How do I update Vega-Lite code to make what is Airtable match the bar graph below? I believe I need to use the “grouped bar chart”, but I’m not sure how to make it recognize the data fields

I’m trying to create an Integromat scenario, and failing. I’m essentially trying to keep two bases in sync. The first base (the "Production BOM Test below) is our production base and contains the active BOMs (bill of materials) for our finished goods. The second base is a base that contains all of our BOMs and where all of the BOMs will be managed. You can see that the BOM in the archive base has added part E to FG A, and removed part D. What I want integromat to do is see that I have selected FG A needs to send an update to the production base, delete all the existing records in the BOM table of the production base for FG A, then create new records that match the information in the archive base. I have been able to get integromat to delete any records in the production base that has a “name” that matches what is in the archive base. However, that means it’s not going to find the record with the name “FG A - Part D” to delete it (since that’s not a record in the archive). I really

Hi, I imported a database from Google Sheet - which has a date column. Now when its imported - its being taken as long text. Further, when I’m trying to convert it into date - its incorrect converting day as month and month as day - and some cells are even coming as blank. Can someone help me understand how I can fix this? Hi guys, I have two tables. Table 1 is called Contacts (contains contact and deal information), Table 2 is called Questionnaire (contains a series of long text questions) and is linked to table 1. I want to set it up so that when a contact completes my questionnaire through the link I provide them, the data they have provided in the questionnaire form will be automatically attributed to their record in the Contacts table. I’m hoping that by doing this I will then be able to view the contact and from within the contact, open up their questionnaire responses. I have considered having them in the same table however the contacts table already holds a large amount of fields. Through my research of this issue I have found and followed a Airtable guide called “Use case: update records via a form”. From what I understand, this method uses a field in the Questionnaire form that is prefilled and labled “please do not change this portion of the form”. Unfortunately I cannot use this method as it

Hello! Is there a way to have linked fields in a table display as a color identified by a field in another table? For example: I’m trying to set up a social media calendar. I’m color coding by platform in table 1. So Facebook, Twitter, Instagram are all different colors. In table 2, I have post topics I’m displaying all posts that are about a certain topic in the linked field. I’d like those linked posts to display as the colors set up in Table 1 for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. Please let me know if this doesn’t make sense. Thank you!

Why won’t this work? I feel like I’m following instructions to no avail. Tried every possible combo with the duration field, same too long result that I can’t calculate. Field 12 is where I’m trying to get the result of for example Date 5:30 pm, with run time of 120 minutes, would then result in same date 7:30pm. The fields are as follows Date and Start Time, Run Time, Duration, 60, Duration as seconds. 1/23/2020 5:30pm 1:42 102 60 6120 I’ve calculated run time as seconds, used that - I love airtable but some simple functions are tough. Hi everyone, I’m looking for a rapid way to view and categorize images - something that can be done with keyboard inputs, ideally. I’m not talking about annotating parts of an image, but instead being able to select from a Single Select field, and to do so quickly. This is being used for image classification for building a training dataset. I am currently using an Interface and also customized cards (which at least allows for keyboard scrolling between records but is still clunky). Thanks for any tips!

Hi everyone, I have been working with AirTable for three month now and I have some intermediate knowledge about data bases. I was wondering if it is possible to generate a report that expose the changes log for the entire table after a manual sync of that. For instance, this report should say row 1 changed from XXX to YYY, or like the activity panel that shows in red what was eliminated and green what was added. A/ Dependent Drop Down Lists 1/ Example of a dependent drop down list A drop down list of Fruit => Select Apples => Drop down list = Granny Smith, Gala, Fuji, etc. 2/ Excel Way Using the INDIRECT Function, we create lists with associated lists. 3/ Airtable Way? Is there a simpler way to do this on air table? Let’s say i have a field named “company name” and a field named “logo”. I am new in AirTable and just added the script “Create records for multiple templates” that’s available in the Marketplace to my base, Is there a better description anywhere of what each field is? A video or anything explaining a little better how to setup the script? What each field is? That is just VERY confusing to me at least.

Hello. I have built several Interfaces from a particular Base in my Workspace. However, I need to move that particular Base to a new Workspace. When I move this base will the associated Interfaces also move or will I have to recreate them all again from scratch (shudder!)?

Hey everyone, I have developed a simple formula that use Google to translate English from French (or what ever language you want) by pressing a button from an original URL inserted in any table. But it seamed that Airtable is blocking the translation from Google Translate… Maybe I’m paranoiac, and it’s just my IP blocked but as Airtable is not available in any other language than English right now it would be really senseless to do such a thing right? My formula works on other sites, so it is not on Google end, could someone explain why it is blocked please? Hi all! I’m on a fairly time crunched project and am stuck on solving a problem. Specifically, I am fetching data from an API using DataFetcher that is a table of products that have columns with “tags” for the product. There are a total of six columns with different tag names in each column. What I’m hoping to do is in a separate table entitled “Tags” to a have a column key where each record is a unique value of any tags in those six columns in the other table. Ideally, this would also update automatically when datafetcher runs and updates the other source table and new tags are added. Is this feasible? Many thanks in advance for any consideration.
