Hello, I’ve got an airtable set up and running, but I need help designing a formula that checks multiple cells and returns a result. I’ve tried to do this myself but to no avail. We are Epidemic Sound, listed in Wired as one of the best startups in Stockholm this year. We sign many new Songwriters/Producers and Singers each month, and produce about 150-200 new tracks per month. There’s a ton of information to organize and keep track of. People, music files, legal documents, lyric documents, status, revisions, etc. etc. We believe that Airtable can do the trick for us, but we need help to structuring and setting it up according to our needs. Ideally we would have it tailor made and integrated with appropriate Zaps and apps to make workflows automated and super easy to use. Hello, I have an inventory database that need some assistance with. I have an Inventory table with part number, description, part ID, UPC description, cost, number of units… Then I have a transactions table. There are three types of transactions, RECEIVE to receive inventory into the Inventory table and a location, STAGE to delete inventory and stage to a project, and TRANSFER to transfer inventory from one location to another, which is basically a STAGE and RECEIVE in one transaction. I’m need assistance with the transfer, and my other issue is that I need to view inventory by location. Any developers out there I could hire to discuss and finalize the base?

I am searching for a consultant who can create a database of multimedia assets (photos, images, videos, written documents, story leads, etc.). Hello! I work at a VC and am building a system to track all of the work and data associated with companies, projects, and people. Looking for a partner to help do some custom work (and possibly just generally advise since I’m new to the platform). I anticipate it will be several hours spread over the course of the next month. Examples: If I link to a LinkedIn company profile, I’d like to be able to pull in # employees and have it auto update. If I link to a company’s Crunchbase profile, I’d like it to pull in the company’s most recent funding amount and recent news. I’d like the system to remind me to reach out to each of my contacts on a predetermined basis. I would like to migrate all of the candidates I’m tracking in SF to airtable. I want to combine develop an airtable that allows me to track general marketing activity as well as content development/publishing and link to website/channels to track statistics. I will need help on a ongoing basis once this first table is set.

I an new to Airtable and have a pretty good grasp of it capabilities. I use Zapier to bring in data from 2 different Google Forms and the overall scope of my use is to manage applicants and where they are in the process of applying to attend our program. I am working on a home manual for my employer. We would like to print all of the records on separate pages. I have tried to extended view to print and it is not exactly what I want. It would be great if empty fields could be hidden and the format of the page could be consolidated or moved around so the whole page could be printed on one page.

We are a retail Tenant rep real estate company and have a database of new real estate sites for each of our many Tenants which we share with the Tenants. We also have multiple agents working on these databases. We would like to create one linked database for each of our agents that would have all of the properties that they are working on for all of the various Tenant databases. Not sure if this is possible with Airtable. We don’t want one field with 50 properties but need a spreadsheet that has just the agents deals that they can work with daily and will update the various Tenant databases as they work. Hi! We have a built out system on airtable but it is still clunky and not very streamlined. Would need the following: Assessment of current system - where do we have duplication? Are there links missing? How do we make it more user-friendly? How do we make dashboards and/or export data in a way that let’s us use other systems like tableau. Hello there, I’m using Airtable as a stock system and I need a simple web interface and a counting script to help an automate some tasks. The purpose of the script is to get the total amount of items in stock + how many more need to be ordered. What is a bit complicated is the way the products are listed in our database. The structure of a product is as follows: Product01 -> Assemblies01-09 -> sub-assemblies -> raw material In the web interface, I would like to have have a form saying “How many products do you need?”, I put a number, the script loops through the different assemblies and components and outputs a nice order list. The jobs and quotes can then be sorted, by priority and cost. We are new to Airtable and need some help getting some of the features working (particularly linking tables and also hopefully setting up a search and replace feature). We are using Airtable to track hundreds of photos in a very large documentary project (7 hours of video). This project is for a private foundation. The database will include tables of current photos (that are in the current version of the film) and tables of the new photos (we are replacing many of the current photos and also tracking copyright info). We want to be able to search new photos, find the one we want, and insert the new one into a record of the current photos which are in another table (most of the current photos will be replaced). Also helpful would be some general advise on better search criteria and categories and help to set up linking, lookup, and a way to insert photo from one table to the another. Also setting up useful views of data.

The https://www.airtable.com/universe interface is awesome, its left sidebar allows you to view different parts of your base without switching between tables and views. How to make a sidebar like this one for my own base? Essentially it is a two-part iframe HTML page but I just wonder if someone has done a more complete and secure template that could be implemented without advanced HTML knowledge.
