For some reason, ALL of my automations across ALL of my bases are stalling on the Scripting Block step and I don’t know why… I’m pretty sure this is an Airtable outage issue, but I’m curious if others are also seeing the same thing.  I’ve tried contacting Airtable support and it seems to go nowhere… super frustrated...

Anyone else seeing this? On the simplest scripts, like ```console.log(‘hello world’);```I’m getting a “Running...” in tests until it times out, no errors or console logs whatsoever. Scripts that have been working for years are all of a sudden not functioning.

Hey all, I am building a base for live event production and I have run into a road block. In the interface I have a button to upload csv files for client info and needs. The button just goes to the URL for the extension in full screen. Because of the computer literacy of some of my co workers I need to make things as simple as possible. When duplicating the base for a new event, is there an automation or script that can update the new URL. I have a table called URLs that feeds the button. Thank you  

I am currently on the Team Plan. The first day I created my webhook trigger automations they worked fine. Now they will only work and create a new record if I manually click on “Run Test”. Automation is turned on and webhook is triggering. Am I missing a setting?

Is there a way to create an automation to update the comment bar in a record?As in, triggering something to automatically leave a comment. 

Hola a todos, estoy creando formularios de ingreso de datos sin embargo me encuentro con el problema de que las celdas multivariables y los links records no son capaces de por ejemplo asociar 5 profesores a 5 roles y 5 asignaturas.Estoy intentando hacerlo a través de scripts y automatizaciones sin embargo no he podido lograrlo, alguién tiene alguna sugerencia de como abarcar este problema? La idea es ahorrarle tiempo al digitador de datos, y para esto lo mas optimo que he encontrado es generar un formulario que contenga toda la información correspondiente y con automatizaciones completar las demás tablas, pero cuando hay que agregar varios registros al mismo tiempo y estos deben asociarse a otras variables no he podido lograrlo. Por otro lado tampoco quiero generar 100 columnas en caso de tener que inscribir a 100 personas. Saludos,  

We are using Airtable to manage specific deliverables across many different projects. There are separate teams working on different projects and each project has its own Base. Let's call the bases Project A, Project B, and Project C. We created a shared Base that pulls in records from Projects A, B, and C in Grid and Calendar views. But I can't figure out, in Grid view, how to also include the name of the Base (where the record is coming from) in that shared Base. Anyone have the answer?

Is there some reason this code does not work in the Body my automation email?<img src="{GraphicURL}">Where GraphicURL is a working URL reference to a remotely hosted JPG graphic image file (.jpg). The image placeholder shows, but the graphic is not being rendered.  

I am running a market place and use Airtable as the data source.Currently I input the data manually. Among the fields is Location with Single Select option. This is because I don’t have to type out the locations every time except when there is a new city. I have been working on an automation using make.com. The data is fetched from websites and goes through a number of modules and then through a JSON Parser where the data is structured before being passed on to Airtable. The challenge is that it seems Airtable refuses to accept locations that are not already in its database (previously input manually), so it returns a “[422] Field "Location" cannot accept the provided value.” Error. I changed it to Single Line Text but still the same issue. Is there a way to resolve this?Any tips will be greatly appreciated. 

As above I would like to be able to toggle all fields on an interface page between view and edit by clicking a button at the top of the page. 

I have a simple automation that checks once a day whether a list of records in table A can be linked to a synced table - table B. It first finds all the records that have no links. Then it loops through the list and tries to add a concatenation field to my linked field. If there is a record in my synced table that matches my concatenation field, then it links to that record. If not, I assumed nothing would happen, and it’ll wait until the next day to try again. However, it sends me emails every day with an error saying, “Updating the record failed due to insufficient permissions.”I assume this is because it thinks that the ones without any matching records it should create a record in my synced table, which it obviously can’t do.Is there a way around this so it does not throw an error if there is nothing to link to?

Hello, I have created a Google sheet -Airtable integration through Make. Althought the scenario is successful and the data is fetched correctly, the results do not appear on Airtable. I have run it before and had worked.Can you please help me on what might be wrong?Thank you

I have a make.com scenario that populates videos from Google Drive to a table. I’m trying to create an automation in Airtable that takes all of the data from that original record, and simply creates a new record in a different table with that same data.Ex. Record goes into Table 1 > Automation Triggered > Same record goes into Table 2 Should be absurdly basic, but I keep running into an issue with the video attachment field when trying to test the automation.I’ve tried every single type of data from the video column. Hello,on calender view i want to default to 30 min records shown on calender at present it is 60 mins by default.I have been trying to create a script and automation that will fill an end date and time field automatically to 30 mins after the appointment date field has been updated and then using thsi end date and time field to set this as the end of the appointmentANyone any ideas how to do this??  

Hi everyone,I could use some advice on setting up an automation for a project I'm working on.I have an Airtable base structured like this: A Rooms table (corridor, toilet, kitchen, etc.) A Products table A Proposal table A Line Items table where I create the Proposal Items which is linked to the other tables. Each product has a payback calculation (e.g., how long it takes to pay for itself) What I'm trying to achieve is to automate the creation of a graph for each job that: Plots Rooms on the X-axis and Payback Time on the Y-axis, showing all relevant products linked to that job. Either: a) Automatically generates this graph and uploads it as an image attachment back into the respective Job

Is there a way for tables data to clear at a certain time each day automatically?

 Hi there,I use airtable in my network of retail stores. I have a form where people make various requests, and I have added a drop down field to select the Area Manager associated with that store. This field has been setup as a table with a list of the Area Managers names, and an email field.I am trying to setup a new automation where it sends an email to the selected Area Manager to notify them of the request. I am having trouble getting the right setting for the ‘To’ field. Initially I set it to select the email field of the Area Manager table. But doing this populates the ‘To’ line with a Field ID number, and returns an error saying this is not a valid email address. Can anyone guide me on where I am going wrong? I have only used an email action in the past on a static email address, I have never set one up to use a dynamic email address like this.Thanks in advance. Images below as reference.

I have a table with all our employees along with their start date, their manager, and their manager’s email. I want to send a monthly email on the 1st of the month to each manager separately that will list if they have any employees that will be reaching a milestone that month (30-day, 60-day, 90-day, anniversary, etc). So far, I have the automation set up so that the trigger is at a scheduled time, the action is finding records who are managers, but then what I can’t figure out is how to send separate emails per manager that ONLY lists their own employees and not any other managers’ employees. Is there a way to do this without having to manually set up an automation for each manager?

In automations triggered by a webhook, is it possible to use the same webhook/automation with different data payload structures? For example, if I’m importing data from 2 different forms with different JSON properties, can I then use conditional logic in the automation to parse the data differently? I know when you test the webhook trigger, it lists the properties, but could you bypass it to handle variations?

My company publishes books and the titles of the books often change throughout the course of the publication process. We currently ingest records via a CSV download from our title management platform that is manually uploaded to Airtable. We already have an automation that deletes or rolls up duplicate titles. Currently, when a book title changes, it is viewed by Airtable as a new record. Is there a way to have Airtable check the upload and see that the ISBN is the same and update the record title rather than create a new record? Example: Title ISBN ORIGINAL TITLE 123 NEW TITLE 123  Instead of creating a new record for “NEW TITLE”, I would like Airtable to see that the ISBN is the same and update “ORIGINAL TITLE” with “NEW TITLE”.  Thanks!
