Hi,When we originally set up our Airtable SSO integration, it was set to match against the user primary identifier (we call it a netid) instead of using the email field. Let's say my netid is d39562b. When I log in with SSO, my account email address looks like: d39562b@dartmouth.edu.However, if I don't have an Airtable account, and someone sends me an invite to join a base or workspace, the email goes to the email address which is my "real" one - joseph.montibello@dartmouth.edu. Then if I accept the invite, my account email address will be that form (joseph.montibello@dartmouth.edu). If there's no existing account with that form, it will create an account for that.So my problem is twofold:When a user gets invited to a base or workspace, Airtable sends email to an address (

Is it possible to pull data from Harvest into Airtable? Specifically I am looking to transfer costs (Time and Expenses) in Harvest into two fields in my Airtable base. I do not see this functionality natively available with Zapier or Make, but am curious if anyone has found a solution. Thanks in advance!

Hello all 🙂 I've been staring at this and I am sure it is right in front of me but can't see it. I have a table of scenes that have their filming date defined by a lookup field (I link backwards for print result purposes - if you have seen my other posts DocsAutomator saved my sanity)Now the problem is of course that the linked filed doesn't ACT like one, so I cannot sort properly by date. I can group all the same dates together but they sort alphabetically, not chronologically. How do I accomplish this?

I have a table built in Tableau that appears fine on screen, showing the currency fields with 2 decimals.In the past i had to export as crosstab csv and then use CSV import extension to update records in Airtable. Now i want to just use a directly synced table from the Tableau integration, but it is not working. 1. Biggest issue is currency fields are importing as rounded whole dollars, losing the decimals.2. Also noticing that currency fields are coming in as text field and unable to convert to currency field. I have tried changing the number format in Tableau using Number (standard), Number (custom), Currency (standard),Currency (custom), and Automatic. Nothing works. Any ideas? 

 Hi all,I've been using Airtable automations in my base with a conditional trigger setup that has been functioning quite well. The automation is designed to send an email when specific conditions are met: namely, when an event is 20 days away and matches a certain status. This triggers an email to be sent.The issue I'm encountering is that these automated emails are dispatched at midnight, which is not ideal for my needs. I'm wondering if there's a way to adjust the timing of these emails so they're sent at a more convenient hour, rather than right at midnight. My automation relies on the conditions being checked daily, hence the timing.Does anyone know of a workaround or method to either:Schedule the email to be sent at a specific time after the conditions are met, rather than immediately?Modify the automation in a way that it checks for the conditions at a different time, not necessarily at midnight?

Hey Wonderful Community! I am currently having an issue with a formula that I am trying to show as a progress bar. Here are the specifics: I am calculating the percetage of time passed between a start date and an end date. The formula seems to be correct: ROUND((DATETIME_DIFF(NOW(), {Start Date}, 'days') / DATETIME_DIFF({End Date}, {Start Date}, 'days')) * 100, 2) However, when I go into the "Formatting" section of the Formula Field, it gives me a very large percentage which seems to be incorrect (in this particular case the preview shows 345600% but in the formula section, the preview shows 35.56%. Hi, I am trying to create either a script or automation that will detect multiple records for me. I have my trigger set up, If a record has a scheduled date that was one day ago and the status on it is "booked"I want to then update anything under these conditions to "completed" I am having issues setting up the "updating" feature.  my configuration is as shown. I have NEVER done this type of automation, so I am extremely confused on this. any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

I'm seeing very slow requests when fetching a single record from a table with 4 records.Very slow as in more than a minute.What am I doing wrong?

Hi 😊I have a student 'onboarding' table which, when completed, triggers an automation to create a new record in a 'live students' table. So, each field in each new record is linked to one of my 'onboarding' fields. Some of the linked fields are formula fields and some are single line text fields.What I would like to do is copy only the values of the data in each of those linked fields, so that they become unlinked, enabling me to then edit the data in the 'live students' table, whilst leaving my 'onboarding' table unchanged. However, I would like my primary field (student ID) to remain linked.Is this possible please?Many thanks - as usual! Howard.

Suppose I have the graphs stated below.Chart #1: qty. returns versus weeksChart #2: qty. returns versus items during week 12Chart #3: qty. returns versus items during week 11Chart #4: qty. returns versus items during week 10Chart #5: qty. returns versus items during week 9etc.I want a dashboard where, while I'm on chart #1, and I click a bar over week 12, then chart #2 appears next to it showing the returns per items during week 12;if I click a bar over week 11, then chart #3 appears next to it. That way I only have two charts at one time, instead of thirteen on a dashboard.If possible, I would like to keep going with a third chart. When chart #2 appears, if I click an item, e.g. blue towel, then a third chart shows qty. of blue-towel returns versus weeks; if I click another item on chart #2, e.g. water bottle, then the third chart shows qty. of water-bottle returns versus weeks. 

Hello everyone,  I have got this base with active deals and I would like to send it via email to my team, but I want the email to contain the same table as on Airtable. How can I do that? Create a pdf?

Does anybody else notice changed behavior when uploading attachments with the API?AT used to fill the file name property by default, but since last week I'm not getting any value when reading the attachment field. Older attachments have the "filename" as usual, newer uploads have no value in the JSON.Can anyone confirm please?Thanks in advance!

Hi all, I am new to Airtable and new to the field also. I am based in Israel and I am trying to build some tables where the Gregorian Calendar (which is the default) is linked to the Hebrew calendar. For instance, I am creating a form where the user will either input an English date of birth or a Hebrew date of birth. In both instances I will need the table to calculate either the original Hebrew date, or the original English date. When it comes to due dates also, I would like to be able to query in either the Hebrew or English dates ie. all the birthdays in September or all the birthdays in אלול. There are many sources of Hebrew dates out there, one I found on Hebcal website. Can anyone help me achieve this? Many thanks in advance

Just to be clear. When I add a lookup field to a table, that field is not accessible direct through `getCellValue`, correct? I still have to get the id of the corresponding Linked Record field, and do another lookup to get the value of the field that matches my Lookup field. Correct? Just want to make sure I'm not crazy, because it sure seems like extra work for what could be available directly in the table itself. 

A base I created has locked views that I cant to set back to collaborative so I can delete those views from my Base, but I am unable to change them to Collaborative, or delete them.Some things to note:- I am currently on a Free version of Airtable- I can select Collaborative from the drop down, but it does not change, and stays on Locked- I am the owner of the base, and the only user in it currently.Looking for some suggestions on how i can get rid of these views. Howdy! I have a list of all of my vendor partners, which includes a single select column for the type of vendor. I would like to create another table with a filtered list of my partners of a specific type, web integrators.I would like to do this because I have some additional columns of data that I would like to add and track, but they are only relevant for the web integrators and not relevant for all of the other partner types. The Company Name would be the primary field on both tables.Ideal, I would be able to create a new table will all my tagged web integrators, such that when I add a new partner to my main list and tag them as a web integrator, they will appear on the new table and I can update the additional columns in the new table. What is the best way to achieve this use case?

I've got a button on an interface Kanban that opens the record creation form right on that same interface page, which is really helpful. However, I'm now trying to put a button to do the same thing on a different page of the interface, which started as a blank page, and that button action ("Open record creation form") isn't an option.Am I missing something about the button setup, or is this a bug? The form I want to open exists in the same interface, but being able to create new records without having to leave the page is a time saver, as is the ability to create records with a nice curated form rather than just using the inline record creation option, which jumps around because of our default sorting and has a million fields on it by default.

I help multiple clients so the solution I seek needs to be able to work in an environment where I have the airtable base > then I have a client > the client has prospects and customers they need to email.I'm trying to determine if it's possible to send 1-to-1 emails to prospects or customers for my clients from Airtables without having to setup a secondary email tool (lemlist, hubspot, mixmax, etc) for each client. Can I connect directly to the client's email address? Is there an integration that provides visibility on delivery, opens, and clicks for the emails sent directly from a client's email address?Sendgrid isn't an option because corporate IT or lack of knowledge on the client side will prevent the emails for ever getting sent out.I'd prefer not to set up Lemlist (or comparable tool) for each client because it's 1 more login/tool to manage (in addition to the monthly fee)...but if that's the only option I'll make it work.  Any sugge

I get this message multiple times a day across many Bases. Is there something I can check that might be causing this?

I'm trying to write a formula that will count days between two dates (assignment_start_date and assignment_end_date) that overlap the current week, not counting weekends.First example:current date is 4/5/2024assignment_start_date =  3/25/2024assignment_end_date = 4/2/2024The result of this would be 2. Last week,  Airtable support sent me an email saying that (as I had requested) they updated a workspace to  the team plan.But in fact the workspace is now missing and none of my workspaces are upgraded.I have not gotten a response from support in days.Needless to say, I'm extremely frusrtrated.How do I get out of this?
