Hi! Currently I have a field which is returning a "Modified At" date. This field is a standard field (no formula) and it is returning the modified date of another field (our "Feedback" field).This is what it is returning in a problematic record:However, when I look at the revision history of the record, it says that the most recent update to this field was one month ago.Can someone help me understand why there is a lack of parity between this modified at date and the revision history?

Hello, We use Airtable at our company for our Purchase Order store and use formulas for expected payment date to calculate when we expect to get paid. We are now looking at advancing certain aspects of our database, such as, we want an automated email sent the same time each month, so the trigger we have chose is 'At scheduled time'Now i would like it then to find the records in one of my views, it does this but only lists 10 records, when we are looking at much more than this. We would then like the the records found be attached to an email that is sent to a memeber of our team. I hope this make senses, any tips would be of great help. 

I’d like to configure the fields shown on the record when I open that record from the Search extension. For example, I want to make sure a button and a few key fields appears at the top of the record and everything else is hidden. The goal is to speed up the process of searching, finding, and acting on information I haven’t found a way to explicitly say “open the record as if it were in this view” from Search, but the extension does seem to refer to one view in particular. Has anyone figured this out?

I've found a formula which is partly working for us, originally it was showing the years and months as negative numbers but I've managed to sort out the years aspect but I can't figure out what needs to change to make the months show correctly.currently shows the response like this 0 Years, -7 MonthsFormula being used is DATETIME_DIFF(NOW(),{D of B},'Years') & " Years, " &DATETIME_DIFF(DATEADD({D of B}, DATETIME_DIFF(NOW(), {D of B}, 'Years'), 'Years'),NOW()

I am looking for a way to automatically backup key tables in our Airtable base to sheets or CSV files in Google Drive. I had a play with Zapier and with Airtable automations, but couldn't find a way to do it.I tried ProBackup, but it didn't successfully backup any of the tables.On2Air might be possible. But you need to pay $29.99 per month to get a weekly backup. Which is pricey for a charity.Has anyone else had success with this? 

Whilst a fan of online apps and data, the paranoid in me wonders what I would do if your website goes down or gets compromised. Is there an easy way to backup my bases for local storage?

I know we can export data in .csv format but is there really no option in Airtable to basically download/export the whole DB?

I have a problem with a script that worked and all of a sudden, stopped to work:"App Name" is a linked record field. "Add App On Sign Up" is another linked record field. Hi!I have a system to record the working hours of employees. Through the form in table "timestamp", each employee reports the time of arrival and departure (and lunch break). Each entry is in a new line. Then, in table "Presence at work", I combined these rows for each employee to have all check-ins/check-outs for one day in one row. In this way, I then calculate lunch break and work time. If I group the rows by name and date, I can get a monthly attendance statement.In a completely different table ("holidays leave"), vacation requests are submitted via a form, where vacation days are added up.Now, in the table "Presence at work" (or in some extra table), I would like to have a monthly display for each employee of how many hours he worked, how many hours he used vacation and sick leave, and how many hours of holiday there were.Any ideas on how to make it as easy and automated as possible? So that I don't have to connect the tables manually. 

If I have a custom script as an action in an automation, is there anyway to have a catch or else statement that would create a failed automation notification like there is for the built in actions?Meaning, how can I set up a notification system if a custom script fails?

I have table A and table B.When a record in table A is created, I have an automation that creates the same record in table B. However, the primary column in table B stays blank. How can I fill the primary column in table B with the primary column value of table A?

The past week or so, we have experienced intermittent issues with the Jotform + Airtable integration.1. Some Jotform submissions indicate they were successfully sent to Airtable, and never showed up in Airtable.2. Fields that contain more than one attached file (like multiple photos) are only sending over the first file.In both cases, the integration log shows success. It is not every submission, just some of them, making it hard for me to troubleshoot the problem.

Hello! I am trying to format my data in a very specific way and require underscores between the text. I know when using a Lookup and formula there are challenges because the Lookup format is not a string and the commas within the field do not actually exist. I tried converting the field to a string and using a substitute formula but that just removed the commas and spaces from the field. Current Lookup Format: pa, nv, flSubstitute Format: panvflDesired Format: pa_nv_flDoes anyone know if there is a formula to add underscores to a lookup field that contains multiple options?Thank you in advance and I appreciate any support in solving this!

Hi there Airtable Gurus,We have four bases in our Airtable workspace:Base A: This is a new base connected to our legacy software, which automatically adds order numbers into Base A. We want to link this base to our existing Bases B, C, and D using the primary field (order number) from Base A.We would like the primary field (order number) from Base A to be selectable + within Bases B, C, and D within Airtable and via forms to ensure clear linkage and consistency to orders. Hello,We're an edtech startup for high school students.In addition to the in-app exams and quizzes, we also run offline exams in Telegram groups to mimic school exams (around 3 times a week).We send out a pdf to a group chat, and then each student solves the exam by hand, and then takes a picture and sends it back to us. Our teachers then give each student a grade and reply to that student. Trying to automate our UPC code generation (not the barcode image). We have our company prefix, and I know how to do the check sum. What I can’t figure out in AT is to process the current numbers already used/assigned in our block, and see what is the first missing number in the sequence. So we should have 10K numbers in our block, 00000 - 99999. We have used random numbers in past, all done manually. I would like to do this automatically in future by looking at that above sequence, removing anything that has been used, and then using the lowest number possible to start auto assigning SKU’s to projects moving forward. If this needs to be a script, can it be run by a button and/or an automation triggered by conditions?
