Hello, I need a database for my small business, currently I use an excel file and a word document for everything from inventory to pricing to producing print documents. It needs to have a really simple UI as my business partner is not computer savvy and uses the iPhone for everything. The company is a gift basket business so you can imaging many component items going into a few main products for sale - and every product for sale gets a printed sheet with the contents. Tasks or outcomes I’m looking at. -Inventory - receiving. # of items, landed price paid, lot # expiration date etc. -Inventory Alerts - stock alerts 45 and 15 days to sell by date -Inventory tracking - parent gift basket is sold and all child / component items are reduced in the inventory. This needs confirmation and editing as items are added or subtracted to each sale. -Pricing out items for sale - using the inventory to add products together and save as an item sold. Once saved and confirmed the inventory would update

Hi there, We run a home staging company and use airtable to log and track our staging inventory. We love it BUT We need to simplify our internal workflow and are in need of the following capabilities not currently offered: We need an easy way to sync Airtable records to a web store interface - strictly for internal use only - to add a shopping cart to generate a “pick list” so our warehouse crew knows what items are being picked by the designer, for what job, and where they are being delivered to at the client location. It needs to accurately reflect stock levels at the warehouse and current location of furnishings. When a property is getting ready to uninstall, we want to be able to mark ALL items in that property now available for picking without having to go through and manually assign it to each record. Hi all, As far as I can see, there is no out the box facility to create an XML feed out the back of Airtable. I have also looked into Zapier which only seems to provide an RSS feed. Is anyone in here able to help me create such a feature? We’re a real estate company that wants to provide our property listings via XML. Hello, I’ve developed some Access VBA code which reads and writes to the Airtable API quite nicely using a module to parse the JSON. My own use-case scenario is to generate printed labels with QR Codes and make sure that my base stays synchronized when new labels are printed, but the code could be developed to nearly any need, and most especially if you have an Access DB that needs to be uploaded to AT, this could would also work very well for that. Are there others who would find this code useful to share? Or, can I help anybody to convert their data for a reasonable fee? Let me know! –Jon

Create a Contact/Lead management system that not only houses all of our contacts/leads, but can “Merge” the db fields into simple Form Letters of choice, that can then be printed fro mailing. We are new to Airtable and seeking help to set up a single view of pending/ongoing projects. Currently the information is stored in google docs and excel.

We are an international organization that offers wellness courses globally. We are looking to develop a contact database to handle all of our course prep, applications, processing and post course follow-up using Airtable. We would like the database to handle our first touch point of a new expression of interest of an individual and take them through multiple course applications, to post-course follow up, mentorship and communications with them many years down the line; and to organize all of this data in a simple and efficient way. We also want our workflow and communications with the individuals/groups to be as automated as possible using integrations through Zapier with mailchimp etc… We also need to integrate our workflow into our wordpress website We are looking for an Airtable, Zapier, and Wordpress expert to assist us with setting this up. We have a rudimentary system set up. We would like to take it to the next level.

We are Epidemic Sound, listed in Wired as one of the best startups in Stockholm this year. We sign many new Songwriters/Producers and Singers each month, and produce about 150-200 new tracks per month. There’s a ton of information to organize and keep track of. People, music files, legal documents, lyric documents, status, revisions, etc. etc. We believe that Airtable can do the trick for us, but we need help to structuring and setting it up according to our needs. Ideally we would have it tailor made and integrated with appropriate Zaps and apps to make workflows automated and super easy to use. Hello, I have an inventory database that need some assistance with. I have an Inventory table with part number, description, part ID, UPC description, cost, number of units… Then I have a transactions table. There are three types of transactions, RECEIVE to receive inventory into the Inventory table and a location, STAGE to delete inventory and stage to a project, and TRANSFER to transfer inventory from one location to another, which is basically a STAGE and RECEIVE in one transaction. I’m need assistance with the transfer, and my other issue is that I need to view inventory by location. Any developers out there I could hire to discuss and finalize the base?
