I am currently working with a typeform that is used to gather information on families that want to register on our platform.This information dives straight into my Airtable, and I would like to use the learnings from these inputs to feed an LLM model on chatgpt in order to automatically generate a description of these families based on their answers and have it standardised (as you know people are usually very lazy when it comes to writing text in a survey). I would like to have this data come back to the airtable but I am not really sure how to structure it. I was wondering whether anyone would be able to help

Where Chat GPT is acting as the tool for structuring the data into columns such as "Location" "Date" "Client" "Other people visiting (that isn't the author)". I just wondered if anyone had any ideas how I might be able to do that? Hi all, I'm looking to create a simple automation that sends an email when a project moves from one status (4.0) to another (5.0). I have people assigned to the project with a profile that includes their name and email (along with other info). I want the person assigned to that project to receive the email notification, however I'm not sure how to get the automation to find the email, as it is only finding the persons name at the moment. I'm new to Airtable and coding so I'm sure there's a semi-easy fix that I just don't know! Thanks!

i'm using Softr to build out a small GPT tool. At this point the user logs in and then they fill in the prompts to get GPT to do it's thing.The logged in users email does not show up in the corresponding airtable. How can I sync / automate it so that everytime that user submits the form, their email will show up in the airtable against the users form and answer.The reason I want to do this as it will allow my to use permission features on the user being only able to see their results. The image shows emails that were populated when they signed up (I know messy...), as well as when i made the user add their email in the form (not ideal) and I don't want this.

Hi Everyone. I 'm having trouble with an Automation (Scheduled Time, Find Records, Create Records) that will find all the records in a group (e.g. Group is “Week 36”), copy those records and create them into the next week’s Group. This in theory is simple and I can get it to almost work. It can find all the records I want it to. But… When it creates the records into the next week group it adds them all to a single record. Even if that linked record field is set to off for “allow linking to multiple records”. I just need it to add a distinct record for each copied record in that new week, not jam them all into one record.

I'm evaluating Airtable and so far think it seems very well made. But I'm having trouble determining if I can do what I want to do. I feel like it is a fairly straightforward need but can't find the path. One note, I don't write any sort of code so it would need to be some sort of built in feature/process. I know I can do this by creating a alternate view, but I want to control access to the Volunteers base such that not all users who can see/edit the Members base can also see the Volunteers info.So, I want to have one base called "All Club Members" that everyone can view/edit, with basic member info, and another called "Volunteers" with only a few users able to view/edit, where there would be deeper member info. In the All Members base I want a checkmark field such that if it is checked their record is automatically synced to the Volunteer base. Hi All! I have an automation set up so that when conditions are met (i.e I select a certain label from a single select menu), the an email is sent out the the attendees that were assigned to that meeting.The problem is that it is only grabbing the first email in the email field and not sending to all the attendees. Hello.I created an app which sends a user.id to airtable to identify each user. However as of no it is not possible to send the username as well as the user.id.Is there a possibility to update a record with the correct name that matches the user.id? Which automation can I use?Thx 🙂

Hi all,The data from the table below is from another table using Automation:Once the status of a request ID is updated, then the update time of each status will be automatically recorded in this table.Is there any way to calculate the time difference between each of the statuses and then update the field "Duration"?I've tried putting the update time of each status in different fields(Image 2), but still failed at getting the duration.(Image 1) (Image 2)   

I am trying to use the URL to attachments script to download all the images from an URL column that has all the images urls but some are downloaded and others aren't. After trying to create a simple download attachment from link, I've noticed that the ones that are on a CDN are not downloaded and return :"Error fetching URL metadata" Can I resolve this somehow or is there another method ? Thanks.

Hello,Was curious if it was possible to set an automation to basically trigger an email if inventory is based on a % of x being low, rather than an exact number?QTY = < %So if I have 1000 labels, and I'm running low, and already utilized 50% of that, I'm sent an alert. Is that possible? I may have overlooked the automations, but I couldn't figure out how to submit a "%" in the conditions for "QTY" rather than an exact number.Thanks for all the help!

I'm pulling data in from a Google Sheet into Airtable with an automation that was built by someone other than me. When importing, it sometimes maps incoming fields incorrectly to Airtable fields. (I say sometimes bc I just discovered the issue and it doesn't always appear to happen based on fields coming in correctly)Sharing a screenshot where you can see we have a "Client status" field in Airtable but it's assigning the "Client notes" label to it instead of the appropriate one. This appears to be happening dynamically and I'm curious if anyone knows how to improve this WITHOUT changing the Airtable field name (which would cause me to have to change it in several places). I've tried updating the Google Sheets label to something like Notes or changing the Client Status to just Status but it still confuses the two. Thanks in advance!

Hello!I'm not sure how to approach this issue, as I'm fairly new to scripting. I am creating a script to copy a cell value from the last filled cell in a column to a cell in a new column if the value in the first column is blank. The use case here is to associate subtasks with a main task.
