Hello! Here is the current situation: There is a JotForm used to collect submissions. Each submission will generate a PDF of the submission. My JotForm is also integrated with Airtable. Each submission in JotForm will generate a new record in Airtable. I have an integration with JotForm and Google Drive. Each submission made in JotForm will generate a folder in Google Drive which will contain all attachments as well as the PDF. I would like to have the PDF added to an Attachments column in Airtable. Is something like this possible? Or would I have to manually upload the documents myself for each record?

So I’m running for office. I have my voter database in here. I need to weed out all the voters who have already voted via mail/dropbox. I have the unique voter id number of everyone who has voted and have that as a field in my main spreadsheet. How do I weed those out so that I’m left with just the folks who haven’t voted yet?

Hi there - I have a table where users are taking an attempt or two at a form. I am wanting to first have the script ask for the email to look up which works fine. I am then wanting to have the script choose which ‘attempt’ they would like to do the calculations on. I am having trouble filtering so that I can keep the ID and then push that to another ‘results’ table and still be linked. I can add code but it’s a bit messy and filtering based on text and not maintaining the integrity of the id to relink it. Part 2 Bonus points: I am wanting to create a button text or record so that when prompting, the date and /or session is given. Any suggestions are appreciated.

When I pull data fields from Airtable with Zapier for an eSignature application, the number formatting does not stay consistent. I do not have this issue when pulling data from google sheets with Zapier. For Example: “100%” turns into “1”. “3.0%” turns into “0.03” “$147.64” turns into “147.6444372” I may need future assistance with Airtable development for business application. Thank you in advance. Will be grateful for any assistance.

I’m using AirTable to track participants in a series of trainings. They will write sample test questions (using a template) as part of this training; sample questions are reviewed and feedback provided, then they revise and resubmit. Previously they’ve done this in Word docs with renaming and uploading to an FTP etc. etc. but I am sure there’s an app that could make integrating this with their records in AirTable automatic. My initial searches have come up empty, however. The system has to be more secure than say Google docs. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

I would like to select a message in Slack and turn it into a new record in a table. (1) If the message has a hashtag like #company: IBM, I would like that to get mapped to the company field in the record. and/or (2) Can I get a little pop up next to the selected message where I can populate the record fields and send it to Airtable? I’m attempting to embed an Airtable into my Squarespace website. It works and looks great on desktop! However, it doesn’t convert to cards on mobile as it shows on the embed page on the Airtable site. Do I need to do something special to have an Airtable appear as a grid on desktop and as a card on mobile?

I’ve imported some data to a new table - it’s a subset of the data we have already - but with additional information - an ‘hours rounded’ field… I want to add the ‘hours rounded’ to the main table. I’ve created a linked field to the imported table I’ve created a look up field that is pointing to the ‘hours rounded’ I cannot seem to make the lookup retrieve the time data… what do i need to do?

Vincularía la nueva base por medio del Sync Table entre base de datos. I need to upgrade myself and one of my base collaborators. This person is not a workspace collaborator, but just needs access to one of my bases. I do not see an option to do this. Any suggestions?

Hi I am trying to iterate between pages of results from Airtable in Integromat. I tried to do this with Search Records but couldn’t work out a way to back and iterate through any bundles above 100 (it was reporting the first 100 bundles, being the default page size in Airtable). So I’m using a custom API call and can pull the first 100 records, with an offset. I can then pass the offset in a second query and get more records. However, I can’t work out a way to repeat the process programatically based on the total number of bundles - I don’t want to include an arbitrary number of calls as that isn’t flexible if the records exceed the number of calls, and in any case using multiple calls (rather than say one call with a repeater) seems tricky. Hey guys, I saw a few closed posts about this but when I share a grid view as a url (or even an embed) when they filter that view, then attempt to print it, it ignores the filters! IS there maybe any work around for this??

Is there a way to craft a table/view and a Zap to always pull the first row from that view, when there is no known search key for that view? Alternatively, I’d settle for being able to pull any random row from that view. It does not appear that Zapier’s Find Record has the ability, since I won’t know the key in advance (these are rows that need to be pulled into a Zap, worked on, then updated so they disappear from the original view, which means the first row will then become something else). And other recommendations on random finds seem to revolve around knowing autonumber ranges etc, which again, I won’t know, since these numbers will change as records disappear from the view. Anything else anyone can recommend?

Hello, Can anyone give me a solution for transferring my personal credits to my workspace in Airtable? I am the owner, and I have tried to follow the instructions for doing this with no success. Is there only a certain time that this may be done - such as during the billing year? I can’t figure out why I’m not able to do this. Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Hi guys, I have a table with only 2 views. One is “Master” and is a personal view, and the other one is just a duplicate of “Master”, but with hidden columns, and it’s a locked view. The idea was: Managers use the “Master” personal view, with all the information exposed, and our contractors use the duplicated locked view, with hidden columns (naturally they have a different login). Since they can’t unhide the columns, we thought this would prevent them from seeing sensible information. However, when contractors duplicate the “Duplicate” view (as a personal view, or collaborative view), they are able to unhide the columns and see the sensible information. Is this the expected behaviour? If so, what’s the best way to prevent contractors from accessing sensible information? Thanks!

Hi all, I have email automation that I want to use that sends confirmation emails to clients. I already set up a paid pro plan, but I am still within the trial period. Now when I test the automation it says that my plan does not support this. Does this only work on the enterprise plan? Thank you!

Hi! I am using AirTable for creating a case study database, where I’m organising all cases and their information in the Grid view. I will then be using the Gallery view to create an online case database that external viewers can use to browse. Some of my cases have more information than others - meaning that there are empty entries in some areas in my Grid database. These however still show up on the cards when opening a case in the gallery view. Does anyone know if it’s possible to simply not have empty entries show up on the cards? Thanks!!

I have a lot of PDF file attachments in my records, and I would like to directly access and use the thumbnail images that Airtable generates for each PDF. I can manually extract the thumbnail URL by right-click on an image preview image in my attachment field. Is there an Airatble formula function that can expose these URLs so they can then be accessed by Zapier/Integromat or similar tools? - eg something analogous to what RECORD_ID() does to expose the record ID?
