Anyone found a way to control the font size on Print View?

Hi there, I'm having issues with formatting when pulling data from Airtable into Formstack Documents (integration via Zapier). Detailed explanation below.The Profile field in Airtable has a large body of text and is formatted with line spacing between each paragraph. However, when I create a document merge via Zapier into Formstack, the formatting is gone in the merged PDF. All the other content in the document is fine as it's part of the PDF template, whereas this Profile section is dynamic so it must be pulled from Airtable. Other fields are pulled from Airtable, but they usually only go over one line so I haven't noticed any line spacing issues.I'm not sure if this needs to be resolved via Formstack itself, or if it's the way I've set up the PDF template in Adobe Acrobat. Or perhaps something else entirely.Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

Hi there -- I'm using Airtable to build a database of jounalists on Meta's Threads. I've made a form so people can submit their details: https://airtable.com/appWgEz1pjYySqFTj/pagzqw2grYU9luJob/form My base consists of four tables: Journalists, locations, publications and beats. The form primary creates a new record in the Journalists table, but I'd like to use the same form to add new records in the other three when necessasry -- i.e. if someone works for a publication that isn't listed.Is this possible? With apologies if this has been answered before -- I did a search around but couldn't see anything relevant.CheersDave

I’m trying to automate an order ID. So when a new row is added, it is given an automatic ID. The existing ID from pre-AirTable looks like: LS000000 E.g. LS and then six zeros. The first order should look like LS000001, the next order like LS000002 etc Currently I use: Field 1 - AutoNumber (AutoID) Field 2 - Formula = CONCATENATE(“LS00”, (AutoID)) Which gives LS001, LS002 etc. It looks right when we get to LS001000 e.g. all 6 digits now present. Any ideas how to force the six zeros from the start?

I have a co-worker who can't "star" any bases on his homepage to favorite them. He can star the one workspace he has, but not the bases. When you hover over the base, the greyed-out star isn't there. When you click the three dots, there is no option there to "star." He has creator permissions for the workspace. What am I missing?

Hoping for some expert guidance on this approach building a reference Table to our BOX folders. AirTable created based on a BOX file report. Zapier BOX Find by filename is working. Import of text fields works as expected. looking for assistance on how to capture a “thumbnail” image (.png 94x94) in an attachment field. Is there a way through Zapier to pull and populate an attachment? I use the Mac Os App and I'm used to have several windows for several bases/interfaces open at the same time but, for a few days now, I can't do it anymore. The option in the "File" menu of the app is unavailable and I have no idea why. I tried to uninstall/reinstall the app and it's still the same...Anyone have the same problem ? If you pay for a Team Plan for your Workspace and another person adds you as a Collaborator to a Base they own (and they also pay for a Team Plan), are they charged for you as a Billable Collaborator too?

Hey Community, i have created a Base for placing Orders. Next step was to create a Formular for easyer placing a Order for everyone.  CheckI have a Question. I would like, when someone start to place a Order wirt Formular an check/select one Field/option (like "oversea" ) that a Explanation pops and show a long Text (like "Please place this and take this and after thant send email to yada yada yada thanks") Some kind of "how to" before he submit the Order to Base.Maybe is posible to define some Text chunks and display them in some sorf ot IF-THEN when different Fields/Options are selected.Thanks for any ideas or advice!

Hey All, I built an Airtable base for a consulting client and their flow relies heavily on being able to print information from Airtable. I set them up with 6 separate Page Designer extensions for them to do so. They're having a consistent problem when trying to print a custom size paper.- it jams in the printer every single time. They've tried it on multiple printers and had their printer tech review as well. They're not having any issues printing when the page is a typical 8x11in size. The size dimensions for the custom page is 545x545 px and I've set the printing size also to 545x545px. When they try to print this page as an 8x11 it does print and there's no issue except that the content is only at the top of the page and they already have custom size printer paper they want to print on (not print and cut each page). Can anyone see why this may be happening? I've run out of all printing thoughts and they're a remote team, so I can't review the printer in person.&

Hey all, I'm looking at creating an order for that take information for our tables for internal orders. I've attached  a picture of what we are trying to create. Any help would be great. I'm stuck on adding additional line that can pull all the details; it seems to just pull the item detail 

Who knows how to achieve this? If you have two tables that are linked together where each record can be linked to multiple records in the other table...My question and goal is... How can I quickly see one table in a way that shows each/one record with the sub.linked records one per line below it? When all the linked records are just in one field bunched up, it's hard to see all of them clearly. When I’m adding records, and I need to add a record in a related table, I have the option to do so through the gallery view but not in the form view. I would like to have that option in the form view as well. How?

Hi,I believe it's been asked many times but I'd like to see if there's any update.I'm trying to count how many records I have within a day and add the sum number to automation emails.So the recipients can have the sum numbers from their emails every day. I've figured out some ways to do so:1) Summary barHowever, I can only have the sum in the summary bar, which can't be added to the automation emails. 2)Count fieldBut can only be applied to linked records. It can be done by linking the records to a new table, but that leads to 2 problems:1. requires linking the records manually2. requires creating new records in the new table manually every dayI need to make them fully automated.I wonder if there's a way to count all the records and put them into email automation, thank you. 

I duplicate my base, but find that my custom extensions are not in new base. How can I duplicate base with custom extension? Much appreciated

Hi all,I work for a marketing organization and we use airtable frequently. We have different bases for each job (graphic design, writing content, digital marketing content, and website content). We would like to find a way to move tasks/projects from base to base. (Ex. creating a postcard. Starts in Writing Content base and then move it to Graphic Design base once writing has been completed). Is there a way to move tasks from base to base, as well as notifying the correct person once it has moved? We would like to make things more efficient instead of sending emails to the appropriate person, letting them know that one part of the project has finished and they can start working on their part of the project.

I’m having trouble writing a script that creates new records (representing jobs) based on the following parameters: start of date range end of date range days(s) included That is, if Mondays are included, create a job on each monday within date range. I use a function to add jobs onto a stack, and call the function for each day of the week as required. My stack is defined outside the function as: Let newJobs = ; The new records created included a date field. That’s the problem. I can see my function looping through the dates correctly, and even pushing them onto the stack. But when everything is finish, every job on my stack has the final loop date. The same date. It was updated even after being added to the stack! My plan was downgraded since my team member has added one extra-collaborator and missed some invoices since it was overlimit and supposed to be billable.Before we were on annually paid team plan.We deleted an overlimit collaborators and want to get our team plan back. Any suggestions how it can be done?We have already reached a support via mail but I am just curious if it could be done any other way.

Hey there! I’m syncing some records from Base 1 to Base 2, and that’s working just fine. In Base 2 I need to be able to add additional records alongside the synced ones. I set up an automaiton to copy these new records over to another Table in Base 2, which works perfectly. I was then trying to use an Update Record automation to copy changes, which tests fine but fails in practice with an error. Is that possible, or is there a better way to accomplish this? I was using Find Records with a condition of my manual unique ID (not the Airtable Record ID), which it seems to do, and then try to apply the updates to the Record ID from that step (Step 2). It all says it’s good, and can even update it from “Run As Configured” - but it fails when I test it by updating Base 1 and syncing Base 2. Updates fine in the sync but fails to update the record in that second Table. Thanks!.

Hello,Your help will be appreciated with the following issue:I have created a form and shared it via a link ("Share form" button in a form view). I need to fix typos in the form description. When I change the content of the form (in the form view), the webpage displayed via the shared link does not change accordingly. Same for the page displayed via the "Open form" button (actually this is the same URL as the shared link). I am under impression that it should.I recall that several weeks ago Airtable seemed to be working differently, i.e. the changes made in the form view were propagated in real time to the webpage reachable via the shared link (and via the "Open form" button).I do not believe this is a problem with my local browser cache, because others who open the form page on their computers for the first time ever, still see the outdated form (while their browsers did not have a chance to cache anything yet).Am I missing something, or am I seeing a bug in that the changes to t

Hopefully I’m posting this in the correct section. If not, please direct me to the correct one. I was going to post in the API section, but this seemed like a “broader” section to start with. I have setup AirTable to support a gaming group of which I’m the admin. The multiplayer game does not have any admin tools leaving us to develop our own solutions. Having done table design and DW/BI work in the past, I was able to build the table structure and views without any difficulty; once I learned how the table linking worked in Airtable. I’ve even been able to create and post the “forms” for users to input data and respond to events with their “bids”. The next logical step is to create the output I need. I’ve attempted to connect Excel to Airtable with little success. I can get the connection created, but I only get a single field of “Record” values. Total rows is correct, but I can’t see any of the fields. I’m familiar with ODBC, SQL, etc. but have no experience with JSON, Java or
