Hi everyone, I want to use the barcode to find the exact record, but somehow it keeps listing relevant records.My barcode formula is TX1, TX2...But when I look up the barcode for TX2, it also shows TX20, TX220Can it be fixed? Thanks in advance

I have a Jira Cloud instance with the typical Epic -> Story structure. I'm wanting to pull those epics into Airtable with a link to their associated issues and rollup their story point total. Example:DEV-1 (Epic) Make a sandwichDEV-2 (Story) Get Ingredentiants - 5ptsDEV-3 (Story) Assemble - 3ptsDEV-4 (Story) Eat - 1ptHow can I sync this data from Jira and assemble the proper links so I can reference DEV-1 and rollup the estimates to get 9 story points total? I've tried syncing my Jira tickets into its own table which has the Epic <-> Tickets reference information but am unable to convert that information into a 'hard link' that Airtable can use. See screenshot, if I edit the 'Epic Link' field to "Link to another record" it technically works but I get a message saying my Jira Sync won't update this field anymore. 

Hello. I've 6 tables, I've carefully counted the records (with no filters), it's 906, and Airtable indicates it's Off-limit. (only 5 records deleted in the past week)I've removed 32 records, My computed total is now 874, but Airtable indicates 983 (now inside limits !). All other bases are below 1000 recordsDo you have an idea of the difference (109 records) explanation ? (I need these 100 records !)I work in a non profit organisation giving information technology training, and showing Airtable experience for other bigger organisations with bigger budgets. We have only volunteers, impossible to buy a PRO Plan.Thank's for your help

We have a series of event registration forms listed on our web site, with URLs that prefill a particular field and hide it from the user. These links all broke today. We have been using this prefill URL syntax for months without an issue.

I am trying to get a specific folder ID from Google Drive through an Airtable script based on information from a newly created record. I think I am supposed to get access to my Google Drive by connecting to it via API. I’ve built and published a web app using Google Apps Script but I’m unclear how to connect the platforms together. What are the general steps to send data from Airtable to the web app so it can take that information, process it and send back a response to update a record?

Oh hello there! I am working with a team that is developing a base to capture competitor profiles. Within the base we have an organizational overview tab, contacts tab, program information tab, and a SWOT Analysis tab where we'd like to fill out the data on the competitors' strengths (from a drop down), weaknesses (from a drop down), opportunities (from a drop down), and threats (from a drop down) (among a few other things unnecessary to mention). What I'd like to do is have a matrix template that will pull in those selected drop down items and look something like the below for each organization/competitor. Would the matrix or page design extension be best for this? Might there be a better tool? I have some serious beef with the page design view and how limited it is - or perhaps in my case, just not intuitive enough to be impactful. Any ideas would be incredibly welcome. Thank you!

Are there plans in the product roadmap to make the web clipper extension available for other browser than Chrome? If yes, then when ? I’m mostly interested in that being available in Firefox as I’m seriously considering to switch back from Chrome to Firefox. By the way, the web clipper tool is a great feature that helps users to quickly and conveniently add new records in a table in a comprehensive way. Thanks a lot for it ! Best regards, Younes

We create QR codes pretty frequently in our marketing collateral and it's not infrequent that we find out after something has been printed/distributed that we need to revise the URL it's point to for whatever reason.   I know there are a few services out there to generate a QR code. Is there a way to manage the associated URL though so if we need to redirect it at some point, we can?

Hello everyone,I am using AT for events.When I sell a ticket to my event it creates a record of the attendee.Afterwards I would like attendees to be able to fill a form with further details about their profile (eg. dietary restrictions) and whatever they fill gets updated in the same record.Currently I have 2 options:1. Attendee select their email from the form (lookup formula) so it stays in the same record but I don't want all attendees to have access to everyone's email2. I can use a 3rd party like Fillout form that creates a link but currently it is very glitchy.Are there any other options without using a third party?Thanks in advanced!

Hi everybody,How would you go about sending an image from an Airtable attachment field to an image field in a Webflow collection item.I have set up a scenario in Make using a webhook. Works great so far for all the text based fields, checkboxes, etc.But I can not figure out, how to pass on the required image URL, so I can map it in Make.Does anyone here have make scenarios with images running?Thank you for your help!

Hoping someone can help me.  I'm sorry if this is not in the correct section.  I'm new to this and not sure of what to call most things.   I'm a crafter and i'm trying to use Airtable to keep an inventory of my craft supplies.  I have imported data from a different system, and have titled the column that contains the URLs for the photos  as "Image" and defined it as URL.  However, i can't get the images to populate.  I wrote an email to airtable asking for help, and although i keep replying to emails saying they're busy, with i want to wait, it's been well over a month and i still don't have a response.  I have tried looking up on the internet in various places, and have found issues the same as mine.  However, the fixes they show apparently are from a different version of airtable than is currently available, as many of the screens they show have different options from what I see, and i have not been able to equate the old to the new t

Hi all I’m curious to know if there is a way to use single select tool in web forms pulling from data from the grid indicating that a selection has already made. For example, if 10 people are signing up for 10 potluck dishes and one person has already signed up, the potluck options are reduced to nine in the forms. I guess this is considered conditional but not sure how it would work. Thanks

Columns: Supplier Name, Part Code, PriceIn Table 1 I would like to add columns that automatically select the lowest Offer per Part Code. So Table 1 would have e.g. columns Part Code, Cheapest Supplier, Cheapest Price. Latter 2 automatically filled.Is this possible, if so, how? Any help appreciated!

I have a single line text field as a primary key “name” field. if it is blank when I save the record, I would like to automatically fill in the name as a concatenation of three other fields that are in the record. How can I do this?

Hi y'all,I am trying to figure out if there is a way to change my primary field when I am using data that is automatically integrated from a Google sheet. Basically, I have a Google Form folks fill out and the first question is what their name is. When they submit the form, a row is automatically created in a corresponding Google Sheet, and once that row is completed, a new entry is automatically created in AirTable. However, when the AirTable entry is made, the primary field is the time stamp from when the form is submitted, presumably because this is the first column in the Google Sheet. HELLO! I have been wracking my brain trying to figure out how to make this seemingly easy function work and keep hitting dead ends. Basically, I have a list of schools we manage, and I need to assign a phase number to them as new projects are created. The problem is, they are not submitted in order, and we have about 230 schools. I need to be able to count how many times prior this school has had a project created so I can keep track of what phase number we are on. I have a sheet where all incoming projects are being submitted via Paperform, and another “Master” sheet with the school name linked to the incoming projects school name. Every possible option I’ve been able to come up with changes every answer within the column and I need each row to be “set”, if that makes sense. An example of how projects are submitted and what their phase number would be: School Phase Cooper - 1 Roosevelt - 1 Washington - 1 Cooper - 2 Cooper - 3 Lincoln
