I don’t understand why my account has been deactivated, what can I do now, all my business data is on it, I have not received any notification from Airtable about it this. In the worst case how can I download my data and transfer to Google Sheet or Excel to work? Please someone help, very annoying when in this emergency situation, Airtable’s support team only works from Monday to Friday, customers are in a hurry, They should support faster and better. Hello! Context I am trying to develop a base to effectively manage project management and task delegation for my company. We create art assets for clients, where each asset goes through multiple stages of production before final delivery. This is somewhat standard project management, where each “Asset” roughly corresponds to a “Project” and each stage of production corresponds to a “Task.” We offer a semi-specific menu of asset types, so each asset type may also have different stages of production (and therefore, different associated “tasks”). Hello, I have a base as an owner with three editors and about thirty collaborators. I have been using it for about a year now, and suddenly, out of nowhere, my owner ID has been deactivated and I cannot log in or find out what could have caused the issue. If it’s a billing problem, then I cannot seem to pay what I need to. I simply just cannot have access to my ID! It’s extremely frustrating :cry:

Hello, I am currently using the trial version of AirTable on the web app, however, I’ve created a database and have some information entered already. I want to start applying formulae, but the formula fields are always greyed out, and I am unable to type in them. Is there something limiting my usage of formulae? Thanks in advance

I’m trying to automate my purchase process, wherein after purchase, someone can simply sign up for AT and click on “copy base” at the top right of the screen (I’ve seen this many times with bases I’ve copied on developer sites for examples). My current process makes it so that the client has to wait for me to manually send it to them and it would “automate” the process by the client doing this themselves. Can someone please share how this is done? I can’t find it

Is there a way to make an interface view static, or “archived” so it doesn’t update say after a certain date? There’s probably a better way to say this, help please!

I have a formula field as follows: DATETIME_FORMAT(DATETIME_PARSE(RIGHT({Webhook Data},20), ‘^DD/MM/YYYY HH:mm^’), ‘DD-MMM-YYYY HH:mm’) But it returns a string - Is there an easy way for this same formula to return. date/time field that I can use for sorting please?

I have a form that prefills a unique ID for each customer. They then need to select an event that they are signing up for from a drop down menu linked to another tables primary key. The problem I am running into is that I cannot autofill the event they are signing up for and I really want to limit the view on the events to events that have not occured yet, or even better yet, event that triggered this form being sent out. Eventually there will be 50-100 events and I do not want them all to show up, and I don’t want to have to delete events etiher. Is it possible to run an automation that sends all information from events to a past event table that has the same options and then delete the event record form the ongoing events field? Any other thoughts or suggestions would be greatly apreciated. Justin

I’m trying to print out my records in the expanded view but have only figured out how to print one at a time. Is there a way to print multiple expanded records at once? Aka create a PDF with pages that are of the expanded record view?

Hello- I am looking for a formula that I am stumped on: I have a field with a single select that is called Campaigns. Campaigns has three categories, A, B, C. A, B, and C also represent tasks which is another field. These tasks have 20 options that represent a lead time. That lead time needs to be a workday add formula to a set lookup date that is driving these dates. So I need the option for all noted: As an example I’ll use this, when you select A from campaigns that equals -30 days, allows you to select all tasks that each have a different lead time associated to then auto subtract workdays from the static look up date. Does this make any sense, need multiple switch functions? Thanks!

There isn’t a button to share a view in the app

The link to the questionnaire form no longer leads to the form, but now leads to the registration page. As a result, unregistered users cannot fill it out. Has anyone encountered this problem recently? Previously, everything worked fine and you could use share form.

Hello- I have 4 buttons in my interface designer and they all point to a single select field for reviews and approval status stages. STATUS -On Hold -In Process -Needs Review -APPROVED On one of my buttons, when clicked it is APPROVED. How do I prevent anyone from just approving and clicking the button? Can I set it only one person is allowed to change this button with still allowing the other people to click the other 3 buttons?

i am a beginning user of airtable, and i feel i may be missing something. what do the rest of you do for joining/linking/merging tables with more than say a few 10s of records? i have a dimension table (properties) and a fact table (transactions). i need to join them so that each transaction has the right properties added. i tried multiple times to figure out how to do that with linked records, and lookup, and rollup, till it dawned on me that those only work when you, for each record, MANUALLY CHOOSE THE LINKED RECORD?! in my use case there are only a few thousand transactions going through per month, (and a few tens of properties) but that scale is obviously beyond a manual method. i have been looking around for ‘merge’, ‘join’, ‘auto-lookup’, ‘vlookup’, etc but nothing presented itself. i am quite surprised. i thought for sure that somewhere there’d be an automation, or a script, or an extension, or something that would provide this capability, but it rea

I’m not very sure this is achievable or not. Basically I want to automatically order all records sequentially all the time even i Reorder them. I have auto-number field. when I insert new record anywhere or move existing record I want to maintain the sequence, but that was not happening in Airtable. Am I missing any formulae or anything else?

Hi guys, So I am not new to Airtable, but I certainly do not consider myself an expert. This is the first complex project I have worked on, and I am hoping to get the community’s help in building it. This is a business model template with a cash flow analysis. The goal is to enter a set of assumptions in the scenario table, and then Airtable builds a business model with these assumptions with a cash flow analysis. The area I have the most trouble with is referencing certain records that fit dynamic criteria. In this specific case here the money from sales generated in month x is collected in month x+4 Each record in the sales table is for a month with a unique month ID. I want to have every month show the sales made and the sales collected automatically based on this formula Sales Collected for Month n = Sales Made for Month n-4 I tried doing it with a rollup function, but I wasn’t able to do it without manually linking each record independently.

Hello, I have an airtable dataset that includes: Customers: all the information about customers Trainings: all the information regarding each training (including the date) Inscriptions: that combine Trainings and Customers and also add extra info (e.g. how much the customer payed for the training) I want to build a Dashboard Interface where someone could state a “start date” and “end date” and the dashboard would show: All the trainings in those dates: this seems easy, just used a grid of trainings filtered by those date inputs) The total of revenue from those Trainings In the last bullet, how can I get the SUM of the revenue from all inscriptions in the trainings that are filtered by those dates? Hello everyone– UPDATE: Nvm. I FOUND IT. I am an idiot. Please ignore this post. :slightly_smiling_face: I’ve been staring at my db for a few hours now and cannot seem to find the source of a discrepancy in values. My DB stores cash advance transactions on one table for a set of customers (found on another table). To get the total of advances to display on the customer table, I simply do a rollup. HOWEVER… the rollup value is inconsistent with the total I’m getting in the other table. I’m stumped. It’s maddening. Any ideas? Screenshots are attached if they can help. *T

How can you move or transfer images in one base to another base? Without downloading to desktop each image and uploading to new base? Is there a move to feature like GoogleDocs?

Hi there! I’m trying to develop a base to manage my company’s work and break out tasks effectively. We create artistic assets for clients, where each asset involves multiple stages of production (each stage roughly corresponding to a discrete task). I’ve created in my base an “Assets” table and a linked “Tasks” table - for ease of use, I was in search of an automated way to batch create multiple records linking “Tasks” to specific assets. I found the “Create child linked records script,” which is a great solution for this. However, this script only creates empty records (excepted for the linked field) - after records are batch created, I need to go in and manually enter the stage of production for each new task record from a single-select field. I’m wondering if there’s a way to further automate this function by “templating” the script so that it creates a record for each production stage? This would be especially helpful, as we create multiple different asset types that invo
