Hello ,I am trying to link a row to another row via an automation script , how can I get the url link to a cell because when I do a for(let  record of tableQuery.records) i can only get the record.id or record.name isn't their a way to get the record.urlLink ? Thanks for the help 

I am using the Airtable js package for nodejs and it is my first time. I have dynamic data that I would like to store in a table. Is there a way to send the request once by passing an array into the create method? I don't want to iterate the array and call the create method on each iteration. Hello Community,I'm encountering an issue with the resource allocation timeline in Airtable, specifically when switch between the daily and weekly views for team utilization when people taking leaves.In the daily view, everything displays correctly; for example, team member Chanpory’s leaves on February 28 and March 11 are shown accurately.However, when switching to the weekly view, these leaves are not represented, what even worse, it incorrectly shows overutilization for Chanpory, despite his absence on these days.This issue is impacting our ability to manage and report on resource allocation effectively. Does anyone else experience this problem? Any suggestions on how to ensure that leaves are accounted for correctly in the weekly view to prevent it

Hey guys,I am looking for a way to link sets of dates together across different tables. I have a schedule table and a tasks table (tasks are nested under schedules), both have their own dates, I would like the tasks to move with the schedule they are linked to. I am using the predecessor field within those tables already for that functionality, but also want a way to link the tasks to the schedule. Let me know if anyone has any ideas on this one.Thanks!

Hi! I'm building an app with Bubble.io. The problem I'm facing now is that I need to create new records in my Airtable Base, from my Bubble app's UI. I do not have any problem to create new records, except when I need to populate a linked field. The new entry is created as expected, but the Linked field remains empty. Do you know how to process? Thanks a lot!

I found this formula in the community. However I want to include a timestamp aswell. Since {date 1}, {date 2}, {date 3} may occur on the same day. I tried adding a format specifier but it wont work... Hi, i'm landing with airtable and so far loving it, but I'm not sure if scripts works like other environments...I have a table record with a lot of blank values at ID column because is an exportation from another ddbb and it exports fields with multiple values as a record for each value. Hi everyone, I have a situation and I am not sure what I should be focusing on first. There are a few levels where the problem may be coming from.I use Airtable in Chrome. As I move from cell to cell and view to view, I am often pressing a button on my Stream Deck that pastes small amounts of text for me. However, recently if I have expanded a long-text Airtable cell (so the whole cell pops up for easier reading), if I hit the button on my stream deck it closes the cell and does not paste it. This is not an issue, however, if I double-click within the cell and work on it without expanding it to the larger view. This is also not an issue with general copying/pasting with a keyboard. This issue comes and goes. I am trying to figure out where I should *start* with all this. How do I automate that a record gets created/populated when certain conditions are met. For example, When the value of Food is 'apple', and the Color is 'green', Attitude is 'happy'. Thanks for your help. 

Probably no way of doing this without an Automation right?I'd just like to have an image for my records based on a single select field. Essentially a Single Select field for images! I want to be able to assign a Logo for each record. Then on an interface, we can see Red Team or Blue Team logos distictively.My formula solution for this would be to host the image URLs somewhere and use a SWITCH() formula to find the URL. I don't know how to get it from the URL to the Attachment field.I can do this through automations but that seems over-engineered. Since I already have the teams in a single select field, all the data is there and I don't need to overcomplicate my base. The want for a logo is purely cosmetic haha.

Hi!     I successfully synced JIRA to AirTable, with all fields appearing in AirTable correctly.     But, there is an exception:     I have a "Cascading Field" in JIRA called "Story Type", each option in the first field opens a new list in the second field.     The first field appears correctly in AirTable, but the second one no. I have a base with information about students in a music program, including their birthdates (MM/DD/YYYY). I have a formula that calculates their age as of today:DATETIME_DIFF(TODAY(), {Birthdate}, 'years') and a formula that calculates the number of days to their next birthday:IF({Days from today} < 0, {Days from today} + 365, {Days from today}) I want to create a field that will tell me how old they will be on their next birthday. Is it as simple as adding 1 to the formula that calculates their age as of today? Thanks-Jen&nb

How can Sort list of Records by the order they were created in both. Would like to know how I can do them both ascending and descendingI also don't have any created time field I can't create that since I'm using the API And as far as I know it does not support creating formulas with the API So is there any other way to do this without using fields

I want to use AirTable so that users can login and access their test results and marks. You could call it a dashboard or customer portal site. So, one user’s results can’t be seen by another, this is why I need login or user accounts. I will be using AirTable forms (maybe Typeform) and AirTable sheets to enter the user’s test results. I have looked at various third party sites that build websites using AirTable data. However, I am not sure if they will be able to do what I need to do. I found one that looks like it could softr.io - but it is very expensive in my opinion. I know I could use a dedicated Dashboard or portal software like SuiteDash, but I am trying to automate as much as possible. I already have a SuiteDash account. I am happy to spend some money on a paid SaaS product. Does anyone have any suggestions or possible solutions? Thank you.

I’m really excited about the new interface designer features. Airtable has given us the tools to build functional apps without getting people too deep into the database side. Unfortunately I can’t quite fully embrace it yet – it seems like the interfaces don’t work at all on iPhones. Moreover the degradation is pretty un-graceful, users just get a message to login or use the app with little or no explanation of what went wrong and how they could fix it. Our folks – especially some key stakeholders – are on iPhones more than any other platform, making this an important thing to solve for here. Does anyone have any ideas about how to deal with this? Does anyone know what Airtable’s roadmap is? Would love to leverage the features if I can figure out how to manage this challenge.

Hi everyone. I am currently trying to create a checklist for a theatre production so we always remember to load everything in the van. However, although this works perfectly when I am on the computer version, I can tick the items as they are loaded, when I transfer to the mobile app it seems to become a laborious task because when I tick on the items, rather than check the item it takes me to the individual record. Does any one know if it is possible to just check and uncheck items in the mobile version? Thanks

Hello, I designed an interface with some nice stats and graphs only to discover that I can only share it with Airtable registered users. This is very annoying as I cannot ask clients or occasional collaborators, which often aren't even that tech-smart, to sign up to a dedicated service, even if it's free.Can you please allow us the possibility to share an interface in read-only mode with anyone who is provided with the link, just as google docs does?

I have a base for tracking orders. My base has the following tables, Customer, Products, Vendors, Orders, and Order items.This is a form I created in the order table. Look at the ‘add product’ section. I want to be able to add quantity for every product selected. Is this possible? If yes, how can I achieve that?

Hi everyone,I have an automation that runs a script which sends a recordID to a Make webhook.Every now and then the automation fails because Airtable sets the script execution limit to 30 seconds. That makes me think that the problem is because of Make, in that the processing in Make takes longer so in return Airtable exceeds the execution time.Has anyone else experienced this issue?
