I have 2 different tables in one base that I want to connect to one Calendar for easy to view access without having to switch to different calendar views constantly. Is this doable?

In a calendar view, I used to have the ability to click an eye to preview the calendar view AND share externally. Now when I go to the calendar view its not an option which is preventing me from getting a link to share externallyExample of the eye

I am looking for a view where the users can only see the modified status but unable to edit it.i have a scenario reserving a seat for an event.if two agents reserves a same seat at the same time, we cannot tell under whose name it will show as in the view it is filtered to hide reserved seats. can we get a view where they can see the finalised reservations and cannot edit anything in that view

I need help creating a formula.Basically I need this to do this:If there is an extension marked yes than the move-out date changes to how many day per the extend plus the move-out date. Ex if there is an extension original move-out date was 1/1/23 and there was 30 day extend the new date would be 1/31/23.If there is no extension then move-out date is move-out date. Hello community,I am trying to automate the following problem:I have a stock table "Stock" and a catalogue of products "Catalogue". Not all products from the Catalogue are listed in the Stock and the Stock changes on a regular basis. The availability of products from the catalogue is linked via "Link to another record" field to the stock the value used for this is the "articlenumber" So when the stock changes (e.g. we have a new product) I need to manually select the article number in the linked field for the new product.So I created an automation that runs daily at 8:00 am and runs a script that is supposed to copy values from field "Articlenumber" to field "Articlenumber-linked" in the catalogue if a record with this article number is found in the stock. I am trying to create an automation. I have succesfully created a trigger for when a "Delivery Date' gets updated however when i go to create the action, it will not allow me to select the trigger as the input.  Essemtially, when the delivery date is updated, i need the "Location" to update to "Out". Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

I am trying to send a form link to a customer who does not use airtable but when they try to access the link, it brings them to an airtable registration page. Is there a way around this? I want them to be able to fill out the form without having to sign-in or register. Thank you!

I want to provide some self-serve capabilities to customers so they can view and update their customer record in my Airtable, plus ideally also access a Stripe-hosted subscription management portal. Hello, I want to know if a button in a field in a base can open up an interface page (in list form) with pre-defined conditions? Like for example it shows only those results that satisfy certain criteria. Further any changes done on the interface should also be reflected back to the base through the click of a button. Is this possible through the script extension?

Hey thereI created a simple invoice document extension for a table. Now the new year is coming I created a new table and when I duplicate the extension, choose the new table the extension is empty. I guess the connection/affiliation to the fields are incorrect.My idea would be to create an extension template so I can duplicate it and use it for multiple tables. Is that possible or is there an easier way?

Does airtable support a user-friendly calendar field? The calendar that I currently see on an interface is not too great. I need to keep clicking the back arrow to go to previous month. So if I want to go from the year 2023 to 2018, I need to keep clicking back multiple times.  I want to know if there is a way to have a calendar that allows easy selection of years and months. If not available in airtable directly, is there an extension that can be used?

I want to add a formula where I the cell value is equal to the row number. So when I move the records around, the cell value dynamically changes. Any suggestions on how I can do this?

I work for a small institute. We'd have only 2 (max 3) editors on AirTable. Do I understand correctly that for Team it'd be 40dollars/month (for two editors) and with Enterprise it'd be 45dollars/month (for unlimited? editors)?What would you recommend (I expect we'd have 3-4 bases, of about 1500 records each)?Thanks!

Hi,I'm getting an 'over-limit' warning and I don't understand what's going on:My base shows 791 lines with records (I'm using the free version, up to 1,000 records). But, in my settings, it says I have 1341 records. I cannot see where these additional records might be.  I have no records hidden that I can figure out or any in trash.I've had the warning for 5 days now.What am I missing?Avital

I have a field where an agent selects a status and it will show last modifed by his name.But when another guy redo the same thing, it is changing to his name. How can i restrict modifcation of a field which is already done by one agent.

Dear All, for facilitating a workflow, I'd like to integrate an Calendar element in a form interface. From my understanding the new form editor is based on the interface designer, but when you are in the form builder, there is no option to add any other element. Does anyone had an Idea on how can I do that? Many thanks, Claudio

I have a table in Airtable that contains a lot of data that currently is used for an app i published. Is is possible to create a website and, using the same data, create a page where this data is showed? Ex. My table contains job offers from all over the world, i want these job offers to be displayed automatically on the website (Wix or Wordpress or others) gathering data from the same table. I have a field defined as Currency however when I add that field to the Message section of an email that I am creating from an Automation, the value does not appear as Currency. It does have the decimal point for the cents, and I can easily add “$” as part of the preceding text, but I would really like to see the commas that are part of the defined format on the field. Any ideas?

What would be the most practical way to incorporate multiple tables worth of calendars into one?  In an interface, to be specific.I have three tables worth of data I'd like to mix together in a single calendar.  I suppose I could have them all in one table, but I'm concerned it might make things a bit busy in that main table.I have Table 1 that is basically like a CRM for any incoming proposal requests for my business and I have a few date fields there.  3 sets of start and end dates to cover dates we'd hold for the client.Then I have Table 2 where we actually schedule specific events.  Just a start date (with a time) and an end date (with a time) for a specific event stemming from an approved project in Table 1.  1 entry in Table 1 could have 20 events in Table 2, mind you.  But every Table 2 event is linked to an entry in Table 1, so there's already a natural link there.Table 3, on the other hand, is less con
