Small charity here thank you for reading!  I am trying to make a sign up sheet for volunteers to sign up to wrap Christmas presents for children - that bits sorted.  But I need to sort parking for them. On the main base theres a linked column that pulls up there name and there car registrations so it pulls through for each hour which volunteers are in and in each hour slot it tells me what the number plates are.I am trying to hide those fields (again fine) and have a field for each day that shows all car number plates expected in the car park and ideally remove the ones that are there for multiple slots and just show them the once.Am I being silly what would I use to find this I swear I used to be able to do show it as a roll up or something but for the life of me I cannot work it out. Thanks in advance

I am trying to find a way to have a price column that calculates as you toggle the different specs of each instrument. Any ideas or solutions here? Thanks ahead of time!

I created PAT as followed in documentation and copied it's token but I can't use it.I do get an "Error 403" in Make when I use my PAT there and I also get "Invalid Personal Access Token" in Xano.I checked the documentation regarding it and it seems I don't understand how to use it since I only wanted to use the template as base here in airtable and use it's table in Xano as a test data.

Is it possible to exclude records that have a zero value from an average rollup?

I use Airtable to track and schedule vaccinations for the animals in my calf barn. Using the birthdate of the calf, I have formulas in the due date fields to calculate the appropriate date to give each vaccine to each animal. Then I have a field with a checkbox to indicate when that vaccination has been completed. I use the calendar view with this table to show me what I need to complete on any given day. This works well, but what I want to create is an automation that removes the item from the calendar view after I check it off as being completed in the grid view. I would even settle for the date of that item being changed to a date 6 months in the past or something, just as long as it doesn’t keep showing up and cluttering my current calendar. But most automations I have tried can’t alter a “calculated date”, which most of my fields are because they are all based on the birth date of the calf. Hi!Please excuse my lack of knowledge as I am a novice user of Airtable, and also not familiar with databases.I am seeking guidance and help on a small matter.I have collated birthdays and anniversaries of my friends, about 900+. I have created the base and the Table and called it 'Master View'. Now in this table, I want to have a 'Daily View' wherein based on the date on a daily basis, I get to see the sifted data of only those who are celebrating their birthday and anniversary on that day. I can then share the link of this 'View' with all my friends for a better coordination amongst us on daily basis.Please help. Hi,I'm having trouble with Airtable displaying options off the visible screen. So far I have experienced this with automation menus (first image) and creating dropdown fields (second image). Is there a way to force these menus to only appear on the visible sections of the screen or a way to scroll these back into view?Thanks for the help.   

I have a shared view that should react to data that has changed in another table in the base, however it seems to take a while before the change is reflected in the shared view. Does anyone know what the frequency of the cache refresh for a shared view is? Is it possible to change it?Essentially I have a directory of freelancers that can be used by all contributors to network with each other. Part of that networking is finding out who is near you. I've got two tables "Table A" and "Table B", that are linked. Table B utilizes the look up tool to pull certain information from Table A. However new records were added to Table A and the lookup on Table B isn't pulling that information. There's no view, filter or automation conflicting with this so why are newly created records not being found by the look up tool?

I am looking to build a base for Tradeshow scheduling, deliverables, budget, attendance, and post show statistics. For context we are a manufacturer who attends other tradeshows with a booth and a set of products. My role is to make sure the marketing materials are created and produced, the logistics of products and booth to be delivered, while staying within a budget.The goal would be to track the amount of time until a tradeshow and track the deliverables and their due dates needed before the tradeshow occurs. I've been trying to update a multipleCollaborator field without overwriting. Hello, I just made an API request to Airtable that failed, and I don't have enough traceability data to inform me about the details of the request for which the API request failed (e.g.: the different fields and values in the request body).Is there any log store where I can see all the requests (or at least just the failed ones) made to my Airtable base via the API? Or is there any way to query for these failed requests via an interface/API?

I have a Pro account, but want to allow some users to have Read Only access to an Interface I have created. I did the Share, but it doesn't show up for them on their login page anywhere we can see.Is there something I am missing to get them to view the interface?

We use QR codes and print labels using the QR codes.  However, Make cannot access the QR code anymore due to the URL's no longer working.  This happened once last week, and then was resolved.  Is anyone else experiencing this?We rely on the QR code URL and this is breaking down our entire business functionality since we can't process any new items until this is resolved.I click the URL and see 'The link you're trying to visit is not available. A few months ago we found the "over limits" alert in our workspace, after doing an analysis we determined where our over limits attachment came from, we would like to find a way to move all the records with their attachments to another base and delete them from the origin database without losing the attachments

Thanks in advance to everyone.I'm wondering how can I create a formula which allows me to know if an event has ocurred the past week, but I don't want the event of the past 7 days, I really need the past week. For example: if today is wednesday I want to know what had happened between the monday and the sunday of the past week.I have done it by this formula: IF(DATETIME_FORMAT(SET_TIMEZONE(NOW(), 'Europe/Madrid'), 'W')-1={EVENT WEEK}, 1, 0), but the problem with this formula is that it is not going to work the first week of the year, because, obviously, that is the 1st week and the last week is 54 so the formula

I am looking at to allow users to edit data stored in airtable, without being airtable users. I know how I can do this with form, or with mini extension but I am looking for a solution that would allow user to see all the data in a table, and be able to update the table directly. I have a way to make this happen with a sync between google sheet and airtable, with Make, but I am wondering if there is something else I could do here, more direct. Thanks for your help!
