Hey all,I recently needed to switch an email automation from "Send email" to "Outlook email," to fix a spam filter problem. Previously, when it was being sent as "Send email," a link at the bottom of the email led all recipients to the record detail view of the submitted record on a particular interface - even though interface links are not currently insertable, and I had to assemble the link myself, it still worked fine.They look like this in the Automation message body, where the parenthetical is the inserted dynamic record ID:https://airtable.com/appxxxxxxxxx/pagxxxxxxxxx/(AirtableRecordID) But now, with the Outlook email automation, the links are broken. Something in the chain is adding two BOM bytes into the link, so it goes to this link instead:https://airtable.com/appxxxxxxxxx/pagxxxxxxxxx/%uFEFF%uFEFFAirtableRecordID Is there a fix for this, or something I'm missing? I have created a fillout for a registration form. I have a table of people I am inviting, and would like add the fillout button to an email so that most information is pre-filled, and then the registration info updates in the existing line in the table.Please see below - the token is not working - either inserting a formula field or using the button field in the database. Hi All!I have about 10k records in my airtable base, and each have a specific link to a webpage that I regularly check for certain data.  I would love to be able to scrape those pages for the info needed and automatically put it into AT.  Is this possible?  I assume I will have to run a script of some sort, but don't know exactly how to go about that. We are currently updating the 10k records manually, and using some sort of AI would save SO much time!TIA!

I'm sure there is a way to do this, I just can't think of the way the write the "logic" for it in automations... Hopefully someone can help me understand 🙂 My rows have a date as the primary field. I have a long text field columns called "Notes for next training" and "Notes from last training". When I create a new row (new date), I'd like the text from "next training" of the most recent date (in the past) to be copy/pasted/imported into the "last training" column in the new entry.I did it manually for this screenshot, just to illustrate what I would like to happen automatically. 

I cannot use the " Run Script " function under the Automation Tab, even when the team's plan is activated. It's asking me to upgrade to a Business Plan. Please help

I am trying to create an automation that updates a record when certain conditions are met:Let's say I am evaluating my retail inventory and want to identify inventory boxes requiring certain follow up tasks: I created a Box Flags field to aggregate a few different record fields into 2 flags: boxes that need to be replaced, and boxes that need their contents separated. I have created an automation to update records for the first flag, but am struggling with the conditions for the second. I only want the "separate contents" flag on boxes with more than one field value. "Has any of" retrieves all boxes, "has all of" requires a tedious number of conditions to capture every combo of values, "is exactly" and "is/is not empty" don't apply. In other apps I've worked in, I could write a condition like Box Contents contains A,B,C,D,E AND (Box Contents is not equal to A OR Box Contents is not equal to B OR...) to filter out the single value records, but I can't seem to wrangle thes

Hello,So I basically have a table for candidates and a table for job adverts. I have a make.com automation set up that when a candidate applies to one of my job adverts it automatically feeds them into my candidates airtable and will also create a new record in my job advert table if one doesn't already exist (first person who applies for the job). I am running this for 3 different offices each with its own make.com scenario to distinguish which office they are applying for. It will automatically feed the candidate into the candidate table and adds the correct office field that it is linked to.Where I am having the issue is I also want it to update the job advert office field automatically. It seems that it cannot be done within a make.com module. I was wondering how I can set up an automation so that when a job record is created it will find the candidates record that triggered the creation of that job advert and grab the office that candidate is linked to and automatically feed

Im new to airtable and make.com so forgive me if this is a elementary question...I setup an automation that has a Stripe webhook to monitor for payments and then update a record when there is a payment but I cant get it to update the record. It can find the record no problem but when it gets to the update module it gives me an error.Bellow is the log and setup of the update module. What am I doing wrong?Thanks in advance!   

I need to automatically trigger a script that makes use of `Field.updateOptionsAsync`to add options to my single-select field. I first wrote this as an automation script so I could easily set up a trigger, but saw this API is only allowed in scripting extensions. So then, I wrote it as a script extension and couldn't figure out how to automatically trigger it to run. So then I found out about block-cli and released the extension to my base because I misunderstood that `block run --remote` does not run the extension remotely, leaving me with 2 extensions that do the exact same thing. So:Is it possible to run extensions remotely / trigger them to run automatically? How so if it is?Can we get the ability to use `updateOptionsAsync` in an automation script?Is there yet another way to achieve what I am trying to do? 

Hi Airtable Community...I'm new here!I two tables:- Table One:  with user name, email, phone, and an attachment (file pdf).- Table Two:  with new client information once a form is submitted which will create a new record (name, email, organization, and phone)I want to send an automated when a new record is created in Table two and to attach a file from Table One (column is called attachment)When I click on the + to Add an attachment: Base Structure --> I can only insert date and time value, which seems to not be correct.Can anyone assist. Hi , allI have a problem that I can't solve, I have a script that updates the prices and countries of my products based on a code for exampleThe problem is the following if two products have the same code then it modifies both. To solve this I thought in the following way each product is linked to a unique supplier so I just need to retrieve all the suppliers displayed to my user so that he chooses the right one and I would only update the products from this supplier while always comparing if the code is the same.I manage to retrieve the suppliers but I cannot update the products afterwardsWould anyone have an idea?

Hello! I work for a manufacturer that deals with many SKUs of products. We have a form to let designers know when new products are being ordered so they can check and make sure if any packaging needs to be updated. When we place an order, we typically order multiple SKUs at a time. Currently the form has a field where the submitter has to place the SKU numbers separated by a comma (10001, 10002, 10003, etc). Ideally I would love for the data to separate the single record into multiple records by those SKU numbers. So 10001 would have its own record, 10002 the same, so on and so forth. All of the other information on the form would be the same in the record, it would just be easier for us to track and update everything if they records were separated. I saw some other posts on here doing similar things, but not exactly what I'm looking for. Also open to doing this a completely different way if that would be easier. I'm guessing this would take some coding to make happen an

I can do so much...but this one just has me stumped. (I have "Business" tier, Zapier, Make, etc. fwiw. I prefer to use Zapier over Make, but will do whatever I need to.)I get an email sent to me each day that has an attachment. It's an XLSX file that has the day's clock-ins on the first tab, and then each employee has a tab after that with each day's hours. I used Zapier to get it to automatically upload into a folder in my Google Drive called "clockins".I want to automatically upload that new file. -When i sync with Google Drive, it just wants to pull in the name of that file, basically. I'd still have to do the actual importing. I want the file (and all the data) to be imported.-I can't alter how the Google Sheet is formatted. Some employees have the same first or last name, so I don't have unique values in any field (and i can't add one, at least before it lands in my Google Drive.)-Ideally, I'd like all of the tabs to be imported. When I try to use the form submitted automation trigger, none of my forms appear in the dropdown selector. It's very frustrating , because they are published and can enter data normally.What might be causing this?

We have a couple of columns populated with emails and names, the rest of the AirTable base will be empty (I've attached a screenshot). What we'd need is to trigger the workflow in Make based on specific time trigger automation and I just don't know how to tell the workflow to start as the specific trigger time automation in AirTable doesn't allow me to use the recordID field. Would you be able to direct me to a solution if there's any or tell me how you'd accomplish that feat?

Dear Airtable Community,im working on an automization to assign volunteers to specific working shifts according to their preferences. The volunteers can name socalled Besties to work with, so the code has to first assign matching volunteers into Bestie Groups and afterwards assign the whole group to a preferred shift. The code worked until I started "optimizing" the runtime of the code and creating a volunteerMap at the beginning of the code to have it set and not need to map it during the analyzation of the volunteers besties. Is it possible to update a value in automations to update an entire table uniformly?For now I'm doing it in a script but it can run on 50 rows each time, so I made a loop but it takes over a minute each time

So I'm trying to import images in an attachment field.  I tried connected my Dropbox account but unfortunately it's not showing all the folders in my Dropbox account.  It's only showing the first folder.  Is there something I'm missing with permissions maybe? 

Emails sent via automations replace underscores with nothing, thereby corrupting the URLs, and other values, that contain underscores. I've read the many posts about this and still can't figure out the syntax to use to make this happen.Here's an example screenshot:What syntax would I use to ensure the Asset Location (URL) field values will retain any underscores?I've tried single-quotes with parentheses, and/or brackets but am not having success.Thoughts?   

I have read previous posts on this topic (syncing with Google Sheets) but a lot of these posts are from 2019, 2020 or even earlier. I would like to sync up my Google Sheets data with Airtable so my tables in Airtable update as Google Sheets updates. I am unable to use zzzBot because of privacy restrictions (?) and a lot of changes have been made to different integrations. Does anyone know whether it is possible to sync Google Sheets data with Airtable?
