Hi! I have a board that I'm creating for sales and inventory. I am using 3 tables, INVENTORY, CRM, SALES.SALES table takes products from the inventory, it comes with price and other information. Each record is linked to a client(in CRM) and the product he is buying.If the same client buys 3 products, we create 3 records. I can group them by client and filter them by date and I have a quick visual of the total sale for each client and what products he is buying.I'm having trouble exporting a “receipt“ for each client once the sale is done. I've tried page designer linked to SALES but I would need to do it for each record. I've created another table where I rollup the products by client filtered by date, but I can only use ARRAYJOIN and have them separated by a "," or something else. Any idea on how could I export this “receipt“ that has X number of products that the client bought?  

Hello,I changed my colleagues permissions to owner like me and they still cannot delete records.  I am able to execute all tasks as as an owner but this is greyed out for them. Help!

I’m hoping someone might be able to help me figure this out… To put it simply I have one column full of images (just one image in each cell) but 1000’s of images total. I need another column, residing next to it that contains the URL for each image, and I haven’t found an easy way to do this aside from just copy and pasting each individual URL. Which gets very repetitive and time consuming doing this thousands of times. Is there a formula out there that could pull these image URL’s and fill each corresponding cell (to the right of the image cell) with the URL (of the image in the cell to the left of it)? Maybe I’ve just been looking at it for too long and there’s a much simpler solution?

I have an airtable base with member data, including a table with basic member data and another table with scheduling selections each member makes that I then use a look up to connect. With over 50K schedule requests, I've been "over" the record limit in my base for a while. I now can't seem to add more and have hit a hard cap. Enterprise pricing is out of reach, I don't want to delete historical data because the members' usage over time is important data, and it seems like I can't separate the tables into two bases and connect them the same way using a look up. Is there any solution here or am I out of luck? 🥲

Hello all,Brand new to Airtable and like what I see so far. I am trying to calculate a date from two sets of data.  In Excel I would have use Start Date + Duration - 1 to get the End Date.I thought I would use the Datetime_Format, but I am getting an #error!  I wrote DateTime_Format({Start Date1}+{Duration}-1, 'M/DD/YYYY')The Start Date1 is formatted as a Date US (9/5/2023)Duration is a LookUp field pulling from another tab in same base that is formatted as a number.I know this is probably something simple, but any help would be appreciated.  Also, a good recommendation for Airtable Resources. 🙂

Hello,Hope you guys can help me. I have a "Edition" field that contains three options: Extended, Standard and 360 Edition. The concatenate formula works however when adding the IF statement for the 360 Edition I get " Invalid formula." What am I doing wrong here? CONCATENATE({Order ID} & " " & Initials & " " &"Vol II") IF({Edition} = "360 Edition",BLANK()) Thanks 

Not sure if this is a thing in the works, but I want to put it out there.Would love a way to have a records feed be able to link and viewable on Slack's new canvases. Example:Project information including dates ,brief's, who's assigned, etc linked straight from airtable linked in the slack canvas for the project it's linked it. Currently having to keep that information manually up to date. We already have all slack info on Airtable and have been using the messaging. That's all. Just an idea.

Hello community,I am using Airtable to process data coming from an architectural model to summarize information about parts.  Currently I am using a base as a template and duplicating this base each time I want to import a new list, as the lists are sometimes up to 10,000 rows long and I feel like it's not workable to just keep importing new lists into the same base.I have found the CSV Import extension to be far superior to the standard csv import functionality, and especially like that for the same csv column heading structure, the extension remembers my field assignments.  However, when I duplicate the base, the CSV extension disappears and along with it, the field assignment memory.  Does someone know if it's possible to somehow duplicate the extension along with the duplication of the base?  My csv has around 300 columns and probably 20 have custom column names that the CSV import extension doesn't automatically recogniz

Is anyone having any issues with the Pie Chart in an Interface? I keep getting an error asking me to refresh when I first load it into the interface. Refreshing doesn't work, deleting and re-adding doesn't help, it's really odd.

Hi there,I'm trying automation for the first time and the ask is very specific. We run different training programs. For now, there are three training events we conduct for which we want to send automated emails once attendance has been updated. For eg: Main event is 'Clarity in Communication' . Under this topic we have multiple sessions carried out through the year. Once the training is completed, we want an email to go out to the participants after 7 days, then 30 days and then one specific date in April. All these messages are different. I'm not sure how to proceed with this and set up these conditions. I've tried various triggers but maybe I need some additional data in my records? Any insight would be helpful. Would be happy to chat in more detail if required.

I see that the plan changes announced today introduce a new monthly limit on API calls. I'm interested to see how our current usage compares to this new limit, but I'm not seeing usage for API calls displayed in the Usage section of the workspace billing page. Is this something that we should expect to see on that page soon? Or what is the recommended way to see how accounts are tracking with respect to this new monthly limitation. 

Hi! I'm looking to create a formula where the "Due Date" is  7 days out from my "Send Date." However, I need a condition where if the "Send Date" falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the "Due Date" is automatically set to a Friday

Is there a way to use dates to find records dynamically in an automation.I have a line items table for my orders. That table links to an Item in another tableThen we have a third table that contains pricing records for each item with a start and end date for that pricing validity.I am trying to source the price for the line item by looking at the order date and then pulling the price from the pricing record in effect when that order is set to load. 

I need to create a formula that will add 7 days to a manually entered date excluding Sundays and Holidays.--- This is an item that gets mailed, and I need to mail it 7-days before the "due date." Hence, no Sundays or Holidays.Any help or a point in the right direction would be most appreciated!

if you add an interface page with a gallery template it gives you options to set up filter elements tabs with different filter criteria for each tabbut if you start with a blank page and add a gallery element, those filter elements don't seem to be available. am I missing them or are filter elements not available in non-template interface pages?

I have a table that pulls some fields in as lookups.  I want to run an automation on record creation that copies the data from Field A to Field B.  I have tried to follow a few guides but even though my automations run in the testing stage they seem to fail in actual use.Trigger -> When a record is created in "Table 1"Actions -> Update record in "Table 1" -> Record ID "@" -> Fields -> Field B - Field A "Value"What am I missing?  Does it have something to do with Field A being filled with lookup data from a different table?  Is it a timing thing? (like does it need X seconds to process before trying to copy?)  Thanks!

I have 2 Airtbale Bases.One of my Airtables is importing a view from the other. The sync is 1 way and I see the data change as it is updated on the other base.I have some automation setup that looks for updates on specific fields.I noticed a load of automation shad not run, logged into Airtable with the data import and suddenly all the automations ran.Is this the expected behaviour? Is there a way to make sure the autoamtions run even if no-one logs in for a few days?Thanks

Hiya, I am fairly new to Airtable and have been tasked with setting up our CRM for the charity (HUGE JOB!) So... we have to get our dogs weighed roughly every month, but I need to be able to compare current weight with previous weight and how much the weight has either gone up or down. What I would like is when I come to enter a new current weight (in the {Current Weight kg} & {CW Date}(which is automatic date), the data that is already in those fields move to the {Previous weight} column and {PW Date} column (currently I am copying and pasting the data from current columns to previous columns before I enter the new current weight which is not ideal!.I then would like to merge my two formula columns {Difference} & {Difference in weight} into one formula so that all it basically shows is the weight difference and either a colorful up arrow or a down arrow emoji.... (oh and have the blank fields remain blank (not saying up!!) Can anyone help me d

Hello, new to Air Table but experienced with programming and sheets etc., I am just trying to just show a date field on a form and have it default to the current date, i was reading a bunch of different answers but it is not very clear how to do this.  I looked into prefill_DATE=today() on URL, and also looked into automation but I didn't see how to do this.  Also looked into formula field but I don't see an option for formula field.Also want to be able to save date and time into a database field, how is this possible? Someone mentioned adding a Creation Time field but that didn't work either...

Dear community,I have two tables, one called Supply and one called Demand, full of engineering information. There could be several Supply records that match the properties of Demand records.I am looking to create a formula in the Demand table that returns the cell 'Specific Material' from the Supply table records, for each Demand record, via IF AND OR conditions.I don't know whether this is possible, and below is my attempt referring to the Supply table via 'Supply.' then the Supply field name. The Demand fields referenced all show as purple, indicating that they are correctly identified, but the Supply fields are all still black.The conditions are all AND except for Supply.X material colour, which could be a match to either Translucent Colour or X Material colour in the Demand table. One of these should match as the last AND condition being met.Could anyone help me solve this via formula? I'd prefer a formula solution to a suggestion to use Lookup

I would like to parse a date string of "2023-02-10", with no time information, into a specific timezone (Europe/Malta). We use daylight savings, so right now, 2023-02-10 00:00 Malta time would be 2023-02-09 22:00 GMT.  For this reason, I cannot specifically add a timezone of +2 because this will chagne to +1 later in October. I noticed DATETIME_PARSE() takes a locale as the 3rd parameter. However, this does not seem to be documented at all in the formula reference. I've tried using values like "Europe/Malta", which works in SET_TIMEZONE(), but doesn't do anything.  I've also experimented with SET_TIMEZONE(), but that seems the other way round, to convert an existing Airtable date with a particular timezone.Basically, what I would like is something where for example could parse "2023-02-10" into the Malta timezone. 

I'm currently in Seoul, South Korea. I'm working with a partner based in NYC. I'm looking to set the timezone of specific fields to EDT as this team needs to automate workflows for the upcoming [tomorrow]'s day's work. I failed to post this last night but at a little after 11p last night (9/5), I was seeing the attached date and time for EDT. It incorrectly reads 9/4/23, 8PM instead of 9/5, approximately 10a. Is there a big or some sort of rigid schedule that the timezone function calculates against? Is it not real time? I need to figure this out ASAP. Please advise. Thank you
