I have a table listing persons linked to another table showing tasks. I'm trying to show the remaining tasks a person needs to do.Example: These two tables are linkedTable 1: a list of 100 peopleTable 2: a list of 34 tasks to be done by each personEach time a person competes a task I link them to the task, so Bob will have 2 tasks done (linked to his record), but Mary will have 30 of the 34 tasks.It is easy to see how many tasks each person has done, but it is hard to see which ones remain. How do I go about doing this?Example goal: Mary: 4 tasks remaining, which are W X Y Z

I want to send an automated email that includes a formula field/token (it is called "6-month historical average"), formatted to 0.1 decimal place (this formula calculates an avg of the numeric values in 6 other fields, all of which are to 0.1 decimal place).Although the "6-month historical average" field is formatted to 0.1 decimal place, when I test the automation, this value always appears with a long string of decimal places e.g. instead of 4.6 it will show as 4.6248482367213....Why is this happening? I want the historical average to show with only 0.1 decimal place.Thanks for your advice!

Hi there and Happy Friday!I am trying to calculate the time it takes an individual to get a specific type of number at the time they enroll in our program.The formula I have is essentially, "If the individual does not have a preexisting number, calculate the time difference between the date they got the number and the date they enrolled in the program." The formula is: IF({LO has FTN at time of Enrollment}="No",WORKDAY_DIFF({Enrollment Date},{Turned in FTN})) That works but if “Turned in FTN” is blank, the calculation results in "#ERROR" and I hate "#ERROR". So, that means I need to add something like, “If “Turned in FTN” = Blank, then “””. I tried adding that a few different ways but am still getting #ERROR. Any ideas how to get rid of the #ERROR? Thanks in advance!  

Oh hello there! I am working with a team that is developing a base to capture competitor profiles. Within the base we have an organizational overview tab, contacts tab, program information tab, and a SWOT Analysis tab where we'd like to fill out the data on the competitors' strengths (from a drop down), weaknesses (from a drop down), opportunities (from a drop down), and threats (from a drop down) (among a few other things unnecessary to mention). What I'd like to do is have a matrix template that will pull in those selected drop down items and look something like the below for each organization/competitor. Would the matrix or page design extension be best for this? Might there be a better tool? I have some serious beef with the page design view and how limited it is - or perhaps in my case, just not intuitive enough to be impactful. Any ideas would be incredibly welcome. Thank you!

Ok, I have been trying to do this for a while on my own with no luck.I have a list of serial numbers. These serial numbers have more than one entry. I group the view by serial number so I can see all entries for any particular serial number. What I would like to do is figure out a way that I can see only the last entry for every serial number. My thought is to have a third field for a conditional formula. Something that just posts the number 1 if it is the most recent date. Then I can use a view to only see everything with the number 1 in that field. The problem is that I need to pull the most recent date for EVRY serial number group. Not just the most recent date over all. Hope that I am explaining this right. Here is an example of the a sample base: Please help! Thank you.

Are there plans in the product roadmap to make the web clipper extension available for other browser than Chrome? If yes, then when ? I’m mostly interested in that being available in Firefox as I’m seriously considering to switch back from Chrome to Firefox. By the way, the web clipper tool is a great feature that helps users to quickly and conveniently add new records in a table in a comprehensive way. Thanks a lot for it ! Best regards, Younes

Hi! I'm trying to set up my first automation so that whenever someone submits a survey, AT sends that person an email with a summary of their responses. The client base are outside of the company and don't use AirTable beyond this survey, so I figured the automation route would be best. When I test using a test record I created in the base, it appears to run successfully. However, the first person submitted the survey yesterday and the automation keeps failing with the "The "To" input is empty" error. I currently have it set to popular the "To" field based on what the user enters in that question on the survey. I triple-checked the run that failed, and the user entered an email in that field, so I'm not sure why it's still saying it's blank. Should I add another step somewhere? Thanks in advance for any help! 

We create QR codes pretty frequently in our marketing collateral and it's not infrequent that we find out after something has been printed/distributed that we need to revise the URL it's point to for whatever reason.   I know there are a few services out there to generate a QR code. Is there a way to manage the associated URL though so if we need to redirect it at some point, we can?

Hi guys!I'm using Ubiqod for attendance tracking in our company. When you scan code, you click on the correct button (arrival, break, going home). After you submit it, the data comes to google sheet and with automation it gets to the Airtable. Now the problem occured. The timestamp from the google sheets it's not the same in the airtable. My guess is that this has got to do something with the different timezones. In googlesheet it's correct timestamp, in airtable it's 2 hours later.This is timestamp from google sheet:This is timestamp from AT:How can I transform this date in AT so that the hour will be correct (it was supposed to be "14:07" not 16:07). Thanks! 

Hello,I have a base where I keep track of projects and their status (in production, review, completed) organized in months. So, my tables look like: Jan 2024, Feb 2024, and so on.For monthly reports, I just grab information from a table (ex, Jan 2024) and create a interface. No prob there.The problem comes for QUARTERLY REPORTS, because so far I haven't been able to create an interface from several tables (Jan 2024, Feb 2024, Mar 2024). I have developed an extension with specific business logic that I would like to release to multiple bases at once. I do not want to publish this extension to the marketplace as it would not be relevant to those not working at my company. Has anyone found a good way to release an extension to multiple bases at once? Or to release an extension to all bases owned by an organization?  Ideally anyone at my company could release the latest version of the extension to a base without much hassle.My current process is to follow https://airtable.com/developers/extensions/guides/run-in-multiple-bases to create the remote configuration files. Then I have a script that iterates through all of those and releases the current extension to that base. Hello! I've got an inventory board ("Print Products") that has hundreds of products (each with variable quantities). I add new amounts of each product regularly (in "Order Received" and "Products Received" for individual line items). When I sell items they go in "Order Sold" (with "Products Sold" for individual line items).The problem is, I move various amounts of various products between multiple locations. Sometimes they sell at a location, but sometimes they don't and I need to move unsold inventory around between locations. I created another table "Currently At" to try to keep track of how much inventory was at each location, but I'm finding it incredibly time consuming and tedious to input each quantity one line item at a time so that I can check in/check out the different quantities of each product. I was able to write an automation so that when I put something in "Products Sold" it automatically put it in "Currently At" with the correct quantity decrement.

Hi!I'm using an airtable base to calculate my working hours as a freelancer who works in live entertainment and I'm trying to figure out the best way to have a flexible system for different employers' rules for minimum paid hours of a shift, after how many hours before OT and DT, and also how some allow for DT after midnight. There is also the possibility with some for Sundays to be considered "premium days" regular time=time and a half all day. Right now there is a tick box per "shift" record that allows me to say this shift is "premium".Right now I have a table of "billing rules" with lookup values for each parameter.Each shift is linked to a "billing rule" record, and these values are lookups. The lookup values are then used to determine how many hours fall under each.

I have two tables: 'Booked calls' and then 'CRM'.We are an agency that books calls on behalf of our clients. My booked calls are captured by webhook and linked to various other tables with KPIs. But now I want to build a CRM table for different clients, e.g. 'Client A CRM', 'Client B CRM', etc.How do I create an automatic link so that records coming into 'Booked Calls' are automatically added to the relevant client CRM?
