Hello, wondering if someone could help me correct the formula in the photo.  I am hoping for this to happen:If OLD JOB# is blank, display current 2 digit year (CREATED DATE) & "-" & 4000 + ID#. If OLD JOB# is NOT blank, display OLD JOB#For example, looking at the last 2 rows at the bottom, 42 is correct, but 43 should display "24-4183"

I am trying to set up a form that will collect requests for a dozen kinds of products from users (eg, shirts, hats, mugs...) I have a limited amount of each product available.Is there a way to omit certain questions if the limit for that product has been reached? The number is based on all submissions -- not just each individual form submission. I thought about adding a condition for each question related to the sum but I couldn't seem to make that work. Is something like this possible? Thanks!

Hi. We're using the Teams integration to send notices from AT when something happens (new email meeting a criteria, new client opened, etc.).The messages come through to Teams but are never bolded in the channels list and we don't get notifications. (Notifications work fine for all else.) We've reinstalled, re-linked, emptied the cache, everything.Is this a Teams problem?

I am looking at the template "Project Management" Template which has some good wireframes for my next project.Let's say under "Mars Explorer," / "Design 3D Model" as shown below if I change the status to "In Progress," and my start date is a bit earlier, let's say 12/25/2023. When I make that selection and change the start date, the deadline will also change because the duration is set to 2 days. So far, so good.Now, the next task in line "Develop interactive...." (the above item is its "Predecessor") will not have its start date moved by two dates (I am expecting the date to move to 12/27/2023). Is there a way to accomplish this for all Tasks whose Status is not "Done"?I have a task template with all prerequisites created, and dates could fluctuate from time to time. I have some 60 tasks, for a given project, if dates change up in the chain, I have to manually adjust the dates down the line, which could be overwhelming and tedious.   

I need to add a list of countries and languages as options for a few different fields. When I open the Single Select field, it forces me to add each option one by one. This would be extremely time consuming. Surely there is a way to add options in bulk? Would really appreciate it if someone could tell me how to do this efficiently. Thanks, Alex

This doesn't seem difficult in theory, but I can't figure out a way to make it happen with automations.Situation: In my Training Feedback table, I have a lookup field "Trainer (from Training Taken)" (a lookup from the Master Training List table), from which I need to copy over the field values to the linked record field "Trainer" (linked to the Trainers table), so I can associate trainer feedback data directly with the trainer(s) in other places in my base. The problem is when there are multiple trainers (i.e. multiple values in the lookup field). When attempting a simple transfer of field values to the linked record field using an Update Record automation, the automation fails for multiple trainers. I tried a repeating list automation to Update Record for each trainer in the list of "Trainer (from Training Taken)", but that results in only the final value in the list of trainers being added to the linked record "Trainer" field, since the automation overwrites the value each time it re

I have an automation that is using a script I found on the message boards to format numeric values to currency. It works great. I pull the value from the script into the body of an email automation. However, when there is no value in the field I am using instead of showing nothing in the body of the email it shows 0.00Below is the script being used. Hi All! So I have set up an automation that adds a tag to my "Status" column (which is a multiple select column) when a certain checkbox is ticked as true. The automation seems to run fine, BUT, it replaces any previous tags in the "Status" column that were there beforehand. Is there a way to prevent the new tag from replacing the previous tag and just adding a new one? I did do some research and it looks like in previous versions of Airtable, one could select "Append" in the action section of the automation set up, but that doesnt seem to be an option now? Anyone got any pointers for me please? x

Hey all, I currently have the pro plan and therefore have the limitation of 5000 unique email adresses per day for the “send email” automation. What would happen on a given day if I exceed this limit? Would it just fail until the next 24h period starts and therefore all the automation triggered above that limit will just fail? Would it go beyond the limit and let you off the hook with a warning? Would it start to eat your monthly limit (5000*31) until you reach it? Thanks in advance for your reply. Sincerely, Timo

Hiya all! So, I am trying to create a formula that uses each of the checkboxes in my table as a way to track payments that have come in. I need each checkbox to equal/represent to the amount listed in the {Payment Amounts} column and for the number of payments that have come in (ie - the number of checkboxes checked) to be represented by a progress bar where the final tuition amount is listed in the table too as {Tuition}.  I have the below pasted formula so far, but its obviously not working: IF( COUNTA({1st}, {2nd}, {3rd}, {4th}, {5th}, {6th}, {7th}, {8th}, {9th}, {10th})=0 , 0 , VALUE(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE({Tuition (from Course Tracker)}, "$", ""), ",", "")) / ({Payment Amounts} * COUNTA({1st}, {2nd}, {3rd}, {4th}, {5th}, {6th}, {7th}, {8th}, {9th}, {10th}))) The issue thats coming up with this formula is that when there are no check boxes ticked, the formula seems to be working and the % paid shows 0%, but then when I tick a check box, it com

Hi, My boss has created this sheet. I manage airtable automations and things around it.So whenever he opened the account from his side, the sheet results shows some of the incorrect values. But whenever I open Airtable from myside it always shows me the correct values in the sheet.Attached are two screenshots of same table where you can see it is showing the red I marked showing different values.I asked him to open with different account but still he has issues and I am not having it.Please help, it's been a week we are having these issues. I've created a base for my softball league and could use a second set of eyes on a problem I can't seem to crack. I want to be able to input the game scores in the "Schedule" tab and then have everything else update accordingly (runs scored, runs allowed, standings, etc.). I’m trying to make a synced table, but have it synced to another table in the same base. This doesn’t appear to be an option. The use case is having a single base with a table of Posts (by a user), and also having a table of UserProfiles that display those posts. Thought the sync was the perfect answer to this, but for some reason it has to reference an external base. My options seem to be duplicating the data manually (edits to posts will be lost) or making a separate base for just the user profiles. Is there any way to link to a table in the same base?

Hello everyone! I'm sure this solution is something really easy staring me right in the face but I just can't see it. I have a  base with several tables that I am linking to, and trying to set up. To start:The Position Table has a large number of jobs in it. My HR crew list links each crew member with all of the positions that they are qualified for (and I have here the results showing as a Lookup)What I am trying to do is set things up so when choosing an Assignee it will ONLY display the people that are qualified based on who is linked to the Position field. So I can have this:And easily select the people for the Position filtered by qualification. Not sure why I can't think my way through this!

Hi, I have an item status field the contains the values active, expired, and delete. in addition, I have another calculated field that contains the expiration date of the item. I want to set an automation that will run daily and change item status to expired when expiration_date < today(). I tried using the attached automation but it didnt change the status as I expected. 

Hello! I'm using the interface to show our metrics, and I'm looking to show both cumulative pipeline numbers and current pipeline numbers. Under our Tasks table, we tag the pipeline status per task, so cumulative recall is straightforward. How would I record the metric for the current pipeline status? Our pipeline is:Qualification, Initial Contact, Significant Engagement, Significant Follow-up, Proposal Submitted, Proposal Awarded, Closed: Project not awarded, Closed: other, Handoff...For example, Within one project (projects are tracked in a different table) I have completed tasks for qualification, one for initial contact and now I have a completed task (with the checked mark) of significant engagement. I only want to count significant engagement to show where I am for this project. Is this possible? Are there other ways people show project progress/ sales pipeline progress? The goal is to see where people are at currently. I might have to reconfigure things to ge

Hey Guys: Is there a way to take the result of a rollup that is comma separated and then convert it to a bulleted list in another field?

My Table A is a list of Staff members, and is linked to Table B.  Table B are records of Agreements, with one of the fields being Company (the company name of that Agreement.  We have several companies).  A record in Table A (Staff) has multiple Agreements in Table B.  We would like to have a field in Table A (Rollup presumably) to list the company of the agreement with the latest End Date.  End Date is a date field in Table B.  Here is what I tried:But I could not find a condition for the Date field to be the latest date.  Is there a way to conditionally list only the Date field with the latest date?  Thanks, Khuned
