I have a screenshot above where the linked record displays Tags and Employee ONLY. I discovered that they normally pull the displayed fields from the primary view of the table. However, I already checked my Tasks table but I really cant find the view where this is being pulled from. It's not accurate at all. Can someone please help?

Is it possible to identify if there are any duplicates in a lookup array? I have 3 tables, all linked together: Entities (companies)MeetingsMonthsEvery Meeting is linked to a month (for various uses) and to an Entity. From the Entities table, I have data as such - the linked meetings and a lookup of their linked months. What I'd like to do is identify if a month appears twice in any row. I don't want to eliminate duplicates (i.e. ARRAYUNIQUE). Instead I need to see if 2 or more meetings occurred in the same month for any company. Is there any way to do that?

Anyone have success syncing event details between Airtable and EventBrite?  Make.com only seems to tie to date and name of event, none of the detail fields appear to be mappable.

Hi,I've created an inventory and order system using airtable but I'm being held back from having airtable calculate my order cost using a roll up. We sell some products with a special offer, for example, a hoodie normally costs £30 but if you buy two it costs £50. Another example, a pin badge costs £4 but you can buy three for £10. I thought this would be really simple to implement but can't seem to work out a way around it and I'm not clued up on writing formulas.Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Hello, I'm trying to merge records in my table when 3 criteria match. I've been able to identify which records are duplicates, but I am having trouble merging them. Logically I believe my code should do what I want it do, I am not super familiar with asynch and I think that is what is messing me up. When I run this code it throws: Syntax error: await is only valid in async functions and the top level bodies of modules [script.js:33:9] I've been reading through documentation and discussion posts, but I'm not sure what is happening to cause it to throw an exception. I am new to Airtable. I have create a Form to capture Emergency Contact Information. When I shared the link, the end user must register to complete this form. Is there a way to have the employee complete form without having to create an account or register?Note - I am currently using the Free version of Airtable. I don't know if this make a difference.

Hi I am trying to update Airtable records using Integromat. I am getting an error: “The operation failed with an error. Insufficient permissions to create new select options” I have found out that it has to do with my multi-select option fields in Airtable (when I remove those options the record gets updated.) I would like to know if there is a workaround or some other solution, so that I don’t have to go back into the Airtable records and manually select all the options. I have over 200 records. I don’t want to have to do this for each record, that defeats the purpose of using an automation app. Is there a solution? Thank you, Mary

Hi. I have a very basic password system that uses letters to denote numbers. The numbers come from a client's DOB.I have a date (DOB) field and another field using DATETIME_FORMAT to only show the numbers (DDMMYY). That's all fine.I would like to have a new field that displays a particular letter for each number - to create a very simple password. Lets say: 1=a, 2=b, 3=c, 4=d, 5=e, 6=f, 7=g, 8=h, 9=i, 0=jIs there a formula that would do this please? 

My airtable has two fields, for example, 1st field name is "Test" and 2nd field name is "Solution". Records from both fields are come from Lookup of other fields so multiple records appear in "Test" and "Solution". i.e. one record of 'Test' contains 'Test item 1, 2 & 3'. One record of 'Solution' contain 'Solution item 1, 2, & 3'.I use below formula to present Test item 1, Test item 2, Test item 3 in separate lines under one record of  "Test" fields. Solution item 1, Solution item 2, Solution item 3 in separate lines under one record of "Solution" field. SUBSTITUTE( ARRAYJOIN({Your Lookup Field}), ",","\n" )However, I would like to present the information in pair but separate line in NEW FIELD?  e.g. 1st line - Test item 12nd line - Solution item 13rd line - Test item  24th line - Solution item 25th line - Test item 36th line - Solution item 3Would anyone propose how to do it? Hello, We are a custom shoes company and our customers can select their desired heel types. We have 13 different heel types with 13 unique codes (ex. 4544, 2017). Everytime we have an order, we are creating a record line with the necessary information, and one of the columns is HeelType column. We want to create an inventory table that we will update manually when we buy new material, but it will decrease automatically everything time relevant heel is typed in the Order Table. For example, if we bought 50 pairs of Heel 4544, we will increase the value by 50, but we want it to automatically decrease if we write an order record with Heel 4544 on the other table, so it will be 49. Same goes for the other heel types. I feel like this is so easy but I couldn’t manage. Thanks for your help in advance!

Dear all,I'm using the calendar in the interface; in the month view, if there are more items, accondingly to the zoom setting, only some items are visible, while others are not visible, even though the label "+ x more" is present.Even by clicking in the day the other items appear only for less than 1 sec, after the click.Are there some ways in order to see the title of the items withuot open the right summarize column? Thank you. Best regards. A. Hi,Every time I try to convert the multiple select field (automatic field from import) to Date (with time included), I get this message that some cell data may be cleared. And indeed, most of the cell data were cleared. I don't understand this as my data is clean it is a standard 03/05/2023 7:00:00, 10/05/2023 7:00:00, 17/05/2023 7:00:00, etc As you can see, the three rows show up blank after I try to convert to Date (with time) field.This is the original data after importing from Excel sheet. Would appreciate any advise on how I could convert all data successfully. Hello! I have checked out the the community for an solution to my problem and can't find what I am looking for to help me with my formula and automation. I am trying to set-up an automatic alert announcing someone's birthday on the day of their birthday. It did work but it sent the announcement the day before as well as on the day of the persons birthday.This is my formula: DATETIME_FORMAT({🎂 Birthday}, "MMDD") = DATETIME_FORMAT(TODAY(), "MMDD") My automation is set up for when a record updates, it sends an email on the day of the persons birthday. However, it sent an email the day before and the day of.I only need it on the day of the actual birthday. Can someone tell me where did I go wrong?Thanks in advance.

Hi there, I am trying to create an If/or formula and got it to work but I can't get the formula to be blank if there's no data in a field. I'm sure that makes no sense. Here's an example: Let's say I have a small list of produce in a column. I want to create a formula in a new column to give me the category of produce either as a fruit or as a vegetable. I got the formula to work but if no produce has been selected I'm still seeing "Vegetable" in the formula column and I want it to return a blank value. Any ideas? Here's the example formula. In the Airtable interface it came to my attention today that Read Only users can see all other users who have access to the same interface. I simply assumed they couldn't share or see this information.Does anyone know how I disable sharing for read only users, or the ability to see who it is shared with?This is totally work stopping for me on my current project. In fact this is preventing me from wanting to use Airtable interfaces for any public facing work, even for people who have paid Airtable accounts.
