I'm trying to create a calendar to show different dates that our personnel are not available. What I can't figure out is if there's a way to have a different label show for each specific set of date ranges as I would like the calendar to show the specific reason someone is not available during those dates.I have 5 sets of unavailability date ranges and each of those have notes that pertain to the respective date range (i.e. why that person is out). The fields are set up now as Date 1 Start - Date 1 End - Date 1 Notes, with 5 sets of fields like that.When toggling those notes on in the customize labels function, I get all the notes attached to each date range included in each calendar block. Hi Folks,I have come up with a workaround for not being able to filter on query within scripting automations. Since you can query on a view but views can't be adjusted via the API either we use a view that has a checkbox and then check the box through update records and uncheck when done.  This is useful when you have a list of records from a linked field more than a dyanamic filter.  It is also still best to filter the records that are returned to ensure they do meet your criteria but greatly reduces the number of records returned.  First we use this async function to make the object for updates:   ​async function setAutomationFlags(table, recordIds, flagValue) { const automationFlags = recordIds.map(recordId => ({ id: recordId.id, fields: { "Automations": flagValue } })); await updateRecordsInChunks(table, automationFlags); }

So, I love the fact that I can finally share interfaces and embed them into our services. This has finally given me the use case for them. First snag I have found though is that when I have a drop down, for some reason one of them keeps changing the sort for the records and I don't know what I am doing wrong. The dropdown is filtering a linked field. When I select the dropdown on the interface designer, it is in alphabetical orderWhen I select the dropdown post publishing, it is in alphabetical orderWhen I select the dropdown on the embed or make larger link, it is chaosIs there a way for me to fix the sorting of the dropdown item? I show the perfect drop down and the less that perfect one in the attachements. 

I just wonder can I use my data table in Airtable to link with my application? I mean I want to do SQL query to Data in Airtable and get some attributes and push it to the CRM tool attached to my Application. Is it possible to do these actions?

Looking to build some QC tracking logs which would have paper inspection reports from the field as PDF attachments. Ideally I would like for the field inspectors to upload their daily inspection reports via a form which would then notify our QC manager that has he reports to review. He needs to be able to open up the PDF and markup/check off/make notes/annotate various pages before approving or rejecting the report. I do not think this is natively supported (yet, boo, seems pretty useful) but is there a reasonable workflow to make this happen? Overall I am dealing with some fairly non tech savvy folks (construction), but would like to both get better visibility on the process as well as make the process as easy as possible for them. Any thoughts?

Hi,I have a table of projects which is being imported in. Each project has a project ID column, and a Project Parent ID column, since there are sub projects. I want to simply create a list which shows each parent project, followed by all of the sub projects. Nested Linked Records seems to only allow me to do this in reverse. Is there any other way I can do it. I can't really change the structure of the data, since it's being imported in from an API.Thanks! 

I'm looking for a way to communicate shift assignments to hundreds of individuals who are not members of my base. I use Airtable to manage poll workers. For their work assignments, I integrate Airtable with Make.com. When a staff member offers an assignment to someone, Make.com compiles data from multiple tables into an email.Each assignment has a set schedule. Schedule details have been included in the email in a bulleted list. The source for that list is a long text field with RTF enabled. The schedule descriptions are often complicated and a list is not the best way to display the info. I'd like to incorporate a separate Shifts table that can be linked to the assignments. This would allow much more specificity in describing the work schedule. Ideally, this is what I would like to get out of this, and I'm not sure the best way to go about it:In the initial offer email, clearly list all of the shifts that the person would be required

Hello everyone, I work at an NGO and I’m trying to put together a booking system so people from a specific program can set up a meeting with someone from the team through a form. I did everything, but I’m having problems with the Google Calendar automation. It works, but I don’t know why it creates the event two hours later from the time on the date field. I’m guessing this has to do with timezones? but I haven’t been able to figure it out :disappointed_relieved: can someone help me ? Thank you!!

I have a user that can't click an interface button which runs an automation. The automation primarily updates a field that is not visible through the interface. My user, who has access to the interface but not the underlying base, is unable to click this button. It is greyed out. Unfortunately I didn't get to see the error message you get when you hover over the button because another user 'helped' them and moved the workflow along.Is it the current expected behaviour that a user with interface only access can't run an automation that changes the base? Or is there something else going on here?

I'm sure you'll be able to give me some ideas to figure out the best way to accomplish what I'm trying to.I have a base with 6 tables: Check-in, Market, Business, Operations, Traction and Finance.Forms with data will arrive in Check-in table. Since is a lot of data for the customer to fill in one time, we had to split fields in 5 forms which collect the real values of customer business and 5 forms collecting projection values.Customer will answer this every month, so we have an Evaluation Month field in every table. Also, and that's one messed up thing, they need customer be able to send data in more than one form. So this would work something like, on first month, customer knows 4 of the 8 questions, he will send a form with these 4 answers; then, when he gets the other 4, he will send another form with the other 4 answers. Please, consider we can't ask our customer to send only one form per month, despite this was the easiest way to solve the pr

Time zones are difficult to handle within AirTable. Here is an example that gives me a headache. I have a table (let's call this table Calendar) in which there is, among other things, a Date Field associated with an event occurring at a Location. Strangely (in my opinion), I cannot set the time zone in the Date Field in question.In another table (let's call it Locations), I have the list of Locations in question. I also have a Cumulative Field that aggregates all the event dates related to this Location in my Calendar table. However, in this Cumulative Field, I can choose the Time Zone. Naturally, I choose the time zone in which we work.The result is that the event dates in these two tables are in different time zones. The Locations table operates in the EDT time zone while the Calendar table operates in the GMT time zone.How can I make my CALENDER table work in EDT?
