Hi,I'm not sure if this is the right place for this, but here goes. I have a table containing the following 'data'Project, Person, Start, FinishI want to plot on a Vega-Lite Heatmap style Histogram the 'heat' of these people over time. So the more 'Projects' then the higher the 'heat'. I could see that Joe is cold in Jan, but hot in July.This is the style of heat map: https://vega.github.io/vega-lite/examples/rect_binned_heatmap.htmlI guess I need to transform the 'hits' per say, month. I have a form that I am editing using the "new form designer" - aka Interface Designer.I am adding some new questions that should be in a group - and all of my old questions seem to be in another group.Can I put the new group INSIDE the old group? Or do I have to figure out how to drag everything OUTSIDE of the old group before I can create conditional groups?Thanks!

Hello everyone, I have a base in which I have defined tasks with a start date and a deadline. Both dates are calculated from the start date of an event and a number X days before the event starts.In three cases the tasks have to start after the start date of the event which is why I used a negative number. The date is calculated without any problems, but these data records are not displayed in the timeline.Can anyone help me with this?Formula for calculating the deadline:Columns:Timeline: 

I'm having trouble with using the DATEADD function (and yes totally new at this). I'm trying to add 3 months to a date in another column. I've technically gotten the formula to work but it's not quite getting the desired date. So for example if my date is 4/1/2024 and the formula is adding 3 months it's calculating 6/30/2024. I need it to actually calculate 7/1/2024. I've tried to add a day to the formula but keep getting an error. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.

Hello, I am using a form to register event attendees. This form sits within a table called "Event". However, the registrants are records in different tables. I want the completed form to trigger a contact on a different table (within the same base), to update a field marking "registered to attend event". Is this possible?Attached is the automation I have set up, and when I tested the automation with test data it worked. The field in the other table was updated. However, over night, I received lots of error messages. I wonder if it is because I used the record " When a record matches condition", and therefore it is continuously running? The error was occurring at "update record" and was saying "Received invalid inputs". Sometimes it was working. Sometimes it was not. Would anyone be able to help please?

Hello all,we use interfaces in airtable so that we can only show the desired data to the users who need it at that moment. For example, we show records where the "current user" is indicated as the assignee.We also have a "Team" field where multiple users can be indicated. Here I would like to indicate a group as a team because a team changes every now and then. We created the group in the admin environment. Does interfaces then recognize the current user in the group?Does anyone know if this is possible?Greetings, Martijn

Hey everyone , I am slightly struggling to find the best formula for expiry data. Basically, I have signing date and expiry date and I need to create a formula that will indicate that if the paper is now after expiry date it will change to 'expired' and if it is within time frame then it is "active" And maybe it will be possible somehow to connect it to "Status" in single select feature? Thanks in advance !!

Here is what I have managed so far:• In the first table, when I confirm that the record is eligible through a single-select option, I have been able to:1. Copy it to a second table dedicated to Marketing.2. Copy it to a third table dedicated to the Backend.What I am unable to do is:1. When I activate a trigger in the Marketing table, I would like the record to update in the Backend table as well.I have tried both reproducing the tables manually and individually copying the columns and using the "link to another record" function with tables in lookup.The error I encounter is that sometimes it doesn't find the record, and other times it indicates that the input entered is not feasible.In the end, it just needs to update a single-select field, nothing complicated. 🥹  

Hello friendsI have a script, that makes queries and record update,  after that I have Google Calendar Sync, Calendar Dates are dependent on Script results. I tried await keyword in front of record update statement and the timeout end of the script, but Calendar Sync executes before the script ends, how i can solve this problem, any ideas?

I have a base with Costs and I want to set up a form where our staff can select multiple records data from one base that will then create a new record in a different base. I want these new records to only show the data selected in the form. This base has unique 'cost code' fields and a corresponding 'Nett Rate' field. I want them to be able to select multiple 'cost codes' that will then create a new record with all of those selected cost codes and Nett Rate fields I then want to set up an automation that sends that record as a CSV file to an email address

Hi guys. I made a connection with Make, so I can transfer every incoming email from certain accounts to a new data row in Airtable.The problems are the attachments. I am showing you in the pictures below how I would like them to appear and how they actually appears. We need every attachment to be shown in a preview as a separate file.. The Make-support thinks it is Airtable-problem, so I am grateful for any suggestion.Regards, Imelda

Since the rude depreciation of APIs from Jotform, I have rebuilt my integration using their new system. However, it fails every time a form is submitted reporting:Unknown Field Name "fldqb0p2A79uDENvw". I have no field of that name in either Jotform or Airtable, mine are all user friendly names. So what's going on? I have raised the issue with Jotform support who say they need more detailed logs. Any ideas?

Hello,I need help setting up an automation that links records in a "dependencies" field to a predecessor/successor record (determined by order number). The goal is to automate tasks to hit contributors dashboard when its their turn to work on the project. We have a Projects, Tasks, Content Type and Templated Steps boards that ive set an extension to generate a specific task list based on the type of content. I can edit the extension code to include the dependencies field and set those are part of the template, but the problem is that many project managers use this as a starting point and edit the task list manually, adding or subtracting tasks for their specific need. If a project manager edits the task list, they have to manually manipulate the dependencies field using the gantt view, which is cumbersome and manual. id like to set a way for the field to automatically update based on the task order. So the trigger I have in place is "when record is updated"- on the task board, so

Saw a new ARRAYSLICE function pop up in auto-complete today that isn't in the documentation. Anyone know where it came from? I suppose it allows for a less hack-y way to access individual items in a rollup, but I'm not sure what it provides in isolation, since you would need to know the index of the item you're looking for, unless you're looking for the last item in a rollup.

Hello!I'm trying to create a formula that will create First Name (Goes By Name) Last Name (Business Name).  I've gotten my formula so that I can get all those pieces together, however if either Goes By or Business Name exists and the other doesn't, I'm getting () included still. For exampleKatelyn () Grant (Airtable) or Katelyn (Kate) Grant () How do I get it to not include the () if the field is empty?Here's the formula: IF(OR({Goes By Name}, {Business Name}),{First Name} & " " & "(" & {Goes By Name} & ")" & " " & {Last Name} & " " & "(" & {Business Name} & ")",{First Name} & " " & {Last Name})

Hi Experts!My goal is to create an image carousel in HTML/CSS to embed in a website in order to view the image uploaded in an attachment field for each record. Something like Airbnb image gallery. The number of photos may vary so it must be flexible.I'm currently using Softr to display my item details in Airtable but the options to show images are poor and not very UX friendly. But I can embed code. I already do that with embedded YouTube videos and google maps.Right now I'm thinking to build a html code + CSS iframe with make.com that is feeded with Airtable attachments with the iterator block, and then copy to in a rich text field for each record, but I'll need a CSS HTML5 developer.Any other ideas on how to implement this?Thanks a lot for any suggestion!

Hello!I'm new here and trying to mimic a critical feature for my workflow. Is there any way to create parent tasks and sub tasks, each with unique columns? Hello, I am trying to build a query in Power Query/Power BI to load an Airtable table into the data model. I have found some working code which uses the offset parameter returned by the API to deal with the pagination. However, the offset value returned does not match the API documentation and gives an error when I try to parse it. According to the API docs, the offset should look like this: "offset": "reco1XxXxXxXxXxXxXx" However, what I get is this: "offset":"itrZXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXx/rec5XxXXXxXxXxXxXx" When I parse the value into the URL, using &offset=itrZXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXx/rec5XxXXXxXxXxXxXx, I get the following error: {"error":{"type":"LIST_RECORDS_ITERATOR_NOT_AVAILABLE"}} When I try passing either of the values (before and after the /), then the error is: {"error":{"type":"INVALID_OFFSET_VALUE","message":"The value of offset itrZXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXx is invalid"}} Am I missing something here? I have a form that collects multiple garment measurements. Each measurement goes into its own field.I would like for all the measurement fields to be displayed on the form. One or more should be required, depending on the value of another field (garment type).This doesn't seem to be possible. Have I missed something?

I want to automate an email that goes to staff two weeks before their leave year renews on the anniversary of their start date each year.Is it possible to create a formula which will automatically show the next anniversary in a date format? For example: If my start date is 28/02/2019 and today is 07/02/2024 then the next anniversary date should read 28/02/2024Or if my start date is 28/02/2019 and today is 01/03/2024 then the next anniversary date would read 28/02/2025I'm UK based so using DD-MM-YYYY formatting. I'm struggling to generate anything that works - any help appreciated.
