Hi all,I am using webhooks to catch website request for our services. On our site we have 6 pages that all have a contact form for their independent service. These are customized to the service. E.g. some will need an amount, some will need a timeframe, e.t.c.To illustrate and simplify my issue, let's say I have two. I have set up an automation:Trigger> Google sheets: when a row is createdAction 1> find records where REF is [value from google sheet column with REF #s, which should match airtable REF values]Action 2> update recordAction 2 is giving me trouble. Do you accept VISA (which is technically not a cc) or only Mastercard and other pure credit cards?

I can see that in the FREE plan, I can add up to 5 editors for free.But the TEAM plan does not allow me to add 5 editors for free, although this TEAM plan should include the features of the FREE plan.

I work at a nonprofit organization that is also a neighborhood association with dues paying membership. Currently, we have all programming participants in a main base that links them to events and other things. The records serve as almost a "client profile". I would love for the airtable database to also help us facilitate membership payments through Zapier and maybe even Stripe? Essentially, enabling folks to make a membership payment through Airtable OR allowing for their membership payment information to be filtered and recorded in their "client profile" in Airtable.Is there a way to do this? Does Airtable have an extension that will assist, or will I need something else to make it happen?

Good day fellow AT'ersI can copy paste multiple company names into an empty field of 'companies' in the interactions table.The result is that AT will add for every company a new interaction. For example, if I paste 3 companies, AT will add 3 new records of new interactions.This is great, but what if I want to add the 3 companies automatically into the field? I can do it manually, but if there are too much companies this is not feasable.

Hi,  I'm new to airtable, I've created an invoice generator in Airtable interfaces, however I am struggling to figure out how to make it editable. I would be so thankful if someone could help me out. I have a catering company, my client invoices are updated 4-5 times throughout the project pipeline. I'm trying to set up a formula for a "Production Slack Reminder" that would be based on the "Send Date." If the "Send Date" falls on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, the "Production Slack Reminder" should happen the day before the "Send Date"If the "Send Date" falls on a Monday, Saturday, or Sunday, the "Production Slack Reminder" should happen the Friday before that weekend

I'm hoping someone can help me please. We are not having much luck setting up some simple automations. We've watched lots of videos and follow step by step but still can't seem to the do the following. Hoping some can give some very simple instructions aka: AirTable for Dummies 😂 A) When we update a record in one table we would like it to update in another table.  For example when the outcome or status changes of a product we would also like the outcome or status to change in a linked record. B) When we add a new record to one specific table we would like the record to be added to our all contacts table.    Thanks in advance! 

I know this is a duplicate of this post, but I’m not allowed to add to comments to that one, because it’s locked. I always have to delete those columns when creating a new table. And I always like to rename the first view as “Main”. It seems minor, but it is rather annoying, and I make new tables all the time. I am a web developer myself, and that allows me to say the following: I don’t feel this would take too many person-hours to fix. (That’s just my opinion, I could be wrong.) I am looking for some guidance on how to move our progress invoicing to airtable.We have been using Airtable for a few years now and it works great in having everything centralized. Mainly using it as a custom built CRM.We are working on multiple projects simultaniously and need to submit progress claims to each of these projects monthly. Each project would have a minimum of one accepted Quote attached. Sometimes it has multiple accepted Quotes due to change orders...I have set it up in a way that whenever a quote is accepted it creates multiple line items in the Tasks/Line items table. One for each of the line items within the accepted quote.We then invoice a percentage of each of the line items at the end of every month. Question is:How do I set this up correctly to be able to do this the best way? Airtable has this really handy trick for instantly reformatting phone numbers into (###) ###-####.I need the same treatment for email addresses that are entered throughout the Airtable base to force them into lowercase. It's getting clunky to include reformatting language in automation.I'm not great at creating scripts. Is that the solution?

Is it possible to automate the status of read-only interface collaborators? For example, when the status of a collaborator changes to 'inactive' in my base, I'd like to remove them as collaborators on all interfaces. When their status changes to 'active', I'd like to remove their access to Interface B but preserve their read-only access to Interface A. 

I need help with script (or other way?) to merge Multiple rows with same "User ID". These aren't duplicate rows. They have 2 fields in them that are different in each of the rows with the same User ID but need to be merged to one row. Essentially every 4 rows will have the same User ID that needs to be merged like this. Hello,I am using airtable for a two step form process.The first table is called "Event Request". When you submit the Event Request Form it makes a record in that table and assigns it a "Request ID" number via an auto-number field. Once that form is approved, via some script and automation, the user receives a prefilled "Event Information Form" from an Event Information Table to add details.When the user submits the Event Information Form, I capture the Request ID from the initial request in the Event Information table too.What I would like to do is have a "Form Received" field in the Event Request Table that can say "yes" if there is a matching Request ID in both the Event Information and Event Requests table. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks! 

I have a form that is letting people create Inventory Request Records, choosing Item Records they would like to check out from our inventory. We would like to have a way that will automatically prevent them from choosing an item that will be checked out during the dates they have selected.Using the filters and conditional options for these fields, I only see being able to toggle visibility for the results of the "check in date" and "return date". I would like to use the values from the questions asking for the dates to compare to the records in our "Items" grid so "Items" checked out will not be visible but I cannot find a way to do this. We are not able to use a 3rd party platform.Any guidance on maybe how to rework the fields to allow us to use the info from previous answers to help filter their selection? Is there any way to have formulas or more advanced coding in these forms?

Hi,Being somewhat new, I have a couple of questions about sharing views.I have a base for a book club.  It has a Members table and a Books Read table.  The Books Read table contains Date, Title, Author and Member who proposed the book.  This field uses a link to the Members table itself.  Works good so far.First question:I'd like to send an email to the members with a link to the grid view.  I click "Share" from that view and copy the URL link, then add it to an email.  Will that URL link change if I add records to the table, or if I add fields to the table?  If not, I can continue to use that same link, right?Second question:Assuming the link doesn't change, I created a QR code with QR Tiger for that link.  I'd like to embed the QR in the body of the email, along with the pasted link, so the recipient can either click/tap the link or use their camera to access the grid view.  Is there any way to st

Hi - I am just starting out with Airtable and I want to track my yearly memberships and send an automated email to the customers when they are nearing their 1 year renewal period. In that email I would like to include a stripe link that they can click on to pay for their renewal. Depending on their membership type, I have different stripe links. I am wondering the best way to do this? Here is what I have set up so far...1. Trigger - I have a filer view set to show records that match a certain condition. We have a form our users fill out that requires selecting a few entries from a long list of items, which we've managed to clean up by storing items by organization name--each organization has its own multi-select field, and they're conditional upon that organization being selected, so the form works nicely on the front end.On the backend, we have a bit of a mess. There are nearly 100 organizations, and every one of them has a field. In order to easily collect the items that users are selecting, we have a formula field that concatenates every organization field. It's basically:{AA} & {BB} & {CC}which returns the selected values in whichever field.The problem is that the multiselect fields don't all behave the same with the concatenation. Sometimes they produce a comma and space between them. Sometimes they don't. Hi All, I use the API to pull our data into Excel for automated reporting, and it does the job quite nicely :slightly_smiling_face: However, I’ve added a new column to collect a bit more information, but that column doesn’t seem to be available to select when choosing columns within the query. It’s a number field (although I have tried changing it to a text field, and a formula field in case it was the field type that was the issue). Any thoughts?

Hello!I am looking for a formula that will update on a month basis to pull data for a meeting.I have a few dates I want to pull from - Target Start, Target Completion Date, and Dev start. I would like to label any records that have a date in the upcoming month (ex. March as our review is the last week in Feb) to be labeled as "Now." Then any content that has a date falling in the next 3-months to be labeled as "Near" and all remaining to be "Next". Any thoughts?? The date ranges for Now and Near could overlap, meaning it is being worked on over a longer period of time and should also reflect as Now.Thank you!!!!

Hi guys, we’ve been using web builder Softr and integrated some Airtable databases which can be accessed via URL web browser. Softr offers the functionality that we can build up a pre-defined filtering with URL for our entries.
