Hey there, I am in need of some help with airtable - I wish to create a simple custom CRM with airtable for tracking leads, campaigns and sales. I have the basics figured out but need help with simplifying and structuring base. It’s a sort of a student project so my funds are limited. All help greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi everybody. I am finally taking the plunge with Airtable! I am a small business owner that runs a series of classes a few times a year. I am looking to use airbnb mostly for organizing class registrations. Right now my current system is google forms, excel spreadsheet, gmail - it has been time consuming. I’m excited about the idea of something that could combine all these. Here’s what I’m looking for: Spreadsheet about students (name, email, which class they want, how much they will pay, access information etc) that my teachers can view but only certain details (such as name & access needs). Registration from that feeds to the student spreadsheet. Max limit on how many students can register for a class on the form and for the class option to be turned off as soon as it is maxed out. Automated emails sent to student right after registration with certain info about payment, class dates, attachments about the course, etc if possible. Cale

We’re looking for assistance automating our workflow for one fundamental task. I can explain more, but I’d like to hear from a few Airtable experts out there that have experience automating with Airtable.

My company (Safari Telecom) has recently become a user of AirTable. I’m starting the process of seeing what tools/individuals are available to help us get integrated and trained within the system. We’re looking for someone who can understand what we do and how AirTable can best be utilized to create efficiencies.

I need to see if it is possible to create an inventory system for our subcontracting company and then integrate the purchase orders, receipts, and invoices into Quickbooks. We design a system, order material (some finished and some that needs fabricated), fabricate, and deliver to a jobsite. We order 10-15 times a week and each order has as many as 50 items and each item can have a few hundred parts at any time. I want to put in our items based on the vendor’s part number and use their barcodes. I also want to make packing lists when we ship. The packing list should create a single barcode for the multiple items that are in the shipping order. When the receiver in our company receives the shipment for work, they can see what is in the shipment. I want to see if we can create an inventory where items that are ordered specifically for a certain job don’t go to our inventory but to the job’s inventory.

I am seeking an Airtable expert to write several formulas per the below description. Zapier will be feeding data into Airtable, so I would like to get these formulas in before developing Zapier workflows. I am looking to empower my managers to take care of customers. Whenever a customer has a problem, they usually call the restaurant and let us know of an issue. This is great- we love the feedback, however there is a small percent of customers who take advantage of our good nature and call us regularly for a refund or credit. For example, a customer calling the restaurant six times in one month saying they received burnt food (hey, im not saying it cant happen, but really?). I would like our managers to use airtable on an iPad when receiving a complaint call to enter customer name, phone number, date, and a brief description of the problem. I’ve been having a great time running our entire nonprofit on Airtable since we got started and my main database is a beast. While I’m very proud of everything it does, this main database could really benefit from an hour or two of expert review; I suspect there are several things that can be optimized. In addition, I’m struggling to build a homeless resource database that will be an incredible tool if I can do it the way I envision. Student Data Base: birthdates, levels, etc, parents, ph# - important is contact email Events Data Base: 15 or so events will be attended - not all students attend all events - (students event schedules are set according to their Team/Group). I’m creating an Airtable base to manage my digital agency, it currently helps us track the profitability of our Projects (Hours estimated, hours used, budget estimated, budget used, etc) The next step is to build something that can take these estimates for our projects and drive out a capacity forecast. We need some assistance with rolling up the hours estimated between the start and end dates for our projects, allocating those hours to our employees, and then visualizing how much capacity they have vs how many hours they have been assigned to. It’s just too complex for me to figure out on my own, being new to Airtable. Looking for a consultant that can help me build this out.

We are en environmental consultancy called EcoNomics, Inc. We work for several municipalities in California and ensure that they are in compliance with laws related to recycling. We are building a site audit tracking database that will be used to help set up new recycling programs in Orange County, CA. I have been building out this system in house and am starting to need expert advise. I’ve built out the system 90% of the way and just need help with best practices for data base management. From the raw data collected in the field, i’ve added some calculations in airtable to create what i’d call “key data points”, which in a perfect world would feed into a dashboard for our clients. I am looking for someone to create a simple Wordpress plugin. I need to pull Airtable records using the API and put them into an HTML formatted table, all wrapped in a custom [shortcode] that can then drop that table into any Wordpress page/post. I’ve been able to mess with a php function that pulls the specific records I want, however, moving forward to the table and shortcode are outside the scope of my ability. Key to this is the ability to filter records by a formula where {Field} = Wordpress Post Title. I have my database set for a particular field to match the specific titles of Wordpress custom post types. This should all be contained within a Wordpress plugin that also creates the shortcode.
