTUAL use of time. Does anyone know a simple trick or formula to solve this? Many thanks in advance !

I’m looking for a little help with the Gantt App. In each task, I’m tracking resources’ pay rate, bill rate, hours and expenses. I’ve got summary apps to show total payable to contractors (say $5000) and total billable to client (say $10k). I want to get an app that’s going to calculate margin for me. Any advice?

Hi everyone, I’m looking to see if there’s a way to change the apps that display based on the table I’m in or the view I’m in? Right now, I can change tables but the apps remain. Is this possible?

I’m using the Button field type, then using the Open URL action to open an external document link (that URL is in a separate hidden field). Works great, however on iOS app, this button slides the record detail window from the right side, versus actually opening the link. On my MacBook Air and Safari, the button opens the document immediately. This extra step is annoying and unnecessary, and even the URL field does the same thing; that is, you touch to open the link, and it slides the record detail pane (pain) from the right. Any suggestions or is this just how it works on iOS?

Hi y’all, I just deleted a Base and replaced it with a snapshot. I wanted to see the recently deleted base to make sure that the snapshot includes all the data that was done in the time between the snapshot and deleting the original. Unfortunately, the deleted base is not showing up in the trash. I deleted other bases and they show up and can be restored. Anyone know why this particular base wouldn’t be showing up in the trash?

I’m expecting this group of records to be sorted in the opposite direction. It doesn’t seem like it’s sorting by the entire string since “.5” is before “.25” and “.75” is after “.25” Is there a way to correct this?

Hello guys! I’m trying to create an operation report, in checklist format, which has steps filled in on different days throughout the week. Is it possible to start filling out the form on a certain day, close it and reopen it at another time continuing from where we left off, without doubling the record and losing the information? I can load our databases lightening fast as owner… however, people that have COLLABORATOR access to the same base CANNOT even load the records today. I facetimed with a coworker and the records spin and spin and give her a reconnecting message on and off as well as a “saving” function at the top. She CANNOT aaccess data… it’s not loading. It’s a big base, but this is a new (but concerning) problem. Anyone else encountering this?

Hey community, We’re having issues with “some” of our page designer blocks. When we create an output PDF from the block, some of the URL links are clickable, while from other blocks the links are not clickable. Also of note, ALL used links used to be clickable but then about 2 weeks ago we started experiencing issues. I’ve recorded a little video showing the issue. I hope someone can help. I put together a shared view and it has a sort configuration, but I’m noticing that the sort configuration is absent from the actual shared view. I don’t want end users who I’m sharing the view to do anything. It should be sorted per the sort configuration. What am I missing?

Some context: I’m trying to create a massive list of Payment Processing companies to embed on my website. Customers will then be able to search based on whatever criteria they want. As you can see from the screenshots, I have put the logo near the left of my Airtable Base. However, after I embed the code into my website, the logo appears all the way on the right hand side. How can I organize the columns so that the logo appears on the left hand side?
