I can't get Block SDK to work with Personal Access Tokens. It doesn't accept the format and returns...Error: ❌ Invalid Airtable API key specified. Hi there!I need to send calendar invites by email automation to people I book for events. I'm using Make to create the calendar invite and upload it as a file in Airtable.Then, I'm using automations to send the .ics file as an email attachment to people I book for my events. They can then download it from their email and it creates a calendar invite for them. In airtable I have created an automation 'send email'. I 'insert value from field', the field being a number. The number comes from an Airtable field which is a formula that is formatted to $123,456. The 'insert value from field' is not formatted and comes out in the email as 123456.123456789. How can I pass the field format to the inserted value?

My reason for learning Airtable is to use it  to develop a way to handle registrations for blanketsofblessing.com outreach to newborn to 7 years old.  The information on the registrations has to be sorted in different ways and this has been done by hand in past years.  It is nice to be here and I appreciate the opportunity to join.

Hello!I have a formula field set to format as a percent in the table. That field is then part of a linked record lookup field in a table that will trigger automation to send emails. I want to share that percentage in the email. However, when I use the lookup field in the body of the email, it only allows me to include the number as a decimal.  Is there a way to get this to show the percentage?The original formula field formatted as a percent:The lookup field settings:The automation's email token:The result in the email:

Hi Airtable-Community A record is always automatically created in this table if the kick-off or planned completion date changes. At the top is always the data that was entered when the project was created. Below that, an entry is created every time something changes in the timeline.Now I would like to have an additional field that only shows the changes to the timeline.Example:Initial project timeline at creation: 01.09.24-31.12.24Change of the timeline to: 01.09.24- 30.01.25Displayed date field 01.01.25-30.01.25I would then like to display this in a timeline: At best somehow on top of each other so that you can easily see how the timeline changes.best regardsMirko

I am working on a database for a daycare. I have a table called Time Sheets with fields Arrival (date), Departure (date) and Duration (duration). (There are other fields in this table to link to each child.)I have a second table called Meals with fields Name, Start Time and End Time (currently they are all single line text). This table has 4 records:Breakfast, 7:30am, 8:35amMorning Snack, 10:30am, 11:00amLunch, 12:15pm, 12:45pmAfternoon Snack, 4:00pm, 4:30pmI want to determine if a child qualifies for each meal based on when they arrived and departed. If the child is present when each meal is served, they qualify. What is the best way to do this? We have formulas to check character counts and they're returning with "over character count" for long text that is actually not over character count because they're adding characters for line breaks. Is there a way to adjust the formula to not include line breaks as a character?For example, this would return 338:Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Fusce ac magna volutpat, pretium arcu non, ullamcorper erat. Donec dictum eros in tellus elementum sollicitudin. Morbi sit amet justo purus. Hey all, I have a table which is a  synced report from Salesforce that shows me opportunities coming up for renewal. I also created a different table with the same fields but is populated from the Salesforce report "SFDC Renewals Report" via automation: When condition is met (opportunity ID is not empty) - then create record in the second table "AE<>RAE Worksheet". My issue is that we moved accounts around in Salesforce and now some accounts have a different Renewal Account Executive or Sales Person. I cannot figure out how to automate the update of that Renewal Account Executive field in the "AE<>RAE Worksheet" to match the one in the synced salesforce report.  Any help is greatly appreciated

Greetings Airtable CommunityI have a long text field with RTF formatting enabled. The text includes links to web pages, emails, and phone numbers. The web links are working perfectly, as are the email links (using mailto:)—but the phone numbers are not working.When formatting the phone numbers, I did the following:1) Highlighted the phone number2) Clicked on the link icon3) Entered tel: and the number (+3606500000)But when I click on the link, I see that the system has inserted 'http://' in front of tel: and this takes me to a "can't open the page" error instead of initiating a phone call. I can't understand why the dashboard doesn't have a search function.How can we create a filter that includes a search function?

I use a lot of links to aid users in jumping from one interface to another, with the links having the RecordID baked in so that the jump brings you to the same record on that new interface. This allows for workflow specific interfaces and quick navigation. However there is a couple interfaces that are not letting me do so that i am wondering if there is a workaround or feature im missing? Jump to Timeline Interface with sidesheet of selected Record open (OR to timeline with bubble popup of selected record)Standard timeline url's do not contain the recordID when you click open the popup bubble nor the expanded sidesheet. There is a "link to record" button on the sidesheet, but when analyzing the link it generates it does not use RecordID as an identifier either. Hi everyone!I'm looking for a way to automatically set the time to 00:00 for certain entries in Airtable that have a date field. The goal is to allow some entries to have a specific time (like for flight schedules) while others default to 00:00 (such as open train tickets). I’ve tried using forms to set a default time, but the options only allow me to set a specific date and time or use the current date and time, which doesn’t work for my needs. Does anyone know how to achieve this?Thanks!

Hello, I have a Airtable Table that sorts different records by release date. I want to be able to manually re-order the different records that have the same release date (as many of them do) but for some reason I can't figure out how to do that? I've tried to turn off automatic sorting and then manually re-arrange my records but as soon as I turn automatic sorting back on, it overwrites my changes. Anybody got a fix or insight for this?

I have tried to sign up several times for Academy to get some training and understanding of Airtable. Whether I try to sign in at top of page or register for a course I get the message "Sorry you do not have access to this page".  Any other training courses for Airtable that you would suggest?  thank you

If you have a many-to-many relationship, chances are you have a junction table. And chances are, setting up and maintaining that junction table is probably…not your typical idea of a fun time. Hello, I have a multi select field, with 5 different options that by person you can select 1 to all 5 items for.  I am trying to create a formula where it looks at all the people (say 20 people) and sees out of all of them how many have X as an option selected from this multi select field.  For Example:Person 1: Has XPerson 2: Has X,YPerson 3: Has YSo then If I am trying to show what the percentage is of people who know X, it would output _% Does this make sense?  Is this possible?
