I've been trying for two weeks to create some automations with integromat but i can't find a solution, can someone explain me step-by-step the necessary integromato flow (i'm sorry but i haven't knowledge in the field).I have a two tables in Airtable, OR and RA. The two most important fields in OR are: Name and Surname, Machineries and Last Modified (Machineries is a multiple choice field). When i select one or more machineries in OR i would like that every single machine will be automatically saved in RA, each machine in a different row with the associated name and surname, so that i can save in each row the time the machine has started working and the time it stopped, in order to compound the utilization of the machine.Trying to do this process i incurred in many problems, when i deselect a machine from OR it does not delete the record from RA, but it duplicates the record of the remaining machines; when i select an extra machine the new machine is saved but the

Hi there, I’m a long term user of Trello and new to Airtable. Trello had a feature where you could forward emails to your board. I would have a to-do list board and whenever I got a request emailed to me I could just forward it to the board and it would create a to-do item for me. Does this function exist within Airtable? I am trying to incorporate a formula column which looks for entries which may include swear words, but I cant seem to get this formula to work. Here is a snippet (I've taken out a lot of the middle which is just 3230 different swear words) but the beginning and end are there. Hello, I am starting with Airtable Scripting.I need to use the content of two cells as input text for a function that formats the text in a specific way.Using this way I only get the value of the first row [0], but this needs to work for every row. I published an interface and when I open it in Chrome on an Android smartphone everytime I scroll with my thumb, the detail page opens and makes it impossible to bite the entire list.Records should only open when tapped, not on a swipe!

hi, when i use the field #number, the number always look like this 1.00but i i want to put my numbers as 0.01 how can i do that? because everytime i put 0.01 they change it to 10 

Hello,I program a film festival and we use Airtable to organize the submission we receive. This year we have two different programming teams that should watch half of the submitted projects. I wanted to create a formula that would calculate the total of duration of the films (we have a field for the duration in HH:MM:SS), divide it in half and then assign each half for team A or team B. Is that possible? I have tried to add some simple SUM formulas but I'm still a beginner in all of this. Thank you!

I have a shared table that is accessible to users who are not using Airtable. They can view the table using the link I provided without any issues. Within this table, there's a "notes" column where I want to refer to another record by saying "please see here," with "here" being a URL link to another record.As an Airtable user, I can click the link and access the other record, but non-Airtable users encounter a block. They are prompted to request access to the entire database, which I'd like to avoid. Is there a way for non-Airtable users to access the record URLs in the comments section without the need to create a new column for linked records?

Hi Community,I'm trying to purchase a Teams account but I am part of an entity that is not allowed to pay taxes. The form I'm sent to has a space for a credit card and says I'll be charged "applicable taxes". I'm not actually sure what happens when I hit 'submit' after entering a credit card, is it charged then or is there some other page I get sent to? I expect the former.Is there a way to pay for Airtable without paying taxes?

I’ve created a gallery view that I want to embed in a company intranet page (SharePoint). I want people to be able to see the values and click on the links and buttons that I’ve included, but I don’t want them to click on the record and have it open, as this will likely confuse them and it shows information that they don’t need to see. I’m guessing the answer is no at this point, but is there any way to disable opening the records? If so, can the clickable fields still work?

Is there a way to set up Pitchbook and / or Asbhy integrations or APIs with Airtable? If so, any recommendations on what's the best way?

HiIn my base I have a very simple table, the records primary field is a number, each new record is the previous number plus one. All the other fields are formulas or links to other tables that fill in automatically. Each week I need to create a new record in this table at a given time, I want to do this with an automation. I want to find the most recently created record (not recently updated as other fields will update at different times) find the name of the record +1 to it and name the new record that value. Is this possible? Maybe with a script, which is a bit beyond me. I can't seem to figure out a way to do it. Thanks for the help.

In my "CRM" database, I am building out a reporting table that gets rollups of IDs from other tables (i.e. interactions, etc) and am trying to get one array of IDs that I can count to determine the number of unique IDsInteractions TableOne to Many Contacts, lookup field of Contact Record IDs from "Contacts" TableProjects TableOne to Many Contacts, Lookup Field of Contact Record IDs from "Contacts" TableReports TableRollup of Contact IDs from Projects, Rollup of Contact IDs from InteractionsMy formula below doesn't get all the IDs. I don't know if maybe there's some nesting going on. Any suggestions for combining these arrays? properly? COUNTA(ARRAYUNIQUE(ARRAYFLATTEN({Interaction Contact IDs}, {Project Contact IDs}))) Each of my rollups in Reports has this formula ARRAYUNIQUE(ARRAYFLATTEN(values)) 

I'm using the Airtable API to create a new base and a new table (called 'Raw Data') within it. All of my singleLineText fields are working fine, but when I add a final field named 'Last Modified' with a type of lastModifiedTime, I get this error back from the api call:error: {   type: 'UNSUPPORTED_FIELD_TYPE_FOR_CREATE',   message: 'Invalid options for Raw Data.Last Modified: Creating lastModifiedTime fields is not supported at this time'}I haven't been able to find anything in the API docs or by googling about this.
