I have a long text field that takes the food and the preference of the user.Sample Input:Burgers (Enjoy), Pasta (Ok), Seafood (Nope), Pork (Ok), Beef (Ok), Vegies (Enjoy) I want to get all the texts that are "Enjoy"-ed by the user.Expected Output:Burgers, Vegies What formula can I use to get this output?

When I put the URL directly into the browser it still returns the correct information. Dual sync question!Base 1 has a list of projects.  The project PRIMARY FIELD is a formula combining two other fields.Base 2 has a list of issues.  Base 1 is synced to Base 2, user select a project to associate with each issue. (This part is working!)Where I'm stuck....I would like Base 1 to contain a field looking up all of the issues related to that project.Have tried syncing Base 2 to Base 1 then linking the tables but the project association isn't carrying up, nor is the rollup of open issues.   

Hello all,I'm formulating a formula to get the total number of days requested for PTO. The current formula I have is:DATETIME_DIFF({Event End}, {Event Start},'days')The output of this displays the days, but also accounts for the weekend days as well which I don't want.I have a separate table labelled: "Holidays" with a column for holidays showcasing the federal holidays with a format of "1/2/1991". I understand I'd need to use the WORKDAY_DIFF, but don't know how to incorporate that onto: DATETIME_DIFF({Event End}, {Event Start},'days').Any help would be appreciated.

Here's the process I'm trying to create:A new record is created via a form which will have a start and end date (i.e. 7/3-7/28)Based on the timeframe (above), I would like to set up an automation where additional new records are created (within the same table) for each week within that timeframe. (i.e. a new record with the dates 7/3-7/7; another record with the dates 7/10-7/14; another one for 7/17-7/21 and the last one for 7/24-7/28). There will be other fields that I'd like to copy from the original record as well. I'd like to avoid a script and just use formulas and automations, but am open to a script (although will need help writing one!) if that's the best/only option.Thank you!

I an Airtable newbie. I work at a public library and use Airtable to manage and track our booklists. Since there are no sales or orders per se, we calculate usage using physical counts. Every few weeks I count them and record in Airtable the current qty of each booklist and the number added (if any) for each booklist. It's easy to determine all time usage: ([starting qty]+[number added])-[current qty]. But I am stuck on how to derive annual usage via formulas.There are two tables involved: Booklists and Inventory. Booklists uses rollup fields to grab numbers from Inventory. Inventory has fields both for qty added and for physical count.What I want I a view grouped by year, sub-grouped by booklist, showing annual usage. I can brute force it by adding a new field every year for the ending qty, but I'm hoping there's a more elegant way to do it via formulaThe formula would be something like this for each booklist: For a particular year, find the earliest record dat

It seems that Airtable JavaScript environment doesn't support parallel execution of asynchronous tasks. Is that correct ? I added a page designer extension where I dropped some checkbox and rating type fields.Previously there were displaying well and now they do not show. Text, single select and formula fields display normally.I have tried redesigning the page and dropping the field a second time, it does not work. Is there a known issue regarding checkbox and rating type fields on the page designer extension ?

Hey there, I own/operate a wholesale industrial supply company and built and Airtable base that helps us track and manage all of our upcoming deliveries (ship to address; jobsite contact; sales order number; etc). As a part of our process, our team logs in Airtable when the sales order has been "picked" from inventory and is ready for shipment. I want to add a way for our team to log how many parcels are on the order (i.e. 1 pallet, 2 boxes) and think a button would be the best way to do that. The desired workflow would be Click Button --> Picking status moves to "Ready" --> form pops up that user inputs # of boxes, # of pallets, and # of bundles, then closes form. Once the form closes, that would then send a print session to our label maker that prints off the delivery information and includes the number of parcels it has (i.e. "1 of 3"). Does anybody have experience setting something like this up? Hey all, I’m wondering if there is a way to perform element-wise multiplication of two arrays of numbers. For example, if I have two fields with arrays [1, 2, 3] and [4, 5, 6] respectively, can I write a formula that produces [4, 10, 18]? As an example use case, I could calculate a weighted average of an array of numbers [10, 20, 30] with weights [.2, .5, .3]. After element-wise multiplication, I could take the sum with SUM([2, 10, 9]) = 21 (In this example, I’m just taking the dot product of these two arrays).

Hello guys,I'm trying to create an automation that:When a new record is created -> Compare "E-mail" field with existing records -> If true, do something.The issue I'm facing is that: The automation is comparing the email to the contact being created instead contacts already created and always return "True" obviously.I'm I doing something wrong? Until yesterday when I clicked on Interfaces in the base I got a screen with all my interface icons, both published and unpublished.  Suddenly that is gone and I get dropped into one of my interfaces with no ability to see my unpublished ones.  Anyone know what happened and how to access unpublished ones?

Airtable states that the API request limit per second per base is 5 . So is that for a single IP or all IP's combined ? if somebody can explain in detail the api rate limit as of 2023 , it would be highly appreciated...

I have a problem using Automation to create a link between records in two tables.I have Table A and Table B.  Table A has a link field (’Link-A-B’) to Table B.  Table A also has a Form to create a new record in its table.  The form requires user to choose an entry into the Link-A-B field.  If the user selects a particular choice for the value, then the Form exposes another field in A (‘New Option’) that the user is required to type a value into.  Upon submission of the Form in this case—with a non-empty value in the’ New Option’ field—  an automation is triggered to create a new record in table B, and to enter the value of ‘New Option’ in A into the primary field in the new record in B. All the above I have working just fine in my Automation so far.  B

Hi, I have a list of people with different positions and locations. I would like to create groups of these records like: * All the people who work in Sales * All the people who are located in EuropeAnd I can give it different parameters and it will sort by the different groups. >> I don't want to create all the groups beforehand. Meaning, I don't want to give it a defined list in case there are job titles or cities that aren't in my list. << Can anyone suggest an automation tool to do this? 

I have one table "Companies" it is related to "Campaigns". When I send a Campaign to a Company I want to batch or else automatically link the Campaign to the company.I see that linked records are not part of the batch Update extension. Example:I create a view of Companies that's 100 records.I have a Campaign that's "Direct Mail Piece 1"I export that list and send mail to those companiesI want to show link these 100 Companies to the Direct Mail Piece 1 Campaign so I know which companies have received which marketing.How can I accomplish this?Thanks!
