Hello all,  I am new to airtable and I started struggling with a few things. For my Base is Financial Data setup and I also use Make integration that collects some financial data via HTTP reqest, parse data and send as update to airtable to existing fields.My table contains different fields some are $, some are Numbers format, some are timestamp and some are text. First problem i encounter is when Maker gets data, and wants to Update record it works fine but only if all is 1:1. It fails if some of the records in HTTP request are Blank, or have "-" or for example "NA".Problem i assume is because airtable field is set for Number and Make is sending update as Value=char/sign.The other field was expecting a timestamp but Make was sending blank value and that failed which is weird why it would. I suppose it should just skip value.2.This problem is regarding same issue but is very weird one.In my H

Apologies if this is not the right topic category for this. Our Airtable automations have been stuck “in progress” since around 1:00pm today and it’s pretty much halted our business operations. :frowning: However, it says “No incidents reported today” on https://status.airtable.com/. I submitted a bug report via Airtable’s “contact support” chat bot a couple hours ago. Not sure what else to do. Is there a better way to report “incidents” like this? The automatic email response I got for the bug report mentions live chat, but I can’t figure out how to access that on the Airtable interface. Thanks for your help!

I previously had this automation working but has for some reason stopped working. Although the file name is uploaded, the isn't actually anything in the image file. Is there an easy way to remove the color highlights from an automated report? I want the colors to exist in the base, but when an email goes out in grid form I'd like the color highlights for different categories to not show up.

How can I set up an automation in Airtable that will update records in the status column once a week, but only if they meet a certain status type, such as changing records with the status 'DONE' to 'Archive'?

Hi!We have 7 different “campaign” types we sell to our advertisers, many of which have overlapping items (i.e. and Instagram Story). I want to create automations so that when a new record (Campaign A) is created, all of the line items for that type of campaign are also created, along with their starting point for each cell. The issue I am having is, since Campaign B also has an Instagram story, but has a different starting point, the cells within the Instagram Story line are initially populated correctly and then overridden by the other automation. Is there a way to have them both be live, or will each line item in every type of campaign have to be different, even though they are the same product? Hi all,I'm building an advertising database for a publishing/newspaper company. I have an automation that whenever an ad order is placed in one table A, takes Record Name X (Ad order number) and Values Y (Issue #s) and makes a record in table B for each (XY1, XY2, XY3).This is effectively our ad order history.Is there a away to automate so if the ad order in table A is changed, say an issue 3 (y) is removed, I can identify what value was removed and go and find that entry in table B and check a box that says "ad cancelled?"And conversely, if an issue is added to an ad order, could I identify what issue number is added and then generate a new record in table B for it? (Say XYIssue5)?Thanks!

I recently had to update our password on Hootsuite... we have posts automated to post on Hootsuite from Airtable, so I immediately went into Airtable to update this account info... Unfortunately Airtable gives the error "could not authorize this account" repeatedly... If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this I would appreciate it.

Hello - I'd like to update a date field on a table when an Outlook email is sent. I'm assuming I need to set the "New email is received" trigger and associate the "Sent items" folder in Outlook. I am trying to setup an automation for the following:1) At a scheduled time (eg. 10am)2) Send an email to records in Table 1 3) Condition: IF the record has been 'ticked' (A field in the table is a check box that must be ticked, for the email to be sent at 10am).I can setup an email to be sent at a schedule time OR I can send an email if a record is ticked - but I can't seem to do all 3 of these steps. Hi there,I have this script I am working on to update all records in a table based on their currency. Except for records that are in stage 4. I am using this statement to filter through the recordsfilterByFormula: "AND(NOT({Currency} = ''), {Exchange} != '', NOT({Stage} = 'Stage 4'))"The problem is that it ignores this parameter and rus it for all the records. I will be grateful for any help on how I can successfully filter out stage four records. Are you able to have a check box in one base that will trigger the creation of a line of data in another base? I have two bases where I want to combine some of the data into third base, but because the primary fields are not the same I cannot simply sync the data. 

Hi! It says that Airtable automation runs rest every 1st of the month. Our current limit is 50,000. We've been in Pro Plan since 2021 and have never experienced running out of runs. However, just 15 days after February started, it says that we're out of automation runs. We did not add any significant increase in usage. Has anyone experienced this before? Is there a way to get a breakdown of your usage to see which automations consume the most runs? Or is there a possibility that this is a technical error from Airtable's end.Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hi.I got very excited when I managed to insert a gif of a screen recording into an email using the Gmail automation. But, I can't for the life of me resize the gif!I've seen a few other posts that mention removing the '%' sign, so the number is for pixels, I've even put 'px' after the number to no avail. I've created a simple automation that uses a Gmail account to send out an email. The triggering and the sending work beautifully.The text of the email (as I've entered it into the Automations field for this) includes a personalized URL pulled from the individual record. The URL is a link to an Airtable form that has been *prefilled* for this particular recipient. The problem is that the link comes through very ugly. https://capture.dropbox.com/sWYpsxZqITvdfrRHAt first I thought the link was broken, but it appears that it's not. I'm having troubles with "When record matches conditions". I have 2 states which trigger the automation, but if my record is on the first state and I changed it to the second state the automation doesn't run. I'm pretty sure that this has worked to me before because I have used it several times, so if this is going to change for ever it will cause a lot of problems with my databases 😞Anyone else has happened? Hi everyone, very simple use case here: When sending weekly or even daily digests - it is nice to have the date or time in the subject of the email! We can do this by using the trigger date from step 1. However the formatting is a bit gross. Is it possible to format this date and time so it shows up as friendly or even use a date format formula within the automations ‘send email’ subject line or body?
