I have an Excel formula I'd like to replicate in Airtable.This formula converts different currencies into GBP.Excel:=IF(M2+(N2/1.25)+(O2/1.2)+(P2/8.75)=0,"",M2+(N2/1.25)+(O2/1.2)+(P2/8.75))Key:£ GBP$ USD€ EUR¥ CNYM2N2O2

As you can see in the attached file, I want to Create a link between anchor campaigns and other campaigns from the same column. Anchor campaigns are the “major” campaigns happening throughout the year and all other campaign types are “subcampaigns”.  I want to link all the subcampaigns according to their start and end date with the Major Anchor campaigns. Please let me know how I can achieve this?

Hi there,I have this automation I have built and it looks right to me and passes the test. The test data populates in the destination table. But when I manually enter data into the source table nothing happens.Here is the automation: This is the destination table. The Article Number "F25NSECVR" was populated when I ran the test.This is the source table. I manually entered "F25TEST" and nothing happened.   

This has been discussed multiple times without one fortified solution. Thus, I must request help again - a file from Google Drive is being uploaded to Airtable via Integromat, but Airtable is automatically deleting the file after it is uploaded (the preview of the file is not proper either for the few seconds it is there) There is nothing wrong with the process as it worked twice, with the files getting properly attached. Without any change, the problem reappears, and I do not have a solution.

Curious if this has happened to anyone else? ... and why?  In one table, filter options now require that I click apply for them to take effect. See pic below. This is new. This table/view is one of our most regularly viewed tables and never required that. Changes to the sheet would happen live vs requiring clicking a button. The weird thing is too, on other tables, it's not required. We can still edit the filter options and the changes happen live. Curious what might have changed and if I can change it back?  

I have this actionable message automation that doesn't seem to work.  I can see it failed and the recipient was not filled out. A typical non-actionable Slack automation seems to work fine and I can see a recipient.Is there something I am missing?  

Hello Guys! Pretty new in airtable. I have 2 tables, on the first table I added a [Link to another record] field that follows a condition to only allow values that matches a value from my first table. I've succesfully done this in a way that it only allows me to pull the values that I want. Now my question is, is it possible to automatically pull in those values? whenever (1) New records are added to Table 1 & (2) New records are added to Table 2 (Because currently you need to manually select them)

Let’s say I want to assign the same item to two categories in a multiple select field. And I am grouping my view by that field. For instance maybe I am creating a list of vendors and what we buy from them, so for HP I want to select “computers” and “printers” from my multiple select field. For Xerox I would only select “printers”. I would now want my grouped view to look something like this: Computers HP Printers HP Xerox But instead what Air Table understandably does is this: Computers; Printers HP Printers Xerox Is there a way to create the grouping I want where HP would be listed twice, once under each category, as in my first example? Hopefully I’ve described my question in a way that makes sense. Thanks

Hi,I'm trying to import duration data from a CSV (e.g., "2:52:32" meaning 2 hours, 52 min, 32 sec). The Airtable  Duration field is set up correctly (I think?) with the h:mm:ss time format selected. I want to keep it as a duration field so I can calculate sums, avgs, etc.When I import the data, the duration is not aligned correctly. For example, the original duration in the CSV is "23:51:52," but when it's imported, the duration is showing as "0:23."What can I do to correct this? Thank you so much.

Hi guys!On one table I'm looking at Set Up Account details, and on the other I'm looking at Account Performance. The first pulls data from Typeform, the second from our internal system. To be able to tell how well the account is doing, I need the context of what stage of 'set up' the account is in, so I need the Status to dynamically update Performance, when it's changed in Set Up. I've tried to do a Linked Field, but it doesn't seem to be accurate, and now it's not working at all. I'm not sure whether that's the best solution? So I tried to automate it. The trigger stage is successful (attached), but then the Update Records stage fails with 'Received Invalid Inputs'. I'm matching the records based on our internal ID number that we update the fields with (ave_id). Any help or ideas gratefully received! Thank you. 

Is there a way to format text such as bold, italic, list, etc.?The most I can seem to do is add a line break by pressing SHIFT+ENTER.

Hey all, not sure if this should go in the development section or not. But is there any way to remove the "Add Record" & "Add More" buttons from the bottom of the base screen?

We have a single Airtable group calendar for 15 staff members.  When a staff member receives a calendar invite from a third party, when they accept, it adds it to a Googe Calendar. I know I could do a full integration but for several reasons, we do not want ALL entries to go to our Airtable calendar.We are looking for the easiest way to go to that Google calendar entry and "do something" to get it to populate into our Airtable Calendar.  Thoughts?

I am simply trying to connect to the information from one table to another table automatically using automation. Every time I try it it comes up with errors. I have tried using the record id formula to connect them (they dont match between tables). I have used the primary id (email) and it wont work. I have tried the Link to Another Record field. Even in the error I am seeing both emails, so it seems like it should work. What am I doing wrong? 

I am trying to take the word count of a book (ex: 100,000 words)divide that by 9,300 (which is how many words an average narrator can read per hour)to come out with the actual time in HH:MM format. This is the formula I have currently and how it turns out. .   What formula would I use to divide the word count by 9300 to come out with a HH:MM?

I am trying to integrate Airtable with Jira, pulling data from Jira to Airtable. My issue is that I only see a few Jiar fields (Issue Key, Status, Assignee, Summary, Created Date, Due Date, Description, URL, Priority and Labels) when adding an Jiar cloud app in Airtable. But there are about 15 fields of Jiar task, I am wondering how can I pull all the fields from Jiar to Airtable?

Hello! I am creating a field for event attendees. I have each attendee's name, the events they attended, and the dates of the events they attended separated into 3 columns. I would like to make a fourth column that retrieves the most recent date each attendee came to an event. In this scenario, I want to make a fourth column that will automatically register that 1/8/24 is the most recent date and it will return that. Please let me know if you can help. 

i am attempting to use the attached code within an airtable automations run script tied to a "When Record Enters View" trigger. I have almost zero background in JS, and I just can't get this thing to work. Do any of you have any suggestions as to how I can fix these issues?

Hi,Looking at creating a dashboard for an CRM/ERP application. One key metric to show would be conversion, i.e. percentage of leads that became customers. Since the dashboard "Number" element can only summarise a given column, not perform calculations between columns, I created a new table "BI" to hold various metrics that I will need.In that table it is easy to link e.g. all contacts and perform rollups and formula calculations to get the needed metric. But then I realised I seemingly cannot place an individual record, say "Overall conversion" (formula: customers / all leads) in the dashboard.I found that number or graph elements could be used to summarise e.g. yes/no columns which in a way would show the same information, but I'd prefer a simple "Conversion: 42%" instead of a whole graph with all the other, unnecessary information.How would you go about this?Rgds,Björn

Hi! Currently I have a field which is returning a "Modified At" date. This field is a standard field (no formula) and it is returning the modified date of another field (our "Feedback" field).This is what it is returning in a problematic record:However, when I look at the revision history of the record, it says that the most recent update to this field was one month ago.Can someone help me understand why there is a lack of parity between this modified at date and the revision history?

Hello, We use Airtable at our company for our Purchase Order store and use formulas for expected payment date to calculate when we expect to get paid. We are now looking at advancing certain aspects of our database, such as, we want an automated email sent the same time each month, so the trigger we have chose is 'At scheduled time'Now i would like it then to find the records in one of my views, it does this but only lists 10 records, when we are looking at much more than this. We would then like the the records found be attached to an email that is sent to a memeber of our team. I hope this make senses, any tips would be of great help. 

I’d like to configure the fields shown on the record when I open that record from the Search extension. For example, I want to make sure a button and a few key fields appears at the top of the record and everything else is hidden. The goal is to speed up the process of searching, finding, and acting on information I haven’t found a way to explicitly say “open the record as if it were in this view” from Search, but the extension does seem to refer to one view in particular. Has anyone figured this out?

I've found a formula which is partly working for us, originally it was showing the years and months as negative numbers but I've managed to sort out the years aspect but I can't figure out what needs to change to make the months show correctly.currently shows the response like this 0 Years, -7 MonthsFormula being used is DATETIME_DIFF(NOW(),{D of B},'Years') & " Years, " &DATETIME_DIFF(DATEADD({D of B}, DATETIME_DIFF(NOW(), {D of B}, 'Years'), 'Years'),NOW()

I am looking for a way to automatically backup key tables in our Airtable base to sheets or CSV files in Google Drive. I had a play with Zapier and with Airtable automations, but couldn't find a way to do it.I tried ProBackup, but it didn't successfully backup any of the tables.On2Air might be possible. But you need to pay $29.99 per month to get a weekly backup. Which is pricey for a charity.Has anyone else had success with this?
