Hello,Not sure if I overlooked the obvious, but I could not do the following which seems simple :I have a table with contacts (persons) with their mail, function etc. They are linked to 1 Company in the companies tables, companies which have an address and Zip code. I need to display a list of all contacts filtered by the Zip code entered in Filters: how can I retrieve that value from their company ?I already placed all companies in a nice Googlemap addons so salespersons can visualize where clients are, but values were all in the companies table, whereas here I need to show the contacts emails to reach them if someone visits their region. Thank you !

(This might end up in Features request, depending on what I hear back). Wondering if there is a way to do mailing address validation. I am looking for something like Smarty Streets or apparently there is an add-on to Excel (Windows only) from Pitney Bowes that will at least check to see if the address is possible (i.e., it will tell you that there is a 100 Block of Main Street, but not that 123 Main Street actually exists, as I understand it). I am developing a Base with Form entry, where people can enter addresses. In the past (not on Airtable), I have had to export a special CSV file with addresses, submit it to Smarty Streets, reimport it into the sheet. I would love to have addresses validated as they come in. Thanks!

How do you work on Airtable when ther is no network ?Modern Web&Mobile developpement provides features to cache content and postpone request in order to make UX available partially offline.But ...Interface, Forms, etc ... are not available as a mobile app (unless you hack it using Kiwi Browser)AirTable mobile App seems not to be a lot of cachingDid someone find a workaround or a Chrome Extension wrapper ?

When you input a not existed value in a linked column. A new record would be created in the linked table. How can I stop it from creating new records automatically?

Hi every one, I'm just trying to create a table that shows 3 tables together. Each table is been filled by data fetcher, each table is a channel sources. Meta, Google, etc, with the results grouped by year, month and week (Is like the data comes from data fetcher)I need to do one table with all the channel together. The thing is, in each table of source I have 3 columns that identify and probably link each raw of each table. Column user, year, month and week.Each table has the same first tree columns, so the resume table should have user, year, month and week, and then, the linked results from the table meta, google, etc.In excel is relatively easy, but here I don't find an easy solution. Thanks for any help.

Hey, for the past week or so I have been trying to upgrade my account from the basic free plan to a paid monthly Team plan. While trying to do so, I have been facing issues while making the transaction for the same. How do I go about this? This is the message I received on trying to make the payment "We were unable to upgrade you at this time. Please refresh the page and try again. If you continue experiencing problems, please contact us" 

I feel like I can't articulate this question well enough to search for an answer -- maybe someone here can understand my brain.I want to copy a column of text strings in Airtable, put it in a search box, and have it bring up all the records that contain any of those text strings. Is something like this possible? Basically, I'm working off a synced base that I have additional columns I need to edit. (I can't change the main base in any way -- it's full of "secondary" records that are essentially 8+ copies of the first set of records that I do not want in my base) So every day I'm searching for 50+ strings, one by one, to update those records. Any ideas?

HolaWe are a charity/NFP who has been working on a basic "help our volunteers be able to do their job" system for a while. Tried everything, it looks like one of our key issues can be solved by AirtableWe are aiming to use Airtable as simple terrotory based CRM platform, because it is very straight forward and visual to use. Very impressed so far. our users are not technical and dont need to be fighting screens and awful processes. They just need simple sheet views.(Amongst other things, this is the first thing)We have a lot of contacts and great with Zapier etc. What we want to do is to continue to update items via Zapier as the customers are engaging with us. However wanted to know if a couple of things are possible. - Decent Visual emails out of the platform, as Mailchimp is great on the graphics but not good with much else. - Block list. So if a customer signs up who we have blocked, can we automatically remove them based on email. - Merging records. Record A exists,

Hi All! I’m trying to make a form that is asking individuals to give feedback about consultation sessions they’ve had. One of the questions is which consultant did you meet with. I have a multiple select field with their names right now and then a link to a webpage with the consultants’ profiles but I really want the options to include a name and a picture of the consultant right in the form. I don’t know that this is possible currently but does anyone have any ideas? Thanks! Tallie

Hi everyone, I use Zapier to run a large amount of automations in my Airtable bases. It looks like nothing is working anymore and the reason I’m thinking is because it is listing Airtable as ‘Deprecated’. The only way I can reconnect the zaps is to literally redo them from scratch with a new connection to Airtable. Does anyone have any idea what’s going on here? Also, does anyone have any guidance on how to batch the updated airtable into my existing zaps? I don’t want to have to redo every single zap as I have dozens and redoing them seems to be fastest way to get something wrong. Help would be appreciated!

Hello everyone,I have embed a form on a weblfow page so that candidates can apply directly through my website.The form has around 30 questions so it is pretty long.Everything works pretty well on desktop but on mobile, the form gets blocked while im scrolling as I feel like the Airtable embed scroll takes over the webflow page general scroll.It is only on mobile and i don't know how to solve that. I changed my embed height so it takes the whole form but i still have an issue with scrolling.Here is my the link to the website : https://www.spacegreen.co/applyIt works well on desktop but if you try on mobile, you can scroll the beginning of the page but as you get through the form, the scrolling gets locked with no way to scroll past upwards on downwards. The only solution to bypass that is to go scroll really fast to the bottom of the page so the embed scroll does not take the priority over the page scroll. In my ‘Properties’ table - I want to add all the details relating to my property including Seller details, Escrow company etc, which I want to link from my Contacts table, but it is causing multiple ‘properties’ columns in my Contacts table when I feel like it should all appear in the one column? TLDR: I'm not able to upgrade to a Business account, and when I go to my workspace, it says it does not belong to my company. I am the sole billable collaborator in that workspace, and I'm listed there as Owner.---I'm a consultant. A year ago, I set up an AirTable Workspace for one of my clients, adding them as a billable collaborator. I paid for their first year of use myself. When the new plan structure came along, I upgraded my own workspace (A) to Business, and the client workspace (B) became Teams level. This morning I wanted to switch from monthly to annual billing. This wasn't an option, so I tried downgrading temporarily to Teams to see if then when I upgraded again, the Annual billing option would be back.But it won't let me upgrade. When I go to my workspace, it says it's external: "This workspace does not belong to your company."Who does it belong to? I've gone through all the new plans and understand that when our plan renews (we are on Annual Pro Starter Pack currently) we will be changed to the Team plan.But I am still uncertain as to the pricing - we currently pay $348 annually for up to 5 seats.  I have read that the discount remains that we were getting on the Pro Plan - but what does that mean actually. We currently have 2 users.Has anyone been moved from Pro Starter Pack - annual to the new team plan annual. Can you tell me what the renewal price was? Thanks! -The only post I could find I think was for someone who was moved off the starter pack before renewal and lost the discount. 

HiMy card has expired and I need to go to a physical mailbox to replace the card, but that will take me a few days. An attempt was made by airtable to charge the card, but it has failed. How long do I have until my account is affected?

I’m working on an app to keep records for a children’s club. We try to get their birthdays, but sometimes they don’t know the year they were born. Is there a way to enter only the month and day? Ultimately I want to use the date to calculate the age, but I can have a check box to test if the date isn’t complete. Alternately, maybe I can use the age if we know it to calculate the year. I would like ideas for the best way to handle this. Thank you.

Does anyone have an example they can share of a “Now, Next, Later” style roadmap they’ve set up with Airtable? Would be interested in learning how you went about setting it up, since the Airtable timeline view is tied to dates. Thanks!
