Hello! getting lost in the sauce of nested IF formulas and looking for help.I have a CRM in airtable that I'd like for a formula to return one of two formulas based on a single select status for that deal.If the deal is open (any one of 7/10 statuses in the single select), I'd like for it to show the deals age based on today's date  DATETIME_DIFF( TODAY(),{Deal Created}, 'weeks')  If the deal is closed (any of 3/10 statuses in the single select) I'd like for it to show the age of the deal when it was closed:  DATETIME_DIFF({Date Closed or Lost},{Deal Created}, 'weeks')  Thanks for your help!

Hi,As an Absolute Beginner learning on the "Free" version of Airtable, I have a couple of questions on sharing:1. I want to share my base with other "free" collaborators - how do I do this?2.  Once shared, can my collaborators update my Base or will they only have read access?3. If I upgrade, will I have to buy a licence for everyone who wishes to update my Base?Thanks,Geoff

While I can do this manually, is there a method either when creating a linked field.. or after, to determine the the field it is linked to.For instance, we are tracking several fields in a loans file with our contacts table. So, for instance, the fields, Borrower, Co-Borrower, Buyer's Agent, Buyer's Agent TC, Listing Agent, Listing Agent TC, Title Rep, etc. all link to our Contacts. I created the relationships from the File_Loans table. So, in the Contacts table they look like this:I can link a record in each field and determine the linked field - allowing me to provide a better name on this side of the relationship but... Is there a better way?Thanks.

Hello, somewhat new to airtable and using the Payroll Timesheet Template available in the template library. However, I’m having a bit of trouble figuring out how to properly calculate the pay periods as they’re not every 15 days (like in the template), but rather the 15th and the last day of the month. It currently takes the Start Date formula DATEADD({Start of Pay Period 1},({Pay Period Number}*14)-14,'days') and the End Date formula* DATEADD({Start Date},13,'days') to calculate the Pay Date DATEADD({Start Date},13,'days') I am wondering how best to calculate the Start and End Dates based on the Pay Dates always being the 15 and the EOM (30th or 31st). Hello, I was lazy when we first started using Airtable and invited my team as workspace collaborators. Now that we're growing, we're creating some Bases that not everyone should have access to.How do I convert a user from a. Workspace Collaborator to a Base Collaborator?Is the process the same to switch from base to workspace?Thanks!

I have contact records in my primary tab (we’re using Airtable as a CRM) where the contact’s Full Name is the main record. Then in another tab, we’re logging interactions with the contacts, and have a column that links to the contact record in the primary tab. In our primary tab, we have a column “Follow Up Date” that looks at the interactions in the other tab and grabs the follow up dates from each interaction with that contact (also from the column “Follow Up Date”). Ideally though, we only want it to grab the most recent date. If you see in my below examples, the contact Brian has 2 dates in his follow up column. This is because there are 2 interactions linked to his contact, both of which have a follow up date. However, the only date we need is the June 3rd one, since it’s the most recent. Is there any way to add this as a condition? I’m not seeing it. Thanks! Tab 1

I see a few people have asked this question already, but I don’t see a clear solution in those other threads. I’ve embedded a form on our WordPress site, and added a redirect for when someone completes the form. However, it doesn’t work. It looks like it activates the pop-up blocker on my laptop (which is a default setting on a MacBook Pro I just purchased, so I’m assuming others will have that, too). It reverts back to the form instead of sending people who completed it to my thank-you page. Is there anything else I should try? Thanks! Another thread where this is asked:

Hi,I have a base with a lot of records being submitted that have dates attached such as events. I want to be able to show the next 20 records coming up, keeping in mind this will change any time a new record is created with an upcoming date in the next day or two. So that might make record number 5 in the sequence be pushed out to record number 6 since a new once came in. But I still just want to present 20 records at any point in time.Thanks!

I'm trying to create a formula but am stuck. A $100 product minus 5%.That total minus 25%.That full total minus $25.For an end total of $46.25Here's what I have as a formula, but it's just not working out! I can't tell if it's the parenthesis or the actual 25%.((({Product}-({Product}*.05))-(25%))-{COGS}) Any help is appreciated!  Thanks

I am sorting alphabetically the Primary Field which is a Single line text. It does not work. I have some data for this Primary Field that are duplicates and when I sort it, it should be right next to each other but it’s not. How can I fix this?

So I want to somehow recreate their PDF (use it as a template and add my fields from AT).  Can I create Form by adding existing PDF (or photo) and just add my fields on top?Thanks.

As of July 3rd we are experiencing failures in Tableau, although not consistently, with error message "java.lang.RuntimeException: unknown is not supported by this version of Tableau.". Hi. I want to send a form to customers, for filling out their personal information and information of the product they want to return (but they are not sending it back yet). When we check their information and approve it, then they can send the item back to us. In this step I want to update form, by adding the field "tracking number". Is this possible?I already have a form, but I was wondering if I can update it, by adding extra field. To that I would get another field when the form is updated. I know that you can update info in a form using Fillout.Thanks in andvance
