I'm working on creating a .csv to upload time shift data into another management system. (I don't have control over it.) The datetime format it requires is YYYY-MM-DD, HH:MMa. Airtable is setup without the comma. I'm struggling to create a formula to add the comma in.

I'm creating a database to track the donations of our organization members and their households. My goal is to be able to create an interactive Interface for our Board to see the percentage of giving households vs non-giving households in any particular month. For example, if 6 out of 10 households gave in October, I'd want to see 60%;  if 3 households gave in December, I'd want to see 30%.Here's how I have the base set up so far:Donations: Every donation we receive is marked with the date received, the amount donated, the Member who donated (linked), and the Household the member belongs to (linked)Members: We have 100 members, each listed in this table and each linked to their Donation (if they've donated) and a designated Household (below)Households: For simplicity of illustration, I'll just say that we have 50 households (two Members in each Household record). Hi guys, I have created a "date field". 3:19 pm is my current time, but once I had it created, it showed the wrong time - 12:00am, I tried to click "use the same time zone for all collaborators> GMT/UTC", but the time was still wrong. I don't understand which step I had made wrong. 

Google calendars that are imported to Airtable - it looks like only 20 google calendars are allowed to be imported on a base. If we need more calendars on a base, then we need to create a new base? Is there a way to get more than 20 google calendars on a base? Please see screencast and pic attached

Hi everyone,I hope this message finds you well. I recently accomplished the successful synchronization of my Airtable base with my WordPress site using the Air WP Sync plugin. During this process, I also had to integrate Advanced Custom Fields (ACF).To map the content from my base, I utilized the custom field option within the plugin, and it worked seamlessly. However, when dealing with multiple selection type data from Airtable, I needed to convert it to checkboxes.Here's where I could use some assistance: I am unsure how to effectively utilize the selected options from these checkboxes. It seems that the plugin only compares labels, and I am unable to find any ID or value associated with the selections. I need to perform a verification of the received data but cannot rely solely on the label text.If anyone has experience or insights into working with the data received in WordPress through Air WP Sync, I would greatly appreciate your guidance.Than

Hi, I need help on the automation that I'm currently building. The section where it says "From name" on the Airtable Automations is not working. The email being sent is still the actual email address used, I want it to be the exact name of a person and I have linked the value on the section correctly, but still I'm having issues.. Hope you guys can help me figure out. I would appreciate an option to limit the available times to schedule records to work hours (9 to 5). We can limit the dates shown to just weekdays, but available times are all over the date (2 am, 10 pm, etc.). This needs to be an option as someone may have events or projects outside of work hours or use the date field for something else. I have a manual entry date field for scheduling tasks on the calendar, and the UX is not optimized for selecting a time within work hours.

Hello, I need some help to find a solution for this task:I have two tables, on contain a columns called small, tall and month. The second table contains the columns small_december and tall_december.I need to write a script that looks for the record month of the first table and names of the columns if they contain the word, in this case December. if the condition matches the data will be copy from table 1 and bring it for table 2. 

Is there any way to change different versions of domains to its root domains? example: If we add Column 1 https://www.domain.com/ https://domain.com/ https://www.domain.com https://domain.com http://www.domain.com/ http://domain.com/ http://www.domain.com

Anyone found a way to control the font size on Print View?

Hi all -I have a table that acts as a timesheet for the same users to submit hours each week.I use the 'Hours Logged' from Fig. 1 (which is an entry for that week) and add it as a lookup value to my table with my people names (Fig. 2). There's multiple entries in the Hours Logged in Fig. 2 as it should, but when I go to my main table, it doesn't show the 'Hours Logged Sum' for that week. Instead, it shows it based on all entries. Is there a way so that I can get the 'Hours Logged Sum' to show what the sum would be for that week like a running sum for each individual? As an example, how would I show that the hours logged sum would be: Hours logged = 3.0; Hours Logged Sum = 3.0; Max Hours = 40; Hours available = 37Hours logged = 1.0; Hours Logged Sum = 4.0; Max Hours = 40; Hours available = 36Hours logged = 5.0; Hours Logged Sum = 9.0; Max Hours = 40; Hours available = 31Fig. 1

Hi everybody!I managed to sent emails from linked table. But now I ran into a problem. I have two linked tables, one for RMA requests from customers and another for a list of repairers with their emails. When I want to send a product to the selected repairer, I want it to be sent to an email that is entered in another table of repairers. This works, but many times it sends the same email to other emails that are in the same table (so it sends an email to the entire list of all emails in this table). When I was working on automation, I used lookup field of the email address of the srepairer from the second table and sent the email from the first table (customer requests, because it is related to a specific product and customer). In the automation for the "to" field, there is no way I can select anything other than a "list" of emails.. could this be the cause of my problem?

I have two tables that are linked to each other: Candidate Table and Position TableEach candidate record has contact information (email) and is linked to a specific position record which also means that each position record may be linked to multiple candidate records. Each position record also has a status: Active, On Hold, Lost, etc.I would like to be able to send automated emails to all candidates linked to a position that has changed its status from Active to On Hold to update them on what's going on. What would be the best way to go about this automation?

Hi all,I am curious to learn more about what linked and un-linked data can be used in the 'Find Records' action in Automations. This happens frequently, and I am fairly sure that it is related to field data types. Linked record fields can only be used in certain instances, and lookup fields can only be used in others. Sometimes I have had to create 'String' fields through formulae to lookup other records. My ask: does anyone have any links to learning resources or documentation where i can learn what the limitations/benefits of certain field types are. We are managing the database through a front-end, and no fields are updated manually, so the vagaries of these data types and their capacity/limitations is quite a challenge!An example of my issue is included in the screenshots attached:For reference, I am working with 5 tables:

Hi there, I'm having issues with formatting when pulling data from Airtable into Formstack Documents (integration via Zapier). Detailed explanation below.The Profile field in Airtable has a large body of text and is formatted with line spacing between each paragraph. However, when I create a document merge via Zapier into Formstack, the formatting is gone in the merged PDF. All the other content in the document is fine as it's part of the PDF template, whereas this Profile section is dynamic so it must be pulled from Airtable. Other fields are pulled from Airtable, but they usually only go over one line so I haven't noticed any line spacing issues.I'm not sure if this needs to be resolved via Formstack itself, or if it's the way I've set up the PDF template in Adobe Acrobat. Or perhaps something else entirely.Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

We want to give access to the form through our website so customers can register. I now need this form to be available in both French and English. My concern is mainly with dropdown fields. Hi. This seems like something trivial, but I can't seem to find any way to do this. I had synced two tables from a base to another.  During that time, various fields were renamed in Base A (the source table).  I noticed that the fields in Base B do not seem to get renamed as well, yet the sync remains active.  How can I know which is the fieldB name in Base B, which maps to fieldA in BaseA, without having to resort to guessing? 

I have a Date field (Date Asset Added) whose value is entered manually formatted like this:12/8/2023Another field (Date RM) contains this formula: DATEADD({Date Asset Added}, 0, 'day')  which outputs this: 12/8/2023.  12:00am I want to execute an automtion when these two values match, which they don't. So I tried using thiis: DATETIME_FORMAT(DATEADD({Date Asset Added}, 0, ‘days’), ‘M/D/YYYY’)) which outputs this: 2023-12-08T00:00:00+00:00  I think that DATETIME_FORMAT turns the date value into text. Hi there -- I'm using Airtable to build a database of jounalists on Meta's Threads. I've made a form so people can submit their details: https://airtable.com/appWgEz1pjYySqFTj/pagzqw2grYU9luJob/form My base consists of four tables: Journalists, locations, publications and beats. The form primary creates a new record in the Journalists table, but I'd like to use the same form to add new records in the other three when necessasry -- i.e. if someone works for a publication that isn't listed.Is this possible? With apologies if this has been answered before -- I did a search around but couldn't see anything relevant.CheersDave

I’m trying to automate an order ID. So when a new row is added, it is given an automatic ID. The existing ID from pre-AirTable looks like: LS000000 E.g. LS and then six zeros. The first order should look like LS000001, the next order like LS000002 etc Currently I use: Field 1 - AutoNumber (AutoID) Field 2 - Formula = CONCATENATE(“LS00”, (AutoID)) Which gives LS001, LS002 etc. It looks right when we get to LS001000 e.g. all 6 digits now present. Any ideas how to force the six zeros from the start?

Hello,I want to make an automation to send an email at a specific time. When I choose the trigger "at a scheduled time" and go to write the message of the email, I can write a message, but I cannot input any data from the base. When I click on the blue plus sign in the upper right corner, the only options are "actual trigger time," "expected trigger time," and "next trigger time" (pictured below). How can I pull data from the base, such as "dear [insert name]"?Thank you.
