Hi there,I embedded my Airtable into a Webflow website. Every time I want to "Add Condition" to filter my data, the page automatically scrolls down and hides the top taskbar. This is only an issue when I set the Airtable height to be larger than the window height. Please see video for the visuals. Can someone please help me? 

I'm feeling like I may have more OCD tendencies than I thought. It's driving me nuts that I can't set a field width for the columns in Airtable. Usually in Excel, I would make columns that contain like data the same width, not being able to do that in Airtable is making me crazy. I don't really know about scripts and I was wondering if it's possible to make one so I can input a field width for columns. Hi everyone, Today is an important deadline day for us, and we are collecting client deliverables through Airtable forms. We have a large influx of form submissions today, and everything was working as expected until about 10:30am MT this morning. I received a correct form submission at 10:25am MT, and then the next form submission at 10:33am MT had been edited by an "anonymous" user. Every form we've received after that has also been edited by an "anonymous" user, and any files that our clients included in an attachment field on their form had disappeared / been deleted from the records.The only other post I can find like this is this one, but it doesn't seem to have a resolution. Our team is also unable to upload attachments to records ourselves.Does anyone have any insight on this issue? We

I’m using Airtable to organize an annual event, and something we do is track people. I made a set of bases last year that track what each person does and links to many other tables, but the problem lies in trying to make this abstract for every year. I’d like to have a “contacts database” that is outside of each year’s airtable, and syncs contacts with “2023” status into the 2023 base, and same for other years. We need different bases for each year because a lot of what we do gets “reset” every year. I need to start with a blank slate and be able to easily copy people in. The problem is that I also need to add new contacts every year. By setting up a sync, we can’t edit the basic info on each Contact in the 2023 Base – I can no longer have forms (either with Airtable or Miniextensions) which populate Contact info, which is a mix of the info synced from the Contacts database and year-specific info. Hello Airtable Community, I'm creating a form where I need a specific number of volunteers for each area of an event I'm planning, for example, I need 5 volunteers on Saturday from 9am-12pm; 5 volunteers on Saturday from 12pm-3pm, etc. What can I do in creating the form to where as the volunteers sign up for various slots, the available number of slots decreases from 5 available to 4 to 3 to 2 to 1 to 0?I don't want six volunteers to sign up, I don't want the sixth person to see it would be an option.  Any suggestions would be most appreciated!Best, Dan

Did Airtable use its own platform to design this Community Forum? It’d be perfect for what we are trying to do… We are trying to design a (closed - invitation-only) platform on which collaborators can start threads by asking questions. Currently each new record is a question. There is a tab for collaborators to be assigned to the question. The answer to the question is given in a long text field (with tabs for grouping the questions by issue) and the collaborators can upload documents to the record. Any comments and back and forth are in the Activity tab of the record as a comment. In Blocks, we have appear.in and google hangouts so participants can chat or video conference to discuss… But the above is missing the sequential conversation format (ask question, get reply, another reply, another reply and a resolution comment). It would also be great to be able to mention a group of collborators instead of naming each individually. Is that possible? (I have gr

As far as I'm aware, we're not able to set the Primary Field as the User type. Has this feature been discussed/is this a feature that is likely to be added in the future?

Hello,My organization requires our companies to submit quarterly reports via an Airtable form. Because companies cannot see the previous quarterly report form submitted, sometimes, they will duplicate answers from the previous quarter. I'm wondering if there is a way that companies can see the last quarterly report they provided when they are completing the current quarterly report.Thanks!

I am trying to prefill a check list with the check boxes into a long text field, i.e. make prefill links for different maintenance reports as required. I am trying to use a formula to generate this result. Here is the code “?prefill_Notes=[+]+Test\n[+]+Test2” This is the output: It is not showing the second paragraph / line The check box is not in its checkable form but rather its underlying raw text form. I have then tried to prefill from a field already containing the correct structure of the check list and this solves issue 1. with the missing paragraph / new line spacing. “?prefill_Notes=” & ENCODE_URL_COMPONENT({Details / Task Breakdown}) But as you can see, Issue 2 still persists the ch

My question:One thing that Databases, PowerBI or Tableau have is RLS (row level security). I read this article https://support.airtable.com/docs/permissions-overview but it was more about the capabilities of different roles. What I want is sth different:In short, let's say I have a column USERNAME in my table. I share my table with a collaborator called Julia. Julia can only see the rows where the column equals to USERNAME is "Julia". It's basically like a filter but the the collaborator cannot unfilter it. Julia would have only viewing / editing access to the above mentioned rows.RLS are handy as they can scale. In our case, I might have 20 collaborators in the end. All collaborators should only be able to see their "own" rows.Thank you so much BR!

Hey All,I'm not sure if there is something similar on here anywhere, but I thought I'd ask.So the base(s) are pretty complex at this point, however here it goes.We have different levels of tracking.High level tracking of Clients. This tab(le) stores client data that goes through various states and tracks them.  They may never go into training, but it stores other high level data.Once a client has paid/agreed, etc for training they move from #1 tab into this tab: this table tracks unique training, so company ABC from #1, could have ABC-110123, and ABC-011723 (start date of training as unique ID). This also stores lookup data from the next one as far as ALL the trainingThis table is the actual training "calendar" so all the training dates with the respective courses, date & time, etc are store here. We also track the #of attendees that are invited as well as who actually shows up.All of this data is used to track

If I select multiple fields (columns) and cmd-click one of them, it narrows the selection to that one field. If I select multiple fields and go to the dropdown for one, it narrows the selection to that one field. How do I delete multiple fields at once rather than having to go through them one by one? This seems like incredibly basic spreadsheet functionality and I’m puzzled that I can’t find it.

It is not possible to prevent base collaborators from viewing certain fields (columns) within a table or base. Hello All, I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue.We needed to connect a team member to our base and sent an invite directly to their email. After some time, their invite still appeared as pending. After confirming with them that they have connected to the base we kept checking the base and eventually they appeared as connected and for about a week and a half prior. This caused some confusion in our team. I have been using the MAC app, is this a bug or is there something I can do to prevent this in the future?Thank You. 

Hi. I have a base with a Table "Projects" with a multiline text field where I add simple updates on the progress on that proiect. These updates are generally brief but vary in length. There will be a lot of them over time.I have that field linked back into the table, where I would like to only show the most recent update, is there any way to acheive this please. Can you format that linked field to display the primary field only to a specific character as a thought?In the longer term I'd like to find a more elegant solution overall as appreciate this is basic but having something in place for the short term was my thinking.RgdsRobgriff

We have been using Airtable as our internal database and have built some simple scripting extensions to update data from our backend. Every row has an Update button and clicking on it runs the scripting extension showing a dialog box which somewhat creates a bad experience when editing multiple records quickly.Would love a feature to set the extension to run in background or to show a small toast showing whether the run was successful or not, rather than showing the entire dialog box again and again.

I’m trying to use a Rollup to create a numbered list of linked records that reflects the order in which they’re linked within a field. I’ve tried a couple different array options but can’t crack the numbering part.

Hello,I am using page designer to create some forms for my business.  Currently I am taking an image that is embedded in Airtable and putting that as the background to complete the form.  The issue is with airtable moving to all expiring url's I have to adjust this daily which is not practical.  From what I have seen I can do it through google drive.  How can I take an image from Google Drive and use it in Page Designer to avoid my links expiring? Thanks,Zak
