I have a JSON array in a field called 'Output' in a table called 'Assessmnt converter'. I am trying to create new records into a table called 'Submissions test' and populate the data into four respective fields; Question number raw, Question raw, Number of marks raw and Student answer raw. I have created an automation whereby if the 'Output is not empty', it runs the following script. However, every time I run the script, I'm getting the following error:CONSOLE.ERROR"Error parsing JSON data:"▶Error {name: "SyntaxError"}Here is my script:// Load the Airtable scripting environmentlet assessmentTable = base.getTable(

Hi, I have an issue with transferring personal credits to my workspace. I just updated my plan to a business one, and now I want to transfer all my personal credits, but it doesn't work. I already resublmitted my card details, still no success. Please sort this out for me ASAP!

I have one record (Project#1) that starts in JAN and ends in AUG with 800 hours. Assuming a simple linear average, how [would we get Airtable to tell me how] many hours should I expect to spend in MAY?(2) The first complication: There are many projects (of course), each with their own overlapping StartDate, EndDate, and EstimatedHours. How I can get Airtable to report what our total monthly commitment is for MAY? JUN? etc?(3) The second complication: Say there is also a Resources table (i.e. the labour that will be working down the commitments). Hi guys!I am using Record Templates to auto-populate long text fields in existing records, but it doesn't seem to be working. I have a bunch of long text fields that I want to have templates for to auto fill them out when a project hits a certain phase. A manager will hit a Apply Template button on an interface to apply the template they want to a project. Current it only changes a single select option I have in the template. Do record templates not work with long text fields? If so does anyone know of a way to make this work? Thanks!

Ever since personal token system came in Airtable, my data is not showing in Kodular. I have tried everything, tried putting personal token instead of api key but got no result, can't understand where is the problem. 

I have created a base to track various components of our commercial kitchen operation.I have bases for Menu Items, Prep Items and Ingredients.I have created various columns for the quantity of ingredients for each dish and need to roll them up into the quantity of ingredients in total for a given period, using sales data.Because there may be multiple meats involved in a dish, I have created separate groups of columns with Qty Meat 1, Single Select Meat 1 and a formula column that multiplies Qty by average weekly sales. I need to roll this up into the meat table so that we can calculate the total quantity of each meat we use per week using a formula to sum the four columns for each meat.This all works fine for the first meat, and works fine for the initial calculations for the remaining columns (to Meat 4).However, when I roll up these columns to calculate the total, the second, third and fourth columns are grabbing the Meat single-select from Meat

Does anyone know of documentation that has an example of creating each field type using Node.js?There are certain field types I am running into issues with such as date fields and currency fields and I can not find much documentation of when an example for each field completed looks like.

I've done a lot of searching and tried a variety of suggestions but I can't get this to work.  I'm trying to make the viewing of record details in an interface very intuitive for the user.  Here is what I've tried:1. Hello. I am having issue with my formula returning errors instead of 0. I tried using adding If to the beginning of the formula and also the ISERROR but nothing is working the way I need it to. My formula is returning 1 if Purchase Close Date was last month. Below is what the formula currently looks like. Thanks in advance for any help! One of my tables is “Accounts” and it has gotten really wide (40+ fields) and growing. (Name, ID, Address Complete, Address1, Address2, City, State, Zip, Phone, Fax, Comments, Attachments, COD status, Credit Terms, Tax Exempt, Tax Exempt Number…) I’ve backed up the table and started playing with linking sub-sets of account information in multiple tables (a 2nd table for Address information, a 2nd table for Credit/Billing information, a 2nd table for interests/category information… so each table can be limited to 15 or fewer fields) What are the pros and cons of wide tables? The way I see it, going wide is: Pros: Everything can be entered in one record (I don’t need to go to multiple tables and re-type the account name to continue entering information) No confusion over whether the additional records have already been made in the additional tables Can use custom views to make the data more visually manageable

Interface designer is nice but on mobile it’s quite pointless and I hope I’m mmissing something. Wouldn’t want to use a 3rd party for building interfaces. the list views show a random number of fields see sceenshot below. How can this be fixed? Also, to add a record - you need to ba an editor. So bad 😞 I have loads of people only doing that. Submitting records. Now I must make a workaround - because through a form it works  

Hello all,Within a Project Management table and related interface, I have a collaborator field ("Watchers") which is intended to allow users to receive alerts whenever a project they are "watching" is updated.I do not want to show everyone who is watching - I would like only to display information about whether the signed-in user is watching the project, so people don't feel shy about watching projects.I am stumped though, about how to display a "Yes"/"No" answer to the question, does the signed-in user appear in the collaborator list field. Any tips? 

I have built an automation and it works very well. When I open a new row in the "Projects" table, it automatically adds the necessary tasks in the "Tasks" table. It also fills in the default values. Great. Unfortunately, I cannot insert a default value from the "Projects" table as a lookup. I can select it, but nothing happens. Does anyone have a tip?When I do the preview, the value appears, but only the one already created. In my case "test".Or is this only possible via the "Create child linked records" script?    

Hi,I have a series of lookup fields that return multiple dates.  I'd like to combine those fields into one, listing all of the dates returned in M/D/YYYY.  I've messed with datetime_parse and format with a concatenate, but the formatting is either not M/D/YYYY or it only returns the first date listed in a series in the lookup field.Thanks for any help!

As you can see in the attached file, I want to Create a link between anchor campaigns and other campaigns from the same column. Anchor campaigns are the “major” campaigns happening throughout the year and all other campaign types are “subcampaigns”.  I want to link all the subcampaigns according to their start and end date with the Major Anchor campaigns. Please let me know how I can achieve this?

Hi there,I have this automation I have built and it looks right to me and passes the test. The test data populates in the destination table. But when I manually enter data into the source table nothing happens.Here is the automation: This is the destination table. The Article Number "F25NSECVR" was populated when I ran the test.This is the source table. I manually entered "F25TEST" and nothing happened.   

This has been discussed multiple times without one fortified solution. Thus, I must request help again - a file from Google Drive is being uploaded to Airtable via Integromat, but Airtable is automatically deleting the file after it is uploaded (the preview of the file is not proper either for the few seconds it is there) There is nothing wrong with the process as it worked twice, with the files getting properly attached. Without any change, the problem reappears, and I do not have a solution.

Curious if this has happened to anyone else? ... and why?  In one table, filter options now require that I click apply for them to take effect. See pic below. This is new. This table/view is one of our most regularly viewed tables and never required that. Changes to the sheet would happen live vs requiring clicking a button. The weird thing is too, on other tables, it's not required. We can still edit the filter options and the changes happen live. Curious what might have changed and if I can change it back?  

I have this actionable message automation that doesn't seem to work.  I can see it failed and the recipient was not filled out. A typical non-actionable Slack automation seems to work fine and I can see a recipient.Is there something I am missing?  

Hello Guys! Pretty new in airtable. I have 2 tables, on the first table I added a [Link to another record] field that follows a condition to only allow values that matches a value from my first table. I've succesfully done this in a way that it only allows me to pull the values that I want. Now my question is, is it possible to automatically pull in those values? whenever (1) New records are added to Table 1 & (2) New records are added to Table 2 (Because currently you need to manually select them)

Let’s say I want to assign the same item to two categories in a multiple select field. And I am grouping my view by that field. For instance maybe I am creating a list of vendors and what we buy from them, so for HP I want to select “computers” and “printers” from my multiple select field. For Xerox I would only select “printers”. I would now want my grouped view to look something like this: Computers HP Printers HP Xerox But instead what Air Table understandably does is this: Computers; Printers HP Printers Xerox Is there a way to create the grouping I want where HP would be listed twice, once under each category, as in my first example? Hopefully I’ve described my question in a way that makes sense. Thanks

Hi,I'm trying to import duration data from a CSV (e.g., "2:52:32" meaning 2 hours, 52 min, 32 sec). The Airtable  Duration field is set up correctly (I think?) with the h:mm:ss time format selected. I want to keep it as a duration field so I can calculate sums, avgs, etc.When I import the data, the duration is not aligned correctly. For example, the original duration in the CSV is "23:51:52," but when it's imported, the duration is showing as "0:23."What can I do to correct this? Thank you so much.
