Hi there, I have the automation example in Airtable that sends a digest email of certain records for yesterday (in our case, overrun on tasks). On days when there was no overrun, the email would still send but would be blank, which is not appreciated by management. I found this script in the forums here that helps prevent the email going out BUT it means I get an error alert & email instead, and it makes me go and check the automation is still working: // A script to stop the automation running when no records are found. // This prevents blank emails being sent. // See: https://share.support.airtable.com/2NuwnyDD?method=GET let numRecordsFound = input.config().numRecordsFound; if (numRecordsFound < 1) { throw Error("No records were found. Hi all together!I work with an organization with an airtable enterprise account and we are currently having the problem, that a table is limited to 10.000 rows (can this be?).My question is, if there is any limit for rows in a table for airtable enterprise accounts?Online I read about 100.000, but it seems ours is different.

I am trying to use the API request to retrieve comments from a record using the following URL: v0/{baseId}/{tableIdOrName}/{recordId}/comments. However, I encounter a '[404] NOT_FOUND' error. I am using an OAuth connection in Make, which works when I use any other request, such as a simple 'Get a record': v0/{baseId}/{tableIdOrName}/{recordId}.

I cannot get DATETIME_FORMAT to work in a Rollup Field. There are multiple dates present in the Rollup Field, and each displays correctly when NOT using the DATETIME_FORMAT I am attempting: DATETIME_FORMAT(ARRAYJOIN(values, “\n”), “M/DD/YYYY”) But that results in an #ERROR! when there are multiple dates present in the Rollup. It works correctly when there is only one date present in the Rollup Field. I’ve found a couple topics on this same issue, but no resolutions. Thank you!

The little grammarly bubble keeps showing on top of what I'm typing. It's specially bad and annoying when I'm working on formula fields and I can't see my formula. How do I turn it off? Toggling the extension off on chrome didn't seem to work. Cheers,

Hello,I am pulling out the few hairs I have left over a problem that I am about to solve, but I can’t find the sticking point. To summarize:I have a record in a COMMANDE table, linked to multiple records in a LIGNE_COMMANDE table. (The classic case of an order header with its order lines).I want to be able to “Clone” via automation (when a record enters a specific view, for example) both the information contained in the COMMANDE table and the content of the linked records in the LIGNE_COMMANDE table.When I say clone, I mean creating a new COMMANDE record (almost identical, as it will have a new order number assigned) and creating new linked LIGNE_COMMANDE records (identical but linked to this newly created COMMANDE record).

Hello, I need help structuring my datetime_format as it has been showing inaccurate days.What I want is to have ~ Live Event ~ On-Air Start date(MMDDYY) and my formula is below:However, with this formula, it is producing a date that is the following day when any time is past 12:00. I'm using the 24 hour time clock.Can someone help me fix this? 

I have an interface that has been made to show lists of all of the Purchase Orders, Purchase Order Items, and Invoices from clients. (Purchase Orders is a table, Purchase Order Items is a table, and Invoices is a table. Each of these tables uses the client's number as part of the name of the record.)Right now, the only solution I have to show everything for a client is to enter their client number into three separate filter elements. (Each filter element is connected to a list in the interface - a list of Purchase Orders, a list of Purchase Order Items, and a list of Invoices.) The filters all work with the same search term because of the client's number being used in the name of the records in the three tables.Is there a way to somehow tie these together so that I can enter just one piece of information in an interface and have it display results from three different tables?

Can Forms be customized outside of just adding the fields in the table? Can I add labels or pictures that don’t add anything to the table but improve the look of the form?

hi everyone, I have created a form with the new form designer in interfaces. When I share the link to it, it shows an Airtable image and title, which may discourage the audience from actually opening the link in the first place...Is there a way to edit/change the cover image and title that are displayed when the form link is shared? thank you

Hello! I am currently using the below formula to pull together a list of cities that correspond to a record. I have City 1, City 2, City 3, City 4, City 5, Cities 6 fields. Formula looks like this: CONCATENATE({BP City 1}, ", ",{BP City 2}, ", ",{BP City 3}, ", ",{BP City 4}, ", ",{BP City 5}, ", ",{BP Cities 6}) My formula works if all 6 fields contain cities although it doesn’t look great if only one city is listed. It ends up looking like this: Philadelphia, , , , , Anyone know how to fix the formula so that the appropriate number of commas appear so there will not be a string of messy commas at the end? Hello Airtable Community:I need help with my automations. I run a tutoring company and I use Airtable to schedule lessons and events.I have two automations in my base - "Cancelled Lesson" and "Cancelled Event". These automations update lesson and event status to "Deleted" so I know when to take action when a student or parent changes times/dates of the lessons.Today I received an email from Airtable stating that I am approaching the limit of my automations, hitting 11,000 runs midway through March! I know this is impossible as I don't have this kind of volume. I look into the Run History and I see that there hundreds of failed runs occuring each day. Clearly this is not correct because parents and tutors only change their schedule once in a while. Hello, and first off, thank you to everyone for all the help in the community. Long time lurker, first time poster! My business uses a series of documents that go through a few statuses - drafted - sent - viewed - and complete. The way my table is set up and with a few little automations I have the ability to know the duration between those statuses. The problem is, I only can get the duration between the statuses when they change, not the duration that’s been going on between that time - if that makes sense. My end goal is to know (even roughly) how much time (days are fine) since a last update of any of the actions. For example, I would like to know how long it’s been since ‘viewed’ so I can see if a document is past the parameters of being on-time and contact my customer to support them on completing their document. More simply - I would like to know how long something is ‘in’ one of the statuses - again, rough dates are totally ok. Initially I

I'm attempting to assign an Award Name to an Award Picked field if an applicant says 'Yes" they want to apply for that award.So, if someone says 'yes' to the First Award, I would like the Award Picked column to read "First Award Name".  Same for Second, Third, etc. (I have 21 awards). If they don't say yes, then it should be 'blank'.I tried the AI formula (which came up with the same thing I tried myself) but the Award Name does not appear, only 'blank'.Any help would be much appreciated!! 

Hello,I have a schedule table with multiple records that are linked as work to be repeated. When a checkbox is set I want each of these records to be recreated using a repeat group automation. When the automation is complete I would like to send a single email with a summary of all the records created. Currently, it appears that Airtable severely lacks this as a native function to add further automation steps after a repeat group.Thanks!

I run a workshop / class business.When a customer books a class I need to manually link the customer to their class looking for the correct class title and date (there are multiple dates to choose from for each class).HOWEVER ... after having airtable for a year now (created for me so I'm still a relatively new user) I have accumulated 100s and 100s of classes and although I can type in the search bar the name of the class to narrow down the number of classes to search through (to find the correct date) there are still far too many and its never in date order either. Annoyingly classes dating back to 2023 will still appear in my search which I would love to omit from my search. Can anyone help? I can't delete the classes from my bases because I need the data. So how do I make it so that when I need to link the class (record) all I see are the dates "from today" or at least just from 2024?It's getting easier and easier to make an

Hi there - I’m looking to set up a formula to determine fiscal year and can’t figure it out. Help appreciated I tried setting up an IF function (i.e., if the date in the “Engagement End Date” column is on or after 7/1/2018, then the fiscal year is 2019, and if the date in the “Engagement End Date” is on or after 7/1/2019, then fiscal year is 2020.) Also - is there a formula in Airtable comparable to IFERROR? I don’t quite think ERROR and ISERROR formulas are what I’m looking for. Thanks! Thanks!

I made a task manager with the new interface designer. Basically a record list from a “tasks table”. It is indeed way more interesting to look at the rows of that table displayed as an interface. Unfortunately, I’m afraid my team will be unable to look at their notifications from that view. If they go back to bases (enabling them to look at notifications again) and open a notification, it will open a regular airtable card, which could be confusing for some people. I wonder if there’s a widget to put notifications in the interface, or maybe just the notifications regarding the table behind that particular interface. So when someone is mentioned in a row and that person opens the notification, it just refreshes the interface with the new row (displayed as an interface). Hi everyone, we would like to create some script into Airtable in order to integrate in Automation processes and send data (or collect) between Airtable and Shopify. Our need is to use Airtable as backend and send data to Shopify based on some conditions (managed by Automation processes into Air) We have some draft code but my question is if someone has experience to create these Scripts and plugin and activate into Automation.

Hi, I have been trying to do this all day with no luck so I'm hoping someone can save me from my oncoming rage 😂. I have a base with 2 tables, one is a Master List and the other is a Sapphire Customer List.In the Sapphire Customer List I have a single select field for "promo?" which is set to yes or no.  In the Master List I have a multiple select field called "Promo team" with product names as the options. If a record is set to "yes" in the "Promo?" field of the Sapphire Customer List I want the "Promo Team" in the Master List to automatically add "Sapphire" to the field. I have linked both records and have a lookup field in the "Master List" showing the "yes" from the Sapphire Customer List.So basically, if a customer agrees to promo a product, I want to be able to see that for each product they've agreed to in the master list multiple select field. I hope that makes sense! Please help me

Hey, sorry if it's a newbie question but I just can't get this to work. I have 2 tables : one with a list of activites, most of them are repeating so the name is the same but date, participants etc changes. The other table groups activites based on their name so I know for example how many people participated in X activity this month.What I want to do is an automation that adds activity X after it is finished to the other table, in the record which lists all activites of this month for example.I just can't figure out what to put in the configuration fields of the update record step of the automation, I always get "received invalid inputs"Thanks !

Hello,I am attempting to use Airtable's Kanban board in Interface Designer to replace Trello. It's been going really well overall, however, I just realized that Airtable is not letting me change the order of cards in each column. Whenever I drag-and-drop cards up-or-down in the column, they just go right back to the exact same place and order that they were in before without any change. Does anybody know how I can update my Kanban Interface so that I can change the order of my cards within each column? This wasn't an issue until my lists of cards required a scroll bar.There's not a clear logic to the order the cards are in, however, it appears they might be displayed in the order that the record was created. If so, it would be surprising to me because Record Creation Date isn't a column I'm keeping track of, so I don't know why Airtable would sort by that.I added a screenshot from the Interface Designer settings showing
