As I've searched the Community, big shout out to folks who have shared formulas which convert dates to quarters and fiscal years. I'm currently using the formula below, and I'm trying to find a way to blank out cells which have no date. Our Attachments field ("Images") contains sometimes five or six images. Is there a formula I can use to copy just, for example, the first or first & second images only?THANKS!

Is there any way to give base user permissions to access only selected tables in a base, not the the whole base?

Previously, the table was shared and synced, but troubleshooting was done after disabling it.  Once I delete records, it re-generates deleted records back within a few minutes (less than 2 minutes), just like the undoing delete operation. Any ideas about possible scenarios? No automation is relevant to the table.

Hello there! I work with an organization that produces a 50-concert summer festival. We have about 120 Season Pass Holders, about half of whom show up to any given concert. We would like to check them in at each concert and track their overall attendance.Each person receives a physical Season Pass (a 3x5 laminate) that they bring to the concert, so my hope was to include a unique QR code on each pass that corresponds to a unique ID for each pass holder. Then our Front of House staff could scan that QR code via the Airtable app on their phone, and it would create a record of them having checked in for that concert.One thought is that each concert could be its own view, and then any check-ins within that view could be clearly reconciled. Maybe that check-in could just be a timestamp, or it could be that when the staff scans their QR, it gives them an option to toggle a "check-in" switch.Open to any all suggestions, and grateful for your help!

I would like to set a checkbox to checked based on if another field has a number in it. Here is the Function I have in a Field called CheckChain. IF({Chain Amount} = BLANK(), Chain = 0,Chain = 1) The field Chain is a checkbox, and the field Chain Amount is how many times tire chains are applied. I am using this as a check to be sure the Chain checkbox is checked, if someone forgot to check it and entered an amount.

Hi, I have a Make scenario setup, but it is not pulling through any data to Airtable. The Make scenario is attached and is very simple; it Watches for items in Podio and then Creates Records in Airtable. I have set up the link between accounts a few times to double-check that everything is working. I've continued to run the scenario, and it comes back with no errors or warnings, but when I refresh the Airtable page, no data is being pulled through. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am using a formula field and selected decimal format, but it doesn't return with a thousand comma separator. Does anyone have a workaround?

I have two automations in question.  The last time they both ran successfully was September 26, 2023 at 4:43pm CDT, and now neither work as of today.I'm not sure if its some strange permissions thing or an internal limit? Hello, We are struggling to extract the first image of a column called "photos" then re-upload it in another column. We tried to do it by having a formula to extract the first attachment url (which is working) : (IF(BLANK(photos), "", MID(photos, FIND("(", photos) + 1, (FIND(")", photos) - 1) - (FIND("(", photos)))) Then, using the following automation to upload it in our target column "1st_photo" :=> WHEN a record match conditions "photos" isn't empty THEN update the column "1st_photo" using the url from the formula column as input. However, this automation isn't workingI guess the issue come from the attachment url. Do you have any idea to handle it ? Does it require a script ? Thank you very much ! 

Is it possible to create an Automation so an email send 2 days after record updated?

We're a real estate company looking to have Airtable Automations help us get client feedback on properties we present. Ideally, the process would look as follows: We add properties to an airtable base Once status is changed to "pending client feedback", an automated email sends the property information to the client. I'd love for that email to be able to solicit client feedback via button/checkbox/text field, for instance client received 123 Main St and did't like it they could have the option to "reject" (via button or form?) which would update the record in AirtableIf they liked the property, opt to "like" or "shortlist" the property which would update the record and trigger additional notifications to our team that the client wants to tour this site. 

I've seen great docs and help for this for MS Excel on Windows.. but MS has not released the Power Query Editor for Excel on Mac.  Has anyone successfully done this, using any hack or workaround? TIAGary Wong

I'm looking to create a form with fields for a project lead like name, title, affiliation, and email. What's the best way to allow for multiple project leads? Ideally, a user could click a checkbox to 'Add Additional Project Lead'. There's no limit on the number of leads. Any advice on using repeating fields for this? Basically, trying to determine if I can somehow not have to replicate each field an ungodly amount of times with a checkbox between each conditionally showing the next bunch of project lead fields conditionally based on the particular checkbox (nightmare).

If I have one date in a single cell, then I would use the formula DATETIME_FORMAT({}, 'MMMM) to convert that date into a month.  However, sometimes when using a Look Up I'm pulling multiple dates, separated by commas, into one cell. I'd like to find a formula that will convert all of these multiple dates into the month equivalent. So solving the 'error below'.  Any help much appreciated. Thanks. 

I am trying to build an order system with several tabs: Orders at vendor (I buy from 1 vendor) Orders from customers Customers Products An order from a customer has several products and might have more than 1 from each item. And that is where I get stuck. How can I add more than 1 of an item when there are multiple items? If it was just 1 item more times the colums would be product & amount, but that wont work. I feel like I am missing something obvious…

I have a string of text that I want to break into two separate strings of text. Here’s an example: This is an example string of text / I want to break it into two separate strings of text I want all of the words that precede the “/” to be one string of text. And then I want all of the words that come after the “/” to be a separate string of text. I want to completely eliminate the “/”. I have emailed and used the contact support feature and have not gotten a response. I need to have tax removed from an invoice before my institution can pay the balance. Has anyone else dealt with this? Why is there not a phone number where we can reach a support person?
