Hello!I am just starting out with AirTable and I am trying to create an automation that when an item is moved to the status "Backorder" (this should happen when the field "B/O Qty" is greater than 0) in my "Open Orders" project, it is then duplicated into another project called "Backorder Clip". Once the order status is not "Backorder" anymore (or the B/O Qty goes to 0), it should be deleted from the "Backorder Clip" project and moved to the "Not Started" status in my "Open Orders" project. I can't seem to figure out exactly how to achieve this. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!

Automation set up was.Step 1: When a record matches a condition.Step 2: It will update a field which is the "Client Portfolio Record" (this is a linked to another record field to a view called Client Portfolio)This automation was just working fine before, but there was a change happened on the default column in "Client Portfolio view" which caused the issue. If you suggest putting it back to the normal setup, I can't because the default column in "Client Portfolio View" which is the "Portfolio Title" should be in formula type now. It should also remain as default column.  Is there any way to update this automation even if the Portfolio Title is still a computed field?

We have connected our event registration from Wordpress to an Airtable table through Zapier and it was working for a while until it started glitching.. After a while we only started seeing part of the registrants, while the other part is not showing in the table, although we see it in Wordpress. We tested it out and got this screenshot.. The test go through as not an issue while this keeps appearing and we keep getting notification emails that something went wrong. Thanks everyone

Wondering if anyone has experience with a double synchronization setup between two tables on different platforms? I have a button that I would like to trigger two tasks: 1 - trigger a webhook that passed the data to zapier (done) 2 - automatically update the value of a single select field to ‘true’ While the webhook script runs when I click the button, it seems that the other script I am using (to update the single-select) wants to take in a user input every time and it does not run automatically. Is there a simple way to set the value of a single-select field automatically to true without me having to specific the field and the value every time with a script?

I am trying to create an automation that sends an email or a slack notification when a record matches conditions when X is one month from now. However, I received the following message. I have included two screens shots (a) the trigger and (b) the table and conditions chosen. Can anyone advise me to how to fix this issue?  

Hello, I am trying to create an algorithme in AIRTABLE using the script automation. I have 3 tables : Mission_Request, Cookers and Companies. My script compares all the pattern in both Mission_Request (wich is connected to Companies table) and Cookers and when there is a match, it is supposed to fill the "MatchingCookers" cell in MissionRequest with the Cooker best match. My script doesnt' have any type of error and i don't have any kind of mail error. My script is active. My journal log don't have any kind of error. Does anyone have an anserw ?? It will be very helpfull. Thanks !!! I am trying to assign 4 different users records as the come in.  I found this code const collaborators = [ {name: "Person 1"}, {name: "Person 2"}, {name: "Person 3"}, {name: "Person 4"} ] const chosenOne = collaborators[Math.floor(Math.random() * collaborators.length)]; output.set("collaborators", chosenOne.name) My problem is that it doesn't exhaust the 4 names before repeating.  What do I need to do to this code for it to go through all 4 options and then repeat?

Hi,I am running into issues. I am not a coder at all and I ask GPT to help me. Usually, it does a great job in writing some basic scripts and it has already created nice solutions with scripts. But this time, I am running into issues. I have a huge database and I was asking GPT to write a script to merge duplicates. When I do it one by one, it works. But as soon as I let it search the whole database, it crashes and mentions that it's taking longer than 30 seconds. I was trying to break it down into smaller views, but the problem is that it should check all the data actually, and searching records is also not an option since that's limited to 100 only. Not all products from the Catalogue are listed in the Stock and the Stock changes on a regular basis. I am trying to create an automation. I have succesfully created a trigger for when a "Delivery Date' gets updated however when i go to create the action, it will not allow me to select the trigger as the input.  Essemtially, when the delivery date is updated, i need the "Location" to update to "Out". I have a field where an agent selects a status and it will show last modifed by his name.But when another guy redo the same thing, it is changing to his name. How can i restrict modifcation of a field which is already done by one agent.

I have a field defined as Currency however when I add that field to the Message section of an email that I am creating from an Automation, the value does not appear as Currency. It does have the decimal point for the cents, and I can easily add “$” as part of the preceding text, but I would really like to see the commas that are part of the defined format on the field. Any ideas?

Hi EveryoneI have been trying to link my airtable base with Make.com via a webhook that then uses a 'get a record' module to view what has gone into the base and can change the fields via chatGPT and place it back into airtable with the 'update a record' module. The webhook is working fine and both of the airtable modules can find my base. my problem is that when I try to run once on make.com the process stops at this 'get a record' module and gives the fault code:BundleValidationErrorValidation failed for 1 parameter(s).Missing value of required parameter 'id'.My current assumption is that it is to do with the 'recordID' variable within airtable and I have tried looking into a lot of other possibilities but I have hit a wall now and don't know what else there is that I can try to change to make it work as it is intended. Is there any way to be notified when a base has no new records in a period of time.I'm creating a base where managers need to leave a new record at least once every 30 days.  I want to be alerted when they have NOT left a new record since the last one was posted.Anyone know of a way to do this?

I am using an automation that uses a script to append a record to another table's linked field.
