I need a ninja/guru/expert to build a base for my business. The attached map is a visual for what we need the base to organize. It would be a huge base, with lots of many-to-many relationships, and integrations via Zapier. I am happy to pay someone to have this done and done well. I am looking for someone who: completely and thoroughly understands Airtable, is available to focus on and complete the project swiftly, is kind, responsive, and efficient, and will listen to what we need, and then build the system to make it happen. I make jewelry, and sell via wholesale, retail and bespoke channels. I need a way to organize both the orders and the products, specs and sourcing so that when orders come in I can make sure the materials to make the pieces to fill them are available. Also, we need an aggregate of supplies needed across several orders at the same time. We are an architecture firm wanting to track multiple projects each with multiple phases so that we can project and manage resources. I know that there are many project management templates available; multiple projects with the multiple phases with begin and end dates for each is out of my reach. Would like to discuss if this is doable, then if it is worth it.

Hello My base is begging for a PMT or Payment function, but there isn’t one I can find… I am hoping someone has found a workaround to calculate a mortgage payment. Kind of critical to our client and sales processes. I realize this is not a spreadsheet, but other databases can do it. I see there are plenty of math functions… is anyone able to put them together in a way to “make” mortgage payment function?: My Airtable Base is very depressed. a spreadsheet example looks like this: …where the field “MONTHLY PAYMENT (PI)” in the middle is the result I’m talking about… because to get that payment I must use the fields before it and a PMT function … like this So i ask, would anyone able to put together the mathematical functions in a way to “make” an amortized mortgage calculation based on %Rate, Term (in months or years), & principle… with the added bonus of a field for Extra monthly payment to add regular additional principle to the repayment.

Would love to find someone to help me build some smarter formes for my airtable based system. Does anyone have any suggestions? To be a bit more specific in the project: I have an AIR TABLE which we collect information on TV shows and Clients, buyers and Appointments and we use this info to send out HTML emails informing clients of upcoming appointments and update various Calendars on Cal. Lots of wasted time copying and pasting data that we’re collecting anyways, So forms need to be dynamic and pre-filled when possible, so we’re not entering in the same information over and over again. Rather making corrections and updates to data in fields. Also - if you can code some **great looking easy to use forms - we’d have so much more work for you. Fun stuff too! Super interest4ed in reverse engineering this into a google apps builder solution which would help me to learn it quicker on the programming side. Hi there! I’m looking for help in setting up a system in Airtable by which I can track assets for my VERY small business as a personal chef. My db skills are rusty at best, but I can learn! Scenario: Personal chef service uses reusable/returnable containers for packaging meals. With each delivery, I drop off the current meals and pick up the containers from the previous delivery. Containers get lost in the aether and I end up with many missing and having to purchase more (which eats into my slim profits!) Hi everybody. I am finally taking the plunge with Airtable! I am a small business owner that runs a series of classes a few times a year. I am looking to use airbnb mostly for organizing class registrations. Right now my current system is google forms, excel spreadsheet, gmail - it has been time consuming. I’m excited about the idea of something that could combine all these. Here’s what I’m looking for: Spreadsheet about students (name, email, which class they want, how much they will pay, access information etc) that my teachers can view but only certain details (such as name & access needs). Registration from that feeds to the student spreadsheet. Max limit on how many students can register for a class on the form and for the class option to be turned off as soon as it is maxed out. Automated emails sent to student right after registration with certain info about payment, class dates, attachments about the course, etc if possible. My company (Safari Telecom) has recently become a user of AirTable. I’m starting the process of seeing what tools/individuals are available to help us get integrated and trained within the system. We’re looking for someone who can understand what we do and how AirTable can best be utilized to create efficiencies.

I need to see if it is possible to create an inventory system for our subcontracting company and then integrate the purchase orders, receipts, and invoices into Quickbooks. We design a system, order material (some finished and some that needs fabricated), fabricate, and deliver to a jobsite. We order 10-15 times a week and each order has as many as 50 items and each item can have a few hundred parts at any time. I want to put in our items based on the vendor’s part number and use their barcodes. I also want to make packing lists when we ship. The packing list should create a single barcode for the multiple items that are in the shipping order. When the receiver in our company receives the shipment for work, they can see what is in the shipment. I want to see if we can create an inventory where items that are ordered specifically for a certain job don’t go to our inventory but to the job’s inventory.

I am looking to empower my managers to take care of customers. Whenever a customer has a problem, they usually call the restaurant and let us know of an issue. This is great- we love the feedback, however there is a small percent of customers who take advantage of our good nature and call us regularly for a refund or credit. For example, a customer calling the restaurant six times in one month saying they received burnt food (hey, im not saying it cant happen, but really?). I am the founder and director of Northwest Hospitality, a 501c3 nonprofit started in 2016 focused on programs to help people living in the streets of Washington state. I’ve been having a great time running our entire nonprofit on Airtable since we got started and my main database is a beast. While I’m very proud of everything it does, this main database could really benefit from an hour or two of expert review; I suspect there are several things that can be optimized. In addition, I’m struggling to build a homeless resource database that will be an incredible tool if I can do it the way I envision.
