Hi, I want to create a new record and link it with the right assets.Creating the record goes wel, but linking the assets won't work.I get this error. I send emails using Airtables automation.   You can see when an email is sent from inside the automation setup.  Is there a way to put a field in a table that lists the last date an email was sent to easily see email history?

Struggling to figure this out.  Is there a way to filter the results from a Linked Table so that it only shows items that match a term in another field? In this case, for eLearning Access Code, when you press the + to add a code from this linked table, it should only show values that match what is in the Course field of the table.  Is this possible?  

Hi Everyone, I have a base with 3 different tabs. Fist Tab is a Project General where I'm adding new projects. The second Tab is for a specific task (Scanning) and we are creating rows by floors, and it is linked with a specific project. The third tab is for the last task (Modeling), it needs to be tracked by floor as well. I would like to have an automation when a new floor is created in the Scanning tab, create a new record in the modeling tab with the same name, and if it is possible with the same project already linked. Could someone help me with that? Thanks!!!

I'm a literary agent and I'm trying to create a way to track my submissions of clients work to publishers. I have a client table, a titles table and an editor table. It's tricky to do this in any of these because some editors will see multiple projects and keeping the feedback etc separate is giving me a headache. In the titles base I have an area where I add editors to a list when I've pitched to them and want to put them on my eventual submission list - at the moment this is a linked field with multiple select capability. What I'd like to do is have another table which essentially creates my submission lists and enables me to then go on an record submission dates, responses etc...I've tried to set up an automation so that a new record is created in the tracking table when I add editors to the multiple select field in the titles base so that I end up with a record that is basically TITLE X Editor A and the next field TITLE X Editor C... so that each one will be unique -

I have a script running that has been working well, but 2 days ago it stopped working.Where it used to take a file from 1 column, rename it, and reupload it to a next column, it now:1) Takes the file2) Renames it3) But when it uploads on airtable, the filename becomes a string of gibberish like "70d5b867" and doesn't use the filename I had specificed. The puzzling thing is, in the record edit history I see that the file with the right filename has been uploaded. Looking to create one or more sales email campaigns leveraging email templates. Campaign could be triggered against criteria in a project table.I was thinking the email templates might reside in their own table, potentially with the identified campaign name, subject, body, sequence number, cadence etc.Assume 3 emails in campaign with the cadence as follows: Email 1 sends on startdate, Email 2 startdate+2, Email 3 startdate+5For example, "Campaign Name" = "Lost Deal", "Email Campaign Status" = "Active", "Email Campaign Startdate" = 2024-10-24Project table contains the primary contact name, but no email info. Primary Contact Email address is contained in the contacts table associated with the project. Subject field and Body field along with Campaign Name in "Email Templates" table. Is it possible to reference these fields  and automate sending the 3 emails using the referenced fields on scheduled dates based on their cadence?  

Hi AllI created a form for my drive team.  The form information has start time, end time, etc.  The form information goes into my master spreadsheet.  The team members do not have a paid AT account - Only I do.Is there a way that the information on the form that goes into my spreadsheet could be automatically emailed to the user that submitted the form to me?

To summarize:I have a record in a COMMANDE table, linked to multiple records in a LIGNE_COMMANDE table. (The classic case of an order header with its order lines).I want to be able to “Clone” via automation (when a record enters a specific view, for example) both the information contained in the COMMANDE table and the content of the linked records in the LIGNE_COMMANDE table.When I say clone, I mean creating a new COMMANDE record (almost identical, as it will have a new order number assigned) and creating new linked LIGNE_COMMANDE records (identical but linked to this newly created COMMANDE record).

Hello Airtable Community:I need help with my automations. I run a tutoring company and I use Airtable to schedule lessons and events.I have two automations in my base - "Cancelled Lesson" and "Cancelled Event". These automations update lesson and event status to "Deleted" so I know when to take action when a student or parent changes times/dates of the lessons.Today I received an email from Airtable stating that I am approaching the limit of my automations, hitting 11,000 runs midway through March! I know this is impossible as I don't have this kind of volume. I look into the Run History and I see that there hundreds of failed runs occuring each day. Clearly this is not correct because parents and tutors only change their schedule once in a while. Hello,I have a schedule table with multiple records that are linked as work to be repeated. When a checkbox is set I want each of these records to be recreated using a repeat group automation. When the automation is complete I would like to send a single email with a summary of all the records created. Currently, it appears that Airtable severely lacks this as a native function to add further automation steps after a repeat group.Thanks!

Hi everyone, we would like to create some script into Airtable in order to integrate in Automation processes and send data (or collect) between Airtable and Shopify. Our need is to use Airtable as backend and send data to Shopify based on some conditions (managed by Automation processes into Air) We have some draft code but my question is if someone has experience to create these Scripts and plugin and activate into Automation.

Hi, I have been trying to do this all day with no luck so I'm hoping someone can save me from my oncoming rage 😂. I have a base with 2 tables, one is a Master List and the other is a Sapphire Customer List.In the Sapphire Customer List I have a single select field for "promo?" which is set to yes or no.  In the Master List I have a multiple select field called "Promo team" with product names as the options. If a record is set to "yes" in the "Promo?" field of the Sapphire Customer List I want the "Promo Team" in the Master List to automatically add "Sapphire" to the field. I have linked both records and have a lookup field in the "Master List" showing the "yes" from the Sapphire Customer List.So basically, if a customer agrees to promo a product, I want to be able to see that for each product they've agreed to in the master list multiple select field. I hope that makes sense! Please help me (Obi Wan Kenobi, you're my only hope) 

Hey, sorry if it's a newbie question but I just can't get this to work. I have 2 tables : one with a list of activites, most of them are repeating so the name is the same but date, participants etc changes. The other table groups activites based on their name so I know for example how many people participated in X activity this month.What I want to do is an automation that adds activity X after it is finished to the other table, in the record which lists all activites of this month for example.I just can't figure out what to put in the configuration fields of the update record step of the automation, I always get "received invalid inputs"Thanks !

I want to create a form with pictures in every question. From what i can see this is not currently an option in airtable forms. What would be the best, ideally free, way to do this? I need the data to end up in Airtable - I know i can build the form in Google Forms, but I am not super tech savy when it comes to automations>Any advice welcome!

 Every line created in the gmail integration adds a paragraph, so when the email is sent, it created huge lines between paragraphs and adds space in between lines. You can see in the inspect tool screenshot attached, it's added <p> without me doing it in HTML inside the extension, so I can't see a way to turn this off. Has anyone had experience with this? I'd also like to add a signature with a photo, but that seems too much to ask at this point! Is there an extension that allows text rich emails? I've spent 4 hours + searching for a solution to this.Things I have tried- Zapier / Make - same clunky HTML email field, and cant seem to insert responsive personalised fields into the email.- Looked for an airtable extension in Gmail- tried to paste the email copy as long text in another table, but can't get responsive fields and it's clunky. Also cant do signature.  

I have a conditional automation. One of the conditions is that the actions only run if Formula = 1. However, airtable returns an error when this condition is included. The field is formatted as a number field. How do I get airtable to evaluate whether formula = 1? And why won't it do so in this set up. It seems fairly straightforward, so i'm surprise this is causing a problem. It's able to evaluate whether a formula = string.

Hi Airtable ninjas, So I'm trying to build out an application form for new workshops that my customers can submit to apply. When I get their application, I approve their application and register them for the workshop. This triggers my automation, where I want to APPEND the new workshop data to the existing workshops that the customer attended (this happens on my Customers table).I've set up my automation to trigger with the Application status being marked as "accepted", then I used the Find Records action to find the related record in my Customers table. Lastly, I used Update Record action to update my Customers table, specifically the Workshop Registrations field, where I want all historic workshop registrations of a particular customer. As you can see below, I first selected the field from Find records that contained the existing workshops of a record, then, I added another field that brought in the new workshop selected by the customer in the form:The problem is, the LAST entry

I'm creating an automation that uses Brandfetch to download logos. This uses the format: https://cdn.brandfetch.io/[company website] e.g. https://cdn.brandfetch.io/www.broward.edu/ However, when I use this URL to upload an image (or if I directly upload an attachment from URL), Airtable is getting confused by the ".io" domain. It thinks it's the file extension, and will upload an image of the brandfetch home page.I've tried doing a script and have the same problem. Something about this top-level domain is throwing off Airtable.Does anyone have a suggestion how to get around this?

I'm trying to create 4 automations that update Field B when Field A matches the conditions [both are multi-select fields].For example, if Field A has any of Clothing/Fashion, E-Commerce/Retail/Wholesale, Entertainment & Sports, Field B should be updated to Traditional Industries. If Field A has any of DEI, Education, Government/Regulation, Field B should be updated to Service-Oriented. And so on.However, most records in my base fall into multiple categories, and Airtable is defaulting to the first automation listed. How can I adjust my automations to allow Field B to be updated with multiple options?
