Hi. Trying to find a calendar integration that will populate film and schedule info from Airtable for our film festivals. Basically, we schedule films in venues throughout a week and need them to be organized consistently and show info like start time, run time, end time, etc so we can share with staff and our cinemas. We're using Google sheets to create our SCREENING OVERVIEW because it doesn't work in Airtable to use the calendar. So need something that looks similar to this in the end, with the full screening schedule per day in separate tabs:Any help or ideas are appreciated. Thanks!John

Hello, I'm creating a fairly simple base to track all of the violations for an HOA board. I'm trying to create a field to calculate the total number of times a house has gotten the same violation in the past year.The Base has 3 tables, "Homes" with address and owner, "CCRs" using 'CCR ID' as the name of the violation, and "Violations" that collects the date of the violation, the 'Home', and the 'Violation'So, I basically need to have another field that counts how many times the same 'Home' and 'Violation' are both in the same row over the past 365 days.I got this to work by using grouping. In the attached picture, the highlighted number is the number I need to get to populate in its own field. Thanks in advance for any help! 

 If a record created in Openings Tracker (table A) is created, then I want to add that record to the linked record field in Summary Tracker based on the fields Opening Distinction and Req Status. The linked record field is pulling the openings record from Table A based on manual addition right now. If the record is created in Openings Tracker, I want it to automatically add to the total number of openings for that Opening Type in the Summary Tracker (table B).

I am using a summary of data connected to a linked record to populate the dashboard. The Youth Care Professional 3rd shift seems to be filtering as two numbers separated by a Comma. I am not sure why this is happening there and not with the others. The fields have the same conditional formatting for all the fields to the right of linked record. Only this one seems to be noting as 2 numbers.

I have a column that fills in the State Abbreviation from Jot Form. The form is a drop-down selection that is the same as my single select column in Airtable. Somewhere new duplicate selections are being generated with new submissions. I am trying to figure out where to even look for how this could be happening. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi there, Is there any way I am able to sync my Airtable contacts with my iCloud contacts so all of the contacts on my Airtable will also be on my iPhone? And vice versa. Without having to do it manually of course. Let me know, thank you.

Hi everyone, I have some set of records that need to be duplicated. At my surprise, there’s no option to “Duplicate” when more than two records are selected. I cannot duplicate by hand because the base is quite heavy, there’s too many records to duplicate and it could cause a lot of errors. Is there a way to do that (a block, a script, an integromat scenario…) ? Thank you

I have the following tables within a base:ProjectsTimesheets, with each record linked to a single project and a single task type (single select field)Estimates, each linked to a single project and a single task type (single select field)I'd like to be able to compare, ideally in a table and chart (multi series line chart?) in an interface, the amount of hours spent on a particular task type versus the amount estimated for that task type. There may be time spent on a task type that did not have any hours estimated for that task type.What is the most efficient way to do that?I could create conditional rollup fields in the Projects table for each task type, but then I'd be on the hook for creating new conditional rollup fields if I ever create new task types. This is the kind of scaling limitation I'd like to avoid, if it is even possible to avoid it. Any ideas?Thank you!

I wish to use a series of icons to represent the status of a record in a base. How best to do this? If I add a small image in an attachments field it works, but the image becomes a clickable link and opens the image file - not what I want. The icon must be a static element. If I use a "Single Select" field I cannot import my icons.I would appreciate any guidance.

Can anyone recommend a license-free icon library compatible with Airtable Formulas and Interface Text fields? I see them used in templates, but would love to have access to a complete library.

Vague but important product feature idea 17786It'd be great if we could get a form of breadcrumbs for naviagtion when viewing records, and their subsequent child records.ie) If I am in my record view for Projects, and click into a Task (Linked, Child Record) then into a subtask of that task, it'd be great to be able to see this reflected in a top Nav Client ABC / Project 678 / Ross' Task / Ross' Subtask 46 I know it wouldn't work for all scenarios, but it'd be SO powerful for this type of multi level App buildingRoss

Hi,I use a formula field to build a URL to prepopulate a Fillout form, and I send the link via an automation -> Gmail send. The formula looks like this:"https://user.fillout.com/t/random?email="{email&"&name="&name&"&id="&RECORD_ID() When sent out in a mail this becomes a clickable URL. I would however like to have as a "friendly name" clickable link instead. This I know can be done with the [Click here!](https://domain.com) syntax, but I can't figure out how to work that into the formula. Anyone know how to do this? Rgds, Björn

Hi, I have been trying to solve this, and I'm curious if there's a solution. Please see attached screenshot. I'm trying to add a contact within a form in a new interface that I built. How can I achieve this? I can't seem to have a + sign for users to add new contacts. It only gives me the option to choose existing contact. I want to add a new one from there. We have 3 email templates that we use, depending on the product that we want to advertise, plus we send to two types of contacts - English or German speaking (i.e. up to 6 different email templates)Goal: I want to set up the process, so that once I have a Contacts table filled, I manually define for each contact which kind of email they should receive and in which language. I want to launch the first version of my product which essentially let's the practitioner connect their Google calendar, manage their availability at the backend and their clients can book the call from the available slots. Each practitioner can only see information concerning their practice aka data privacy is essential;. How can I go about building a multiuser login without adding them as collaborators? If you're an expert and can help me build this, please reply here. Hey all, so I am trying to create an automation to send over a slack message everytime there is a new record, but for some reason it is not showing the tagger suer properly.I have a table with all the users D05XXXXXXI tried with just the following formats @D05XXXXXX, <D05XXXXXX>, <@D05XXXXXX>.And none of the seem to work. Any ideas what may I be doing wrong in here?
