Hoping someone can guide me with setting up a formula to score tests that are reported on another table.Here's the current setup:Table 1 - record of all test takers by session ID, including fields for all of their question responses.Table 2 - question key  - records of all questions used in exams including a field for the correct answers.Table 3 - scoring - how can I set this up to pull response data from table 1 and cross-reference against the correct answers on table 2 and then display correct or incorrect, 1 or 0 etc for each right or wrong answer?Table 3 would then also have separate fields that would tabulate the raw scores for each section and covert them accordingly.  It's a relatively easy formula on a spreadsheet, so I thought it would be easy here as well, but it looks like Airtable doesn't support combining formulas with lookups?  There are over 100 responses in each test session,

Hi all,I feel like this question may have a very easy solution, however I have been unsuccessful with my attempts so far. Basically, I have created three interfaces with one or two pages in each. I want to share a couple of my interfaces with some of my team members, and the other interface with my other team members. I am struggling to understand how to accomplish this, such that they do not have access to the other's interfaces.In the sharing options, it gives me the option to share to individual bases via link, however when I test the link i can click back and open the other interfaces (I also tried with another account I can access to test it and the same result happened) I am sure I am missing something. And if there isn't a solution, a work around where I only get one page/interface is acceptable. Thank you,Ben

I have built an inventory management system, where each item is a record in a table. I was able to add an extension that creates a QR code for each record and saves it as an attachment in PNG format.  The intention is to print that QR code on a label, then stick it on each item in my store room. Once someone extracts it from the store, they scan the code and mark it as "OUT" to keep inventory up-to-date.My main issue is to create a way for the QR codes (PNG attachments) to print. Ideally I would like to have a button that uses an extension or script. Once you click the button, it prints the QR code for that specific record only. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to achieve this?

I'm trying to delete an entry from my airtable through the API (on voiceflow to be specific). I have experience with the API as the rest of the application uses many GET and POST commands that work just fine. The problem comes when trying to delete, where I keep getting error 401 (authentication required) despite including my bearer API key as a header. I'm using an exact copy of the DELETE example in my airtable API documentation.Anyone have any ideas if this problem could come from somewhere else? Or if it's just a bug to do with my application? How can I count the number of records in the list "Attended Session & Challenge" that are specifically only from 2023? The attendance is based on a form they fill in that is in a different tab in the same workspace. help would be very appreciated! Thanks. 

Hello everyone, Hope you guys can help me out here.I am trying to fetch some information from Airtable through an Get request API block in Voiceflow. When the parameter field is empty I get a 200 success code but it retrieves all of the information. I want to fetch the information depending on a variable. To do that I type a filterByFolmula in the parameter field and I get 422 error. Does anyone knows how to solve this? we have a problem with the connection of softr and airtable. We have a part in softr where people can add new data and we need that data to be in airtable. However, in airtable the place where the data should go to is linked with other tabs.Since it’s a linked column softr doesn’t understand it. Is there a way for us to make it so that softr detects the linked column and when a new data is added it is shown in the correct place? or exist any formula that let us to copy automatically cells like in Google Sheets? 

I'm not normally a scripter, but just spent two weeks trying to put this little routine together and make it work. The script calculates the date one year in the future and uses it to rename a new column in the format MMM'YY.  After loads of trial and twice as much error, I actually got in to work!:Naturally I was really pleased with myself! Now just to apply a trigger. I want it to run on the first of each month. My first idea was to paste it into an automation. But I soon discovered that scripts run from the automation cannot create fields.How frustrating! Why not? Can anybody think of a workaround? Is there a command I can put in the script editor to make it trigger on a regular interval?Any ideas or workarounds gratefully received.

Hi - I am having a heck of a time figuring this out.I have a table called "Days" that holds different tasks with various dates. Some tasks have the same date.In a separate table called "Crew", I assign the Tasks to the crew, and can rollup the linked records to only return the unique dates. However, when I try to count these, it adds the tasks up on the same date, even though I only need it once.Example:DAYS TABLE:Ben's Birthday - 3/9 Pickup John - 3/9Brenda's Birthday - 3/10 CREW TABLE:John - Linked to Ben's Birthday, Pickup John, and Brenda's Birthday RecordsRollup field: Arraying unique dates, only return 3/9 & 3/10 as desired. However, when trying to count unique dates, it is still counting all the records even if they have the same date. So it returns 3. Help!! 

Hi, im using softr form to upload people images to airtable and then print it to an dynamic list in sofrt, but if they attach multiple images, softr just shows the first, how can i split this multiple attachments to different records?If you have some advise or another solution i hear you.Thanks.

Hi everyone, I'm trying to implement the following Excel SUMIF Formula: SUMIF('Tabella raggr'!B:B;T2;'Tabella raggr'!D:D) Basically I have to add up all the values in column D where the corresponding value in column B matches the value in T2.In the screenshots below you can find the B and D columns of the 'Tabella raggr' table and the T2 which is the criteria of the SUMIF function and it's on another table called 'SAP'.

Hello The following code works when I pass in the field name as a string to the get function. It doesnt when I use the field id. I want to use field id. I have a script that I'm using to update records in my Airtable base, but it seems to be taking longer than expected and sometimes hangs indefinitely. I'm seeking assistance to optimize the script for better performance.Script Description: The script aims to update records in the "Tasks" table of my Airtable base. Hi! 2 things…I’m trying to find a workaround so that when you being typing in the address field, the address starts coming up like in Google maps. I have the map extension installed and can not figure it out. From what I’m researching it’s not possible? Also, relating to address mapping… here is my other scenario…Im creating this for a cat rescue and we perform mass trapping also. Hi,I'd like to ask how many emails i can send through automation triggered send mail action.I've read other posts and threads but i am still confused with the wording of Airtable.it says I can send any number of emails to collaborators with verified emails.and also i can send email to 100 unique non-collaborator email address per day.In scenario, I send task notification email to "A" non-collaborator email address, and then sends task assigned email to "B", when "A" completes and changes the status, and if it sends completion email to both "A", and "B" then would it still count as 2 unique collaborator, and i still have 98 more unique non-collaborator email address room left?Just want to clear up this before i start mailing stuff through the automation.Thanks

Hello, I have a DB ~15,000 records. I wrote a script to merge and delete records. It compares three data fields for duplications and combines the duplicate records. It also will merge data from two other fields if the fields are not empty. I tested my script on a 500 record DB and it works fine. When I test on a 2,500 record DB it times out. Can someone make any suggestions on how I can cut the execution time on my script ? I've seen posts about using a hash index, but I don't think that would work for what I want to do. Because I need to iterate through all records to find duplicates. Hi Everyone, I’m working on a TV series, and looking for some online database solution for a really easy(-looking) task: I have to follow the realationships between the characters of the TV show during the script writing (friends/enemies/…etc - it can also be a simple list). So it means I make a list with the names of the characters I guess, and then I need to duplicate this list and somehow make a third list that contains the connections between them (it’s like a two dimensional graph). And then the second question: if the database is finished, how can I easily make the entries (we are talking about hundreds of character names). For example, I have two names in the list: “Joe” and “Bob”. I want to change their relationship into “friends”. I guess I will need some kind of combined searching form that looks for the two names and make me able the change the third data between them. Do you think I can do this in Airtable? Hi everyone, would you please tell me how to convert a multiple date string field (i.e., 2/11/2024, 3/3/2024, 2/19/2024, 2/25/2024) to the correct format date field that reflects all the dates in the string field? Please note that the string field mentioned contains the date values based on a lookup function from its source field or table.
