Hello! I’m interested in outsourcing talent for an in-person training to get us acclimated and up to speed on all things Airtable! My team: We are a small marketing team of four, supporting 15 departments and four Service Center locations across the state of Connecticut. Our needs: We’d like the database to help us efficiently and effectively track all of our on-going projects, tasks, creative plans, deliverables, and deadlines. Additionally, we need something robust enough to track all of the tiny details, as well as give us an overall snapshot of our work as a whole. Our experience: No one on my team has ever used Airtable. We’re all newbies! Timing: We can not official start our transition to Airtable until our new fiscal year begins on October 1. Ideally we would like to get the ball rolling as soon as possible, with training and implementation scheduled for some time in October or November. Hi! I have a few different bases- most work… but having trouble with lookups/automating things (sometimes they work sometimes it does not!) I have an idea how it should go (even when it’s not going) but am also open to suggestions to make them more efficient. FYI while I have quite a few they’re all pretty similar in structure, just different clients! So first off can anyone help with this - just fixing up existing base(s) to make them a bit more automated (ie lookup/linking) not looking to start from scratch per se…and letting me know how to fix it in the future? (I think it’s like one tiny thing I’m doing wrong!) And 2 if you’re looking for payment for your services, what is the rate for this type of thing? (Apologies but I have no idea!)

Hello - we have an Airtable base and have recently used it for a major event. We are in need of a consultant to be available to us to help optimize how we use Airtable so that we are most efficiently using its features. Hello, We are a Vision Home (www.visionhome.biz), we furnish luxury homes that are for sale. I have built my business around our Airtable base and we are exceeding its capabilities. We need help to improve our base to handle inventory tracking using a barcode system, project management, CRM and sales pipelines, and also to give us detailed financial reports. The base we have now is working but it is very primitive. I also want to link the base to some type of POS software as well. Hi! I am a small business owner and my business is a staffing agency where I have over 100+ contractors for hire. I am looking for someone to develop/code and create a specific airtable base that will work for exactly what I need with my company. I have achieved what I am looking to be done in Google Sheets and I am in hopes that someone can assist me in making it happen using Airtable. Details below: I am looking to create a MASTER SPREADSHEET that shows employee’s availability. I would like for each Employee to be able to access and update their own availability by blocking off unavailable dates in the table. From there, once they block off particular dates, it would then automatically populate over onto the Master Schedule for me to view. I can then see all employee’s availability and filter as needed. I am looking for a way to merge my data i have. I have; spreadsheet with assets spreadsheet with ledger payments spreadsheet with document information and documents attached I need to do a lookup by word and link the ledger payment and/spreadsheet with doc information to an asset table with the spreadsheet with assets. i also need to load photographs of the assets that i have downloaded but the spreadsheet with assets does have the photograph number so i believe it can be done. Need help with scheduling/calendars. I want to send a form to my faculty and limit the dates that they can choose from. But also if they pick a date that is already chosen it needs to notify them to pick another date… Is this possible

I have a csv that is importing a filed like this …….https:/website…….038443928798 when you click on the link it is a image… it opens up to just a jpeg file. and it opens fine with one click. what I want is that jpeg file actually in the field as a image. any ideas what I have to do to make that happen? please michael

Hi! Hope all is well. I need to hire someone to build out a base for scheduling for our school based yoga and mindfulness program. We already use Airtable for almost everything, but have been scheduling programming in mindbody for years and want to switch. The basic gist is that we have about 60 school sites and 20 teachers. We send teachers to various schools to teach programs, and need to create a visually helpful master schedule of who is where when. We need views that can be seen (via link in a calendar mode) and exported (ideally as a pdf list of dates) both by teacher, and by site. We also need to see on the calendar which program is being taught - we have mat and chair based kids classes (2-6 hour schedule blocks), about 10 different professional development workshops, and some family engagement programs. We are looking for help to create a lookup table in Airtable. We previously used Excel but it is not user friendly online. Our invoices log: who worked, location of services, item billed, specialized items, equipment usage, ect. We use this info for reports and forecasting.

My company has recently started to use Airtable for an involvement tracker. We’re a nonprofit that has members linked together, and have attempted to use the OrgChart block for a sort of family tree. We’re looking to be able to print blocks and dashboards, count generations through linked records, see individual trees of people within a card, and finally the ability to see KanBan cards through email as they’re seen in Airtable.
