I have a base that contains two tables. Table 1 Meeting Schedule - Table 2 Meeting Type - Meeting schedule allows me to select a meeting type and assign it a date and populate the purpose, outcome, previous notes and attendees. I now want to use the Meeting Schedule link created in Meeting Types to identify the previous and next meeting. I am currently running a rollup that finds the dates of those events, but I am not able to actually link to the record using that information.

I changed from Free to Plus (annual) on 2020-07-13 and the workspace has [2 billable collaborator] at $120 per collaborator per year, for a total of $240 per year. I remove 1 collaborator on 2021-03-30. Will I receive a refund? What is the refund amount? When will I receive it? Does the refund be returned to my credit card account?

Hi I have the free Airtable version and I wondered if I could set up events with reminders in the calendar feature. I have some TV shows that I would like to be notified, a week earlier and every day after that until the date of the TV show. I was thinking of creating a base with a field for name of TV show, air date and I am not sure if I need a Field for the calendar (using the calendar is new for me and I don’t even know if I have the calendar option with the free version). Hi, I am trying to consult a business which organizes house sales. Nowadays they do most of it on paper. Go to the house, fotograph the items, stick on a label with a number, which they generate on a spreadsheet, where each line is an item. Sometimes even paste in the foto in the spreadsheet. I am a filemaker developer but for this client I think Airtable could be better to start with. No… I understand Airtable but am not very savvy. My first problem is already… HOW do I print a simple Label? I mean somentihgn wit ID00023 or CLIENTX00023 on it… might even with Barcode? Do I already have to use the API and use ZAPIER and go into another software suite? Hints?

Hello, I am looking for a way to enter the current time in a (duration) field in the web forum form by a single click or pre-filled (so it can be at least easy edited), as well as the current date for a date field. However, I can’t find a way to make javascript executable in the form. I need this because I want to log phone calls and there I also need the start and end time of a phone call. Thank you.

Is it possible to connect a department email to Airtable? While I know it is possible to Connect Accounts like Outlook Email to Airtable, it currently only connects your primary mailbox. I have several departmental mailboxes which are accessible via my Office365 account, but only my primary inbox is listed as an option to choose from when I want to send/receive mail from it in automations. Am I missing something, or is this not possible currently?

I want it to log into those services to get the data — I don’t want a manual data entry step for the financial info. Can this be done in AirTable?

I have an email calendar in Airtable and we have to review our creative with leadership. I know I can use the gallery view but it would be easier to have the creative in the same view as a calendar.

Hi all, I have created a base of products and I would like to share it to my contractors to submit quantities of products they want. I found there is a share option that can share my base to “commenters” but it seems like they will have to sign up to see the base. Is there anyway to share the base to someone to “comment” on some fields without signing up?

Hello. I am trying to be self taught in Airtable and it’s working so far. I created a form in Airtable and then used MiniExtension App to Request signatures on each document. That worked great, but now how do I export those forms with the signatures to give my legal team and my client the fully executed agreement copy? Additionally, is there a way to imbed my signature on every form that goes out in advance before the client signs it?

I am generating barcodes and I need to use more than 7 characters. However, when I add more than 7 my iphone is no longer able to read the barcode. I’m able to type in barcodes that are longer manually, but I can’t scan them.

Hi guys I’m trying to build by own CRM/Sales Forecast (akin to Pipedrive) and trying to work out if Airtable is the best solution. I’m currently managing the process in an Excel template with a few other steps tagged on (manual and time-consuming). Essentially this is what happens; Sales opportunity identified with relevant % of winning Opportunity is split across various cost centers based on the team involved, also split over months depending on the duration of the work. I need to split the forecast revenue among all these cost centers and report either individually or as a whole on a month-by-month basis. I’m trying to get my head around how this might work in Airtable. Has anyone done anything similar before? Thanks!

Perhaps this will sound off, but I want to know how to turn off the pro trial immediately. Right now, I was able to turn it off in two weeks. I.e. I turned it off, by going to the free plan. But, it will remain active for the 2 weeks. Yay more features right? But that’s not what I’m looking at. I’m evaluating this for 2 potential reasons. 1. Will it work for companies/jobs I have in the future? 2. will this work for indie groups I’m with, who can only afford free? I cannot figure out #2 on this app, if it won’t let me know how close I am to the boundaries of free, if its saying I can put in 50,000 records. #2 is also the larger reason that I am looking at this now.

Hi! I’m working on a project that requires that responses from Qualtrics Surveys get logged in airtable. I keep encountering this mysterious error when I try to create a record via POST. Any advice or direction you might be able to share would be greatly appreciated! I’ve been trying to solve this for almost three days now.
