When I go to upgrade to the new Teams plan, it says I have 14 billable users (and tries to charge me for such), but 9 of our users are only commenters.The Pricing page FAQ says, "No charges will apply for read-only collaborators, commenters, or people submitting forms."When I click "14 Billable Users" (on the upgrade page), it says, "…users with viewer and commenter permissions will get free viewer seats."And yet:It says here, "You can see every billable collaborator… This includes… any base collaborator with owner, creator, editor, or commenter permissions."And here: "On self-serve paid workspace plans, any collaborator with a permission level of Commenter, Editor, Creator, or Owner is classified as billable.I know Airtable is in middle of a price structure switch; not sure if this conflict of info is due to that.
When indenting a numbered list in the Airtable rich text field, the Level 1 numbering is working properly. However, the level 2 is not unique to level 1 and continues on the sequence from the previous level 1 line. Ideally, I could have a list organized like below:step one… Note regarding step one… step two Note regarding step two… Any idea on a quick fix for this?

Can anyone point out what i’m doing wrong here? The goal is to create a list from 30 different fields. Each field should be on a new line We want to skip any fields that are empty. I am working with two separate bases in Airtable and would like to use a Lookup field to retrieve data from a table in another base. Is there a native way to achieve this without relying on third-party integrations?Additionally, I need to link a specific cell from one table in a base to another table in a different base. Is there a built-in Airtable feature that allows this?I would appreciate any insights or best practices from those who have worked with similar requirements.
Hi everyone, We’re experiencing an issue with how linked records display in our Airtable base, and I’m hoping someone can help. Our setup includes two tables: Jobs and DS. Each job can be linked to one or more DS records. However, when we create a new job and link a DS record to it, the DS record doesn’t immediately appear—it remains hidden until we refresh the page. This makes our workflow a bit frustrating, as we have to manually refresh to see the newly linked records. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any ideas on what might be causing it or how to fix it? I’ve attached a screenshot for reference. Appreciate any insights! Thanks in advance!
Once I start the Airtable app on Windows 10 it fills up the entire screen. I am unable to size it smaller like I can do with a typical window by dragging the edges. How to fix this?

Dans ces champs les valeurs peuvent être entrées dans des ordres différents. Le résultat serait par exemple le remplissage d’un champ “TEST” renseigné automatiquement “OK” si vrai et “NON OK” si faux.Je n’y arrive pas que ce soit avec une formule ou un script. Needing the ability for a manager to oversee tasks while various team members do their parts as it moves through a recurring monthly process.If the manager is assigned all tasks they’re responsible for managing, it looks like they have about 240 things to do when that’s not really accurate, making it challenging for the manager to parse out their real to-do’s vs the tasks they’re responsible for but are currently being working on by someone else. If the manager is not assigned to the tasks, it’s difficult for them to monitor the progress of all tasks. Example: A manager is responsible for 60 client tasks being completed in a month, moving through a kanban board for various stages and assignees doing their part. 4 other team members have action items for all the tasks at various points. How can the manager see progress of their tasks while the action item is with someone else? Is there a non-scripting way to filter out specific filenames from an attachment field? Interface look up field displaying jackets of manuscripts. Want to show all images bar those with the filename “Placeholder.png” Had hoped for an “Only include linked records where ‘Jacket’ ‘filenames does not contain’ but missing that one.Or a formula where I can use FILTER into a second field but still display an image?Didn’t want to use scripting as want to keep as a look up but maybe I’m missing something? I have my form embedded on our site, and I don’t want the title to show. Is there a way to hide it? I tried deleting the title on the form within AirTable, but it won’t let me have no title.
I am having users attach photos and I would like a way to show the size of a file so that we can have an indication of the size of the file attached. Doesn’t anyone have a solution for this? Thanks in advance for your help.
My table has two checkbox columns that are set to show different symbols for True. “Actively Working” column is set to show a yellow star. “Hide” is set to show a red “x”.Both of these columns are showing a mix and match of both values (see photo). It is happening in the app on both ipad and phone. Individual records opened up show the correct value in the correct column. Anyone else having this issue? How do I resolve it?

Hi,I have two tables - one that has projects with tasks and one that has employess. Each task field from the different projects is linked to the employee table. When I want to assign an employee to a task, I link the employee record to the task in the tasks table. This works fine.However, when I go to the employee table, I want to see a list of all the tasks assigned to each employee.How do I make it show up automatically?

I have a list of clients that I do work for. I do the same 50 tasks for each client. Each field in my table is another task. The tasks are dropdowns with the status of the task like assigned, in progress, completed, and questions for supervisor.My supurvisor wants to create a view that shows only the questions for her. I did this by filtering the view to only show records (clients) that has the choice ‘questions for supervisor’ in field a, b, c d, etc. all the way through. This works well.However, I need to unhide all the fields because maybe that field is the one with a question. So, when a question pops up in her view, she has to scroll all the way to the right until she finds the field that has a question. This wastes a lot of time especially because there are a lot of clients and by each client there can be more then one question.I am looking for a way to only unhide a field that has ‘questions for supervisor’ for at least one record. But after adding someone as a commenter, I noticed in the workspace settings that they were listed under billable users. That confused me, so I started searching the community — and I found posts confirming that commenters are billed on the Team plan.I'm now exploring other options, and I came across this in the Airtable support documentation for the Business plan:“The following collaborator permissions on the self-serve Business plans are billable:Editor, Creator, Owner.”What I’m trying to confirm is:👉 Is this 100% accurate – that on the Business plan, I would only be billed for Editors, Creators, and Owners, and that Commenters and Viewers are free?In my case, I’m the only Editor/Owner, and I just need to invite a few commenters, who would only access the base through Interfaces (they don’t need full base access).So the difference in pricing would be significant, and I want to

I'm super interested in anything to do with airtable and emails as I keep seeing a few challenges: The challenge of receiving and tracking email responses. Replies to emails sent via Airtable end up in the void instead of the shared inbox Record limits quickly become a problem when saving emails as records Threading issue when parsing emails and creating records in AirtableAs I'm thinking of clever ways to solve these problems, I'm eager to hear feedback from the community. Hi all,I have a very strange behaviour with Airtable attachments together with make.comIn a loop in make,com, I create 4 images using FLUX. I upload the generated images using "Create a record" module together with some other data (attachment column type) The images are correctly uploaded to the Airtable. Later in the same scenario I use the “Search records” module in order to retrieve the 4 rows with the images The rows and data are retrieved correctly but in *some* cases (this can’t be reproduced) the returned data for one of the images contains only the ID and the original URL (that I used to upload the image) instead of the Airtable data with the airtable URL and the thumbnails, etc..See the screenshots:The first one shows the Create Record and the circled field contains the URL for the upload The second shows the wrong result for one image (yellow) and the correct result for another (green) The thirds shows the output bundles which make it obvious that there’s a difference.Any i
I used to have a “cool” username, now it changed and there’s no way to change it even though I was/am a rank of “5-Automation Innovator”. IT says you have to be above rank 3- Contributor level 3. Then I should be able to navigate to : Settings>Personal>username to change it but it does not exist in settings?
