Hi everyone,I'm new to the airtable world and I would like to understand if there is a way to synchronize the field of a base with the field of a different base.Any advice is welcome, thanks!

I am trying to share specific views of my Airtable base, I specifically want users to see the Tables I am sharing collapsed into their groups, as it makes lots more sense for them to be able to drill down. However, despite me collapsing all within the view, my recipients are seeing the tables expanded. This also happened when I tried to share the whole base. How can I ensure recipients of a shared view or base will see the view collapsed by my groups.

We are using two bases to work different steps of a workflow but are having difficulty syncing all the data back to the original record source in “base #1”. “Base #1” has the planning, design request & scheduling executed and “base #2” has the designing, design proofing & final design attachment executed. We have synced a table from base #1 to base #2 but then created new fields to be worked in base #2, how do we update the original record in base #1 to the applicable new fields created in base #2? As a note, we were able to sync all the applicable fields back to base #1 in a new table but that did not fulfill our workflow need as we require the new field data to be included in the original table in base

I’m having issues adding a miro board. Upon clicking “Add a Miro Board” in the Blocks tab, Google Chrome opens but to a blank page. I am logged into my Miro account in another tab. I’ve also tried logging out of my Miro account prior to clicking “Add a Miro Board,” and Google Chrome opens a page that only displays “Not Authorized.” Can someone advise how best to solve for this?

Does anyone have guidance on how to split multiple choices into list view? For example, I use Airtable to track participants for trainings we offer and in some cases participants will take more than one of our trainings. When I group in list view by training, it is pulling and sorting these participants into a new category rather than just having them show up in both individual training lists. Is there a way to fix this?  Thanks!

We have a nonprofit Pro Plan for 60ppl.Re-upping for the year was a scramble to find the money, so I just put it on a personal credit card to see us through. I paid the bill today, which was one day after the account defaulted back to Free Tier. I have just paid for: NFP Annual Pro Plan 60 Nov 12, 2023 – Nov 12, 2024, but the Workspace still shows Free only. I need the account to be returned to the NFP Pro Plan we just paid for.AirTable is a central part of how we organize ourselves and our work--being on Free Tier has brought all the work we're doing for communities to an abrupt halt.  How can I expedite the process? (I've submitted a ticket and have yet to hear back.)

- I have a source table and a synced table- The synced table feeds Power BI- The person that set up these connections is no longer with us and my knowledge here is limitedQuestion: How can I sync newly added fields in the source table to the synced table? We have added new fields to the source, but I don't see them in the synced table and I need them so it can then feed to Power BI.

I often have issues with pasting into a cell.  It just hangs for a minute or two, sometimes longer.  I've read before that it could be because other fields need to be updated if they have have formulas that use that field. However, in my most recent case, I was simply pasting some text into a text field, and it took at least two minutes.  What is the problem, and is there a solution?

Dear Community, I have a tricky problem. When I want to call someone through the Airtable Phone App, I click on the small phone receiver button, and the iPhone asks me if I want to dial the number. However, for international numbers, the country code (+) or (00) is not included in the 'Call' display. This is a big problem, as I have many international phone numbers in my database. Is this a common issue that Airtable can solve? Is it just a problem for iPhones? Can anyone help me? 

I’ve followed the steps in this article to sync my base’s calendar view with Outlook. I get the successful import message, but none of my dates show up on my calendar. What am I missing?

Is it possible to edit multiple rows at once? I can select multiple rows, but it seems I can only mass delete or mass share - I want to set a certain field value for multiple rows at once.

SYNC TABLE WHILE KEEPING RELATED TABLES.Hello Airtable community,I have a situation that I don't know how to resolve with a synchronized table.1- Situation: I have a "Matrix" table in a base that I've been using since before the option to synchronize bases, where I've built a database with linked tables and a very robust interface.2- Problem: Now I find myself in the dilemma that I have a database in another base generated for "players" in my case, and what I would like is to synchronize it with my "Matrix" table while maintaining the columns generated with the linked tables, as well as the different lookups and rollups.The current situation is blocking me from creating a more collaborative interface with information from different bases.3- Question: Do you think what I'm considering is possible?Thank you very much!

Is there a way to mirror information from a lookup field into an adjacent long text field? I'm using Diagram Automator and the "insert image" function can't read/populate a URL from lookup field only a text field.Maybe a formula or script that could be used as an automation?

Hello. I've been working on a database template to share with other organizations doing similar work. I've recently published that template to the Airtable Universe, but two views are not transferring correctly. These two views are filtered views, and they are filtered based on the values in a lookup field. They are working in my base, but in the published version, the filter remains, but the values are listed as "unnamed position." Those look-up fields are themselves looking up data from a linked field that meets certain criteria. I'm assuming there is something that is breaking in all the steps necessary to carry this over. Any ideas?

Hello, I’m building a database for work and it works pretty well. I’ve just one small problem with linking field on 2 tables in a one-to-many way. I’m linking 1 record from table1 to many records on table2. Works great. On table 2, I desactivated the multirecord link so I can only link 1 record form table1. Great again. The problem is that from table 1 I can make another record which link to the same record on table 2. So when I look in my second table, in my “single record link field” I still end up with 2 differents records from table1 ! So what I would need is to be able to link multiple records from table1 to table2 but without being able to record 2 time the same one. Any idea ? Thanks you for this wonderfull tool ! Nicolas

It seems this may not be a robust as I’d hoped. I have set up project and task tables. I would like many tasks to one project. I went to tasks table, created link to projects with “allow linking to multiple records” disabled. This works great for assigning a task to a project. If I now go to the projects table I can still assign an already assigned task to a different project and this then carries back through to ‘pollute’ the task can only be assigned to one project constraint I set up. Seems the many to one is not truly in the database but just in the selection phase of the app. Worst case I could hide the link field in the Projects table and replace it with a lookup showing the same thing - this will force users to initate the link in the tasks table where the front end entry is enforcing the one-to-many while still allowing view of tasks. Is this just a limitation or is there a way I can work around this?

Since the new Personal Tokens (No API Keys) i cannot connect my airtable to typeform. Does someone has a solution for this? The extension also does not work for my case, as i have an Opinion Scale, which i cannot map. Thanks for your help!

Designing a Form in which I need a user to be able to select an Item from dropdown menu representing a Linked Record field, and then be shown what that Item looks like via Lookup of an Attachment field in the linked table, I’m shown an alert: “This field is read-only and won’t be displayed in the form”. The use case is straightforward though, and high-value: Forms that can allow user to see what to vote for. It’s available in rival products. When can I expect it in Airtable Forms?

Is there any plan to encourage developers to build more apps and write more scripts to marketplace? From the conversation I saw in the forum, getting your apps approved is so difficult and long. I feel Airtable now lacks vibrancy and enthusiasm of other tools (monday.com or coda.io).

Hello, I am seeking to pull a record that would have an image and then a few fields under the image from the same record and then repeat for all records in a filter. The custom text and layout fields of the page designer as well as being able to export make it quite desirable for this but I’m having issues getting the records to populate in this manner. The gallery view provides most of what I need as it gives me multiple records (of which I can filter by field) but the limitations on styling keep it from being an answer to my issue. The screen shot is of a gallery view, the first image/ record is laid out in the manner I’m seeking, and the second is the gallery view unchanged. Any assistance would be great.

Hi, Am I missing this option, or do I need to submit a feature request? I have a Table called Statuses, which I use on multiple tables and multiple fields so that I don’t have to setup a single select 20+ times. When I make a new record, any fields linked to Statuses should default to “0-Not Started” record form Statuses. Is there an option I am missing to set the default linked field?
