Hello everybody,I am trying to create my first table on Airtbale and I cannot create a table which includes the names of my clients and for each of them, the dates of the declarations to be made each month. I want a calendar view that tells me, for example, that on the 23rd of each month of the year, VAT returns must be made. And when it's done, I'd like to be able to rate it in Airtable.Can you help me ?ps: sorry if I write badly in English, I am French

hi all, i have a parent table that is copying data to a child table on a condition. I've written the script and I can handle all the data types except I'm having trouble with the linked field. I have a User table linked to both tables. I keep getting this error: id has incorrect objectId prefix "sel", expecting one of ["rec"]the linked field I'm copying returns this object:{id: "seleCE7wF1kaofYBd", name: "Lucas", color: "cyanLight2"}but the actual record id of "Lucas" on the user table returns "rec6TmmKCTEiSp3BA".How can I fix this? 

Fetch request is built like this, including these headers: But it returns a CORS error — the webhook isn’t returning Access Control Allow Headers… Oddly enough I can get it to work from Postman: And if I follow the proxy outlined here it works as well. Is there a way to make the webhook return that header? Or another solution? Thanks!

I'm new to interfaces, so I'm only starting to understand them. I have recently created a list layout Interface with multiple pages within this Interface. When updating the record detail layout on one of the pages, this layout is then updated across all pages.Can you have different detail layouts across pages of same Interface or do you have to create new Interfaces?Any help would be appreciated 😁

I have several bases that I have removed nearly all the data and they still show as reaching plan limits or over limits. Even when I duplicated them and remove ALL THE DATA from the base it shows as over limits.This is making my DB's unusable and I can not upgrade not knowing how or why an empty data base can be showing as hitting limits.Or when I remove 90% of the data in a base that we have been using for two years that barely had 300 rows is constantly hitting limits and not being able to determine which limits we are hitting so we can manage the data and ensure we are being efficient.

Is there a reason why you don't need to verify your email address to access Airtable? I was shocked to discover this isn't a requirement. I have an interface set up so that only the current user can view sets of information, but I found that it's possible for someone to create an Airtable account with someone else's email and view the information associated with that email address. Email verification is not required to access the interface and see data that should only be seen by the actual user. Are there plans to address this? Is anyone using a workaround to make this more secure? Is it related to being on the Team plan?

I just realised this simple formula, on most fields does not work . Test was done on a Single-Line field. IF(test1 != BLANK(), "Not Blank", "Blank") This will always return "Not Blank".  A workaround seems to be to do the below: IF(Not(test1 = BLANK()), "Not Blank", "Blank") Any idea why this is so? Or is there a simpler work to check for 'Not Blank/Empty'?

Hello! I'm trying to use automations to link a comma-separated string of names to a separate table.I have to pass the name from Table A, to a column titled "Parse Match" (because names in A do not match record titles in B) in Table B, then link them back in Table A.This was easy to do via automations for the "Lead Sponsor" column, because there's only one name to link.But I'm stuck figuring out how to link a string of comma-separated last names in table A, column "Co-Sponsors" to the "Parse Match" column in Table B, then back to Table A.Any suggestions? If this requires a script to separate the comma-separated values per record, that's beyond my abilities right now… 😛Table ATable B

Team, I know in Project/program management “Gantt Chart” is often thought as the best tool to show and manage dependencies, but was curious if there are any other methods that are more useful. Most of our projects are related to Digital and Business transformation. Good day all,Over the past year I have moved from the old API key to PAT successfully accessing the base from third party apps (in particular filmmaker & MAKE ) just needing the API key swapping with the new PAT ... all good.I have a couple of scripts that work on the base in question which effectively moves the records to another Archive base ... this has been working great for years. until now that I have tried to change the API key to the PAT.  It just refuses to create the record in the Archive base, Make and Filemaker both canAny assistance would be very much appreciated as I cannot see what is wrong the PAT has full access to all scopes and I'm baffled and have even tried a new PAT codeRegardsGordon

Hi, forumla gurus! I’m working on a scheduling database linked to our list of work. I’m a little caught up in the process of flagging when a staff member is on two shifts at the same time. Using @W_Vann_Hall’s formula to count occurrences in a string, using the start datetime and a list of all the staff member’s shift times from a rollup field, I can flag when they have a shift that starts at the same time, as below. IF((LEN(ARRAYJOIN({All Allocated Start Times}))-LEN(SUBSTITUTE(ARRAYJOIN({All Allocated Start Times}),{Start Time},"")))/LEN({Start Time})>1,"Clashing",BLANK()) The next step is adding to the formula so that if the start time is between the start and end times of existing shifts, it raises the clashing flag. Any help in the process would be appreciated!

I own and operate a cleaning business. I have created a base that lists all the locations and the scheduled dates and times. I also created fields that show the day of the week by both number 0-6 or the actual name Monday, Tues, etc. I recreated the Employee scheduling base within my base so I could easily relate bookings with cleaners. So the employee table shows what days of the week the cleaner is available. I created a field on the booking table to be able to select cleaners to assign to the job and I included a lookup field to be able to compare the available days to the service day. So far the availability is only by day not by specific time ranges but if I need to expand it for days and times I can look into that.I can do basic automations and basic formulas so I am sure that this can be done but it is out of my skill level. Is there a way for me to be able to have the program give me a list of cleaners that are available that day of the week and not scheduled on another booking

Hello, I make my aplication on Grist but when I use it more it makes me more trouble. I wonder if I can make that tables in Airtable.I want to have tables with contacts, products, transport companies.Then I want to have sections with years - when I click for year I see table with months and every mont have table with transport my goods. (that table with goods will also have widget (document) I can print and use as delivery document for driver.Then I want to have summary table that will show me costs for transport on every month.Regards.

I have a formula that calculates a 2.99% but since January 1 is 2.29%. Actual formula: ({Total due}-(2.99*{Total due})/100)+{Manual Rate}I have a column: Date Booked How can I modify the actual column named 2.99% to be calculated only if the Date Booked is before 12/31/2023. And a second one to calcula only if Date Booked is after 01/01/2024? Any help, please?

Hey there Y'all - I am trying to have Airtable automatically duplicate a record in the SAME table when the status of another record is "approved". The duplicate record would have all the same information except the status would be set to "editing" and the type would be set to"IG Reel". How can I make this happen automatically? THANKS

Hi there 🙂  Im have what is seems to me fairly complicated automation which I did not manage to complete, and would appreciate your suggestions.I have three tables, all linking to each other; Database, Price, and Partners.Database table can be linked to multiple Price and Partners records, but Price and Partner can be linked to only one Database record.I want to create an automation that duplicates all records from Price table linking to Database table, and then link the duplicated records to Partners table. The result will be having Database and Partners table linking to identical, but not the same records in Price table.The automation trigger is single select field in Partners table, set to Create.Thank you 🙂

I am using the airtable gmail integration to send emails. When I send emails, I noticed that no profile image appears for the recipient, even though I have set a profile image in airtable and gmail. How do I add a sender profile image to go with my emails. See below:Thanks, 

Hi fellow Airtable community,I'm having some trouble with an "Airtable > Send Email" automation, specifically in displaying the right time in the dynamic fields populated via the email. I'm using Airtable's brand version of the software and I'm using the new grid of records function (see photos attached). Basically, what I want to be displayed in the data is what is actually in the view (however, the time displayed in the email is about 5 hours off, contrary to the data that is in the view). My guess is because, this is a time zone thing but I don't know how to fix this in the "grid of records" function being used. As this is a dynamic field within airtable's software, I don't know if I can even troubleshoot this issue. Any helpful tips and tricks would be much appreciated.

Hi all,I have a form where people put in their availability for a series of events. Their options pull from a table with all available event slots. I would like, on a that "all available slots" table, for all available people's names to show up automatically, so I can see everyone who is available for that particular day/time without having to manually fill in my options myself. Hello!I have a client that needs to take a list of passwords and assign the next one off the list to each new record as it is added to Airtable via Zapier. Each new record would get the next password from the list (well, column, really).New User 1 | Password 1New User 2 | Password 2New User 3 | Password 3If I'm not mistaken, I cannot simply prefill that column in my table, leaving the other columns blank, because new records would just be created as a new row below the final password row, ignoring that the other columns are blank. Is what I'm trying to accomplish possible?
