I am trying to create an Automation that will send an email to all records in a View, but I consistently get an error which indicates that the Action does not recognize the email field. Specifically: Job Board TableNew Listing View – New listing (all records with today’s date)Worker Availability Table                  Active List View Trigger: New record in Job Board Table – New Listing ViewAction:  Find records in Job Board Table – New Listing ViewEmail: to all records in Job Board Table – New Listing (field type: email) Testing my action produces the following error report: Invalid email address in the "to" field: <b>Worker email (El Correo de electrónico)</b><br/>theothergarynelson@comcast.net<br/><br/><br/&gt

Hey guys,I am having an issue with a formula field not showing up in a teams message. I have a formula field inserted into the body of the message, the formula is just "Required" or "Not Required" text. But when I test the action the formula field's text doesn't show on the teams message. Has anyone encountered this or know a fix for this?Thanks!

I have some useful Airtable templates and recently discovered that Airtable credits are a great way to use Airtable for free by participating in Airtable's marketing campaign for growth. My question concerns the best way to attract users by making my private Airtable templates public. I have tried:(1) Inviting a user as a commenter. This worked, and I earned the credit, but unfortunately, the commenter cannot copy the base; they can only comment.(2) When I create a public share link, it works as intended; people I share the link with can easily register and copy the base template to their instance. However, I don't earn any credits this way.So my question is, is there any way to achieve what happens in (2) while still benefiting from the credits like in (1)? How can I share the templates with my fans and still earn credits?P.S. I'm not interested in money or cash; I'm asking for Airtable credits. Helping Airtable users and attracting new users to Air

I have a tasks table with a self-linking field that I use to define task predecessors. Is there a way when adding a predecessor to filter the options to show only those that relate to the relevant project/grouping?The problem I am trying to solve is that there may be many tasks with the same name so sorting through them to find the correct one takes time. For example, in my task table I may have the following:Project 1:Task 1Task 2Project 2:Task 1Task 2When selecting a predecessor for task 2 I have to wade through and find which Task 1 is the correct one for the project. May be helpful to know: my tasks table has another linked record field that links to a projects table, therefore each task is tied to a project. 

Hi there!As I am fine tuning the AT bases for our team, I seem to be missing something rather important here and thought I would ask the community about it as it seems to be rather significant.As we create tasks and assign to our team members, we would like the team members to login to AT and view those tasks. They can go into the various views but here they see all the tasks. This is fine as an overall project log. But if they then filter this list to show only those assigned to themselves, it seems to run the filter across ALL OTHER USERS viewing this page!If that's the normal behaviour, how does an editor/team member see only their assigned tasks without impacting the rest of the teams' views? Almost all other PM tools I have tested with (Monday, Asana etc.) have a dashboard page of sorts that shows their open items etc. But a personalization filter on the existing views may be enough for our needs.Please let me know as this is a rather important funct

I have an automation which sends out entries to the database through email.Error message showed that one of the emails couldn't be sent due to it exceed 25mb.Is there a way to increase the size limit of the email or is compressing the file the only way around this?

Hi, newbe to Airtable which is great, except a few nigglesI've set up an Interface for Mobile and viewed it on iPhoneIn Kanban view in the iPhone App it only displays a list of #RecordNumbersWhen you click on a record number then, sure, you can see the whole record, but I want the Client Name field displayed, otherwise the user has to carry a list of #RecordNumbers vs #ClientName with them to know which is whichCan I do this?

Today I am unable to add new rows to my base table on my free account. I get a pop up screen saying i need to upgrade to have more than 5 collaborators. I only have four defined.  Does anyone else have this issue or know what i need to do to get round it?

hi there, i was trying to capture text w the mid feature for text inside a bracket in my title column imported from google calendar however for some reason it's not grabbing it. What should the formula be? The text that needs extrapolating to a different field is within the "[" and "]" [TEST] Restaurant Name: Name of Event. Any thoughts? I'd then like that text to trigger a dropdown menu in a different field.  THank you!  

I have a table of Contacts where one column is the Companies where these contacts have worked. The Companies column is a lookup column to a table of companies. Contacts might have more than one company that they've worked for. I want to be able to attach a year range in some way to the company information, so that I can see that John Smith has worked at Company X between 2021-2022 and Company Y between 2022-2024. What are some ways I can think about doing this?

Hi! I thought a simple formula shown below would calculate price per square foot for my table. {Price} / {Building SqFt} Both Price and BuildingSqFt are columns in my table, so I am not sure why the formula gives me an ERROR response. What formula do I need instead? Thank you!

I have outlined and organized my novel in Airtable. It's a beautiful, perfect system for this. But I want to do one more radical step: actually write the novel. I need a basic text editor window bigger than the one currently supplied for "long text" fields. Hello, I feel like this is relatively easy but I am stuck. I have automations set up to send out a welcome email each time a project is sold. I have spec sheets and standard documents I want to send with each email. They are standard forms that are the same for each project. I want these to automatically attach to a record when it is created. I have the forms set up as their own table. How do I get Airtable to link these forms whenever I create a new record? thank you

I am using a DATETIME_FORMAT formula to reformat a Date input field and make it pretty. For some reason no matter what time I put in to the Date input field the formula field spits out a time exactly four hours later. Anyone know why this is happening? 

Hi everyone,I am wondering if there is a workaround/solution without using make.com or scripting.I have data in one column for example. The column is a linked field.Items | Qty_to_BuyA|5A|1B|1B|1B|6C|10 I want to create a table with the following output.A | 6B|8C|10It is basically grouping by item but I want the output to show up as separate records. If possible I would like for it to be in the same base but a sync to other table also works. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.

Hi All,So I have a question about the best way to merge data. I manage a scholarship program for a festival that happens once a year. We've been using airtable the last few years to manage the staff, artists, and scholarship recipients. We saw a lot of success converting our emails into Typeforms last year and want to expand on that.We use a typeform application for people to apply and then pull those who are selected into an 'Accepted' View. We intend on sending 4-5 typeforms with questions so we will need to merge their answers into each of their 'Applicant' profile. The typeform will ask for the same email address they applied with and I would use that to direct the merge. This is going to create a lot of multiple 'accounts' and I want to make sure our data stays tidy and manageable. Rundown:1. John Snow is accepted.2. We send out  Typeform 1, 2, 3, and 4 out to John3. Hello,In the photo below some of the names in the linked field are cut off. This is extremely annoying and I cannot figure how to get the entire name to show. On the desktop this is less of an issue (2nd photo) but I think it has something to do with the formula and the line break in the Pallet ID field. In the base, the pallet id and materials fields have no line breaks in the content. Does anyone know how to get rid of this annoying and inconsistent line break? Or just show the full name?Thanks in advance for any help!    

Hi thereAs in the title, the error "Cannot access this data" has started appearing on some Interface pages.I have base access and am not seeing this issue. The issue has only occurred for collaborators with Interface-only access.It's happening on Interface pages that were created as Lists and Grids.Duplicating the page with issues fixes the issue. 

Hi.I have two Date files with Time Called Start and Ende.g.:Start=08.05.2024 09:54End= 08.05.2024 12:00in another filed I'd like to calculate this into hours rounded to full 15 minutes using:IF( AND({End}, {Start}),ROUND(DATETIME_DIFF({End}, {Start}, 'm') / 15) / 4) the result of this is 2 which is correct as I used "ROUND"But I'd actually like to ROUNDUP, so the result should be 2.25But when I change ROUND to ROUNDUP in the above formula, I just get #ERROR back Further down the road I'l
