I would like to convert this text into an HTML format so I can send an API call to a particular software, but no matter what I do this text output always come out wrong on this software.I am using a "markdown to HTML" formatter for this via Zapier and I believe this rich text might not be markdown hence causing this issue, could anyone give their input and how I can convert this text into a HTML format

I there a block or formula that will create barcodes for items in my database using the individual fields in each table? Example: I have an item with a auto number, name, retail price, taxable fields that I want to capture in a barcode. How can I accomplish this? Jay

So possibly a unique case here that I haven’t seen anything on yet. Looking at using airtable for welding production tracking on a construction site. The work, in simple terms, is welding a bunch of steel plates together on a wall to make a continuous plate. If you can imagine a series of rectangles lined up on a wall, each seam between rectangles is a weld. We currently have a list of all individual plates on the job, and then have fairly complex ID #s (29M1LGE22 for example, each character defining a certain position). The way you would identify what WELD you want to pull up would be to search two plates that are adjacent, and the weld ID would be the conjunction of those two plate IDs (is 29M1LGE22-29M1LGE23). We will be doing many welds per day, so as you can imagine writing down or searching out every individual ID would be very tedious. My thought/hope is to slap a barcode on every single plate and log those barcodes into a database. I would then like to search the two barcodes o

I need to add 100 barcodes to physical objects. The objects are already in a database. I can create 100 barcode numbers outside AirTable but then I need to scan each one to add to the barcode to the barcode field in AirTable. Time consuming. Or I could add the numbers to the barcode field? No I can’t … then the AirTable barcode field will not generate the barcode image to be able to print and attach to the physical object. Has anybody got any ideas?

Hi everyone,Our company kick off migration project on Google Workspace, and we need to adjust our email account. Example: current email: alphabet@abc.com.vn; new email in new workspace: alphabet@sub.abc.com.vn. When we complete migration, we will rename the domain and email will come back to alphabet@abc.com.vn.So what I concern and need your support are as below:When we move to use new email account: alphabet@sub.abc.com.vn, do you have any way to set rules to automatic transfer/move bases in current workspace to new workspace?During this our migration time, does it have any risk or bug like miss data or something like that? If acctually we have this risk, what I need to do to backup my data during this migration time?Finally, when we rename the domain and email will come back to alphabet@abc.com.vn, is everything smoothly as what it should be?Please examine my concern. As of today I cannot edit or create and fields in my Airtables. When I try and save edits, it loads for about ten seconds and then gives me an error and tells me to refresh. If I create a new field it looks fine for about ten seconds and then it forces me to refresh. After refreshing any changes are gone.This happens in my web browser and the AirTable app. I have tried restarting the browser/app, restarting the computer, etc., but nothing helps.Is anyone else experiencing this?

I am trying to create a scoring system using Airtable where judges can score a team (with the different metrics in columns). What I have done: Created 3 different tables for each judge Each judge’s table has a list of all the teams (teams are populated as new records across all judges’ tables automatically using external software) Judges can manually key in the score for each metric and an overall score is automatically calculated in the respective record What I need help with: However, I want to create a new table which gives a summary of the overall score for each team for each judge (i.e. looking across a particular record, I will be able to see the overall score for judges A, B and C). Hi,When we originally set up our Airtable SSO integration, it was set to match against the user primary identifier (we call it a netid) instead of using the email field. Let's say my netid is d39562b. When I log in with SSO, my account email address looks like: d39562b@dartmouth.edu.However, if I don't have an Airtable account, and someone sends me an invite to join a base or workspace, the email goes to the email address which is my "real" one - joseph.montibello@dartmouth.edu. Then if I accept the invite, my account email address will be that form (joseph.montibello@dartmouth.edu). If there's no existing account with that form, it will create an account for that.So my problem is twofold:When a user gets invited to a base or workspace, Airtable sends email to an address (firstname.lastname@dartmouth.edu) which will not match the data that our SSO endpoint is providing.Whenever an existing user (with a netid@dartmouth.edu address) gets an invite to a new base, they get a new account cr

Hi all, I am new to Airtable and new to the field also. I am based in Israel and I am trying to build some tables where the Gregorian Calendar (which is the default) is linked to the Hebrew calendar. For instance, I am creating a form where the user will either input an English date of birth or a Hebrew date of birth. In both instances I will need the table to calculate either the original Hebrew date, or the original English date. When it comes to due dates also, I would like to be able to query in either the Hebrew or English dates ie. all the birthdays in September or all the birthdays in אלול. There are many sources of Hebrew dates out there, one I found on Hebcal website. Can anyone help me achieve this? Many thanks in advance

I help multiple clients so the solution I seek needs to be able to work in an environment where I have the airtable base > then I have a client > the client has prospects and customers they need to email.I'm trying to determine if it's possible to send 1-to-1 emails to prospects or customers for my clients from Airtables without having to setup a secondary email tool (lemlist, hubspot, mixmax, etc) for each client. Can I connect directly to the client's email address? Is there an integration that provides visibility on delivery, opens, and clicks for the emails sent directly from a client's email address?Sendgrid isn't an option because corporate IT or lack of knowledge on the client side will prevent the emails for ever getting sent out.I'd prefer not to set up Lemlist (or comparable tool) for each client because it's 1 more login/tool to manage (in addition to the monthly fee)...but if that's the only option I'll make it work.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreci

I get this message multiple times a day across many Bases. Is there something I can check that might be causing this?

Last week,  Airtable support sent me an email saying that (as I had requested) they updated a workspace to  the team plan.But in fact the workspace is now missing and none of my workspaces are upgraded.I have not gotten a response from support in days.Needless to say, I'm extremely frusrtrated.How do I get out of this?  

I would love to learn if there is a way I can connect Airtable to social media accounts. That way, I can gather data and create graphs within Airtable that already has access to all of the social media platforms data history. Looking forward to hearing from the community!

Hello, I use Airtable for editorial management. I’ve created an automation that will send a Slack message to my team when a story is published or scheduled to be published. I would like the message to include the information (date and time) for when the story was published or is scheduled for. I know how to set up the trigger, action, and various other pieces of information I want the message to include — the part I’m struggling with is how to format the date and time for Slack. I found an article from Slack about how to format dates. I also found this Airtable community discussion about formatting dates for automated email actions. Hi everyone,I keep having an issue with the URL to the attachment script. It works great for some links but there's a URL that keeps having the same issue: the script runs, it shows a gray icon, and then it automatically deletes the data from those cells. The URLs are public so that shouldn't be the issue. We used to have all of our employees invited to each base as a user rather than the workspace because we had some bases with sensitive info. We've now moved the sensitive bases to a new workspace and invited all of our employees to the workspace so they have access to everything. However, when we go under Account > Base Collaborators it still shows all of the individual bases that they were originally added to. For managing access it's much nicer to just see who has access to the whole workspace and who has access to only some individual bases as we still have some people that only need base access.It seems the only way to clean this up would be to remove the workspace access, then painfully remove access for each individual on each of the probably over 100 bases we have, then re-grant access to the workspace. Is there any other way to fix this? To Airtable, suggestion that if someone goes from base access to the workspace access to clean up the view for us.

Hello, I am brand newt Airtable. So far it has been very good and a pleasant experience. I am a long time user and developer in MS Access. So there is some adjustment. In Access, when you link two tables, you can tell Access that you want to link via one field, but display another. So, I have a table with a linked field to another table. Airtable is showing me the primary key. Is there a way to show a more informative field? I am so used to using primary auto numbers that I cannot break the habit. So now all I see is a record number. I would like to see say the customer last name that is part of that record. Thanks in advance for the help. Best, Scott

Hello, On my Database  I have a table called "inventory".On my work spase i have two users, me as an admin and the second as an Editor user only.In the Inventory table i want that the second user will be able to create his own records and edit them, but cannot edit my records- right now he cannot delete the whole record but he can delete the values in his fields.Is this possible?

I have data coming in from interface forms that is structured with headers like this:Name 1 / Email 1 / Address 1  / Name 2 / Email 2 / Address 2.... and so on, all the way up to 100! Hello,I have two tables that I am trying to link together.One table is an instructor table called Instructors AY25 and the first column contains the instructor name and the other columns contain instructor information, including the catalog number for the course they are teaching.Another table is a course table called Courses AY25. The first column is a catalog number and the other columns contain course information.In the Instructor table, I have tried changing the catalog number to a linked field and linking it to the Course Table. This works and allows me to look up fields from the Course Table, but the new column that is created on the Course Table that should link back to the Instructor table is empty.Here's the instructor table catalog number:I have linked this to the course table:But the column it creates on the Courses table looks like this and is empty: I want the instructor names to pull into this column.
