Title.I am still getting the hang of scripting, Airtable, and scripting for Airtable. Goal of script:User chooses up to two options in multi-select field.Those multi-select options are 1:1 with the names of the records that are being linked. I'm trying to connect Power Automate with Airtable using this connector: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/airtable/. I am able to connect when using the API Key. However, when I try to use a personal access token, I get an error. I've tried the full PAT (82 characters) and the PAT key after the token ID. What am I doing wrong? 

Hello all!I don't believe this is possible with how automations work with Airtable as I know them, as they seem to be restricted to only automating one table and that one table's records. Regardless, I'm hopeful there's an extension or something that can get around this, as this seems like something that would be extremely useful to most people. I'm going to lay out an example for what I'm trying to do/the parameters around it, rather than trying to explain it with a block of paragraphs.An existing table's records is a list of projects. These projects are labeled as either approved/denied/pending/submitted in this table, and each of the project records were spawned from a submitted form. Once a project is labeled as "approved," it would make my job/my company's job easier if a new table(s) can be spawned, based on pre-saved table templates (though, honestly, I don't even know if it's possible to save a table template). I have a formula that I'm attempting to show "Sold" if tickets to an event have been sold, but if the tickets have not been sold, to display the number of days until the event. I already have another formula that will give me the number of days until the event.Generally, the formula below is working - except for one scenario, when a ticket was sold for $0.00. You may wonder why a ticket would be sold as zero, but that indicates to us that the ticket was given away - as compared to just not used.I've tried to use the presence of a value (my best working version below), and I've also tried to use the =BLANK variable, because if there is no sale at all then the cell has nothing in it, but Airtable seems to treat a value of $0.00 the same as BLANK.So then I tried a variation of this formula with >=0 but then ALL values were returned as true - even values where there's nothing in the cell.Here's what I have for a formula currently:IF({Event Sale

Hello! I have created an order management app through Airtable that tracks our open orders through their entire process. We import to Airtable through a Zapier Zap from an Excel file that was exported out of our POS system. We have a master key that comes out of our POS system and it is unique to each item in every single open order (each row is an item, not an order). Once the item status has been set to "Complete" I have it set up in Airtable to move to a "Completed Items" Kanban view. We need a way for Airtable, Zapier, whichever to recognize when the item has been invoiced (paid for, left the building). When an order is invoiced it will not show up in our "Open Customer Orders" Excel export from the POS system any longer. (Makes sense, of course.) There will be no master key to map to.

Hey guys,I am looking for a way to add records form a linked field using a form.Heres what I what I have right now:GFX Request Form to create a new dated request in the Requests table, I have a linked field to "Individual GFX"  to track the individual GFX for each request. Obviously on the interface forms that linked field shows up as a dropdown to choose existing records of individual GFX, I need to be able to make new records. I've seen some posts about this pointing to outside forms and I'd like to avoid using that unless you have a reliable secure form site.Let me know if there's some scripting or automation you know of to do this. OR! Is this something that can be implemented in the future oh airtable overlords? 

Hi all,I have a simple script that is taking some items from the submission of a Gravity Form and updating an AirTable record. It all works great until I get to a section of the form that has checkbox values. INSIDE of one of those checkbox values is a string that contains a commaCheckbox choicesApplesOrangesPearsGrapes, limes and lemonsI can gather all of these out of Gravity Forms and put them in an array and then implode that array to get a comma delimited list, which is what AT wants to absorb that data for checkboxes.$c=Apples, Oranges, Grapes, limes and lemons"records": [{"id": "'.$id.'","fields":{"Committees": "'.$c.'"}}],"typecast":true}';This of course will cause AT to barf when that comes in and tries to split the Grapes out as its own committee and limes and lemons as another committee. Hey guys,I am trying to figure out how to use the Timeline Summarize to count the number of tasks with an end date field instead of the start field field from the timeline date settings. I use the timeline to lay out projects phases and milestones and have both displaying with milestones being tasks/records with only "due dates". Currently the count only counts the main date field for the timeline (start date field) when i need it to count the end date. I'm trying to figure out a way to maybe use a formula and sum to count the number of tasks for each day but can't seem to figure out a good way to do that. If anyone has any ideas let me know!Thanks!

Hello!I'm fairly new to Airtable, but I have found myself stuck on something and I'm unsure the best approach.  I have a base that is receiving data from submitted forms for security requests.  These requests are worked on by 3 different staff members.  I've built interface views for each member and I am now trying to add a button on each interface that once clicked, would update a record with a blank "Assigned to" field to their name and thus populate into their interface view.  Is there anyway to do this in Airtable? It could be I need to think about it in a different way rather than updating a field, that's why I am reaching out!Thanks!!

Hi, I have multiple automations pulling data from formula fields, that have been formatted to include the euro sign. This works fine in the data, however when I pull the values into automations, the euro sign and formatting that I put in the formula field isn't applied. The base I am using is under a free account.  Could you let me know of any solutions?  Thanks 

I'm working on a no-code application with Bravo Studio, using Airtable as a backend. I'm trying to implement a 'multilike' system where each user can like multiple items in an identifiable way. I've considered a table of likes with a user-element relationship, but I'd like specific suggestions on how to implement it in Airtable and how to integrate it effectively with Bravo Studio. Hello, I’m actually using proxies to GET/POST information into Airtable from a mobile app. Proxies use the “&field” filter, so the GET response only contains a limited number of fields in the response. This is the approach I have seen suggested around the forum to return a limited number of fields. It comes to my surprise, that if “?id=record_id” is added to a proxied endpoint, no matter what “field” filters are included in the proxy internals they are bypassed and all fields from the record are returned. With all the fields returned, there are dozens of linked records from other tables. It comes again, to my surprise, that, if any of the linked record id’s from other tables are appended to the proxied url ?id=linked_record_id, then the linked record is fully returned (with all its fields). This creates a huge security issue on my app if exploited and I have seen no documentation, com

Hi all, I have a two-table base. The first table/screenshot below is for survey responses; each record is an individual survey response. The second table/screenshot is where the responses roll up for each survey. Is there a way within the rollup filed formula to achieve my highlighted desired result? I'm trying to avoid adding multiple rollup fields for each response type and then concatenating all of the information in a new column.    

I just started using Airtable and I'm trying to remove the date/time from a column or create a new column that has the date/time removed with just the remaining text. I am trying to create a URL to search Google Shopping for a specific combination of (Brand, & Product Title), however i am noticing that if either the Brand or Title has more than one word, the URL does not form correctly:Ideally I would use the Google Shopping ID for the product search, but that is a separate URL/search entirely. I also want to add UPC to this, but that shouldn't be a problem as a UPC is not two words (however sometimes multiple UPCs may be searched, so the same issue might arise).If anyone is able to advise, I would greatly appreciate any help!

I’m keeping track of some social media captions in my Airtable base but every time I copy and paste into Airtable I get a prompt to update saved password. It’s quite annoying to have to minimize the window each time I paste something. Is there a way to disable that pop up?

I ran into an issue setting up an automation for some colleagues of mine. We all work in the same workspace, but depending on the team there are different tables within the workspace to manage their work. To keep things simple, lets say Team A works in Table A, and Team B works in Table B.Some of the work Team A does in Table A is for Team B. Team B asked for a way to see just that work in their production calendar on Table B. I created an automation pulling just the pertinent info from Table A to Table B so they can keep track of it. (I am oversimplifying this for the sake of my issue.)The automation has so far worked perfectly, with one issue. Team A uses a Date field for their Due dates without a time field, Team B uses a Date field for their due dates with a time field. For whatever reason, when the automation runs, it will change Team A's due date (ex. 1/2/24) to the day before at 7 or 8pm (ex. 1/1/24 7:00pm). Both date fields use the same date format of "U

Currently, I am linking the tables to each other manually when updating project start and end dates. For example, if I add a new project scheduled to start today and end 3/1/2024, I'd add a new record with a start date of 11/30/22, the end date of 3/1/24, and then link it to the "2023 Q4" and "2024 Q1" records from the second Table. Projects don't often (if ever) end when planned, so I come back and update the end dates often which means I also have to go back to check the linked Quarter records to make sure they're still accurate. This seems like something that should be easily automatable.I don't necessarily even NEED the Quarter Table. There is no other information about each quarter that I collect.
