Hi. Trying to find a calendar integration that will populate film and schedule info from Airtable for our film festivals. Basically, we schedule films in venues throughout a week and need them to be organized consistently and show info like start time, run time, end time, etc so we can share with staff and our cinemas. We're using Google sheets to create our SCREENING OVERVIEW because it doesn't work in Airtable to use the calendar. So need something that looks similar to this in the end, with the full screening schedule per day in separate tabs:Any help or ideas are appreciated. Thanks!John

I have 2 datafields, room type (single room & double room) and guests (1 to 2 names)if in singleroom and the guest (the volume is 1) should say "occupied" in the formulafield andif in room type (double room) it says and guest (the volume 2) then “Occupied” should also appear in the formula fieldMyCode:   IF(AND(room type = "double room", {client overview} = VALUE(2), room type = "single room", {client overview} = VALUE(1)), "occupied")   

I have a column that fills in the State Abbreviation from Jot Form. The form is a drop-down selection that is the same as my single select column in Airtable. Somewhere new duplicate selections are being generated with new submissions. I am trying to figure out where to even look for how this could be happening. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, I have been trying to solve this, and I'm curious if there's a solution. Please see attached screenshot. I'm trying to add a contact within a form in a new interface that I built. How can I achieve this? I can't seem to have a + sign for users to add new contacts. It only gives me the option to choose existing contact. I want to add a new one from there. Any suggestions? Thanks!!!

HiI am very much new to AirTable so this may be a beginner’s question but I would appreciate the help very much. I try to describe the situation in detail below.Context: I am setting up a more efficient lead generation & reach-out tool for sales purposes, automating some manual tasks such as data scraping & email generation. We have 3 email templates that we use, depending on the product that we want to advertise, plus we send to two types of contacts - English or German speaking (i.e. up to 6 different email templates)Goal: I want to set up the process, so that once I have a Contacts table filled, I manually define for each contact which kind of email they should receive and in which language. Then those emails, based on the templates, with personalized tokens (i.e. Hello {Name}, ….) are stored in a new table “Personalized mail”. (then I will use that data to input to Make.com and send these email drafts to my Outlook draft folder).—Here how my tables set up look ideally:Table

I want to launch the first version of my product which essentially let's the practitioner connect their Google calendar, manage their availability at the backend and their clients can book the call from the available slots. Each practitioner can only see information concerning their practice aka data privacy is essential;. How can I go about building a multiuser login without adding them as collaborators? If you're an expert and can help me build this, please reply here. I have a table with information about kids on a team I coach. I have a field for their birthdates and use that to calculate their age divisions. I’d like to use a calendar view to show upcoming birthdays, but the calendar view based on their birthdates doesn’t work, of course, because their birthdates aren’t in the current year. Is there a way to do this?

Hello,I'm trying to create a "Sign Up Page" using an Airtable Form, however, it's not working like I want it to :).I have 1 Table which is the Available Time Slots, and 1 Table which is the SignUps & associated SignUp Form.The problem is that I want my Linked Record (Available Time Slots) to show up in a Grid Format on the Form (either Old Forms or Interface Forms), however, the only option I seem to have is a "+" sign that says "Add Record" that gives a Drop Down menu. Is there anyway I can customize this to display in a better format for folks signing up for a time slot?For example, a list with radio buttons? A grid with a column that has a "Sign Up" button?I'm exploring the possibility of building a SignUp app in Airtable, and using automations, record #s, and pre-filled forms to allow people to self-service their needs like cancelling a session.Ideas are welcome!TIA,ML  

Hi Everyone, I’m just getting started in Page Designer and have two questions that will aid my workflow: -Is it possible to save a layout to use on other tables? -Is there a way to create pages from a selection of records in a table? I’d like to be able to use this extension to send pdfs of selected records within my table, tailored to each client. I’m still getting a feel for airtable, so if you can think of a better strategy I’d love to hear it. Thank you Josh

I am building a task list where the same daily tasks are completed each day, so I have a list with around 20 tasks or so, with links and the time they should be completed etc. However, there are a couple of tasks, such as client briefings, that only occur on specific days of the week - is it possible to get it so that these tasks only show on the day of the briefing in my interface, not everyday?

Hi All,We are considering using the Embed view as HTML tab in Confluence to showcase the project data.My question is it is possible to customize the embed view (not only the height), for example not to display a certain tab?We've considered using the Interface for this task but it has Embed view only for the premade presets, which would not do the work for us.

We have an Airtable base that we would like to display in WordPress. It should be filterable, sortable, etc.; and we should be able to style it as we please. We do not want to simply embed Airtable as an iframe.

I was hoping to put a youtube video in attachment but the URL says it can not be found. Tried a few different videos with different style URLs with the same not found error. Is there a easy way to add video or will I just have to add URL to the video? Which is fine, I just wanted to know if I could embed it without link or downloading, so I thought I would ask.

My team and I are really really disappointed that two-way sync is locked behind Enterprise.  We've been waiting for that feature since it was announced last October.  In the blog post they said "Two-way sync is currently in limited availability for Enterprise customers. It will be available more broadly in early 2023," which, at least to me, implied that it would be available to more than just Enterprise.We have a lot of pretty complicated workflows here, and a few hacky workarounds to make two-way sync happen and it's a massive headache.  Two way sync would help us a LOT and it's fking infuriating that it's just, not an option for us.  We can't afford the $10,000 a sales rep told us it would cost to use Enterprise, plus we were told there's a minimum of 20 users.  I really can't believe they would take such an important feature and just say "small businesses with less than 20 people aren't allowed to have this." In a recent announcment on this v

Up until yesterday, when I changed a filtering option, the table would automatically update. Now it doesn't and I have to hit apply to see the changes.I use filtering a lot to test my data - I look at a summation field and check, for example, what is the result when field X >1? >2? Etc. With the filtering dynamically updating whenever I changed it, I'd get instant feedback. Now it's a real chore, not only do I have to hit apply, but the filter box goes away and I have to reopen it, go to my filter choice, and enter my next value to test. Am I missing something? Is this an intentional update? Thanks!

I paid the annual $240 fee that covers me from July 2024-2025 but in August I was charged $461. Is there both an annual membership plus collaborator fee? I'm not understanding the remaining time/un-used time and why I was charged so much. We have tried to request a refund as we never intended to pay this much but I was told it would only be credited to our account? How can I resolve this? We had 1 additional collaborator that I removed to make sure so we now only have 1 collaborator (myself) on all bases. Anyone experience something similar?

I recently started using air table as a PIM. Each product has multiple tasks that need to go to team members. I want each task to be its own task per product.(Ex Product A and Product B booth need a description but currently in tasks they are both grouped under the one "Description" task and are not able to be marked as done individually.)Is there a way to make these all 1-1 instead of 1 -many? 

We have upgraded to Business account from Team. On Team plan I had set up one way synced tables, I have changed the configuration to allow creation of records from the target base. However, I still cant create new records on the synced table. Do I need to sync the table again? I would like to avoid that because of the relations I have to renew in the target base.

We have 10,000+ clients that need to sign a legal document. I’m thinking I’ll have them authenticate via an Airtable form and then give them a link to a different site where they can sign the document. Anybody done anything like this? What third-party site did you use for signing the document – DocuSign? Something else? Having them download the Airtable app is simply out of the question. Has to be done entirely in web browser and we’re hoping to make it as easy as possible. Any suggestions gratefully received! William

Hi Aweome Airtable Community. Please could you help me understand what I am doing wrong or enlighten me as to why this is happening?I have attached a sample of the Automated email that is sent to our client with a copy of all their appointment in a grid.The issue is that the appointments do not show up in the correct date order for easy checking, and we have had complaints.Why does this happen?  Is it using a different field so sort the appointments?Thank you in advance for the advice and help     

I am trying to make a tutoring database and have it so when a tutor claims a students session as a record and add themselves onto the record via the fillout form it makes it so that when another student loads up the page a conditional tells them that someone has already taken the spot. The problem is this only happens if the person opens up the form page at a time after the tutor already submitted his or her form or if the person reloads the page. I was wondering if there was a way for the form to refresh instantly without the tutor having to click refresh to let them know that someone took the spot because if both tutors open the form at the same time and tutor A submits first and takes the spot. On Tutor B's end it still shows that he can still take the spot so when he submits it kicks tutor A off the spot and claims it as tutor B's.

Hey guys,I have a team that is using the comments in airtable for their communication, where they tag users and user groups. When they tag users the user gets an email notification, but when they are tagged through a user group they do not get an email notification. Is there a way to turn that on?As a side note, I feel that the comments section needs an overhaul in general.Thanks!

Hello, I have several different lead sources filtering onto a base. I have a TEAM of real estate agents that I would like to auto-assign to a lead in a round robin fashion so once all 9 agents receive a lead the first agent will receive a second lead. We have our incoming lead base synced up to receive lead data on via zapier but how would I add on the next agent in line? I believe once this is done I can set up a zapier integration that will notify each agent that a lead has been received… Please let me know if there is a solution or formula I can use!
