I have three forms to fill out with data, and they go in sequence. Is there any way that the answers from all three forms go into one entry. Right now, each form creates a new record.

(Similar to this post though with an additional layer)I have a table with Interactions. There's a Status single-select field and a Timestamp field (since this data is being imported from elsewhere) that shows when the data was captured in the original system.There's a second table named Opportunities. All the interactions with one individual are linked to their respective Opportunity record. I need a field in the Opportunities table that reflects the Status of the linked Interaction record with the most recent / max Timestamp.The solution to the post I linked above pulls the max date, which would work if all I needed was the most recent Timestamp date pulled into the Opportunity record. However I need to know the most recent Status based on the Timestamp.Any thoughts? I may be missing a simple

I first want to say how much I love using Airtable. But am super confused. I thought I was paying for a monthly rate and the charge on my credit card today was over $1000. So in Canadian funds that is over $1300. I can possibly pay that!!! Help!

Hi,I am running into issues. I am not a coder at all and I ask GPT to help me. Usually, it does a great job in writing some basic scripts and it has already created nice solutions with scripts. But this time, I am running into issues. I have a huge database and I was asking GPT to write a script to merge duplicates. When I do it one by one, it works. But as soon as I let it search the whole database, it crashes and mentions that it's taking longer than 30 seconds. I was trying to break it down into smaller views, but the problem is that it should check all the data actually, and searching records is also not an option since that's limited to 100 only. Hello! I am looking for a freelancer with references to build out my 2024 marketing tactical plan. I've used Airtable before for relatively simple project tracking, but this is more detailed. 

I’m wondering if there’s a way to open an edit record page within an Interface for a linked record field using a URL. We have several linked records fields for different resource types that get attached to our tasks, so that we can get further info about the resources associated with those tasks, but we’d prefer not to have to display on the edit page all the various linked record fields for every resource type since only one per task is actually linked. We’d used a synced table to unify the different resource types coming from different tables, but we have more than the allotted sync amount. Any idea or suggestions greatly appreciated!

Hi, all -I'm fairly new to Airtable and use this software to track participants for trainings that we offer. In some instances we have a participant attend more than one of our trainings. I currently have our trainings set up as a multiple choice field but when I group by trainings attended, it's putting these students in a different bucket and I would rather their individual names show up in each of the attended training, not create an additional section - picture for reference of how it currently looks. Hoping this makes sense and any help is greatly appreciated!

The first step is a "Create Record" action, where a new record is added to a table. Is there a way to copy a base schema between accounts? So I don’t need the data - but I’d like to copy the schema (all the tables in a base) to another account. Is there an easy way to do this?

  

Hi, I'm new to airtable and am trying to get a simple conditional VAT formula to work. I feel like I am circling the solution but I'm not quite there. Essentially I am trying to track various hires and purchases for work, some of which have VAT and some do not. I have a Gross cost but I need the NET cost (without VAT).I currently have a VAT Field that is a single select field with options None and 20%. I'm trying to write a conditional formula for the NET Cost that is based on the VAT field and essentially works as follows:IF {VAT="NONE", Gross AmountIF {VAT="20%", (GROSS Amount/120)*100I keep getting invalid formula and error messages and I'm not quite sure what I'm missing.Any help greatly appreciated! 

Hello all,I have a problem that I'm trying to fix, and I have not been able to fix it with the posts with related questions.I have a field with numbers that I want to round up to another field with numbers. I'll explain the situation:So it's about ordering products. I get an order recommendation let's say for product A this is 55. But the products are packed in boxes of a certain quantity (let's say 20), so I cannot order 55 pieces, I'd have to order either 40 pieces or 60 pieces (2 or 3 boxes of 20 pieces).Is it possible to use a formula to automatically round the number upward to meet the required amount (in the examples this should be 60)?

I am looking for a view where the users can only see the modified status but unable to edit it.i have a scenario reserving a seat for an event.if two agents reserves a same seat at the same time, we cannot tell under whose name it will show as in the view it is filtered to hide reserved seats. can we get a view where they can see the finalised reservations and cannot edit anything in that view

I need help creating a formula.Basically I need this to do this:If there is an extension marked yes than the move-out date changes to how many day per the extend plus the move-out date. Ex if there is an extension original move-out date was 1/1/23 and there was 30 day extend the new date would be 1/31/23.If there is no extension then move-out date is move-out date. Hello community,I am trying to automate the following problem:I have a stock table "Stock" and a catalogue of products "Catalogue". Not all products from the Catalogue are listed in the Stock and the Stock changes on a regular basis. I am trying to create an automation. I have succesfully created a trigger for when a "Delivery Date' gets updated however when i go to create the action, it will not allow me to select the trigger as the input.  Essemtially, when the delivery date is updated, i need the "Location" to update to "Out". Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

I am trying to send a form link to a customer who does not use airtable but when they try to access the link, it brings them to an airtable registration page. Is there a way around this? I want them to be able to fill out the form without having to sign-in or register. Thank you!

I want to provide some self-serve capabilities to customers so they can view and update their customer record in my Airtable, plus ideally also access a Stripe-hosted subscription management portal. I need to allow users to login to view and update various fields in their own record only - preferable magic email style login rather than make them remember yet another username & password.
