Hey everyone,Running into a bit of a puzzle here. I'm managing our subscribers table and a CRM for member benefits. Both are on separate platforms, not even in the same database. Wondering if anyone has experience with a double synchronization setup between two tables on different platforms? Since the new Personal Tokens (No API Keys) i cannot connect my airtable to typeform. Does someone has a solution for this? The extension also does not work for my case, as i have an Opinion Scale, which i cannot map. Thanks for your help!

Designing a Form in which I need a user to be able to select an Item from dropdown menu representing a Linked Record field, and then be shown what that Item looks like via Lookup of an Attachment field in the linked table, I’m shown an alert: “This field is read-only and won’t be displayed in the form”. The use case is straightforward though, and high-value: Forms that can allow user to see what to vote for. It’s available in rival products. When can I expect it in Airtable Forms?

I have a button that I would like to trigger two tasks: 1 - trigger a webhook that passed the data to zapier (done) 2 - automatically update the value of a single select field to ‘true’ While the webhook script runs when I click the button, it seems that the other script I am using (to update the single-select) wants to take in a user input every time and it does not run automatically. Is there a simple way to set the value of a single-select field automatically to true without me having to specific the field and the value every time with a script?

Is there any plan to encourage developers to build more apps and write more scripts to marketplace? From the conversation I saw in the forum, getting your apps approved is so difficult and long. I feel Airtable now lacks vibrancy and enthusiasm of other tools (monday.com or coda.io).

Hello, I am seeking to pull a record that would have an image and then a few fields under the image from the same record and then repeat for all records in a filter. The custom text and layout fields of the page designer as well as being able to export make it quite desirable for this but I’m having issues getting the records to populate in this manner. The gallery view provides most of what I need as it gives me multiple records (of which I can filter by field) but the limitations on styling keep it from being an answer to my issue. The screen shot is of a gallery view, the first image/ record is laid out in the manner I’m seeking, and the second is the gallery view unchanged. Any assistance would be great.

Hi 👋 I'm not an expert with formulas, but I think I'm overthinking this / making it more complicated than it needs to be.I have a CSAT (customer satisfaction score) form in Typeform that is being automatically sent to Airtable. What I'm trying to do is:a) calculate the CSAT score (# of 4/5 star ratings, divided by # of total responses, multiplied by 100)b) have it calculated every calendar week (so there should be a new rating every Monday)I can do this manually for now, but I want a way that each week, people can look and see what the score is, without anyone having to manually calculate it.I'm totally lost, although I think I am overthinking this. Hi, Am I missing this option, or do I need to submit a feature request? I have a Table called Statuses, which I use on multiple tables and multiple fields so that I don’t have to setup a single select 20+ times. When I make a new record, any fields linked to Statuses should default to “0-Not Started” record form Statuses. Is there an option I am missing to set the default linked field?

I am trying to create an automation that sends an email or a slack notification when a record matches conditions when X is one month from now. However, I received the following message. I have included two screens shots (a) the trigger and (b) the table and conditions chosen. Can anyone advise me to how to fix this issue?  

I am using Integromat to pick up a webhook sent from Airtable. To answer some of the questions in that original post: I understand this is not a cure-all security method, it does provide one more layer of protection. Yes, a webhook is my preferred method of sending data from Airtable in this instance as this webhook works across a number of services - so it is not a read Airtable first scenario. Thanks

Hello,Want to strike through text in a cell if a given string is found in another cell in that row.  Is this possible?The cell whose text I want to strike through is already a concatenation of various other field values.  It's looking in a different field for the term "OMIT", and if that is found I'd like the text strike-through'd.The "OMIT" will be searched for in a single select field, but I don't think that matters since I've already successfully searched for and IF'd stuff based on single select text contents.TIA for any assistance.

HiI have some linked tables. The first link is between "People" and "Working Groups". When in the Working Group table I can look up people's names and add them to the field "Members". When in the People table, I can make a link back to Working Groups, and a field called working groups will self populate with all the Working Groups that people are members off. This is all working fine.I have a second link between "People" and "Training". When in the Training table I can look up people's names and add them to the field "Attendees". When in the People table, I can make a link back to Training, but I can't make a field that will self populate with all the training people have received. What am I doing wrong?The only difference in layout between Working Groups and Training, is that training's unique identifier is a date.Any light you could shed would be very helpful.Thanks,Davva

Hello, I am trying to create an algorithme in AIRTABLE using the script automation. I have 3 tables : Mission_Request, Cookers and Companies. My script compares all the pattern in both Mission_Request (wich is connected to Companies table) and Cookers and when there is a match, it is supposed to fill the "MatchingCookers" cell in MissionRequest with the Cooker best match. My script doesnt' have any type of error and i don't have any kind of mail error. My script is active. My journal log don't have any kind of error. Does anyone have an anserw ?? It will be very helpfull. Thanks !!! Hello, I am trying to write some automation that should call some function in our server through a script and pass as input the image data that is stored in some field. How can I pass the image data ?The url I get there is private and  inaccessible through the server. I tried to convert it to base64 but FileReader is not available, also to pass the binary data using FormData but it is unavailable as well .Any help will be much appreciated.Yaniv

Hello,I have a problem with a formula linked to a look up. I have a table with my banking transactions (linked to my bank) and another with forecast expenses. I did a look up to get the bank balance and I made a formula (Bank balance-expenses) for the first line the calculation is correct but for the other lines it does not give me the balance calculated above. Do you have any ideas to solve this problem?

I have these two fields Formula on Contract Yield % is this:({Contract Rent PW}*52)/{Purchase Price}I need to replace the formula in the Contract Yield, to an IF formula.More likely:When the result on Contract Yield is 0%,   If Contract yield = above 1%, use Contract yield formula, but if it's 0% I need to use Appraised Yield Can you please help me what is the correct formula to make it work?I already tried (IF({Contract Yield}=0,{Appraised Yield}but it's not showing the correct results

I am trying to assign 4 different users records as the come in.  I found this code const collaborators = [ {name: "Person 1"}, {name: "Person 2"}, {name: "Person 3"}, {name: "Person 4"} ] const chosenOne = collaborators[Math.floor(Math.random() * collaborators.length)]; output.set("collaborators", chosenOne.name) My problem is that it doesn't exhaust the 4 names before repeating.  What do I need to do to this code for it to go through all 4 options and then repeat?
