Hi, I keep getting this new message in the automation script ide :Error: Request processing is disabled due to earlier failed requestIt seem like airtable does not want to rerty a fetch that previously failed even if the input parameters have changed. Anybody else is getting this?It's the first day that I saw this message and it's a bit combersome.

Hi !I struggle to import data from a bigquery table to another table in Airtable.My connections are fine, but I can’t manage to map the field between bigquery and airtable in Make. Any tutorial or idea ?I just want to import or upsert the data from bigquery to airtable. The fields are the same and ready in airtable.I've tried Skyvia but it make several errors when upserting...Thanks !

A number of other services that I've worked with (Tadabase, Knack, SmartSuite to name just three) have a field type called 'Address'. This streamlines the entry of addresses (by autocompleting) and at the same time validates the address. Is it possible to do this in Airtable? There's an extension in the extension "store" called LOB but I can't get it to work. And that's it. Is there a way to use a Zapier automation for example to do the validation at least, even if it's not possible to help with autoentry?This is a huge deal for my users, who spend a lot of time entering addresses — often making mistakes that cause problems down the road. 

Hi there,We are attempting to create some sort of conversion tracking tool for our leads. The fields in our data table that are relevant for this are: Account Type (Lead, Customer, Rejected), and Source.There doesn't appear to be a way we can easily create a table, like in Excel, where we can simply name columns and create formulas in each cell.Here's the table we're attempting to recreate: The issue we're running into is we can't create the majority of the columns seen in this screenshot. Any ideas to help?

Hello--We're developing an Affiliate program where the affiliates offer a free month on our app. We're gathering new user data from Typeform forms that are automatically dropping in the information into different Airtable sheets as shown below.I'd like for all of the new users to then be put into another table that I can sort by start date, but I'm not sure how to do that.  Thanks in advance!

Dear Airtable Community,im working on an automization to assign volunteers to specific working shifts according to their preferences. The volunteers can name socalled Besties to work with, so the code has to first assign matching volunteers into Bestie Groups and afterwards assign the whole group to a preferred shift. The code worked until I started "optimizing" the runtime of the code and creating a volunteerMap at the beginning of the code to have it set and not need to map it during the analyzation of the volunteers besties. Hi all, We use Airtable as our internal operating system but our customer-facing web-app is built using a Postgres DB. So, we’re trying to two-way sync our Airtable base with our Postgres DB. We’ve looked at other tools such as Retool or UI Bakery that allow for SSH tunneling but really don’t want to leave Airtable. We’ve also looked to connect Airtable to our db by way of Zapier but Zapier currently requires us to whitelable essentially all IP adddress for the Eastern US to enable the connection, which we’re not comfortable doing for obvious security reasons. Also, Zapier does not currently support SSH tunneling. We welcome any solutions or suggestions. Thanks, A.J.

Hi,  I'm having trouble understanding how to do what I want to do.I want to create a campaign. Not necessarily send emails from Airtable but structure and track the progress of a campaign.I'm trying to make a "Campaigns" table where each record is a campaign.One of the fields in the "campaign" record is "contacts" where I attach the contacts I want to exchange with.I want to track for each contact whether they've been contacted, by what means, whether they've replied, and notes on these interactions.It looks like a list display, but I can only create levels above each campaign record & not below (see the screenshot below).I'd like to have above the campaign record and below each contact with fields.I can do this architecture in the contact table but in this case the "campaign" is no longer a record in itself but only a field. Hello!I am trying to sync my airtable to a SQL Server Management Studio Database. Essentially, I want the database to update every time I make changes to the airtable. Is this possible via code? I have looked everywhere on the internet to find a 3rd party solution, but none seem to accommodate for MSSQL, and if they do, they are faulty. Has anyone solved this issue using Python code, so when the code is run, the database updates based on the airtable?

Is it possible to update a value in automations to update an entire table uniformly?For now I'm doing it in a script but it can run on 50 rows each time, so I made a loop but it takes over a minute each time

Hello,We use airtable to manage a database of audio assets and often use the preview function to listen to the songs. The previews regularly freeze like it's a buffering issue and we need to refresh the page or skip the audio a little to get it to work again. It used to be now and again, but now it happens every single time we try to play a song. It affects multiple users across multiple fibre optic wifi connections and has been ongoing for years. We tried all the usual stuff like different browsers, clearing the cache etc. but nothing seems to make a difference. It feels a bit random and buggy. It happens in table views, record views, list views and where we mostly use it... interfaces. It has also happened on hundreds if not thousands of files from various professional sources.  We can still preview everything eventually but it just slows down our workflow dramatically. So I'm trying to import images in an attachment field.  I tried connected my Dropbox account but unfortunately it's not showing all the folders in my Dropbox account.  It's only showing the first folder.  Is there something I'm missing with permissions maybe? 

Hello All!New to Airtable but loving it so far!I created a CRM for my company, and also created several interfaces for employees to use the CRM. Everyone uses the interfaces on the Airtable mobile app on their iphone.One of the interfaces is a Referral Log, that allows users to add client referrals, comment, and keep track of them. Every employee has full access to this Referral Log interface, and can edit, create, etc.I have built everything to be seamless, and it is perfect so far - save for one issue:When a user comments on a Referral, or uses the @ symbol to add someone to the thread - they receive a notification that someone commented or mentioned them. This notification exists in the "notifications" menu in the apps base menus. However when you click into the notification a message appears "This page is not supported on mobile. Go to Desktop view." - the annoying part is you can easily just go to the record you were mentioned in and view the

Me and my team is often using Airtable on our phones. One of my colleagues is editor in two bases. However the app only allows her to filter on her phone in one base and not the other. They're both personal grid view.Is says this when she tries to filter in the base she can't filter:"UNSUPPORTED FILTERSThis view's filters cannot be displayed in the iOS app yet. Please use airtable.com in a desktop browser to display and edit it."Does anyone know why that is?

Hi.  For the past 1 - 3 days, I've been experiencing immense slowdowns using the web UI interface of Airtable, when loading tables, changing formulas, doing any updates whatsoever.  This used to work pretty fast up till now. As far as I know, nothing drastic has changed from my base size, or design.The Web UI takes ages to load irrespective of table size, I have tables of less than 200 records which take a very long time, and also others of 10,000 records. Tools integrating with Airtable, like Make and some other tools, still work pretty fast and get good response rates.I have no idea where to start to troubleshoot such performance issues, or how to go about this.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi everyone, I’m facing an issue with counting linked records in Airtable, and I’d love your help! I’ve created two tables for managing group interviews:1. “Entrevues Dispo” (Interview Slots) – Tracks the availability of each interview slot.2. “Entrevues Inscriptions” (Interview Registrations) – Stores candidate registrations linked to the available slots. In the Entrevues Dispo table, I have a linked field called “Entrevues confirmées” (Confirmed Interviews), which pulls all the candidates linked to a specific interview slot. The relationship works, and I can see the correct linked records. The Problem: I’m trying to calculate the number of candidates per slot using COUNTA({Entrevues confirmées}). However, it only counts 1 record, even though there are multiple linked records (e.g.,

When creating filters for views, I often have to select a lot of options from a multiselect field. Once i've selected more than a couple, it becomes difficult to see all my selections. It would be great if the filter view area could be enlarged to full screen or expand to display all the available options. 

Emails sent via automations replace underscores with nothing, thereby corrupting the URLs, and other values, that contain underscores. I've read the many posts about this and still can't figure out the syntax to use to make this happen.Here's an example screenshot:What syntax would I use to ensure the Asset Location (URL) field values will retain any underscores?I've tried single-quotes with parentheses, and/or brackets but am not having success.Thoughts?   

I have read previous posts on this topic (syncing with Google Sheets) but a lot of these posts are from 2019, 2020 or even earlier. I would like to sync up my Google Sheets data with Airtable so my tables in Airtable update as Google Sheets updates. I am unable to use zzzBot because of privacy restrictions (?) and a lot of changes have been made to different integrations. Does anyone know whether it is possible to sync Google Sheets data with Airtable?

I am new to the free version of Airtable which I am using to keep track of my craft stamps. I have at the moment around 500 items which have sentiments listed. When I try to find a particular sentiment I search for eg has any of, but it gives me "enter comparison value" and all the sentiments I have created. What I want is just a search box so I can just type just one word eg happy, so all those sentiments are found. What have I done wrong please and how can I rectify it.

Hello, I am trying to get this to work but all I get so far is a massive headache haha 🙂Context : organizing automatic reminders to clients we're meeting at a trade show. On the day of the meeting, I want to send a reminder to the invitee at 8:00 local time (and of course this local time changes depending on where the trade show is) to tell them they have a meeting with us that day.I have two tables.> One for trade shows with Trade Show Name (linked to the other table) and various fields, one being a number field providing the hours difference as well as a time zone field 'Europe/Paris' for instance, this being the time zone where the trade show takes place. > One for meetings with plenty of fields, including one that comes from our booking tool (Calendly) and where I've set up a webhook and the meeting time always comes as UTC. I have there also a lookup field repatriating the hours difference as well as the timezone field.
