I need the date to be captured when certain statuses get selected via automation. This will help me how long the particular record is been sitting on that status

Hi all! I'm hoping someone may be able to help me! I'm trying to create calendar events in our Outlook 365 calendars from an automation on our base that include links and the ability to Markdown.But, hyperlinking is not working the way it works when you're just "sending an email" through automations and neither is any of the markdowns. Is there a work around for this? Or has anyone else been able to figure it out?  

Are they any new AI automation tools that we could use in the business of real estate brokerage?Improve on pictures? Create descriptions automatically? Thank you!

 I want any record in the "Student ID" field to be copied into the linked "Student Names" field so that the student's name is pulled anytime an ID is entered. My automation works when I test it but nothing happens when I enter new records.  

I have a field of long text, and I set an automation that could help me send a notification Email to my collaborators after I update that field. However, the trigger would be fired several times, when I was still typing(no matter using when the record updated or when record matches conditions)Is there any way to make the trigger only be fired after I finish typing? Goal: Sync data from Google Cloud Platform with AirTable every 5 minutes.Problem: Some of the data syncs but not all the data. In other words, what is reflected in AirTable does not always match what is in Google Cloud Platform. The problem does not happen all the time which makes it difficult to troubleshoot.Any clues or links to figure out how to fix this issue are greatly appreciated. Hello ‌👋‌We are trying to publish new blog post articles from Airtable to Webflow using Make (Integromat).The table for the new articles is set up identically for the fields in the Webflow CMS collection. There are quite a few fields to map, some of which are single-select and multi-select fields. The single-select and multi-select items are set up in the same base as separate tables to the articles table. Is there a limit on sending a number of emails to collaborators and non-collaborators? Is see there is a 100 email limit in the Pro plan and wanted to find details for the Enterprise plan. I appreciate your help.

I organized my timeline groouped by rooms and I filtered the events so that only the ones happening on today or later. The thin is that airtable stop showing the rooms that doesn't have events planned in the futur neither. How could I do so that only the past events disapear but the rooms (even empty) continue showing?

Attached Screenshots. Issue 1: View - Slack-Send Tomorrow's ScheduleThis view will send tomorrows(Friday) employee schedule to a Slack channel at 7pm every night. I'd like this view to automatically change to Saturday's Schedule, on Friday Morning. Issue 2: View - Working Schedule_Current Week + View: Working Schedule_Next WeekI'd like these Views to Auto Populate as many fields as possible, except Employee Names. Main fields would be the date with start and end times. 7 Lines for Summer Camp 10am-3pm, 3 Lines for Summer Camp 8:15am-3pm, 3 Lines for Open Level Fly 4pm-6pm, ect. Then on Sunday at set time_Current Week removes last week and populates new week, then the Next Week Schedule View pulls in. Appreciate the help!   

I'm generating HTML emails and sending them using the Gmail automation.  They work great, except when a user puts a return character in the form used to generate the email (i.e. hits return on the keyboard inside the field (type=long text, rich text NOT enabled).  When there's a return character, even though the HTML looks solid, and is passed directly to the gmail automation, when the email is received on the client, where the return character was a bunch of closed HTML tags are inserted ( </p> </td></table> </div> etc) which totally breaks the HTML code and makes the rendering awful.Anyone else dealt with this?

Hi. I'm wondering whether there's a way to search a table or interface using text that's passed through in the URL itself. Like this: https://www.google.com/search?q=test which searches Google for "test." I think no because the search uses Javascript, but maybe there's a way that I'm overlooking. Bonus question: What's your preferred method for quickly getting to a table or interface and drilling to a specific record quickly? Thanks,David

Several of my automations send emails, inevitably I get some bad email addresses and will get a notification in AirTable of a bad email address. Is there a way to incorporate these notification into my automations to alert the person entering information of the bad email?My use case:Hosts are entering Guest information, I want to send an email to the Host that they entered a bad email address automatically.Thanks,Tommy 

Hello,Could someone please help point me in the right direction?I have an automation which is triggered by clicking a button in an interface. I want the automation to send an email (containing a grid summary of some records) and then update the status of the same records to indicate that those records were sent in the email.However, the updating of the record status is not working.This is how the non-functioning step is configured.Once the email is sent, I need the status to change from 'required' to 'ordered'.This is how the conditional logic is configured.This is the error message. I have gone through the 'how to fix common issues' steps.The ultimate goal is prevent someone from placing an order twice and confusing our suppliers so any method to prevent the same records from be emailed more than once would be great.Thanks in advance! 

Hello,I have set up a zapier automation that, when an email in my gmail gets a particular label, will create a record in Airtable. Zapier will pass along the "to" email address(es) into one of the fields.  If there are multiple recipients on the email, the info is passed along as email1@test.com,email2@test.com with a comma separating the addresses. Here is my issue -- is there any way for me to set up an Airtable automation that will read those as two separate emails and then link this record with two contact records I have in Airtable?  I can make the Airtable automation work if the email was sent to a single recipient, but it cannot seem to recognize the comma as a separator in order to match/link multiple email addresses with multiple contacts.Thanks for any suggestionsAlex

Is this possible?I've copied the 'Embeded Code" given by airtable into my automation but when receiving the slack notification, the form does not show. Is this possible? 

HelloI am trying to create some asset management system, and having a play with Airtable to see if i can get the functionality we need I have a table of ToolsI have another table with Field Work, with a start and end date. they are linked together with a link field where people can select which tools will be going on that job. I need to make sure there is some way of flagging a conflict if a tool is assigned to a record on the same dates.this flagging can be either a notification/flag, or refusal to assign tool, i dont mind as long as the users can see that their is a tool conflictCan anyone help with a way to automate this? or a different way to go about it?Many thanks!Kate

Hi!I have a date field and a formula field (today MINUS date field) and another formula field that countdown (3 MINUS subtraction between today and date field) - I included photo of these fields. This is because the customs allows only 3 days for import the product. So I want an alert (countdown from when the customs contacted me that the product is at the customs).Now I want to add another date field (let's call it date field #2).I want automation (or formula field) that when I enter date in date field #2, formula field stops the countdown. Is it possible to do that with automation or another formula field? Hi, I am trying to find a workaround for an issue I have with an AT automation that is triggered by a webhook. I am using 2 system webhooks (I can't control when they trigger) from ActiveCampaign. One is for 'deal created' which I am using as the trigger to create an airtable record. The second is 'deal updated' which I am using to update the airtable record (the aim is to keep the deal stage in the AirTable up to date). I am getting automation errors in AirTable because the deal updated webhook also fires in the same minute as the deal created webhook fires which means that the AT 'deal updated' automation runs an error with the update record upon most new deals. I am planning a workaround and wonder is it possible to restrict the conditions in the AirTable (deal updated) automation to end if an additional condition (field value in the webhook body) to the webhook trigger is not in place, or proceed if that data point exists? hello!i'm trying to send emails via the outlook automation. everything works like a charm, apart from the emails not arriving at all. so it doesn't work at all 😞 unless the receipient of the mail is an address with the same domain as the one i am sending from, that seems to work. but if i try to send to a gmail address, i simply never receive the email. does anyone have any idea why this might be? very sad.

Hello, I would like to create a CRM from an existing customer list, with an event management function.In particular I have: a "customer" table and an "event" table.Customers must register for the event by submitting a form (which inserts data into the "event" table). When the customer already exists, a tag is created into the "customers" table referring to the event. Or in any case a link between the "customers" table and the "list" table.Do you have any suggestions? Thank you!
