Hi all !I'm making an automation in order to create pdf  with Make and google doc. All works fine except the import of all "single select" fields... the pdf stay empty in final. My question is : does the "single select" fields are considered as text field or not ?

The other tabs in the sheet rely on this DATA tab using IMPORTRANGE and other formulas, so I can’t isolate or split it into a separate sheet.My goal is to sync the DATA tab into Airtable, ideally in near real-time, so changes in Google Sheets reflect automatically in Airtable.The problem I’m facing is: Airtable’s direct import only works with single tab Google Sheet. I cannot split or isolate the DATA tab into a new file, as it will break all dependent tabs using formulas. Has anyone successfully set up a sync in this kind of setup? I am trying to create a list of members who have not made a booking yet.  I have two table; Members and Bookings.  The relationship is one to many i.e. the Bookings table can have many records from one member.  I want to create a view or table which shows me which members don’t have a booking.  We can then contact them and find out why they have signed up and not used the service.

I find dark mode uncomfortable and want to change it on the community area i.e. these pages.  Cant see anything under settings

I am trying to use Airtable, Make, and Documentero to pull data from multiple records in Airtable and place in a table in a Word document generated with Documentero. The table will have multiple rows and multiple columns. Each row will contain several fields from Airtable, each field with its own column. How do I format the template in Microsoft word and configure the fields in Make using the Documentero module?

I'm struggling to set up a two-way sync between two tables in the same Airtable base: Clients and Campaign Management.Here's the Setup: Clients Table: Contains a full list of clients and their program levels. I’m new to AirTable so forgive me if this has already been answered. Is it possible to create one form that will enter records into two different tables? I am making a form to enroll a student. The first 4 fields, Name, village, birth date will go into a table of students. The next 4 fields: semester, year, study group would go into another table as these would differ from year to year. I am trying to use a shared form to get our client’s current Mailing Address for stipend scholarship checks. They can get multiple checks over time so we want present their last Mailing Address and have them accept it with no changes or override with a new address.. My approach was to create a shared form where I can prefill the previous Mailing Address. It would be blank the first time or would show the last value if they had one stored where they can override it or just hit submit to accept what defaulted in the form.Because it is a shared form, anything submitted would be a new record. I was going to date stamp the new one and use it to update the master record. The issue I am having is I cannot prefill the Client ID (the key) into the form as read only (or at all) even when the prefilled link came from a record that had the key, the new record only has the data they submitted. I can't find a way to grab the unique identifiers to match what comes back from the form. A

I’m trying to rollup a text field within an AT interface. I’ve created a Lookup field which is correctly showing duplicate results. However, I want to rollup the duplicates so the result only shows once.Results of my look up are the following:Transactions Policy PolicyThe two “Policy” records are identical and I’d like to roll those up. I’ve tried the rollup up functions, but they seem to only work on values rather than text.

I am using Documint to generate PDF from data stored in Airtable (via link). It was working without problems for more that a year but I recently have trobles to build PDF on first try. Still some data are missing. I checked with documint and all is fine on their site. While the situation is getting worse, I am adding one more field to generated document to dump all data received from Airtable - so I see, that lot of data is missing so Documint has not enough inputs to generate PDF. It usually take several tries to get what I need, but tonight even 50 is not enought. I asked Airtable support on 15Jun but no reply  - still (OK 3 emails that they are busy, but no solution). Is there any way to make Airtable properly prepare all data and send it to Documint? What is the problem after one year?

Hello, I have an airtable to track travel & accommodation requests for our company. I need to export information from a record into an editable template document to send travel information for approval, preferably in an excel template. I have been working on creating a document using the ‘documint’ extension but I’d prefer the flexibility to add additional information once it has been exported from airtable. Is there a way to export from airtable to an excel template? Or word, or another similar program?

I would like to take data from airtable to put on pdf template or a template to be emailed out eventually via zapier outlook intergration Which 3rd party company is the best to integrate with zapier and airtable.  Documint, Formstak, PDF Monkey etc? 

Hello to all, I have created a form to receive data, and when I submit the form, I redirect it to a documint url to generate a pdf file. (more info Document Generation Link - documint) All good so far, but I have not been able to pass a dynamic image to form the pdf, in the template variables in documint. Greetings and thanks

Hello,I'm able to retrieve AIRTABLE data from a first table as well as fields from a table linked to the first one, but the level below doesn't seem to work.As indicated in the documentation and the explanatory video on DOCUMINT, as for the first linked table, I create an Fx field named “Lien_Table3 Table_Id” with the value “TableID”.On DOCUMINT, I indicate the Repeat / Loop on each “Lien_Table3” record.On the PDF generation link, I indicate “...expand=2...”.But no display of the desired field.What could be wrong?Is there a level limitation with the free version of Documint?Thanks for your help!Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

I have noticed that the PDFs I have created with Page Designer (by clicking the little printer icon) do not contain selectable text. It seems to be a giant image. Not how a PDF is supposed to work. This is especially relevant when you include a URL field and want this to be clickable. Strangely enough some of my URL fields are clickable in the little preview pane in Airtable. But only some of them. Of course when I print and save them as PDFs none of them are clickable, because it is not text. There is an answer to a previous question that suggests using Long Text fields to avoid that problem but that does not work for me (and how should it, since my output is not text?): Some links not clickable in output PDFs from page designer - #6 by ScottWorld

Heya community!I have a main table of tasks (source) which is two-way synced out to a few different bases depending on their category/who’s responsible (long story short).In this source table, I’d love a way to have a button open up the record from within one of the specific synced tables. I have a sad feeling this isn’t possible, but would love any help figuring this one out!I know from the synced table I can do this very easily back to the source, but I’d love a way to do it the other way.I really hoped that the record ID would stay the same in both places so I could create a URL that combined the new base/table with the existing record ID, but alas :(

I haven’t used up my automation runs for the month, but all of my automations have stopped working suddenly. They worked yesterday, but today, they aren’t. Each step when tested runs well, but if I try to edit the conditions or create another automation, I get this ‘Sorry your request conflicted with another change’ message.Can anyone help please? 

I added an automation to a task management base that is intended to send a reminder email every month to each staff that has tasks on their list that are not marked as a completed status by the time the email is triggered.This month there were 104 incomplete tasks that about 5 staff are responsible for. The email was triggered and each staff received one email, but in the cc’d line were 104 email addresses so i obviously set it up wrong. See the screenshots of how it is set up- what am i missing?#1 #2 

Before maybe a month ago, when I clicked to add new fields, I can just type the name and then select the type. Now I have to select the field type first and then enter a name. My brain is wired the other way. Is there anyway to go back to the old way?

Hello,When I confirm an appointment by email with the date and time, the times indicated in the email are off by minus 2 hours.For example: I sent an automatic confirmation email with an appointment for Saturday, May 17th, between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM.The email sent by automation indicates the time indicated as 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM.Can you explain what is causing a 2-hour difference between the email I sent and the data in my database?The appointments in my diary are correctly positioned at the right time.
