How to edit cells within AIRTABLE as I have seen it detects values inside a cell like Listbox but not possible to edit like Excel cell F2.

Hi everyone!I use airtable to manage my business, a monthly subscription for football shirts, developed on woocommerce.After each order from my customers, an entry is created describing the order in question (customer size, address and all the information needed to prepare the order).The problem is that a customer who has a subscription for the year creates 12 independent entries for me, so I don't have the possibility of noting useful information and they remain on the customer in question, airtable and woocommerce don't consider the occurrence with this same customer.Ideally, I'd like Mr Smith, who has a subscription for the year, to have a "file" that updates automatically thanks to the occurrence of the surname + first name + address so that I can note down all the particular requests or wishes of my customers month after month, with feedback on each of his requests.Sorry for my horrible aglais, like a good Frenchman I use translation software

I want to create an Project Management Table with the following requirementsI have several project stageseach stage has a start date and an end date (automatically calculated based on duration for each project.)the start date of one stage should be dependent on the end date of the previous task. So if "task A" ends on July 5th, the start date of task B should be the 6th. The end date of task B should be start date of task B + duration,... and so onso whenever something changes, the following dates should change as well. (also reflecting the dedicated duration set for each task)I tried with formulas or dependencies but could not figure out a way to automate this, instead of updating all records manually if one date changes.ThanksHelenelene

Is there a way to download multiple attachments at once? A group of photos has been uploaded for a project and the designer would like to download all of them at once instead of one at a time. Is this possible?

Hi there! I am looking to see if it’s possible to download a zip file of all attachments for a particular field. I did look at This Post and it does not seem to cover what I’m looking for. I don’t need to download ALL files attached to the base as the aforementioned thread is describing. I want to be able to zip and download the attachments for one field instead of having to download each one individually. I could have sworn I was able to do this at some point in the past, but can’t seem to repeat it! Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

HI,Is there a way to trigger an automation an hour after a date time field is set? For example I have a field set to Feb 4 at 3:00 PM, and an hour after this time set i.e. at Feb 4 at 4:00 PM, I want an automation to be fired?

I usually use linked record for choice option instead of single select, just in case of use with other tables. As my records keep growing, I am worried about the record limit.Does number of choice in single select also count as record limit per table?

Im over limit on a base and trying to upgrade to Business Plan. I cant get a response from support on this item. The system is only giving me annual options, not monthly, which we are currently on. Ive attached a screenshot. The system shows monthly price before entering this page, but once in, it seems its only annual options. I appreciate anyone's help on this. A little confusing and frustrating. I need to upgrade ASAP for my team but dont want to be suprised with a 5K+ bill next month.

I have a personal facebook art page where I post to many related facebook art groups, when a post is submitted to a group it goes into a moderation state, then I just wait for their admin to accept/decline the submission.I've setup a base that contains:All posts: Individual art piecesGroups: Each Facebook group I belong toIn the "All posts" table, I've added a "Roll out" column which is to show the status of whether I've posted to all groups. But I don't think this is ideal as it has no relationship to the groups.What I would love to see is some kind of progress state column that tells me how many groups there are outstanding which I have yet to or are waiting on post approval.

Hi,I am trying to automatically create or update records based on certain criteria from another table. It's to create invoice with line items. The process is the following:1. if a record's date field is today, create a record in table A.2. then find a record with the same client in the table invoice, 3. if not found, create a new client record in invoice table with a line item that is linked to the newly created record from table A.4. If find the client, then append the line item field with the new record from table A.The problem is that sometimes there are multiple records matched in the first step of the automation, then both try to update the line item field in the invoice table and the later automation run overwrites the previous run.I imagine there could be problem if no client found then two clients records would be created in the invoice table. I haven't encountered it in my testing yet.What's the recommended s

Hi there! I'm trying to design a base with a public facing form for camp registrations. I was planning to use multiple select as the camp selections field, so folks can sign up for Camp A, Camp C, and Camp D all through one form. Where I'm running into issues is designing an automation that disables selections when they reach a total. For ex. only 12 people can register for Camp A, so when 12 form submissions come in with that selected, it needs to be removed from the list of options. In a different setup, I've used lookups, views, and table links to create this utility, but that was date/time based, so I could use it as the primary field. I can't use multiple select as a primary though, so I'm a bit stuck.

When the tool admin approves the request, the user is linked to the tool. That's fairly simple and already working.Now tool admins can also add ore remove users directly to their tools, by linking or unlinking them.In that case, I want to automatically create a record in the Requests table that contains the user and the tool that was either linked or unlinked, as that table serves also as my audit log. Any idea how I could solve that?

Hi. I'm sorry if this sounds a bit vague, but what I'm trying to do is this:I conduct sessions with students and each session is a record. At the end of a month I have a table with multiple students and their sessions. Some students will have 4 or 5 sessions per month.What I want to do is find all sessions for each student, then extract the 'date' and 'duration' fields data to make a list of all the sessions the student has had in that month. I will then use an automation to email this information.I'm not sure where to start with this one. Is there a nice, elegant way to do this? 🙂
