Hi there,I am hoping to build a form which allows individuals to 'verify' the data we have on file for them. For example, say I have a phone number and an account number I want them to confirm. I have this data in a table, and want some way to have this in the form with a yes/no tickbox to allow them to confirm that the details are correct. However, using the prefill form links I am only able to get these as editable sections. I don't want users to be able to edit the prefilled entries but rather to just verify or not verify them as correct. Any pointers on how to achieve this would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

A bunch of people use a Shared Link that I created. When opened they have the option to filter data in this view, which is really nice. In this view they are allowed to print (or export to csv). Now, I found out that, when filtered, the Print command will still show all records! That’s too bad, because especially with a lot of records, you really don’t want to print all of them. Is it possible to adjust this? Frankly, it feels like this is a bug.

Hi, I'm facing an Issue with importing data into Airtable. I have date prepared in Google Sheets which I'm trying to import in 4 diffrent ways: just copying the range (data table) and pasting it, exporting the .csv file and trying to import it, exporting the .xlsx file and trying to import it and also via Google Sheet connection. I have tried diffrent types of date formats in Airtable. In all cases importing dates appear one day before the date, so that once I have the date (screenshot from Google sheets): TestDate2025-01-15while importing it appears to be (screenshot from Airtable):   Has anyone faced such issue?Thanks in advance, Best regards, P

I have a base with several tables and lots of linked records between the tables. It has become necessary for various reasons to move one of those tables to its own base.Is there a way to move that table to its own base while preserving all the linked records to the other original base?  I'm struggling to find a good example or guidance how to approach that.thanks!

Hi everyone,I'm new to Airtable and really excited about using it! I'm trying to create a simple feedback form with four options, where one option is selected based on a URL parameter. I can get the selection to work when I use the ?prefill_type=xxxx parameter in the URL while logged in. For example:...airtable.com/appZv5lCwXXXXXXX/pagY4IFXXXXXX?prefill_type=xxxxHowever, this link only works for logged-in users. To make the form publicly accessible, I add /form to the URL like this:...airtable.com/appZv5lCwXXXXXXX/pagY4IFXXXXXX/formThis public link works, and anyone can fill out the form. We assign employees (N=65) to Job Type (N=5) and Job Title (N=many) every six months.Before we begin, we know the employees and the job titles.There are two phases: assignments and distribution.Assignment:I assign individual employees to individual job types and titles.Distribution:Employees get sent a list of their job assignments for the work period.We need to:Make sure that every employee has a job type and title.Make sure that every job title has an employee.What is the best set up for this kind of task? Is it just one big table? is it two tables (employees, jobs)?I FEEL like this is a job for linked records, but no matter how hard I try, I can't figure it out--I've been doing this on a spreadsheet but there's gotta be a better way (particularly because I have to do this twice per year).-Scott

I am looking into the possibility of using AirTable as a back end data repository for some of our data. In order for this to work, I'd have various event triggers accepting data fields and using that data to create or update an Airtable base/table using REST API calls. The goal is to replace some existing back-end that is stored in a SQL Server database.One aspect that I'm not sure to handle is preventing concurrent changes. Hi Good Airtablers:We upgraded to Enterprise in part for the Salesforce and Jira integration, but it seems that all synced bases are read-only. Is there a setting that can enable changes in Airtable to be upserted into Salesforce?I feel like this feature was there when our AE demo-ed it to us.Can anyone from Airtable show me how to edit from Airtable into Salesforce? Hi! I've been doing some scripting with the script extension, and managed to get it to a great working state when running manually in my base. I now want to put this in an automation sequence to trigger on a daily schedule. However, when running the script through automation, any API call I try to make is met with a 403 response. I've reached out to the company hosting the APIs I'm trying to call (Aha!), and they seem to believe the call doesn't even reach them (they can see my successful attempts from the manually triggered runs, but no blocked attempts), indicating something is being blocked by Airtable before the fetch call goes out.For example, dumbing it down to a very simple call, the following works in the base when running manually (200 status response with expected JSON response), but fails when running automatically (403 status response, even gives me syntax error for 'unexpected end of JSON input'):  let apiToken = 'WORKING_KEY' l

I went to get into my airtable this morning, and it told me that I needed to request access. I am the person who set this up, and when it sent me the email to have the owner approve it, when I went to approve it, I got “This access request is no longer valid." I have a lot of data that I need access to. Please advise how I can recover my airtable.

Hey there! I’m having this issue when trying to create a record into another table within an automation. I have creator permission in both tables and a paid plan. I’ve tried everything on this link Error in Automations and i’m now figuring out if that last comment is what is happening to me, though that would mean i cant create records if im leaving lookup or linked record field empty. Hello all, I need your brilliant brains!I am new to Airtable and I am hoping to create a base to rule them all, so to speak. Basically, I am a small biz owner and a single mum with ADHD and I am just drowning right now and I need to turn things around and manage my time a bit better and I'm hoping Airtable can (and you) can help! I am thinking I'd like a base that I can use to map out my capacity in regards to the projects and tasks I have and sort of timeblocking my day. I'd love to be able to have time spent on tasks adding up so I can see when I am approaching the capped amount and/or when I have gone over. I want to be able to plan a weeks worth of tasks for the business, allocate to my subcontractor and reshuffle tasks around because, life happens. I would love to have a simple interface where I can view all of the data.I'd also like to have a base for each of my projects so that I can report back to the client about what has been acheiv

I need to change the name and email for one of our accounts — new employee name, new employee email address. The login is currently "login with Google" — which I don't have a problem with. I have access to that email and I'm logged in (former employee email). Airtable states that in order to update the email address and the name, I first have to "add a password" and that "an email has been sent to [former employee email address] to add a password" — I am logged into this email account, and the email has never been received. I have repeated this step nine or ten times and have never received the email. What are next steps? I've also contacted support, for whatever that is worth.

Hello,Is there a way to change the time format from a 12-hour to a 24-hour time format for the timeline view (as well as the interface element)?The calendar view seems to do it automatically, however, I can't find a setting or any info on the support pages.The columns are formatted as 24 hr.

We have struck a deal that spans multiple payment periods. To this end, on my [Revenue] table, I'm trying to set a dynamic filter on a lookup of the `Sessions` field, which is itself a lookup on the [Deals] table. I want the `Sessions` field on the [Revenue] table to display only the sessions – hourly sessions or weekly sprints – that ended after the `Work Period Start Date` and before the `Work Period End Date`. My goal is to use Airtable's built-in features, along with custom automation, to streamline the process without relying on third-party tools.The problem is that, when a sale is recorded in the Sales Table, I need to automatically update the quantity in stock for the corresponding product in the Inventory Table. Hi - please note, I have searched all over support and community pages and cannot get a good answer. I am trying to embed a form on our website, and need to configure what happens “after the form is submitted”. Initially, we had a message, however, in the form itself on our site, that message appears midway down the form box (frame) – and cannot actually be seen. I would like to bring this up to the top of the form. This should be simple, I thought… but no. Then I tried to set a redirect to a “thank you” page on our site. When the form is submitted, a very ugly message pops up that the user will be redirected to said URL - and then it doesn’t and a new blank form appears. Again, this is not seamless. Any help on either above would be terrific. Thank you!

Imagine that we create two records in a table:1. The first is created through a form submission, so many of its fields are filled in at (or near) the instant that the record is created.2. The second is created by using the "+" button on a grid view. The record itself is created, then fields are populated as the user fills them in.Is there a term/pair of terms used to describe the "completeness" of a record upon creation? As in, the record created in scenario 1 is said to be **insert word here**, while the record created in scenario 2 is **insert other word here**.I often find myself asking other users how records are created in their bases in order to determine what types of automations are appropriate (ie. The "When a record is created" trigger can only be relied upon when you know that the necessary fields are populated on the record's creation). I'm having an issue with my automations where the specified conditions are being completely ignored. I have a filter set to only send emails to records where the "60-day group" field is empty. This applies not only for the initial Trigger Conditions, but also every single step. However, the automation is still sending emails to records where this field is clearly not empty.I've double-checked my conditions multiple times and can't find any reason why this would be happening. It's like the conditions I'm setting are just being disregarded. This is also occurring to other fields such as "Automation Test Subject" being checked and Profile Last Updated being more than 180 days ago.Has anyone else experienced this issue of automations ignoring explicit filters? Is there something I'm missing? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have a list to show the previous month orders and would like to total the number and currency fields. I do not see any way to show totals in a list on an Interface dashboard. Is this possible?
