I cannot figure out what im doing wrong.. I want to update the table "TENANTS" when the record in the table "tenants (this syncs with tenant base)" is updated. I keep getting an error on the last step "Received invalid inputs." .Any help would be appreciated!  

Hey, I want to create an automation where when a new record is created, I want to wait for 90 mins and then proceed to the next step.Is there a way of doing this with script or something else?

Hello,  I am currently building a form. It will be required to be logged in to filled it in. I can see that form says "Your email will be recorded when you submit this form." Is it possible to add this email to data set without user entering it manually?  Or to have a field email which will be auto populated by Airtable based on the logged in user, and will not be editable? Thanks 

I am creating a CRM base and am running into an issue with an automation I created. My base contains (3) tables: OpportunitiesInteractionsTasksThe interactions table has a field that is a Link to the Opportunities table. When an interaction record is created, the user must select the appropriate opportunity to link the interaction record to. I have created an automation that whenever a record is created in the interaction table, a new record is created in the tasks table. This automation works as intended.However, I need to automate linking the newly created task to the opportunity linked in the interaction record. There does not appear to be a way to achieve this through a single automation. I thought what was needed is a secondary automation for updating a record. Greetings,I'm looking to parse specific information from a cigar website and create a record in my Airtable base.  An example of the website is here.  I'd like to extract the name of the cigar (Page Name?), the Description, all of the Specifications (i.e. Manufacturer, Strength, Shape, etc), and an image of the cigar.  And I'd like to do this without having to code and without having to manually highlight objects on the page to extract. I've watched videos that utilize the native AT Web Clipper, as well as a video that uses Data Fetchter + Parsehub.  The AT Web Clipper videos only show how to extract text from the page after highlighting, and the Data Fetcher/Parsehub video only creates more questions than it answers.I'd like to replicate the functionality of food recipe apps like Paprika than can parse data from any recipe

Hello! I'm a new Airtable user so I'm still getting used to the terminology of the platform, so I appreciate your patience.I book travel for a company that hosts 28 events during the year. I have set up my base to reflect the information for each event in one table ("All Events"), the entire roster of staff and their details in another table ("Passengers"), and each event also has it's own table that will show everyone who is booked and their flight details ("City Name/Flights").I would like to add the staff in the "All Events" table, which links to the "Passenger" table (this I figured out). But I also want those profiles of the staff members to populate in their respective "City/Flights" table without having to re-add them. I can't figure out what I need to do to link them to those tables. In the 3rd photo, I had to manually add those names in the "name" column (which are linked to the "passengers" table). I am trying to send an email after a form is submitted, and include clickable links within that email.Say I have field called SITE, if I use the syntax[CLICK HERE] [SITE] where SITE is the embedded field name for the automation it just send an email with"[CLICK HERE] [https://123.com]" Instead of CLICK HEREI tried following the the advice in https://support.airtable.com/docs/using-markdown-in-airtable but whatever combination of brackets I use, I cannot get the links displayed correctly - What am I missing please? 

Hi, The automations implementend in Airtable aren't working anymore. The goal of those automations is to automatically send e-mails via Outlook.First, I received this error message : Airtable's permission to use the configured E-mail Outlook account has been revoked. Please reconnect the account or select a different E-mail Outlook account for this step.I reconnected the Outlook account, but the following message appeared: Microsoft a signalé une erreur lors du traitement de cette action : The mailbox is either inactive, soft-deleted, or is hosted on-premise.How can I fix it? Many thanks for your help 🙂 

Hello there!I'm going to use Airtable API to get records and save into mine site. These records will be updated on daily, weekly or even monthly basis inside the Airtable, so using CRON on the server it not best solution. Our idea was to create some trigger URL (maybe WP REST API route) on our site. Is there any reason that Airtable can block this request using "Run a script action" for XMLHttpRequest? Or there is another better way to do this?

On September 3rd I received an email that our automation limit had been reached. This is not likely, not in three days, I checked run histories and all is good. The only limit that we exceeded was the 100 external emails a day. This shut off all automations not just emails. Airtable is now unusable for our team.

Hi, When using the Slack actionable messages integration in Airtable automations, I receive the following message in Slack after pressing a button : "You do not have access to this Airtable record, or it has been deleted."I set up the automation to send the validation to a specified user when a new record is created.The user can choose between "Option 1" and "Option 2". They update the same select field having the values "Option 1" and "Option 2" in Airtables.Yet after pressing the button, the update is denied in Slack.I have the Airtable app installed.Any idea ?

Hi, I am trying to add on more function to the existing auto set date script I found on Airtable extension (please see below). I am hoping to incorporate into the code below that if there is a task that has been marked it should start 20 days before the entered project start date, and another task that is marked 30 days after project start date but it will not have a specific dependant controlling it. Hey all,I've set up an Airtable automation that links every new [Payment] record to a [Monthly summary] record - or creates a new Monthly summary record and links to that if one doesn't already exist.When a payment is added, the automation searches the Monthly summary table by its ID; if it finds a record there it will link the new payment record to that existing Monthly summary; if it doesn't find a record it will create a new Monthly summary and then link the Payment.It all works fine for individual entries - however, I need to import a large amount of payment data from an old system, and when I test even a few records, it duplicates the Monthly summary entries - i.e. it doesn't realise that one already exists and adds a new one - I think probably because multiple automations are firing simultaneously rather than 'queuing' them and firing them one after the other.Here's a quick video showing what should happen and what's actually happening:

Hi there,I'm trying automation for the first time and the ask is very specific. We run different training programs. For now, there are three training events we conduct for which we want to send automated emails once attendance has been updated. For eg: Main event is 'Clarity in Communication' . Under this topic we have multiple sessions carried out through the year. Once the training is completed, we want an email to go out to the participants after 7 days, then 30 days and then one specific date in April. All these messages are different. I'm not sure how to proceed with this and set up these conditions. I've tried various triggers but maybe I need some additional data in my records? Any insight would be helpful. Is there a way to use dates to find records dynamically in an automation.I have a line items table for my orders. That table links to an Item in another tableThen we have a third table that contains pricing records for each item with a start and end date for that pricing validity.I am trying to source the price for the line item by looking at the order date and then pulling the price from the pricing record in effect when that order is set to load. 

I have a table that pulls some fields in as lookups.  I want to run an automation on record creation that copies the data from Field A to Field B.  I have tried to follow a few guides but even though my automations run in the testing stage they seem to fail in actual use.Trigger -> When a record is created in "Table 1"Actions -> Update record in "Table 1" -> Record ID "@" -> Fields -> Field B - Field A "Value"What am I missing?  Does it have something to do with Field A being filled with lookup data from a different table?  Is it a timing thing? (like does it need X seconds to process before trying to copy?)  Thanks!

I have 2 Airtbale Bases.One of my Airtables is importing a view from the other. The sync is 1 way and I see the data change as it is updated on the other base.I have some automation setup that looks for updates on specific fields.I noticed a load of automation shad not run, logged into Airtable with the data import and suddenly all the automations ran.Is this the expected behaviour? Is there a way to make sure the autoamtions run even if no-one logs in for a few days?Thanks
