Is it possible to have a shared view link expire or become disabled after a certain time frame? I’d like to be able to automatically expire a link after a week or on a certain date, so I don’t have this link floating out there after the event date or whatever. For example, the form view should expire after the registration deadline. Is this possible?

Hi,I am new to the Airtable forum but been using Airtable for over a year now. I am trying to create a Gantt view with multiple start and end dates for an employee (the employee has multiple contracts and I want to make sure the contracts don't overlap (too much!) with a visual display. Currently I was able to create a Gantt as seen here:The different contracts are highlighted with boxes, are sourced from a Lookup Field (from a separate, linked table) and separated by commas. How can I make the Gantt recognize the start & end dates associated with each contract? Right now it just shows the employee working (this is hidden off to the left side of the screenshot) from the start date of their first contract through the end date of their last contract, even if there are dates in which they are not working (on the top example 7/7–7/11).The Grid View the Gantt is based from is this: Person#1 is the upper Gantt chart & Person#2 is the lower one. Having a bit of trouble and would love some insight. I have 2 tables. The first table is a Work Order Table and the second is an Activity log table. In Table 1 I have a button configured to upon click open the form view on Table 2. I have a referenced field in Table 2 to reference the record the button was clicked on table 1. I am struggling with the button url on a table 1 record that will open the form on table 2 and prefill the referenced linked fields. Here is what I have so far:

Why does the logo at the top of the forms always appear so tiny? I have resized and changed image formats and the logo still appears very small. Is this intentional? Can this be changed?Thanks!H.

Hello!We made the request to have the form answers emailed to the respondent optional; however, now I have a person who did not tick the box, who would like a copy of their responses. What is the easiest way to send that to them? I do have their email.Thanks!

My organization has several airtable forms for the public to use, and when a new submission is created, the form sends an email to the creator of the form (someone on staff). That staff person is leaving the organization and those emails need to be sent to someone else. Where is the setting to change this? Thanks in advance.

Hello all,New to Airtable and still figuring out things.I am creating a job board, and want some data to be blurred in the main page for non logged in users. I am attaching two screenshots -- one from Airtable and the other from the app I am using to create the board. For example, I want the Company details to be blurred.Is there a way to do this in Airtable (the app itself doesn't have any). TIA 

I may be missing the obvious here but unfortunately the Airtable support pages do NOT explain this. I'm on Enterprise.It looks to me like there is no way to restrict read/write access to bases within a Workspace. I can only see "creator" and "editor" and "viewer" setting on a WORKSPACE level. All bases within that workspace seem to simply inherit those settings.At the same time, I also cannot see the possibility to sync between bases in different WORKSPACES. Or at least when I created a new workspace and a base within that, I was not able to sync/link to a base in the other workspace. What we're trying to do is simple... have interconnected/sync'd bases but each base has different write permissions for specific users. Is that really not possible?

Hey all! I want to create a letter within Airtable and link the letter’s PDF to a specific field. The purpose of it is to eventually send an email with the attachment connected to each record. By the way, it is possible to create the letter with Airtable’s Page Designer app. But, you can not link it automatically to a specific field. Do you have any idea what I should use to get it done?

Hello,I am using make to create a google doc using information coming from airtable. I then download the google doc into a pdf that I upload back on my google drive, it works fine.Trouble comes when i try to feed back to Airtable. I have no problem with sending back a URL into airtable to open the document stored on Google Drive.But I do not know how to send the PDF into an attachement field in airtable. Here is my Make scenario:I have tried to insert a google drive share link action before the last airtable action and to pass this share link in the attachement field. Scenario works, and attachement field is populated, but clicking on the attachement in airtable opens a blank document (the direct link to the same document does open correctly).What do I need to do to correctly populate the attachement field?Thank you for helpingPascal 

Hi all,So I have a table of client records. I have about 30 columns with various pieces of information in each. Some of them are drop-downs, checkboxes, some are single lines of text or numbers, etc. What I need to be able to do is to output information from certain columns into something like a PDF in order to create a "job sheet" for our surveyors, with only the information from certain columns that are relevant to their work. Is there a way to do this?At the minute I have to scroll left to right, manually copy and pasting each cell into a Word document, which is incredibly time-consuming. Does anybody have a workaround for this?Many thanks in advance.

Hi all, first of all, I’m a non-native English speaker, please keep that in mind, in case my question isn’t understandable :slightly_smiling_face: I’m quite struggling to explain it in german, my native language. I’m new to airtable and trying to set up a registration form with limited record entries. The form should not accept any input after, let’s say 30 entries, since the registration is limited. Is there any way I can limit the records in a table? I found some posts about different field types like formula, rollup and count, but they all refer to linked records and that’s what I don’t understand. Do I need a second table for this? And if yes, how do I accomplish this? Is it possible to limit records in general? I’m grateful for any hint. kimon

Hello, Community! My organization uses forms and survey extensively. We’re in small business services so we typically have a select field that allows users to pick their preferred language. From there, we create conditional fields based on their language preference. My issue is that I get records that are in multiple languages and have to use long and cumbersome formulas in the destination table to combine the responses and get them all back into English for reporting. Does anyone know a better solution that would conditionally convert everything back to the English response values? For example { if (person chooses response X-c in Chinese) then (data submitted is equivalent response X-e in English) }. Thanks a ton for your help!

Hello! We are using Airtable for a project plan, where we have one table with tasks and one table with milestones (several tasks are linked to each milestone). We would like to calculate the percentage of tasks completed for each milestone in the milestone table, so we can quickly see that for a specific milestone e.g. 70% of the tasks in the task table have a status of ‘complete’. Hello we ran a survey over a few weeks and are wondering if it’s possible to know/sort by the date on which the survey was taken. We did not ask people to enter date manually, there is no date column - we assumed it would be recorded automatically.
