Dear Airtable,The last 24 hours as your paying clients were just awful.After upgrading our plan to Team and successfully paying for your service, the upgrade was correctly reflected in our workspace feature summary which shows 4,466 of 50,000 records, and 0 GB for all the other indicators. Despite that, the base has remained limited since our payment causing us major business impact and problems of all sorts with our web application.What is worse - and it is frankly upsetting for customer - is the astonishing support that has been provided so far. I made sure to describe the situation clearly in a ticket yesterday (00743786). I did receive one reply from a support agent. Hey all! I'm back with a new issue that I'm hoping won't be too hard to solve but I can't seem to find the solution myself. I have two fields that I need to combine. Field 1 contains a variable, such as GKM3, GKM5, etc. Field 2 contains comma-separated values like L16, L17, L18. I have been trying to find a formula to combine the value of Field 1 with each of the values of Field 2. So the output in the 3rd field would be GKM4L17, GKM4L17, GKM4L18. Unfortunately, when I try a concatenate or substitute function, it only appends the Field 1 value onto the first value in the list, like in Field 3.  I would really appreciate any help! 

The required parameter for the base.createTableAsync call is Fields, but when I put a dynamic list of Fields in it, it says that it's not the right type, when it really is. Is there a workaround? I do not want to hand-key in all of the fields, which may change fairly regularly. Goal: Duplicate the Trainees tableBlocker: base.createTableAsync's Fields parameter does not accept a dynamic set of Fields 

Hello, I created a table of articles I published on my site.  For each row, I inserted the article title, publish date and various tags.   I would like to create a view/report so that Airtable presents me with one long report of all my articles organized first by a single tag..and then for each tag category it would sort the articles by date.Here's what I did:Using the "Group" feature,  I grouped by "categories" (all my tags)  and then i added a subgroup of Date.When it showed me the results (see attached), it showed me rows organized not just by a single tag, but multiple tags.  (It seems it's doing that based on how I added multiple tags to the end of a single row in my airtable).How can I see a long list of all my articles grouped underneath multiple&nb

Hello!  I'm trying to come up with a formula or script or something that will let me know when a duplicate record was entered into my table.  I know I can use Dedupe to find current duplicates, but this is an ongoing issue and would love to be able to be alerted if something is entered into the base that already exists.  I saw another thread from a few years ago that said this was possible with a script.  Anyone have any insight?  Basically I'm thinking that when a new record is created... the script will run and based on the results of that script it either will or won't send me an email.   Hopefully that makes sense!

Page Design is really useful but I can't do a seemingly simple thing.I have a list (view of a table) and I want to layout it and print it in PDF with Page Designer but I can't find a way.It seems you can only print a single record at a time.Can you tell me if there is a way?Thank youDanilo

I have had to change my zapier integration with Airtable because of the API deprecation. It looks like the "API Requests (Beta)" should be an easy transition with the authentication method updated. However, when I put the same URL into it, I can't get it to work and I am not sure what I am doing wrong.My intention is to return the single top record of a view- if there is an alternate way, I could do that too. But I don't know of a way to limit the view to a single record within airtable. This was working great via API.... I just need it to work with the new authentication as well! Any advice as to what I am doing wrong, or an alternate solution would be much appreciated! 

Hi there. Loving Airtable so far! Just wanted to know if there was a way to show on my bar graph block a custom y-axis number. I have numbers on the y-axis from ranging from 0 - 100. Right now the bar graph only go as far as the records go (e.g. till 77). I want to show that 77 is not the max, visually speaking. Something I missed?

Hi there, I would like to use a formula in the primary key column of an airtable data set to create a unique ID, or autonumber, but i want that number to recalculate when i insert a new row anywhere in the master data set so that the ordering is retained. if you use the autonumber field type, it will create the record using the next available number, then all my views start to loose the ordering i want.is there a way to write a formula that will re-calcuate the primary key column to retain the existing order, with the new record in place.  For example: 1 TestA2 TestB3TestC If i insert a row between TestB and TestC, the primary key would show as follows:1 TestA2TestB3Testnew record4TestC 

I created a scheduled email to send weekly when the status of my table matches certain conditions.  The message was done in a grid view to include the column information.  I am trying to figure out how the user that receives the email can actually update the records using the email instead of having to go into the base table. What am I missing? Is there a way to click to the records in order to update from the email that is sent out.  Thanks!

Hi, I would like to be able to share and sync data from multiple workspaces of clients to 1 table in my own base/workspace. For example, I have 10 clients with 10 fields in their base and I would like to have 2 of those fields automatically synced and stacked onto each other into one table in my base/workspace. (Instead of having multiple tables from multiple clients in my base).A solution that we're currently using is having a form that clients can use to add data to our base and a client view on that base in the clients workspace. But that limits the client doing changes to fields that are not in the synced table. Ideally clients can work from their own base and can add rows themselves and can change everything (and not having us to change certain fields that cannot be changed due to links to other tables in our base). Thanks for you help!  

I have a table of job roles and another table of knowledge items. The job role table is linked to the knowledge items table. I have an Excel spreadsheet that lists the knowledge items for each job role. It looks like I can only paste one item at a time into the linked field. Hi, im starting to automatize my data base and im finding a little problem sure community can help me with.I use AT to manage an academy. I have a main table in which i record each student profile. Then i have to go to another table which has a linked field  to add the new student record of the main base in order to count students per hour and availability. My idea is that the automation is triggered by certain conditions from the New record, then find the record to update, static, and update the linked field. I have done so, but the problem is that it changes the field content, doesnt add a New linked record, deletes the previous existing records and  i just need to update with the New record matching the conditions.Thank you in advance. 

Hello, I am trying to set up a complex script where I am trying to pull data from three different sources and merge the datasets in Airtable. Additionally, I am trying to enable some CRUD functionality that will allow us to manage the records created. Because of the complexity of the code I was trying to abstract the code and make it more manageable over the long run. I was breaking down the data "fetches" from individual sources into their own scripting blocks and then have an additional block where all the CRUD functions are hosted. Questions for the community?1. Is it possible to share variables between Scripting Extensions?2. Is there some localStorage/Cookie setup I can implement? These cookies cannot be on my browser but rather on the Airtable server so that it can be shared by multiple developers.Any help or link will be appreciated.  Thanks in Advance R.

Hi! I want to update my table based on info received from webhook. I see there's an option of finding a record and then using the record ID update that record. I can't figure out how to, for example, find a certain record based on the username I received from webhook.Let's say there's a "Name" field in the table and "username" received from webhook. I want to match name with username and then update the rest of the table with some other info from webhook.Thanks a lot for any help!

I'm trying to write a formula to remove the "➟" if the preceeding field is empty.Current Formula:Origin& " ➟ " &{Destination}&" ➟ "&{Backhaul From}& " ➟ "&{Backhaul To\\Return}& " ➟ " &Origin &" - LANE #" & {LANE#}  Here is the output of the above formula.  Formula above works great, (example 1 below) but if there is no data in {Backhaul From} and {Backhaul To\\Return} the result is example 2 with 2 extra arrows.  Example 3 is the desired results.

Hi all, I currently struggle with how I should manage all team members. I would like to have them in a table called "People" (Person Name is just a single text field), with Birthdays, Joning Dates, Headshot image, title, which domain they belong to etc. Then other tables like tasks will have an assignee who is linked to the peoples table. So far so good. This would allow me to have nice overviews within Interfaces like in this template:No I noticed during Form creation for Tasks that I can't have a default value "current user", nor that automatic notifications are possible if someone got added to a field. Is there a way to solve this and bring this together?Like if I select a "User" in a task that they will get notifications and that the task will be then also linked in the "People"

Hey all, I have a table where I have all team colleagues, with Photo, Email etc. If I will now select an Assignee for a Task in the Tasks table I will get a pretty nice view with all key information and a photo, which I really like. Image with data from an template: However, in Interfaces / Forms it happens sometimes that it is just a plain checkbox list. In other places, like if I am opening a record in an Interface it seems to work and I just have to make sure the layout is select to "cards". Hello! My team and I are currently trying to find a way to when a faculty member already planned a trip with us before the fields that they had filled out last year, that all of that information gets repopulated in a form and if there are any changes, that they can look through the form and fix anything that is needed. We currently have a form where it asks whether or not it is a repeated program. We want to have an automation that triggers when that form is submitted if "Repeated Program" is Yes, that whatever program they choose, that old record repopulates some of the fields into a different form and sends the link to that same leader for final submission.   You can ask any questions if you need some additional clarification!   

I have an automation to run script when a unit enters a view. The script is working (in general) but not returning the value it should. The script looks at an occupied unit from one table and using a set of pre-defined parameters, makes a suggestion for a vacant unit from another table that it could be assigned to. In my excel sheet, I have a column of hyperlinked titles linked to the 2100 of my articles.I tried to copy and paste the hyperlinked title from Excel into Airtable and the link didn’t transfer over.I am trying to figure out how to get those hyperlinks from Excel into Airtable without having to manually click on each of them and then copy and paste the URL into a cell in Airtable.1) I saw this thread here about using FORMULA TEXT to extract the links from the hyperlinks, but like the guy in the thread experienced, I too am getting N/A.2) I also saw

I looked for other solutions on the forum and either I'm too much of a novice to know how to solve it or it didn't work for my problem. I have a rollup field that is collecting multiple dates. I'd like to have it only return the earliest date in the list.  Is that possible?  I tried using MIN(values), but only got a 0 in the field.  Thanks!

Hello!I'm currently building an interface where I want to be able to pick a record, open the record detail for a specific linked record, click into one more record detail for a 3rd linked record, and then click a button to establish a link back to the original record in the interface. I'm able to have that button automatically populate a very specific record link, but am not able to have it dynamically change based on the actively open record in the original interface. Making the button run an automation also doesn't work, because the automation can only be passed the information from the deepest record detail view I go to.To explain all of that a little more specifically, I'm building a base to build shipments for customers. Each shipment will be based on a template, but will have different specific contents (each may have a shirt, shoes, or hat, but then you can choose what size based on the original templated shipment).
