Hi there,I am looking to create nice email templates on Airtable and send them via the automation function. I tried with Aeropage but I need to pay for it which I rather not do.I also tried with Sendgrid but can't find how to do it once the template has been created.Thanks in advance for your help

I have an automation which sends out entries to the database through email.Error message showed that one of the emails couldn't be sent due to it exceed 25mb.Is there a way to increase the size limit of the email or is compressing the file the only way around this?

Hello everyone,I want to create a linked table that shows columns in one table as rows in another table.I looked at Pivot functionality, but it seems to be designed for Interfaces. (I didn't try it yet, so I could be wrong here)What I'm looking to do should be fairly simple: check the screenshots.Dates in Table 4  should be automatically transposed to how they look in Table 5.In the screenshot I did it manually for demonstration purposes.Thanks!Jan

Hi, newbe to Airtable which is great, except a few nigglesI've set up an Interface for Mobile and viewed it on iPhoneIn Kanban view in the iPhone App it only displays a list of #RecordNumbersWhen you click on a record number then, sure, you can see the whole record, but I want the Client Name field displayed, otherwise the user has to carry a list of #RecordNumbers vs #ClientName with them to know which is whichCan I do this?

Today I am unable to add new rows to my base table on my free account. I get a pop up screen saying i need to upgrade to have more than 5 collaborators. I only have four defined.  Does anyone else have this issue or know what i need to do to get round it?

hi there, i was trying to capture text w the mid feature for text inside a bracket in my title column imported from google calendar however for some reason it's not grabbing it. What should the formula be? The text that needs extrapolating to a different field is within the "[" and "]" [TEST] Restaurant Name: Name of Event. Any thoughts? I'd then like that text to trigger a dropdown menu in a different field.  THank you!  

I have a table of Contacts where one column is the Companies where these contacts have worked. The Companies column is a lookup column to a table of companies. Contacts might have more than one company that they've worked for. I want to be able to attach a year range in some way to the company information, so that I can see that John Smith has worked at Company X between 2021-2022 and Company Y between 2022-2024. What are some ways I can think about doing this?

Hi! I thought a simple formula shown below would calculate price per square foot for my table. {Price} / {Building SqFt} Both Price and BuildingSqFt are columns in my table, so I am not sure why the formula gives me an ERROR response. What formula do I need instead? Thank you!

I have outlined and organized my novel in Airtable. It's a beautiful, perfect system for this. But I want to do one more radical step: actually write the novel. I need a basic text editor window bigger than the one currently supplied for "long text" fields. Are there any extensions or solutions out there? Or hey airtable people, can we get a text editor extension? Please?

Hello, I feel like this is relatively easy but I am stuck. I have automations set up to send out a welcome email each time a project is sold. I have spec sheets and standard documents I want to send with each email. They are standard forms that are the same for each project. I want these to automatically attach to a record when it is created. I have the forms set up as their own table. How do I get Airtable to link these forms whenever I create a new record? thank you

I am using a DATETIME_FORMAT formula to reformat a Date input field and make it pretty. For some reason no matter what time I put in to the Date input field the formula field spits out a time exactly four hours later. Anyone know why this is happening? 

Hi everyone,I am wondering if there is a workaround/solution without using make.com or scripting.I have data in one column for example. The column is a linked field.Items | Qty_to_BuyA|5A|1B|1B|1B|6C|10 I want to create a table with the following output.A | 6B|8C|10It is basically grouping by item but I want the output to show up as separate records. If possible I would like for it to be in the same base but a sync to other table also works. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.

Hi All,So I have a question about the best way to merge data. I manage a scholarship program for a festival that happens once a year. We've been using airtable the last few years to manage the staff, artists, and scholarship recipients. We saw a lot of success converting our emails into Typeforms last year and want to expand on that.We use a typeform application for people to apply and then pull those who are selected into an 'Accepted' View. We intend on sending 4-5 typeforms with questions so we will need to merge their answers into each of their 'Applicant' profile. The typeform will ask for the same email address they applied with and I would use that to direct the merge. This is going to create a lot of multiple 'accounts' and I want to make sure our data stays tidy and manageable. Rundown:1. John Snow is accepted.2. We send out  Typeform 1, 2, 3, and 4 out to John3. John fills out the typeformform as he recieves them, the data is collected and sent into airtable vi

Hi Airtable Community,  I have two questions regarding the interfaces.How / where can I set who can share an interface? I don’t want everyone to be able to share informations.   Can I set that certain users / user groups can only see certain pages of an interface?  Thank youBestMirko

Hello,In the photo below some of the names in the linked field are cut off. This is extremely annoying and I cannot figure how to get the entire name to show. On the desktop this is less of an issue (2nd photo) but I think it has something to do with the formula and the line break in the Pallet ID field. In the base, the pallet id and materials fields have no line breaks in the content. Does anyone know how to get rid of this annoying and inconsistent line break? Or just show the full name?Thanks in advance for any help!    

Hi thereAs in the title, the error "Cannot access this data" has started appearing on some Interface pages.I have base access and am not seeing this issue. The issue has only occurred for collaborators with Interface-only access.It's happening on Interface pages that were created as Lists and Grids.Duplicating the page with issues fixes the issue. 

Hi.I have two Date files with Time Called Start and Ende.g.:Start=08.05.2024 09:54End= 08.05.2024 12:00in another filed I'd like to calculate this into hours rounded to full 15 minutes using:IF( AND({End}, {Start}),ROUND(DATETIME_DIFF({End}, {Start}, 'm') / 15) / 4) the result of this is 2 which is correct as I used "ROUND"But I'd actually like to ROUNDUP, so the result should be 2.25But when I change ROUND to ROUNDUP in the above formula, I just get #ERROR back Further down the road I'l like to convert the this into "working days" of 8 hours each So let's say I have two entries with 2 hours and 8 hours, that would sum up into 1,25 "working days" reason for this: I'm building a tracker of PS engagements. Customer purchases a fixed amount of days and engineers enter information about what work has been done. There can be multiple Tracker entries for a PS Project and I need to sum this up into "Working days" of 8 hours each any help here is highly appreciated&nbs

Hi everyone,An interesting Restriction / Bug I've found but unsure if anyone can help?I have a basic list view that lists Tasks, with associated Subtasks as drop downs by using the 'Levels' setup.With this basic, 2 level setup I now can't Group my Tasks by Status?  Anything I add in the 'Group' option on the right (no matter where I have selected on the window) only affects the Subtasks that are nested, not the parent TaskAny ideas?Thanks!

Hi, I have researched the forum but cant find the problem to my solution. Every time a record is updated in UseCases, I calculate a field call Environment_textual (example value would be "Negligible risk").I have another table called Environment_pics where I store pictures for each rating (e.g. there is a pic for "Negligible risk"). I want to create an automation which takes Environment_textual and copies it over to the linked field, so I can the picture in the UseCases list.I get an error for the last step.Should I copy the result in the linked field in UseCases or in the linked field of Environment_pics? For use cases it runs succesfully but the value is not inserted, for Environment_pics I get an error "The record does not exist"Please help. A gif would be me most welcome, or any description, link. Hey my Gmail automation appears to be set up correctly with a publicly hosted web image that should send in the body of the text. It works in the preview but when I send the email it doesn't show. Could anyone point out where I'm going wrong please? The subject and body of text pulls from my airtable and sends in the actual email, then I use (<img src="image web address">) to attach the image (This does not send). Does this need to be configured in a particular way to send via Gmail that I'm missing? Cheers! 

Can someone help me figuring out how I can copy all the options in a single select (my example has 5 options, but assume a have a sigle select with 1000 options), and paste it in another table, as a regular text field? i need this because I want to create a db with all those options, and use link record.. as this info is in many of my forms, and get updated regularly , thanks! 

Hi All,I'm having difficulty automating a task that I need for my database. Essentially what I'm trying to do is to have a default value in the "Link to Field" selection, which is then removed when another option is added. The data is currently pulled in from another table using a 'Link to Field' column, I currently have the automation working to add default option back when options are removed but having difficulty creating the script to remove the default option when a second option is added.Below is my current code, which pulls the current options from the cell and checks whether they are the same as the field being updated, which then passes those choices to an updateOptionsAsync, from which my understanding is the wrong function to be calling.Any help would be greatly appreciated!! let inputConfig = input.config();let currentRecord = (inputConfig.recordID);let table = base.getTable("Deals");let field = table.getField("Properties");let queryResult = await table.selectReco

I'm sitting with a client who needs have a massive library of materials that is put into subgroups depending on category. I thought the AI search could be a potential game changer, however they don't want to switch it on before they have an idea about cost.We've been trawling the Airtable AI and billing section, but so far haven't found where it says how much credits the search functionality takes. Does anyone know?
