How to remove the v5.airtableusercontent.com when automating posting on Facebook using Make from Airtable

I have set up a flow in Make.com with a webook-airtable-strip-airtable to create and send invoices from stipe using the data in Airtable.It all works apart from when creating the invoice in stripe it creates an invoice for £0.00. It looses all the pricing info. And yet I can track it through the input/output.Anyone help??I will happily post all the input/output data!  

I made an automation to create reminders in my Google Cal. They’re all-day events, which by default don’t show you as busy, but when they’re made through Airtable they’re ticked to show as busy. I couldn’t find a field to change this in my automation. Can I make it so my all-day events made from automation don’t show as busy?

I'm developing an automation with Make that should extract specific values (Email, Città and CAP) from an email body.  The values should be saved into airtable fields.Make returns the following error message when tries to save the extracted CAP value into the airtable field "Indirizzo_Immobile_CAP". The field "Indirizzo_Immobile_CAP" is linked to another table.I've contacted Make support and they told me what follow: "Upon inspecting the log, it looks like the field called "Indirizzo_Immobile_CAP" is the one causing this issue showing the record ID is incorrect. Unfortunately, I'm not sure why Airtable's API is rejecting the value for this field."How can I solve this problem?Thank you for helping me

Hello everyone, I am having an issue with my images. I uploaded all my images with a webp format to minimize size. I have an example where I am uploading an image that is 63kb but it is being returned as 467kb. Yes, 467kb that is insane. What can i do about this? If I can't find a way to fix this I might as well get rid of this api because that is completely unacceptable.

I have read a ton of guides and I cannot figure this out! I'm trying to add a button to an email automation that links to an external URL.I created a Button form field (with URL) to table data and added it to the email automation. But when I generate a preview, the button isn't there it's just the label! (See screenshots)What am I doing wrong? (Please and THANK YOU)

I have a large multi-select that I then need to turn into a list format. I did the usual substitute the comma for a line break but unfortunately the items in this multi-select (that I can not edit) also use commas so now it's adding commas where I don't want them. Is there a way to get the formula to avoid those commas but not the others?  SUBSTITUTE({Plot Themes},", ","\n")

Hi all!I've been scratching my head and couldn't solve the problem quickly, so I'm asking for your help.I need to display a progress bar with the percentage of completion of a specific task, under which there are subtasks. In order to understand the percentage of task completion, we take the subtask as the source. If out of 10 subtasks only one is completed, then we get 10% of the main task completed, a certain run rate.It looks like a similar task can be implemented through a formula, but I was unable to write a correct formula using if, counting and division.How can this case be solved?

Hi I am combining 2 fields (quantity and materials description) using the formula function (screenshot 1). I am then using the lookup field to display in one cell all the materials and quantities for one job in that one cell (screenshot 2). So far so good. I would like to be able to do a nice print out for the workshop staff but in order for it to look less cluttered, is there any way I could program it to display each (material & qty) to be displayed on a new line (new paragraph) within one cell? e.g. rather than 2 x 22mm MDF, 4 x 18 mm Birch plywood, 6 x inset hinges I would prefer it to look like this: 2 x 22mm MDF, 4 x 18 mm Birch plywood, 6 x inset hinges Any ideas gratefully received!

I'm running into race conditions some report summaries automations, and am wondering if anyone has come up with a better solution than I have in placeI have a table that is automatically updated when a user adds values from a csv report. I need to summarize that report with an automation. I have a multi-step automation that does the followingTriggers when a record enters a viewChecks to see if the date of the report is already listed in my summary table with a "Find Records" stepIf "Find Records" length is 0, it runs a few scripts to do math on the raw data enteredHowever, I've found that the automation runs for all records in the view simultaneously, rather than one at a time, so I'm running into race conditions where multiple lines are created for the same report. I know there are other solutions such as running the automation from a button click or at a scheduled time, but those are not options for me at this point. Any advice?

Is there a way to share a script between a record-create automation and a record-update automation?

Is it possible when selecting "Link to another record" to be able to connect to multiple tables? I can only see the option to link to one table (multiple records, yes, but multiple tables, no)? Or any workarounds for this?I'm building out a content model and for some of the content types, the source content fields can come from multiple other locations, so I need to be able to reference this in my data model. Thanks!

Hi, I am trying to create a sprint base / interface. The base is most likely already done, but I am facing issues with the interface, since I can set up only 3 hierarchy level.My Goal is to have an interface as a list with following "grouping" or nestingSprint - <DATE>Category (e.g. Webinars, Product Launch, Marketing Events)Project (e.g. <Product Name> Webinar)Tasks (e.g. Create Webinar Slides)Every level shown above is a separate table in my base and they are linked to each other.I tried several ways to solve this, e.g. with Grouping, but grouping is always on the lowest hierarchy level (Tasks), but I would need it for the Projects. Then I could group by Category and my problem would be solved. Another way would be to have no Projects, but instead nested Tasks (only 2 levels required then (Sprint + Tasks). However, this is also not ideal.. because without an interface it is difficult to read the data. Another way would be to have again 2 levels (S

I have two tables in a base named Appointments and Revenue. I use Zapier to send appointments and transactions from my CRM to Airtable. The appointment records include a Technician Name. The revenue transactions do not and cannot include a Technician Name. They both, however contain a Job # field.I'd like to create an automation that is triggered when a new revenue record is created. It would look into the appointment table to find the Job # that corresponds to the Job # in the revenue record and returns the Technician Name from the appointment record and populates a Technician Name field in the revenue record.Can anyone tell me how to do this (assuming it is possible)? Does anybody know how to actually get a response from airtable support? I submitted a ticket 10 days ago and got an automated reply saying typical response times are 1-2 business days. Hi everyone!I use airtable to manage my business, a monthly subscription for football shirts, developed on woocommerce.After each order from my customers, an entry is created describing the order in question (customer size, address and all the information needed to prepare the order).The problem is that a customer who has a subscription for the year creates 12 independent entries for me, so I don't have the possibility of noting useful information and they remain on the customer in question, airtable and woocommerce don't consider the occurrence with this same customer.Ideally, I'd like Mr Smith, who has a subscription for the year, to have a "file" that updates automatically thanks to the occurrence of the surname + first name + address so that I can note down all the particular requests or wishes of my customers month after month, with feedback on each of his requests.Sorry for my horrible aglais, like a good Frenchman I use translation softwareThanks team!

I want to create an Project Management Table with the following requirementsI have several project stageseach stage has a start date and an end date (automatically calculated based on duration for each project.)the start date of one stage should be dependent on the end date of the previous task. So if "task A" ends on July 5th, the start date of task B should be the 6th. The end date of task B should be start date of task B + duration,... and so onso whenever something changes, the following dates should change as well. (also reflecting the dedicated duration set for each task)I tried with formulas or dependencies but could not figure out a way to automate this, instead of updating all records manually if one date changes.ThanksHelenelene
