I use Airtable for my small property management business. I have to send a list of customers and some data about them to my insurance agent every year as part of the renewal process for my liability insurance. Insurance companies do not want electronic views of databases. They want hard copies. Paper. To do this, it appears that I have to spend a considerable amount of money to use another application to get my data out of Airtable.Is there a way to print a view or an Interface, or send a pdf of the info, or an email that can be printed? If not, then Airtable has become of no value to me. I need to communicate the way my vendors do. A cannot bend to them to using systems they do not want. I am a very small company. They are very large.If there is away, would someone please let me know how to go about it?Many thanks, Scott

Hi everyone,I'm sure you've all heard about Air.AI or have seen a video discussing it.I'm currently attempting to work with Air.AI, but I've hit a roadblock, where I have to interact with my agent. Whenever I try to communicate with my agent, the webpage prompts me to upgrade my Twilio account from the free trial. Air's tech support mentioned that I can use any plan other than the free trial. However, my budget is extremely limited, around $100 per month, and I'm not familiar with Twilio's pricing. Which Twilio plan would be the most affordable while still being usable for Air.AI cold calling? Ideally, I'd like to allocate $1 per day for Air.AI, which totals to $30 per month.Which Twilio plan would you recommend that fits within my budget?I'm a complete beginner, and I greatly appreciate anyone who takes the time to assist me. I'm genuinely striving to improve my circumstances and find hope in this endeavor.Thank you.

Hey community, I'd like to export all my airtable data (including files) which turns out to be trickier than (at least) I hoped: I understand that there is a CSV export function. The main issue for me here is that the file(s) are stored via the expiry link which makes it... not really (re)useable.Therefore, is there a way to either transform the expiry link into a permanent link or be able to download the complete data?By complete data I also mean keeping the relations: I noticed that there is a way through zapier to export all the data (as files) but they would then have to be linked to the record manually again (from my understanding). Any input is highly appreciated!Thanks, Michael

Does anyone have an issue with emails being rejected from an airtable automation? There was a migration from a different hosting service we used our mail servers on I have disconnected and cleared the cache and reconnected the account but the same issue is happening as the email was the same but the hosting changed I am not getting this issue it seems like from other 3rd parties I was using. This was not doing this before there was no issues sending emails from outlook in connection in airtable so I have no idea what is happening

I'm fairly new to Airtable, so sorry if I'm asking something that is too obvious.I'm thinking about building a prototype for a tool where I use Airtable to store Data via forms, the idea is that the users can "create" a color by giving the values for RGB or HEX, they get a preview of the color and after they commit, the color is stored with the record. It should be a DB of materials for Architectural Visualization, so these colors are the base to configure a material.Is it possible to do something like this with Airtable or I'm in the wrong place here?

I have tried on numerous occasions to cut data from excel and past into Airtable table but keep getting an error.  It is a rather big table but I have done the same operation with earlier data and had not issues.  What:s going on?  See error message below

I’ve been researching the community board for posts on exporting attachments while preserving their association to the correct column (field) and row (record). Is it correct that: as of December 2020, AirTable does not support this behavior directly however, there are third party integration tools which serve this purpose ? If AirTable doesn’t do this directly, it seems like a very significant defect/omission in the product. Thanks for any guidance on this topic.

I have created a form in interface, however, i can't embed it into wordpress becasue "this content could not be embedded". Do you have any solution? If I need to use 3rd party App to redevelop this questionaire form and throw back answers to airtable, do you have any App recommendation as this airtable form has created many conditions with logic flow in order to collect questionaire from outsider? Thank you.  

Hey all, I am trying to add two static images within the extension page designer through the image url but after a few hours the images break and stop working. I have added the images I want to use to another table within the same airtable base and I am copying the image address to add that to the image url for the static image. How do you stop the static images breaking or is there another way to add static images into page designer?Any help would be amazing as I have googled and read other Q&A's and am completely stuck. 

I've contacted support for the first time in the summer of 2022 (!) and I'm still having the same 2 issues: copy/pasting between long text fields doesn't copy the text stylecopy/pasting makes the screen jump from the place in the long text field where I'm copy/pasting to the top of the screenBoth issues are VERY annoying. Is anyone else (still) having this problem?  @MaddieJ, now that support only seems to work for Enterprise clients, how can I escalate this best?! After hearing from support back then that they would look into it, never heard back from them 😑

I am an experienced programmer, new to Airtable.I have two tables, one a 'triage' table where some client information is entered. When the client passes certain criteria I want to add the client information with some additional fields to the 'client' table.The first pass at doing this with a button that builds a url to a form connected to the client table does work.There are two issues - the button can be pressed multiple times, adding the client more than once. Also if the user is in the Airtable app it launches the web version which is disconcerting.I have experimented with a script that tests a two state Single Select field (changing it from "New" to "Added to Clients"). However I cannot see how to launch the form from the script. Is this possible?

Hi Community,I am pulling information from multiple records in a sync'd base into one record in a new base. By doing this I getting multiple images associated with this record, which I love. However some images are associated with multiple records in in the sync'd base and therefore multiples of the same image is added to the attachment. Is there a way to remove the duplicate attachments without having to do it manually? Making sure all attachments are unique.Thanks! 

I added collaborators to my full workspace. But actually want to give them access to specific bases. Is there a way to change this permission, without removing them from the workspace and then re inviting them to specific bases instead? I have searched everywhere. I feel this should be easy and visually blatant. Yet, I’m stumped. Thanks

This feels like it should be so simple. I've got a form with roughly 30 questions on it, and I want to use Page Designer to create a PDF of each response that I can then email to respondents. For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to get a simple grid in Page Designer that shows the responses. The only clue I can find is that if I add a Linked Records element to Page Designer I can choose Grid Mode, but I don't have any linked records in the table, it's just collecting the form responses as they come in. I know I must be missing something obvious.More details: we offer 4 different products and we're asking our partners how many containers/pallets of each product they will want in each month of the next fiscal year. i.e. In March 2024, partner A might want ten containers of product 1, five pallets of product 2, six pallets of product 3, and one container of product 4. Hi all,I've had some questions from my (project managers in higher ed) team regarding the brand new Date Dependencies feature, which overall is a big help and a good replacement for my previous formula field workaround.When updating predecessor dates to complete earlier than originally expected, dependencies do not shift earlier. Is there a way to make dependent start dates sticky to the predecessor's end date? Our current workaround after updating the task's duration is to delete all task start and end dates and start again with task #1's start date. Similarly, when adding a new task in the middle of a timeline, we've found that adding the task duration and adding predecessor links does not trigger cascading dates unless that task's new end date overlaps with its dependent.We're also interested in support for dependent tasks starting on the parent task's end date rather than the day after -- it doesn't look like this is supported within date dependencies.

Hi all,I have previously used an integration between JotForm and Airtable to populate Airtable with submissions from a JotForm form. The integration was working fine as of last night; however, this morning, I made an edit to the JotForm form and now Airtable is not populating with any new submissions. I tried creating a brand new form and reintegrating the two platforms with a brand new table to see if the issue was specifically with my previous form or table, but the new form submissions aren't showing up in the new table submissions, either.Any guidance here would be appreciated! Thank you 🙂
