👋I have an interface with a grid view. In the view there is a select field. I want user to be able to select one field, copy the field (CMD+C or CTRL+C) and Paste in the same fields of the other recordsOn Mac this works perfectly. CMD+C copies the selected field. With Shift users can select the same fields of the other records in the Grid and with CMD-V they can paste it in However for users using Windows 11 with Edge or Chrome this does not work: CTRL-C is fine (you get a notification that the cell is copies). With Shift you can select the cells of the other records and they are being selected (blue background). However CTRL+V does not work. This works fine in the base. Just not in the interface. Is this a bug or a known limitation? Best Hendrik

Hi, as a result of my trying to execute a solution from previous post, I created a formula to combine name fields. IT cannot figure out what aim doing wrong. IT seems perfectly logical to me. But it does not work. I have posted the formula and a screenshot of the data below.The data is First Name, Last Name, SP First Name, SP Last Name. First Name and Last Name are short text fields. Hi All, I just wanted to ask if you encountered the same issue with using the Airtable api or webhook in Make. So we are using Make.com to Record the data from Go High Level to Airtable. There are times that the run is successful but the data is not in the airtable 

I am creating a table/form to insert log entries into a daily log. It requires a bunch of sub-item data and inserting weather info of the day when the record was created. I was wondering if there is any way to automate inserting that day's weather info (temperature, rain data etc.) into that log when that entry is created (maybe even pulling in the date field and fetching the weather for that day automatically)? I reviewing ideas about using IFTTT or other automations but none seemed to allow for that day's weather info to be inserted into a log entry on record creating easily. Also, as you can see in the screenshot, I have to create a formatted record of multiple sub-items in a longtext field eg. in trade updates. Ideally these should be some form of structured sub-items but I am not sure if there's any way to handle that in this interface or data field

Hello,I have a column in one of my Airtables that contains the date of when a piece of information was published on my site.I am trying to set an automation that looks at each row of my table every day and sends an email if any record i have becomes 60 days after the date I enter in the "Date" column. To test out the automation:I set the date for one of my rows of when it was published to 3/20/2024 (this is now 3 days since that date) i am setting the trigger to just be 1 day after the date.  The condition is "When ["date"] [is after] [number of days ago] [1], send me an emailFor some reason, when i set this all up, it tells me that the table does not contain any records that match the provided filters.

Good Afternoon, I am an Administrator for a private education institution and I am curently working on turning my Airtable bases into an interface that our entire team can interact with. I’m working to avoid anyone other than myself and one other Administrator ever having to interact with the typical Airtable bases/grids. The one thing I’m struggling to figure out (I’ve watched all the available videos and livestreams etc and referred to the online help guides). We’ve connected our Twilio account to Airtable via the Apps/Dashboard feature within the base containing all of our contacts. It works just fine, no issues there. What I’m looking to do, is take that Dashboard/App element and add it into the Interface that I’ve set up so that the faculty who interact with the interface only can have access to the Twilio messaging feature. Hi folks, Happy Friday. I am searching for some help/guidance on the airtable platform. I think/hope my client's needs are quite straight forward and have outlined them below 1) A full league table, with the following fields: Name, Golf Club, Handicap, Number of 2's this season.2) Needs to be easy to update at any time and sort to show who is in the lead etc3) The ability to create a league within a league to play directly against your friends. So for example the overall league may have 1000 players, and there may be 100 additional private leagues with between 2 and 10 people in each. So players would always take part in the overall league but would also potentially play in another league or leagues against a select group of friends4) This will be displayed on a website, and ideally should have the branding on it and have a golf/sports/competition based theme to make it fit in with the website5) Ideally the "join now"

Hi all, I'm pretty useless with formulae generally and just wondering if anyone can help with this.I'm trying to generate a formula field that is based on a source date. The formula is to calculate 8 months + 23 days from the source date (i.e the 23rd day of the 9th month after my source date).I also want to include an "If" being; If field A is populated, then field C should be the 23rd day of the 9th month after field B. I'm building a process for Employee Onboarding. Here's what I'm dreaming of (and have started building):1) Recruiter gets the signed offer letter and needs to do some things (their name, phone number, role, who they report to). They enter this in a form.2) That form puts those details into the base and kicks off some next steps. -I'd like the new hire to get a form to enter some things like their birthdate, bio, etc. Kind of some "get to know you" things. These don't go any futher, just get put in the database so People Ops can do team building things with it.-The manager gets an alert and fills in new information (what equipment will they need? gets them log-ins to team-specific software)-At the same time, HR works on things like getting them enrolled in benefits and payroll. So, some things can be happening in parallel. Hi all!I use Documint to generate a pdf of teacher evaluation results. I want to generate the pdf and then attach it to the email sent to the teacher. I keep receiving the error 'an attachment URL is disallowed'. I've read a previous post on this topic and reached out to support.  I don't feel I've fully grasped the issue. What it sounds like to me is I need to delay the automation so that there is time between when the attachment is uploaded and when the email is sent.  I'm unclear as to why the now function is needed as opposed to the dateadd function. I have synced my airtable calendar to google cal, but in google it only shows the date field from my airtable, not the name of the event-I find no option to change what shows in google calendar-I don't need the date to appear only the event name in the correct date.HELPPPPPPP-Thanks..

I set up a basic database, but as we grow, I need this a bit more polished. Perhaps turn it into a form. Hello, Community!I have a button in a grid view which action is "Open in page designer". I cannot find an option to incorporate this button/action into interface designer. Well, I can add the button field but no action is available in the interface. No further options available neither.Have I missed something?K

Hello, Everyone!I am desperately looking for a solution for something where I thought that it's easy to do. But somehow this is beyond my thinking. 🙂The situation:I have a table, grouped by a reference ("EXA"). Several records with same reference ("EXA") go through different "status" until it's done. The "status" gets updated slice by slice for the records with same reference. So far so good.What do I want to achieve:once all records under same reference have reached the same status (for e.g. "DELIVERED to project site") I want to get an alert. Best would be an automation which sends an email saying that all is done for EXA# 24DE535529298955B6.I hope the solution is not too easy, otherwise I would be frustrated by my own skills. 🙂Kai 

Hello I have these four pieces of data: Project Name {Text Field, Primary Field} Project Start {Date} Project End {Date} Project Team (multiple people) {???} *can be separate table I want to be able to create these views: a gantt view for my projects This will show the project name and the start and end dates a gantt view for each individual team member This will show each project they are working on My team will consist of four individuals that will be working each project. Some projects will have all 4, others will only have a couple. I need to be able to see how many projects each person is working on and how long they will be busy with projects. For the Project Team data I’ve tried linked records, collaborators, and mult-selects but they aren’t being treated as individuals, they are being treated as a group in all the versions of the gantt I’ve tried.

Hi! I'm trying to set up an inventory system that takes into account materials used for each of our products. On my products table, I have a column for materials and one for finished goods. I've set it up so that when we assemble a product, the materials qty decreases and the finished goods qty increases. This seemed to work well until I ran into this issue:We make notebooks, so the raw materials are the covers. So when we make say, notebook A, notebook A covers would get deducted, when we make notebook B, B covers are deducted and so on. The problem is we also make 3-packs, with one of each notebook A, B and C. These sets are a different product, BUT they use the same raw material (covers) as the single notebooks. I can't seem to figure out how to make it so when we assemble a 3-pack, it automatically deducts one of each cover for A, B, and C. We have several 3-pack designs too, which further complicates it. Any help is very welcome!

I need to set up a workflow where users register through a form with their email address, and in some cases, an optional Group ID I will pre-fill using URL parameters. I have a question about how to handle member data in a specific set of circumstances.I have a membership base. One table has the members' names and organizations they belong to, if any, in it. People join this organization. Sometimes they join as single people and sometimes they join as a couple. So far I have able to easily handle the single/couple issue, except for when one of them becomes a board member/officer. Now I have to find a way bifurcate them. Do I put them in individually? If so, how do I handle when they join or renew as a couple? Or even better, leave a legacy? Hmmm. Is a puzzlement. And how do I handle when one of them dies?Any thought or help will be truly appreciated.Best, Scott

I would like to hide the primary field in a gallery because I want to use a long field for the title. I understand primary keys and keeping the title short. No problem. But, I don’t want to publish the primary key but a long field. I attached an example pic of what I am talking about but not sure anyone can see it, since all I see is a link.

I would like to run Automation every week on Sunday, and the purpose is to have a running change for my Pivot Tables. I would like to take the "Items", "QTY" and "Last Date/Time Updated" from Table1, and copy/ paste that data into the Table2 which has the same column names. Is this possible and how is it done? I was poking around and wasn't able to figure it out.

Has anyone made / planning to make something like this?I can see how a gallery view would be nice as a starting point for an App with lots of Interfaces, but I can't see a good way to add a simple clickable 'link' to them, other than have a URL in the Record Info, but it wouldn't feel very intuitive? Thoughts?
